The checkin process was cumbersome and the checkin details were provided at the very last minute. Locks, qr codes, key cards - so many security measures to just get into the apartment. There was also a security deposit of $50 SGD required to be paid. The rooms were average

It was not clean, the drawers where dirty, fridge wasn't clean, the food leftovers weren't taken out, the sofa was Very dirty i had to cover it with bed sheets so i can sit on it, wont recommend the place, and the parking was on the last floor, it took me 5mins to drive up and down

During check-in time, there were many people queuing at the guard house. If you were driving big car (we drove Alphard), there is no place for you to stop when you go to mailbox take the key which causes a bit inconvenient

• one electric socket in the master bedroom was not working • the shower blinds for the master toilet was mouldy and smelled musty • bed frame for extra bed was falling apart slightly

Bidet sprays for both bathrms hv no spray heads. Comforter smelling of man's sweat. Algaes on both toilet floors and walls.

One of the mattresses in one of the rooms is too soft and flimsy. My mother-in-law laid down on the mattress and slid down the bed and fell off the bed and bumped her head on the floor. She was lucky that the head injury was not severe and a minor one.

The apartment was dirty, smelled of sweat and mothballs. The bathroom was disgusting, the hot water heater made a noise so loud I had to shut it off to sleep. I stayed only one night out of necessity. When I went to bed the matteress was merely springs with a cloth cover, very uncomfortable. I slept in my clothes due to the poor hygiene and smell of the room. Hand prints on the walls aboventhe bed, broken cupboard in bathroom. This is a room for the movies you see in a ghetto.

The bathrooms are spacious of course u need to bring your own toiletries such as brush besides u can bring it own shampoo and shower gel even though they are providing.im happy with the stay and lot of shops nearby. easy and convenient to travel. they are very helpful and the instructions are clear. I'm happy to stay n could recommend it to my friends.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026It was straight forward to check in with the QR code, instructions were clear. The vicinity was fairly good - near to Southkey mall by grab about RM6-10.
This place is in a state of disrepair, with a toilet that smells like sewage and a flushing system that doesn't work properly. The bed is also too very low and small for us, especially since we're older adults. The sewage smell was unbearable all night, so I didn't get much sleep. What a disaster!🤦
