Loved the view, the design, the team, the pool... really enjoyed our stay.

Wat een prachtige locatie maar ook prachtige accomodatie. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hadden zelfs een verrassing klaar gezet omdat we beiden 40 waren geworden. Daarnaast echt de beste uitvalsbasis omdat je zowel Fira als Imerovigli op 10 minuten lopen hebt.

Everything, the staff are super attentive and really make an effort for the stay to be memorable. They are so helpful and offered to store our luggage since we came early. It was the best stay in our europe trip.

The room was nice and had everything we needed for our stay.

The jacuzzi water definitely needs better care and maintenance. It had quite an unpleasant smell and foamed considerably whenever the jets were turned on. After getting out, my skin had a strange smell and there was an unusual film left on it, which made us question the cleanliness of the water. The swimming pool was also very cold, which unfortunately made it difficult to properly enjoy. The macramé-style umbrellas around the sunbeds looked very pretty and suited the setting beautifully, but unfortunately they provided very little actual shade from the strong sun, making them more decorative than practical. I was also a little uncomfortable being asked to settle our bill the night before departure. It made me feel as though there was a concern that we might leave without paying. We had intended to have breakfast the following morning, so I explained that it would make more sense to settle everything at check-out. Initially, I was told this wasn't possible because breakfast had to be pre-ordered, although on our first morning we had been able to order breakfast on the same day. When I pointed this out, it suddenly became possible. At check-out, nobody asked how our stay had been or whether everything was satisfactory. Considering the price and standard of the property, I found this a little unprofessional. There were also some cleanliness and safety concerns. The lighting in the shower had exposed wiring, which I consider a serious health and safety issue, particularly in a wet area. The large concrete bathtub could also have been cleaned more thoroughly, as there were visible soap marks around the edges and parts of the surface felt slimy. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but these are areas that definitely need attention, particularly the jacuzzi maintenance, cleanliness and exposed electrical wiring.

La chambre avec étage est vraiment très belle, mais avec le bain à remous (éteint pour la nuit) la ventilation de la chambre s'allumait parfois.

Super clean apartment with an amazing view! We truly enjoyed our stay. Maria and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food and drink menu was also excellent. There are some stairs, which we noticed a few guests mentioned in their reviews, but honestly, it wasn’t bad at all. The apartment is located on a cliff, and the stairs are simply part of the charm and beauty of Santorini. Everything is uphill here, so don’t let the stairs stop you from experiencing a place like this! Thank you again for an amazing stay. We had a wonderful time with my sister!

The location is fantastic, with amazing views, and the property is very clean. What stood out the most, though, was the lady at reception. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with her recommendations and advice about the island. Her warm and friendly service really made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing as well - highly recommended

la bajada y subida de las maletas, es muy incomoda, ya que hay muchas escaleras, pero bueno es una cosa normal en esta ciudad, son todo subidas y escaleras, así que me parece que en casi todos los apartamentos será igual.

La nourriture est également excellente. Une mention toute particulière pour Maria, qui est d’une douceur et d’une gentillesse incroyables. Malgré la barrière de la langue, elle a toujours été adorable, attentionnée et disponible. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés. Kivételes szálláshely, amely szerintünk tökéletes helyen található. A környék csendes és nyugodt, nem túl forgalmas, így ideális a pihenéshez. A szobából nyíló kilátás egyszerűen lélegzetelállító volt, önmagában is különlegessé tette az itt töltött időt. A szobák igényesen, modern és ízléses módon vannak berendezve, a felszereltség pedig minden szempontból megfelelő, sőt kiváló! Külön szeretnénk kiemelni a személyzetet, akik végig rendkívül kedvesek, figyelmesek és segítőkészek voltak. Összességében egy igazán kellemes és emlékezetes tartózkodásban volt részünk.

A szálláshelynek előre jeleztük, hogy gluténmentes reggelire van szükségünk, ennek ellenére érkezésünkkor nem voltak erre megfelelően felkészülve. Végül kénytelenek voltunk egy közeli kisboltban bevásárolni, hogy meg tudjuk oldani a reggelinket. Úgy gondolom, hogy 2026-ban, egy ilyen színvonalú szálláshely esetében különösen fontos lenne, hogy az előre jelzett ételérzékenységekre megfelelő figyelmet fordítsanak, és a vendég számára biztosítsák a szükséges alternatívákat. A helyzetet az is különösen csalódást keltővé tette, hogy a sziget másik oldalán egy jóval szerényebb szálláshelyen is gond nélkül odafigyeltek az ételérzékenységre és megfelelően gondoskodtak rólunk.

The location is perfect, a short walk down into Fira. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The views are stunning. The best sunsets I’ve seen are from right here in this hotel. The staff are so kind and helpful. A big shout out to Maria. Her English is fantastic, she’s the most friendly person we’ve met here in Santorini. She’s a real credit to the team. My 11 year old daughter even shed a tear when we had to say goodbye. We stayed in the Gerrasimos suite . It’s huge, best room we’ve ever stayed in. A true home away from home. Maria the receptionist is the loveliest host we have ever come across, the room, pool and of course the stunning view was exactly how it was shown online. This was our favourite place we have ever stayed on any of our travels.

Best hotel in Santorini. Absolutely perfect. It was our fith time in Santorini, and third time on Agnadema. Having also stayed in Fira and Imerovigli, I can say that this hotel in Firostefani is the best. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the island. Staff is very kind, specially Julian, who helped us a lot.

Nothing really. If I could make one change though, it would be on the two bedroom suite, I would put a steam bath instead of the inside jacuzzi, considering that the bedroom already has an outside jacuzzi with caldera view.

A minha suite não funcionou o ar condicionado durante minha estadia. Por falta de informação e clareza, tb venderam uma suite pequena para 4 pessoas. Tivemos que dormir amontoado entre as malas. Fiz essa reserva com meses de antecedência para evitar problemas e infelizmente não conseguimos.

L’emplacement est parfait, le personnel aussi très agréable. L’appartement a été très propre et neuf, le design est très joli aussi. L’apart est assez petit mais l’espace est optimisé au max. La vue sur caldera. C’était chouette d’avoir la piscine pour se refreshir. L’aide avec le bagage très appréciée.

Pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants c’etait un peu limit, et la jacuzzi dans la chambre faisait du bruit dans la nuit et créait le microclimat humid avec l’odeur de chlore dans la chambre. La piscine est petite mais très bien entretenue.

Pobyt v tomto hoteli bol nezabudnuteľný. Hotel je samozrejme veľmi čistý, moderný a dizajnový. Rovnako výhľad na Calderu stojí za to. Ten má dostupný každá izba. Pozitívne hodnotím aj polohu: iba 10 minút pesi do Fira, hlavného mesta. Tou najväčšou výhodou tohto hotela, ktorý ho pre nás urobil špeciálnym sú ludia. Od zamestnancov na ktorých vidieť, že to čo robia, robia uprimne, až po susedov, s ktorými pôsobil tento hotel ako rodinná chata! Odporúčam!

Great location , stunning view - honestly the best view of Santorini is from the hotel . We loved watching sunsets here . Beautiful modern hotel . Most importantly, the staff are so welcoming and compassionate. One of the best hospitality service I have ever received . We rented the 2 level loft and the top floor AC doesn’t seem to cool the top level where we sleep . The bottom floor AC worked great though . As a result, It would get hot at night on the top floor. Otherwise this would have been a 10/10 perfect stay .

Maria was very exceptional helpful and professionally taking care about us. The view is amazing and we got some rest in our one night stay which we were very happy about.

We didn’t have electricity from 7am to approximately 11am but weren’t informed previously. The equipment in the really tiny (!) room (e.g. not enough hooks, no cups for toothbrushes) made it difficult to feel comfortable as it got chaotic when you don’t know where to put your stuff. We wanted to order white wine, unfortunately this was not possible because it wasn’t cooled. The door handle came off from both sides and didn’t get fixed during our stay. It didn’t feel private as the rooms and common area is located closely too each other. Maria was managing everything (reception, preparing snacks, watering the plants, answering every question, making cocktails,..) and trying to balance the inconveniences really professionally but to be honest - we can’t support a hotel which is managed this way. The team is far too small.

Everything! I highly recommend this place as the perfect hotel to stay in. My room, jacuzzi outside amenities and location was top notch. It was also super clean. Maria, Elise at reception was on it! I only had two nights and needed to make sure I get the best and most out of Santorini. There recommendations was spot on. I was able to cover a lot of activities without breaking much of a sweat and budget. I cannot remember his name, but the butler was just as amazing, welcoming and helpful. Carried my heavy bag down 91 steps. They say Oia has the best sunset, but the sunset from this hotel I found it more beautiful. Definitely worth every penny.

We recently stayed at Agnadema Apartments in Santorini, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Juliano was already waiting to help us carry our luggage down to the hotel, which was such a thoughtful start to our stay. At reception, Elena gave us the warmest welcome and took the time to tell us all about the hotel, the local area, and the best things to do on the island. As our room wasn’t quite ready upon arrival, we left our luggage in the luggage room and went out to explore the surroundings. When we returned to check in, we were amazed to find that our luggage had already been brought to our room. To make things even more special, the room had been beautifully decorated with balloons, roses, rose petals, two delicious cakes, and a lovely bottle of Greek red wine. It was such a wonderful surprise! Elena also helped us choose the perfect restaurant for our first evening. After dinner, we were greeted by Maria at reception. What an amazing person she is! So kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in making guests feel at home. Throughout our entire holiday, she helped us with countless recommendations and always had the most wonderful stories to share. Every morning, Angelina prepared and delivered a delicious breakfast to our room. Whenever we spent time by the pool, she also made the most amazing pasta dishes for us. Her food and hospitality were outstanding. After each day of exploring the island, we returned to a beautifully clean and tidy room thanks to Flora, whose attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Great location - 10 minute walk into Fira but away from the crowds and lively nightlife. Also glorious sunset views. The staff were delightful and were very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a small property so hotel facilities are limited (small pool, room service breakfast) but the rooms were well equipped. It has been fully refurbished and looks extremely stylish.

This is a stunning place to stay in Santorini. Our apartment faced the sea, and we had access to a beautiful pool area and loungers with an amazing sea view. We had our own smaller private hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. It is a steep walk to the accommodation, but definitely worth it! You are also a 15 minute sea view walk away/or short taxi ride away from the busier area of Fira with more restaurants, shops and a lovely museum. What made our visit really special was the staff. They were all so lovely and welcoming and made us feel really relaxed!

This was the most beautiful room we have seen, let alone stayed in! We were very grateful to have been given a free room update and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were all very kind and happy to help in any way!

Just to note that there is a church bell that goes off at 7am. Not sure if you can hear this from all rooms, but bring some ear buds or something so it doesn’t disturb you. Nothing the hotel can do about that but just to say!

Everything was perfect, seriously. Check in & check out was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was amazing - clean & full of everything we needed. Having two hot tubs was extraordinary (one inside & one outside, super private!). Breakfast was fantastic as well! The beds were comfortable. The pool area was also very nice.

Trudno znaleźć coś co się nie podobało. To byl cudowny 2 dniowy pobyt w pięknej scenerii. Serwis i opieka - to ludzie tworzą przemiłą luksusową ale bardzo ciepłą atmosferę. Dziękujemy za wszystko. Od pomocy przy przeniesieniu walizki (to 90 stopni na klifie w dół) , przez wyjaśnienie i pomoc przy dostępnych usługach przez realizację drobnych życzeń jak transport z portu czy wyłączenie na noc hydromasazu ( apartament był z wanną z hydromasażem wewnatrz). WIDOKI - BAJECZNE , BASEN NA KLIFIE .... Jak to oceniła moja Żona - jak istnienie raj to właśnie tu:-). Polecamy maj- bardzo ciepło; pieknie i bez tłumów

Have stayed here three times, two of the times In the Cave Suites. Pound for pound, the best place to stay on the island. View, staff, accommodation, jacuzzi, cocktails are 10 out of 10. Stayed in about 15+ places on the island. Easily the best, all in!

WiFi isn’t the best in the rooms but you don’t come to the island to get on the internet much so not a big inconvenience here.

Could not fault the time spent at Agnadema hotel. The property itself had recently been refurbished to a high standard. The room was spectacular with the most amazing sunset in the evenings perfectly paired with the Jacuzzi and some wine. The location was fantastic with the largest town on the island being a 10 minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were superb with a special mention to Maria who was undoubtedly the best receptionist myself and my partner have met. Full of knowledge and always so happy to help. Will be back for sure.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at Agnadema Apartments for what may have been the most wonderful accommodation experience I have had in Europe. Our stay started with exceptional service even before we properly arrived. We reached the property very late at night, close to midnight, yet the porter was already waiting for us punctually at the square above the property. He helped us with our luggage, which made a real difference, especially for travellers carrying large suitcases. When we entered the apartment, we found that the team had prepared balloons and a thoughtful congratulatory card for us. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail: the ribbons and the card itself appeared to have been handmade. Instead of simply buying a ready-made card, the team had clearly put time and care into creating something personal. That small detail meant a lot to us. During our stay, we were also able to enjoy the pool with a truly perfect view. We had originally planned to go out early the next morning to explore, but because the accommodation was so comfortable and peaceful, we decided to slow down and stay in until the afternoon. For anyone who values cleanliness as much as we do, I would highly recommend this place. The property felt new, well maintained, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. We are very grateful that we were able to celebrate such a special occasion here. It was an important moment for us, and both my partner and I agreed that this was the perfect place for it. Pobyt w Agnadema Apartments na Santorini był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Hotel jest przepiękny, urządzony z dbałością o każdy detal, a widok zapiera dech w piersiach – idealny na poranną kawę i wieczorne zachody słońca. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo pomocna i serdeczna, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Bardzo duże i dobre śniadania wybierane z karty z dopłatą na miejscu serwowane na tarasie pokojowym lub do wyboru taras ogólnodostępny. To miejsce zdecydowanie zasługuje na ocenę 10/10 – chętnie tu wrócimy!

The view from the hotel is exceptional, you can see caldera sunset right in front of you. We also liked the location in firostefani as it is easy to walk to Fira but still quiet for relaxation. The pool was enjoyable in the super hot weather in July and the jet tub is perfect at night time to relax after walking around santorini. The staff are very friendly too. Simply amazing place to stay in Santorini.

Everything was perfect. Starting from the room, super clean and aesthetic. The food was amazing. Big thanks to the staff all of them were really helpful and kind. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best spots in the island for sunset views.
