The stay place was something that we needed, It was a gem of a place , Felt comfortable thoroughly for all 3 days

We waited about 15 mins in reception to get keys, Instructions for Wifi password and everything was lagging

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the location was convenient for exploring Chikmagalur. The staff was extremely courteous, responsive, and made us feel at home. The peaceful surroundings and overall ambience added to a truly relaxing and memorable stay.

Nothing significant to mention. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay.

The lock of the apartment was very difficult to operate. Would be great if they could fix it. Also parking is bit unconfortable as it is not within the apartment building and instead opposite to it, and this is bit difficult when it rains.

The location, stay, space, interiors everything was so beautiful and peaceful. It's right there in the mid of the town with close proximity to all the restaurants and essential.

Extremely clean and spacious apartment with great interior and cosy furniture. Located in a quiet locality just off the main road, so has easy accessibility to grocery stores and restaurants, yet offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere to unwind at the end of the day.

The only things we missed were a microwave and a tawa in the kitchen. Having those would have made the stay much more convenient.

Sanctum is located in a prestigious, leafy neighbourhood that is clean and tranquil. The apartments are well-maintained and fully equipped, and the staff are consistently professional and supportive. Overall, Sanctum offers excellent value for money.

Nobody came to ask if we needed anything . The ac made noise whole night we were not able to sleep the bottle can was local which they had put . We had to buy our own water from the market. There was no arrangement for tea or anything. The geyser was not working

Loved it

It is very spacious and well equipped. It is on a very quiet street but only five minutes walk from the bustling city streets. The staff were polite and helpful. The owner offered great support to our driver which was much appreciated by him and by us.

Booking.com says the property accepts VISA. But no foreign cards are accepted, including VISA, and this was not convenient for us.

The stay was comfortable and good, we recently visited with our family members and had a really comfortable stay here. The place is clean spacious and comfortable. We were alk 4l Adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is also clean and has all amenities for people who want to cook. The reception people were responding nicely and guided us in sightseeing too.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment in the middle of the city. It is very clean and maintained. The solar system for hot water is not enough. So if a geicer is installed can enjoy a wonderful bath before starting a early morning trips.A good place to stay with all facilities for cooking and dining.worth for money.

Great stay for 2 nights. We got a 2bhk apartment for 4 of us, which was convenient and felt home. They have basic arrangement of drinking water and cups, plates in the kitchen which can be used when ordering food. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Bhargav, the manager at the property is a kind gentleman. He referred driver Altaf for sightseeing in Chikamanglur. We had a great time exploring the place with Altaf and he guided us well.

Good place

This is a premium property well located in Chikmagalur. It's a 2 BHK like a 4 star Hotel with all amenities. Food needs to be ordered from outside by either Swiggy or Zomato and there is door step service. It's near market complex. Staff was very cooperative and provided a map of nearby places to visit in order of visit which was very helpful and helped me complete my visit successfully Overall it was a great stay.

Family friendly, city centre

The curtain in one of the room was torn in the lower part due to which the sleep was disrupted. We got a cockroach in the kitchen. Due to the grass mowing in the next compound the window frames were rattling as we were given the ground floor apartment

It was excellent and truly value for money. The apartment was neat and clean, and the staff and manager were very polite and helpful. They were always just a call away whenever we needed anything. I went there with my electric car, and since no public charger was working in Chikmagalur, they kindly allowed me to connect my portable charger to their plug at night. That support was really helpful. I will definitely choose this property, whenever i plan a trip to chikmangaluru.

Some of the towels provided were old and torn. Hot water was not readily available. We had to waste a lot of water to get hot water.

Most of the plug points were damaged. The chargers for the gadgets won't fit properly. Only two plug points were working.

The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean. All the amenities within the room were up to date. The location of the apartment is in the main town and have easy access to all the shops and places. Enough parking space is also a good feature.
