Property is well located and beautiful

Staff. I did not like the communication style. Not very polite. I politely requested to ask if we can have an additional guest. The reply very rudely said that if we exceeded the guest capacity, police will be informed. The host could have politely said no rather than trying to scare us. Also, the check in is at 4:00 pm and checkout 10:00 am, which is a an hour difference from standard timing. Feels a bit strict about certain things

グリンデルヴァルト、ラウターブルンネンは車で10〜20分ほどで行くことができ、またバス停が目の前にあるためインターラーケンの中心までのアクセスも抜群でした。家族4人でしたが広さは十分で清潔でした。設備も整っており快適に過ごせました。 また、手違いがありチェックイン時にインターラーケンゲストカードが受け取れませんでしたが、その日の夜にわざわざホストの方が届けてくださりとても助かりました。

- il faisait tres chaud quand nous sommes venus. La fenêtre de toit du séjour meriterait un store occultant pour protéger du soleil - une climatisation serait idéale - nous aurions aimé un four micro-ondes - il faut préciser que la chambre du haut n'est isolée du séjour que par un rideau. Ce n'est pas idéal pour dormir sans bruit.

There is a bus right outside the house that will take you to the main train station of the area. It is always on time, so that is convenient. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen has all the essentials. Everything is new. Washing machine was helpful.

There is no AC - not that it is common to have AC in this area, but with climate change, it gets very hot during summer days. It takes a long time for the rooms to cool down after sunset even with the help of fans they have provided. If you open all the windows wide open to cool down the apartment, you will sure to get a lot of flies...This is one of those apartments managed by an outsourced management company. Communications and everything is through digital. Not a problem at all - just don't expect you will meet the host and get to chat about the region.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de la vivienda que salía fría. Hablamos con el propietario a través de la plataforma y la única respuesta que nos contestó es que seguramente lo inquilinos de otra vivienda distinta a la nuestra habrían agotado el agua caliente y tendríamos que esperar que se recuperara la caldera, que esperaramos al día siguiente a ver que tal iba y que mandaría alguien a revisarlo al día siguiente. Nos sorprendió la respuesta y nos quejamos pero no obtuvimos respuesta. Eso fue a las 22:00 horas. Esperamos hasta las 01:30 de la madrugada pero todo fue igual. hasta la mañana siguiente no tuvimos agua caliente con lo cual no pudimos tener una ducha después de todo un día de ruta en la montaña. Lo peor fue que al día siguiente nos ocurrió lo mismo. Volvimos a hablar con el propietario y nos indico que había enviado a alguien y todo estaba bien. le indicamos que tal vez tuviese un temporizador y a determinada hora se apagaba la caldera pero no obtuvimos respuesta alguna mas. Creo que ese era el problema y no nos lo quiso indicar.

Perfecta ubicación. Apartamento moderno, con toda las facilidades y equipamiento. Cocina bien equipada, lavadora y secadora muy útiles.

Falta una cortina en la puerta principal. Hacía mucha calor, los ventiladores no fueron suficientes.

Gostamos muito do apartamento, confortável, cozinha muito boa. Quartos confortáveis. Localização próxima dos lugares que queríamos visitar. Limpo e bem decorado. Uma energia muito boa! Ficaria novamente com certeza!

Tivemos um pequeno problema para usar a TV.

Great location, the explanations provided by the hosts were very helpful. All in all, a comftorable stay.

There are some kitchen items missing, such as a ladle, spatula, cutting board, and bowls. We recommend adding a curtain to the entrance door to maintain privacy.

Bel appartements, totalement neuf ou fraîchement rénové ! Bien équipé et magnifiquement placé et centré, où chaque jours laisse la place à une nouvelle excursion. Lacs et montagnes sont à 15 minutes ce qui en fait un site de choix !

Great property, looks like the listing photos! The location is very convenient to sightseeing in the area - we had a car rental. Host was communicative and friendly!

Although we knew from the listing no ac, it was hot while we visited in mid July, the fans provided help, but for us, was a little uncomfortable since we are use to ac!

Location, design of the house and cleanliness and the kitchen stuff. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bus stop is literally opposite to the home. Good free private parking spot.

It was a bit hot. Though the host gave 2fans one for ground floor and one for upper floor. The upper floor fan was not good, it wasn’t giving enough air and the area was too hot.

Neither sink held water - I informed the host. No curtain covering front door and when security light is on it’s very bright inside. Blinds in bedroom let in too much light.

The house was really well located and matched all details of the photographs. We were very comfortable with all the facilities matching the description. Really felt like home away from home with unmatchable view . Regards Sudeep

I have a rule that if the accommodation is nice then the trip is a success and this apartment is beyond amazing. Instructions from host were clear and on time. The place location is amazing with only 8 min drive from center of Interlaken. Parking available on site. When reviewing this place on booking, saw people complain about living room had no curtain and was surprised to see curtains were installed to provide more privacy which indicates that host is considerate and responsive to reviews. All amenities were available. Furniture and decoration give a vacation home vibes. Truly enjoyed staying here with my family and will consider rebooking in the future

This sprawling apartment is nestled in the nature with abundant surrounding natural beauties! The Gsteigwilar Dorf is attached to it! The kitchen, the dining cum drawing areas, bedrooms and bathrooms all were upto my expectations!

The fly! The basin in the main bathroom was very slow to drain.

Location is great and you can reach every popular places with in 20 min. by car. Every needes items was thought in house so you do not need to bring with you. The view and architecture is so exiciting.

One positive feedback, oven shoul cleaned better even house cleaning is good condition.

The apartment is very nice. On the ground floor there is a big living room and a nice kitchen, a big bathroom and 1 bedroom with 2 beds. On the upper floor a big bedroom with a bath and a separate toilet. Very clean. Beautiful view. Very close to Interlaken. Very quiet. I highly recommend.

It was a very nice stay. The place is very comfortable and location is great, close to many villages. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great. House is slightly far from Interlaken but there is a direct bus that drops just in front of the house.

Nice home with rude attitude and unhelpful owner. The only reason I would rare it 5 is that the apartment itself is beautiful and in a quiet area.

The main road leading in and out of the village was under construction the next morning we arrived and road was closed. We spent a full day with 3 children outside trying to enter through a gravel and a very narrow road but the map couldn't help. The owner tried to help but only until 9.30 pm, we then managed to reach although we contacted her earlier that morning to figure out an alternative route. Another issue happened after check out when I politely asked if the cleaners can check whether I left my charger there and she simply asks me to wait for an hour to get back to me of which I waited and when called back she said she can't continue to disturb the cleaners and that I can go and check by myself!! Don't expect assistance for an extremely rude host. Thin walls and wooden flooring makes most of your moves heard so be ready to recieve tomorrow of complains if you're travelling with kids. The bedroom upstairs has no doors ( only curtains that open and shut after the stairway so not what you're after if you're looking for privacy .

The location is in between of Interlaken and Grindelwald but it far from the centre of the city. 8 minutes from Interlaken and 15 minutes to Grindelwald. Big apartment and very clean. the car parking is free of charge. very high speed internet.

The is no view of the apartment. There is no privacy because most of the apartment is made form glass and anyone from outside can see you. It is not suitable for family with small children because of the main room is upstairs and the other room is beside the main door. There is no air conditioning just fan .There is a lot of insects when you open the windows at night. There is no cleaning service and there is no one to take the rubbish from outside. If came late at night no one will answer you because there is no reception. noisy place you can hear everything from outside. The the honor of the apartment is impolite with upon check out.
