Unable to fill jug or drink bottles with water as tap too low in sink. The bathroom is very cramped. Had a lot of issues with the tv connecting to screen share and glitching constantly. Parking in the day is fine but at night there is no hotel parks available

Very limited parking but we were lucky we found a park every night. A bit isolated, around 10 to 15mins walk to the other Frankton shops and 5 Mile.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026I love that I can wash all my clothes on the last day+ the view outside just absolutely amazing! Everything so clean + I can cast my own Netflix + Prime video...! Felt like my time was not wasted inside the hotel!
I am having only one complaint..that was the washing machine! I am glad that can wash all my clothes, but the watching machine has an weird smell as soon as I open the door of washing machine! + the dryer are pretty dirty as well! I can see all the dust inside the dryer!😑

We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay so convenient and homely. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

We had to pay before we saw the room, the money came out if our account 4 days before we got there and then on arrival there was a bond of $200. Never experienced that before. It was noisy from the room next door and we could hear water running

Parking is free and the paid parking if full was only $10 a day which is reasonable. Not too far from CBD and was good as long as you missed the evening rush hour. Great staff.
Random water or gas pipe noises throughout the day and night - possibly other guests doing laundry/showering. Also Ginseng shampoo and wash that was provided smelled strong.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The location was amazing!! Right by the amazing remarkables range. It was close to Frankton township and just a beatiful and clean hotel. Rooms were a good size and staff were very understanding and helped with our need for a late checkout.
The parking!! The carparks fill up so quickly, but the paid carpark is quite close, just a bit more of a hassle.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I was in room 9 . Horrible view of the car park . Scuff marks on all skirtings. Dropped my earring under the bed. Turned my torch on to find it and nearly threw up. Absolutley filthy under bed full of dust a very thick layer over carpet which stunk. Lollies and a bottle top.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Nice property with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a small gym and a cosy coffee shop, so it has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. Initially stayed in a ground-floor Mountain View room. The only downside was the room was small and that the mini fridge was right next to the bed, and it was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, when I asked if I could change rooms for my next booking, the staff were very accommodating and moved me to an upstairs Mountain View room, which was much quieter and made for a much better stay. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Super fast and easy check-in with the pre-check-in done online before arriving. The water pressure for shower is amazing.
It seemed like there is still central heating in every room despite it has an ac in the unit. The central heating temperature was set too high, we turned off the ac in our room before sleeping and got waken up mid night around 12:30am as the room turn too hot. We then turned on the cooling mode of the ac in the room tried to cool down the room but the room takes at least 2 hours to become less hot. We even put away the duvet and use only sheets and it is still hot.

The room was loud, although it was supposed to be soundproof I could easily hear everything through the walls. The heat pump made an obnoxious noise all night even when turned off. The bed was extremely uncomfortable too. Parking was limited.
