A due passi da un bellissimo punto panoramico sulla caldera. Ho amato il balcone vista mare e il patio antistante l’ingresso. I gestori sono stati molto ospitali.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Non posso che confermare le recensioni precedenti: appartamento perfettamente rispondente a descrizione e foto, pulitissimo e in una posizione decisamente strategica. Pulizia del bagno e cambio asciugamani e tappetino doccia quotidiano e, a metà settimana, ci sono state cambiate anche le lenzuola. Non abbiamo avuto nemmeno il pensiero di buttare la spazzatura. Per quanto riguarda la posizione praticamente si è sul percorso pedonale che va da Fira a Imerovigli e poi Oia e a pochi metri dalle scale che portano in 2 minuti alla chiesa delle tre campane. Davvero in 2 minuti a piedi ci si affaccia sul magnifico spettacolo della caldera da dove ho visto i più bei tramonti. Davvero in 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Imerovigli e in 5 Fira camminando in vicoli spettacolari. E per finire, nei pressi c'è un ampio parcheggio.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Todo. Katerina es una anfitriona de 10 que está pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites. Nos recibió con unos presentes y el último día nos guardó las maletas. El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene una terraza muy agradable donde cenábamos todas las noches. Ademas está muy cercano a Fira, a tan solo 10' caminando.
Entra mucha luz por la puerta de la calle ya que, tiene unas cristaleras y la estancia se llena de luz nada más amanecer con lo que nos despertábamos pronto.

Servizio della signora Katerina da hotel, praticamente ogni giorno puliva, molto bene, il bagno e ci cambiava le salviette. Arredamento spartano ma funzionale. Appartamento spazioso e con un grazioso terrazzo dove cenare. Due parcheggi a circa 200 metri.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Los apartamentos están muy cerca de las vistas a la caldera, a unos 10 minutos andando de Fira y a unos 20 de Imerovigli. Es una zona bien situada y animada con tiendas, restaurantes... todo lo que necesitas. Katerina es un encanto de mujer y muy agradable, aunque no habla mucho inglés. Los apartamentos son amplios, están bien equipados y están muy limpios. No son modernos, son sencillos pero me parecieron mejores que en las fotos. La relación calidad-precio es alta.
La presión del agua de la ducha era baja pero suficiente. Los colchones nos parecieron algo incómodos. Aire acondicionado algo ruidoso.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026O espaço era espaçoso e limpo. A cozinha tinha o necessário para fazer refeições, tinha ar condicionado e as camas eram muito confortáveis. A localização também era bastante central, a uma curta distância do centro de Fira. Tinha um mini mercado mesmo ao lado. A Katerina é muito simpática e atenciosa. Até à nossa chegada deu informações muito úteis tanto sobre o alojamento como sobre a ilha. Após o check-out guardou as nossas mochilas para que pudéssemos aproveitar o resto do dia.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Very well organised, easy check in and out and Katerina is a very kind lady. I didn't meet Alex but he was a great communicator and very helpful. Daily cleaning was a bonus and location is great. Use the footpath at the top of the property to walk right into the centre of Fira very quickly.
The bed in my room was hard and the shower pressure was very low. The furnishings are very old.

Elle nous a gardé les bagages jusqu’à notre départ pour l’aéroport. Le logement est grand avec une petite terrasse. Il est assez proche des bus et du centre de Fira. L’environnement est calme.

She also provided a propane burner so that we could cook our breakfast when the power went out due to a repair. The airflow in the unit was amazing!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The apartment is in a good location, around 15 minutes walk from Fira bus station, so you are out of the busy area but close enough that it’s convenient for getting anywhere by bus. You can get on to the Fira-Oia path just minutes from the apartment. I was in a top floor apartment with a balcony with sea views, the sea view was so nice!!! It was so lovely and relaxing to sit out on the balcony. If you open both balcony doors in a windy day you get a wonderful breeze blowing through the apartment. it was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable with a nice firm mattress. The kitchen was well equipped. There is Aircon in the double bedroom and the second room with a single bed in. The bins were emptied and towels replaced every day. The free shower gel was nice. There is a small grocery store very close (Alpha market) but it’s expensive and the lady on the till was unfriendly so I preferred to shop in the medium size supermarket (Greek name) 15min walk on the other side of Fira, just beyond the bus station or in the small Fira Market near the bus station. The owners were welcoming.
Just a few very small things - water pressure in the shower was not great; the foot pedal did not work on the bathroom bin so I had to open the lid with my hands. The fridge was old and shelves did not seem completely clean, also it was a bit noisy at night. But these are only very small things - Apart from this everything was great and I would happily stay here again.

La signora Katerina è stata gentilissima, ci ha aspettato fino a tardi (causa ritardo dell'ultimo minuto del volo), regalando caramelle ai bambini e un bellissimo lavoro in terracotta a noi. L'appartamento rispecchiava perfettamente le aspettative, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Consigliatissimo!

Très propre, serviettes changées tous les jours. La clim fonctionne bien. Chemin piéton vers les 3 cloches (à 5 mns, une des plus belles vues de Santorin) et le centre de Fira. Grand parking gratuit à côté. Hôtesse gentille et accomodante. Je recommande!

Location is great, on a quiet walkway just a couple of minutes from the Caldera view in the less crowded part of town. So you can just pop around the corner for sunset!. Mini markets close by for snacks. Fantastic value!. Hosts helped arrange transport to and from the ferry port.
Living room couch was uncomfortable but that's it. I preferred to sit out on the patio anyway. Everything else was fantastic and of definitely, stay there again!

Location is good, Firostefarni is located in between imerovigli and Fira; Plenty of restaurants nearby including the famous Mama Thira Tavern. Tips: If you plan to take public bus to Oia, you will need to walk or take a bus from Firostefani (bus comes every hourly) to Fira, then switch to another bus from Fira to Oia. (2 separate bus tickets, buy from bus conductor, not the driver). If you want to walk from Fira bus station to this apartment - Google map seems to be misleading (it says 2km? ). It is better if you use the main road (the road in front of McDonalds) all the way towards Firostefani bus station instead of walking in the cobblestoned alleys. Distances for both main road vs. alley are about the same, but much much much more comfortable using main road where you can drag your luggages.

Place was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Lovely courtyard with seating, lime trees, basil plants. Very nice space to sit out in, very private. Would definitely recommend!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2024Excellent position! Near the caldera walking path, but far enough from the crowd so you can have a peace and jump fast into the epicenter of events and the sunset viewpoint. Just what we were looking for. The apartment was larger that we thought and inner yard with table was nice to have. Hosts very nice and friendly. We managed to communicate despite their bad english and they had answers to all our questions. We especially appreciate early check in and possibility of storing our bags. We would definitely come back.
Kitchen appliances (specially the cooker) quite outdated, but we did not need it.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2024A roomy comfortable apartment with a balcony overlooking the island and sea. A gorgeous viewing spot of the caldera was only 150 metres away. It was a 15 minute pleasant easy walk to Fira, but far enough away to avoid the tourist crowd's hustle and bustle, also close to cafes and supermarkets. Every morning and afternoon we'd see a line of donkeys trailing along the pedestrian walkway to Fira behind the apartment.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2024The First Floor apartment was spacious with a double room with access to a sizable balcony with table and chairs. The living room has a comfy single bed with a sofa bed also available and also a door to the balcony, which has views out to the east coast . Both these rooms had effective aircon. The bathroom is clean with towels and shower gel provided. Location in Fierostefani was great just a few minutes walk downhill to the centre of Thira where the port is. One minute walk the other way leads to the most magical view for the sunset which you can watch from a restaurant or bar or just sitting on a wall. No need to spend loads on booking tables. Lady owner is sweet and kind.
Shower is serviceable but low pressure. It didn’t spoil our trip.

We appreciated her arranging transfers for us from the airport and to the port with a reliable and friendly driver. Her property was near all the action, yet a nice respite from the touristy chaos of Santorini. It was quite spacious and comfortable as well.

I highly recommend this place.
