Toilet shower needs to change. I was quite upset initially when asked to pay deposit. Other guest booked with Agoda n Airbnb didn't have to pay deposit. They received QR code n check in instructions. We were there but couldn't get in. Thankfully they waived the deposit n send us details at 6.30pm. Waited 3 hours to get in. Ridiculous!

Poor traffic management at the security guard entrance area. Not enough parking lots for vehicle to park when we had to retrieve the door key and access card from the letterbox. Stayed 2Ns in unit #18-03, i.e. a 2-Bedroom Apartment with City View, & it was far from satisfactory. We were greeted with a host of issues, including 2x power trips, upon arrival at this poorly maintained unit with practically non-existent cleanliness. Living room: Ants on floor / Missing Daikin ac remote Master bedroom: Haphazard ceiling fan / Rancid-smelling pillow / Missing Daikin ac remote Single Bedroom: Zero clothes hanger in wardrobe Ensuite: Moldy wall tile grout / Shoe print on toilet seat / malfunctioning water heater Common Bathroom / Toilet: Moldy wall tile grout / Dirt ring stain in stenchy toilet bowl / Broken under-sink cabinet Kitchenette: Ants on floor & kitchen island Regarding the missing Daikin ac remote, we contacted Customer Service via Whatsapp & there was no fruitful / constructive assistance rendered. When Maintenance contacted us, we were under the impression that he / she will be coming by the unit with a universal ac remote. Alas, it was a no-show from Maintenance & our call to him / her via Whatsapp also went unanswered. This is by far the worst experience we've had in an accomms throughout Malaysia in recent years, & do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff take we long time yo reply to whatapp messages.. Miss out the check in information... I need to keep on asking for the mailbox password.. And never give me the QR code.. Msg no response I need to call.. The check in was not smooth because tge staff never give us the proper information.. Delay our check in

Rooms and unit had a foul smell - like left vacant for sometime. It also didnt give a feeling of comfort and cleanliness. It was very bare, unlike the booking photos.

Aircon is very loud even in quiet mode. Water dispenser not easy to use. One of the light was spoiled, the wall pain has crack. Shower head is small, kind of old type. As u need to pay deposit first, so make sure check everything once u arrived and text them.

The room is extremely noisy, and the customer service asked me to report the issue to security myself. The noise continued until 2 a.m., and I was completely unable to sleep.

1. It’s value for money compared to the nearby Opero or St Giles. Both which i personally think are over-priced especially during sch holidays. 2. Simple, well equipped AirBnb. 3. The condo facilities is actually pretty decent 4. It’s a short 10min walk (not sheltered) to MidValley. But its easy 5. Not sure why people complain bout the car park. I thought the entire condo was very safe. And there were loads of parking spaces, although the host’s lot was on the 5th floor. 6. Considering it’s the Hari Raya (long wkend for some SG), the lifts were easy to get. Had bad experience with other Airbnb locations before. Thus i appreciate lifts that are always available. 7. Great view of Johor. The unit was on 19th floor.

1. Would like to suggest the host to have a simple rack / tray for the bath room amenities at the shower area. It’s a simple cheap fix that would help a lot. 2. Go easy on the room deodoriser. It smells nice, but bit overpowering. And I can’t find the source of it.

the house was very clean and everything reasonably maintained and works well

the location is not so near midvalley mall. only one out of 4 elevators worked so we waited one hour and half to check out.

Absolutely Disgusting – Misleading and Deceptive! DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS shown on the listing. We stayed in Unit 18-07 and were appalled the moment we walked in. The reality is far from what’s advertised. > Mould-covered showers and cabinetry > Stained bedsheets, including what appeared to be blood on the shower curtain and toilet seat > Broken appliances > Sagging, horribly uncomfortable beds It was filthy, neglected, and completely unacceptable. We weren't expecting 5-star luxury, but we did expect basic hygiene and functioning facilities. Clearly, this agency cherry-picks the best-looking units for their online gallery, while the rest - like the one we stayed in - are in disgusting condition. The location might seem decent on paper, but try getting out of the area during rain or peak hours — it’s an absolute traffic nightmare with gridlock for hours. When I raised these serious concerns, the response? “Do you want us to send the cleaners?” A mop won’t fix mould, blood stains, or broken appliances. It was clear there is no sense of responsibility, no accountability, and absolutely no care for guests. This agency is running a bait-and-switch. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT BOOK. DO NOT BE FOOLED. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The property is clean and tidy, with decor.

The towels have unpleasant smell, the toilets have no bar to hang clean clothes and towel, not enough pillows provided. The property only provided 2 pillows for each room. I had stayed before others that provided 4 pillows for each room.

Very recommended and very nice to stay. Very comfortable and convenient for us. ❤️👍💯

Accessibility to Mid Valley Southkey

Shared bathroom water heater and shower flow was weak. Master bedroom wasn't fully sound proof so could still hear the traffic at night. The other bedroom did not have blackout curtains, only stickers pasted on the window and light from the corridor could still pass through. No bowls provided, only plates.

The facilities were dusty and not well maintained. Pillows and bed sheet were dusty

Everything was fine except the kettle give us electric shock and it doesn't have auto stop and pillow is stained inform owner saying it will be replaced the next day but it is not done

Cleanliness for the kitchen cabinets can improve. Another thing which bothered was the access QR code was deactivated in the early morning hours of departure day. The QR code can be kept till the check-out time.

Bed mattresses were not good for sleeping support, pillows too flat. Worst we experience a water cut off in the middle of the night wif no one informing us resulted in not able to use the toilets for bathing, wash up & personal needs.

Apartment was clean and conveniently located. Facilities was fantastic.

The entrance to the apartment was confusing - we went a few rounds at the mall side so some directions would be great. If amenities like drinking water and toothbrush/toothpaste were provided it would have been perfect. But these were very minor inconveniences and did not take away from the comfort and convenience of this stay.

Me and my family really like the apartment.. it was spacious for my kids to run around. They also have billard table and everything like microwave to heat up food.. you can also cook if u want. It was good a good experience. I like it will come again soon.

The sliding doors of the wardrobes were heavy and not easy to move, maybe the grease has dried up. The dining chairs can be given a chair sock so that it doesnt produce the screeching sound when dragged.

Some of the apartments facilities need a change and wifi needs attention.

Had to call so many times for the letterbox passcode. No one picked up. Until had to call another phone number and had to wait again. No instructions given in the house to turn on heater etc. maybe it is in the guidelines which we had hard time opening it. Mine showed in the trash.

The picture does not match the apartment given. No indication that keys is only for the door and not for gate.

Collecting the keys took some time due to a surge of arriving vehicles. Later that night, the master bedroom toilet ceiling began leaking near the toilet bowl—an unpleasant experience that forced me to shower again in the middle of the night.

The furnitures are all breaking apart. Need to revamp the home. The parking was horrible. At level 6 going in and out is a torture.

The sewage system was faulty during our stay, we could smell strong odour from the toilet that contaminated the whole flat sometimes

Need to have a proper type of shampoo, those provided is like a shower foam cum shampoo type. Toilet needs to upkeep as the shower hose in the common toilet is leaking. Roller blinds in the master bedroom is tearing off and needs proper and deep cleaning to maintain the hygiene. Fan is the living room is faulty and generating noise after turn on. Facilities in the game room needs to maintain. Table soccer is spoilt and not maintained

location is near mid valley, about 5-10min of walking. unit was very spacious, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 separate toilets. Comes with kitchen and washing machine as well.

TV box has to be used to watch TV, unfortunately, mine was not working very well. Quite confusing when collecting the keys but owner is always on hand to help. As unit is on the high floor, the lifts are quite full most of the time.

host gave wrong PIN for mailbox, which left us stranded for awhile. host gave wrong password for Wifi (spelling was wrong) until we autocorrected it ourselves. master bedroom heater wasn't working. TV was useless, turned on but couldn't connect to anything. bed quilt was moldy. bedroom skirting was moldy. bathtub had old pubic hair. we've stayed at other apartments at mosaic before, with the best experiences, at least the place was clean. this apartment was cheaper, and what you pay for, is what you get.

The furnishing of the unit was wonderful, well upkeeping. There's a big sofa and the TV can be turned into bedroom. The plus point is the open sky view from the living window. The unit located at high level, 20+.

Hosts were awesome and responsible. Gave regular updates and took prompt actions when attending to complaints.

The facilities are run down and amnesties very minimal e.g. only 1 pillow and 1 towel for each person. The bed is not very comfortable.

The aircon can be quite cold as it is placed directly in front of yr bed. Parking is provided but as it's on the 5th floor, you will need to make your way up slowly.

The apartment was very clean, no smell. Lights were bright, furniture were in good condition. Within walking distant to Mid Valley Mall, abt 10mins. We arrived when it was monsoon raining. The road to the apartment was terribly jammed up, I think some road ahead was flooded. 1 km took us almost 1hr to reach. Host was patience in giving us direction though which we were thankful as it was a last minute decision that we want to stay overnight in JB.

There was no hook to hang clothes in the toilet. The master bedroom toilet has 2 shower system. The rain shower has no heater. If you need more than one pillow, you need to bring your own. And if you are particular about bath towel, suggest your bring your own.

The unit was not maintained, the door system was so complicated. The bed was so hard, might as well just sleep on the floor

The Car park is hopeless, too narrow and not user friendly, once you park car, you cant get out, both side block, one side is the ramp wall, the other side is the oversize column, so I paid RM10.00 to park at the visitor basement.
