La pena que hemos ido con mucha calor y no hemos podido disfrutar de la terraza casi 38 grados..pero volveré

Once in the accom however it's an oasis from the chaos outside. Very central (in the wall), great value, great AC, Comfortable beds, friendly host -
The parking is really not obvious - even when we arrived we didn't see it. Having located it and parked, it's smooth from there but a little more description - or better, a photo of the parking area - would have gone a long way.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026L'emplacement est top Ismaël qui est sur place pour vous accueillir et vous guider est super. L'appartement est confortable pour 4 personnes. Au calme. La terrasse est très jolie.
Il manque d'équipement dans la cuisine. La salle de bains est petite , manque de rangement est la douche est mal faite, on met de l'eau partout.

La cucina è poco fornita e avremmo gradito trovare un paio di bottiglie d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo.

Purtroppo non siamo stati accolti in modo adeguato. Il personale sembrava arrabbiato con noi e rispondeva in modo aggressivo Pulizia 7/10. Il bagno e la cucina sono vecchissimi Penso che non sia adatto per accogliere famiglie con bambini (per fortuna che eravamo un gruppo di amici) Avevamo tanta voglia di divertirsi ma purtroppo questa esperienza ci ha rovinato il viaggio

Reviewed May 26, 2026איסמאיל חיכה לי בכיכר ולקח אותי מהמונית ישר לבית שהיה 2 דקות ברגל מהכיכר, הוא היה מאוד אדיב ומקצועי ועזר לי בכל דבר שהייתי צריכה, המליץ לי על מסעדה ממש טובה, והראה לי חנויות רלוונטיות. הדירה מרווחת מוארת נקיה ונוחה, מים חמים תמיד, מטבח נוח והמיקום מושלם. בערב הרחוב שקט וביום יוצאים ישר לשוק ולרחובות הכחולים

Reviewed May 24, 2026Удобное расположение, но нашли не сразу. Квартира на первом этаже, комнаты во двор, поэтому тихо. Вода горячая не заканчивается, всем хватило. Есть фен, мыло. Веранда на 4 этаже, за 50 дирхам можно закать завтрак, но мы поели в соседнем кафе.
Мебель уставшая, на одну ночь хорошее место.

Reviewed May 20, 2026This place was better than we expected and much cheaper than most options in Chefchaouen. It’s a spacious two-bedroom unit located right outside the main road and super close to the parking lot, which was very convenient. The heater and extra blankets were a nice touch for the colder nights. The owner was also kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which we really appreciated.
The only downsides were the very small shower, which caused water to splash everywhere (a curtain would really help), and some noise from the main road. Other than that, it was a great value for the price.

Les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle sont très peu nombreux, pas une allumette pour allumer le gaz. Comme les gens sont adorable, je suis descendue au petit commerce en bas qui m’a prêté un briquet.

La comunicazione con l'host è stata pessima. All'arrivo nei pressi dell'appartamento, non trovando l'indirizzo esatto, lo abbiamo chiamato chiedendo di farsi trovare in strada in modo da guidarci all'appartamento. Invece che presentarsi come host dell'appartamento o chiedere se fossi io l'ospite (sapeva benissimo il mio nome in quanto ci eravamo già sentiti per messaggio WhatsApp), si rivolge in maniera molto sgarbata e aggressiva chiedendo solamente se parlassimo inglese e sembrando un semplice passante che voleva venderci qualcosa. Il suo atteggiamento non è poi migliorato di molto successivamente. Peggior esperienza della mia vita con un host di una casa vacanze.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de todo. En la parte de arriba tiene una terraza para los huéspedes de los apartamentos, que creo que hay 3 o 4 apartamentos, y tiene unas vistas de toda la medina, con unas mesitas para poder tomar algo allí.
Las camas duras y algo incómodas y la cocina bastante vieja.

Comme vu dans les commentaires, pas de rideau de douche, mais pas grave, une serpillière fait l'affaire. Les fenêtres de la cuisine ferment mal, nous avons dû mettre le chauffage pour la soirée et la nuit.

The apartment was lovely, considering the exterior of building, it was very modern and comfortable. All you need for a nice stay. Short walk from all the markets, in the medina and the vast selection of fruit markets and everything worth exploring in Chef. Short walk from great food (try Nabils Falafel). Host was great, offered to organize us an excursion but we had plans with car. Lovely gent to speak to on the incredible Terrance on the evenings with a great view.
Some folks outside the house (being so central) hustling outside the arch. Best to ignore them. Although easy to find once you know. Initially, was a little challenging, could really benefit with some detailed instructions from the host.

The kitchen is in poor condition - the doors of some cabinets are barely holding on. The pots and pans are also not in great condition. There’s no salt or oil in the kitchen. The shower is very inconvenient: it's impossible to wash without splashing water all over the toilet - it would be great to at least add a shower curtain. Parking is on the street - how close you get to the house depends on where you manage to find a spot.

O primeiro dia ficamos sem água quente, relatamos ao gerente e ao final do segundo dia foi resolvida a situação. Mas mesmo com esse ocorrido eu recomendo a hospedagem e ficaria novamente!

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025No te lo pienses dos veces porque es perfecto! Nosotros nos quedamos 3 días y se nos hizo poco. Está cerca de una de las puertas principales de la Medina y aunque parece lejos, te aseguro que lo vas a agradecer. Con Ismail fue una maravilla, nos ayudó en todo momento, siempre estaba cerca entonces estuvo muy atentos a nosotros. Al salir, tienes diferentes puestos que todos son un amor. No te lo pienses más que es ideal! Ah y desde la azotea tienes unas vistas maravillosas de toda la Medina!!

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025A very nice property with a beautiful terrace, comfortable bedrooms and a decent bathroom. The air conditioning was a big plus and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness and equipment of the kitchen. However, we also learned that in Morocco it doesn’t really make much sense to cook on your own, as eating out is usually cheaper and tastier. Overall, we had a very good stay.
