Jamais reçu de petit déjeuner alors que c’était inclu dans le tarif , logement excessivement chaud , Clim dans la chambre qui ne sert pas grand chose . Un très jeune garçon nous a accueilli, pas d’explication ni d’échanges juste remis les clefs et a encaissé le montant du taxe

We thought this would be a great place based on the description, photos, and glowing reviews. Unfortunately, reality was very different. What nobody seems to mention is that the entire building faces a traditional Moroccan hammam, and the windows of the hotel look directly onto the hammam’s chimneys. As a result, from early morning until late at night, the rooms fill with smoke. Not a slight smell—actual smoke. We could barely breathe, and one of us suffers from asthma, which made the situation even more serious. By the end of our stay, all our clothes smelled heavily of smoke, and opening the windows only made things worse. To make matters even more frustrating, there was essentially no staff available to help or offer any solution. We received absolutely no assistance. I am attaching photos because this issue is nowhere to be found in the listing and should be clearly disclosed to future guests. Unless you enjoy sleeping in a smoke-filled room, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Eingang zur Fussgängerzone. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war sehr lecker und auch wenn bei uns das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat und es beim Frühstück jeweils eher kalt war, haben wir es sehr genossen.
Das Bad ist sehr klein, man kann nur zu zweit drin sein, wenn jemand in der Dusche steht und die Tür entweder ganz zu oder ganz offen ist. Es ist kein Problem aber braucht je nachdem etwas Organisation :)

Reviewed May 25, 2026Die Ausstattung war sehr ansprechend mit ausreichend Platz. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück fantastisch und sehr reichlich.
Das Bad war winzig und hatte leider ein verstopft es Waschbecken und eine defekte Intimdusche, daher viel Wasser am Boden.

Das Zimmer für Marokkanische Verhältnisse richtig groß, mit eigenem Kühlschrank und Balkon und großem Bett. Das Frühstück einfach wahnsinnig viel, ob Rührei, Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft, Oliven, Honig und vieles Mehr.

The location was very convenient, right at the entrance of the Medina. The communication regarding the Check in went well. The staff in general were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. When my daughters got sick from food poisening (from another place) the staff was very caring and supporting, which meant a lot for us.

Hubo puntualmente un poco de ruido por la noche procedente del exterior, perros ladrando y algún bullicio de gente que obviamente no tiene culpa el propietario. Por todo lo demás genial. Muy recomendable. También referir que el parking está al lado pero se paga por ser ajeno a Dar Rafik (30 Dh/noche + propina)

Para encontrar su ubicación exacta es un poco difícil, me tuve que poner en contacto con la recepcionista por wpp, pero la respuesta fue muy rápida de todo y cuando ella me envió la ubicación en tiempo real, fue ahí que pude encontrarlo

The arrival arrangements were very easy, and we received help with finding parking. In the morning, we were welcomed on the rooftop terrace with a delicious and varied breakfast.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Terrasse sehr schön mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge. Die Frau von der Frühstücksterrasse war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend möbliert und wohnlich und sehr sauber. Besonders gefalllen hat mir die schmale Terrasse am Zimmer. Die Gepäcksdeponierung nach Verlassen des Zimmers bis zu meiner Abreise hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Sehr zentrale Lage zum Besuch der Medina. Sehr authentische Einrichtung und sehr leckeres Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Personal zwar nicht immer sofort zu erreichen und keine fest besetzte Rezeption aber kurzfristig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Betten waren für unseren Geschmack sehr gut. Parkplatz wurde von Einheimischen in der unmittelbaren Nähe bereit gestellt und für ein Paar Dirham bewacht.
Man muss zahlreiche enge Stufen zum Zimmer überwinden, meist gibt es aber irgendeinen Helfer der das Gepäck für ein paar Dirhan befördert. Leider haben wir in der Nähe kein sehr ansprechendes Lokal gefunden.

El desayuno riquísimo y más que completo. Servicio de consigna y uso de aseo post salida. Ubicación ideal para acceder con coche y estar en una de las puerta de la Medina, a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza principal. Contacto con taxista para Tetuán. Personal amable. Muy muy satisfechos de elección.
Nada… pero es conveniente que posibles huéspedes sepan que tiene escaleras estrechas. Para nosotros no fue inconveniente. Podría también insonorizarse un poquito más, solo por sugerir mejoras.

Riad difficile da trovare, perso in mezzo alla Medina dove il gps del cellulare funziona poco e male. Zona rumorosa sino a tarda notte per urla e schiamazzi in strada, al mattino alle 5:50 sveglia con la preghiera coranica. Colazione appena passabile, stanza pulita ma muri sporchi e bagno fatiscente.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Locatie goed en ontbijt uitgebreid en lekker. Kamer best ruim, badkamer daarentegen weer zeer krap.
Op eerste oog lijkt het schoon, maar als je echt gaat kijken is het verre van schoon. Je moet er van houden, maar het bed is het hardste bed waar ik ooit op heb gelegen.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025La posizione è eccellente ed i locali sono molto puliti e curati. La colazione inoltre è la migliore che ci sia stata offerta durante la nostra settimana in giro per il Marocco (non molto diversa dalle altre, ma di qualità superiore).

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Sehr gute Lage um in die Medina zu kommen und eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse.
Es ist kein Mitarbeiter im Riad und wir mussten mit der Besitzerin telefonieren um an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Unsere Ausweise mussten wir fotografieren und per WhatsApp an die Riad Leitung schicken. Das war bei anderen Gästen denen wir am zweiten Tag die Türe öffnen sollten auch so. Was dem ganzen aber die Krone aufgesetzt hat, die Besitzerin wurde danach auch noch unverschämt und hat behauptet wir hätten den anderen Gästen den Zimmerschlüssel ausgehändigt. Schönes Riad aber der Service und die Besitzerin sind leider unter aller Sau !!

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025This was the worst check-in experience I've ever had, despite traveling frequently. There was no one at the property to check us in. Eventually, some guests arrived who had been instructed by the owner to let us in. Due to a miscommunication, we received keys from a small office downstairs. I was very ill at the time and just happy to get inside. After an hour, a woman finally appeared, and rather than helping, she angrily told us off and was exceptionally rude about the keys. Her behavior was unacceptable and negatively impacted our entire day.
