It was very neat and comfort. And owner of this property was very friendly. Definitely must try homestay.

Our trip to Chikmagalur was made perfect by this wonderful guest house. The property was great, but the highlight was the owner’s hospitality. They ensured all our needs were completely fulfilled. It truly felt like a home away from home. Will definitely visit again!

Excellent and a very clean apartment. owner was very nice and friendly. Tariff is affordable.very good place for staying with family

Spacious

The location is nice and the apartment itself is rather big and comfortable. The host was friendly as well.

The toilets were kinda dirty and had a funky smell.

Merci Imrane 😊😊😊 Shabaaaash

Good stay neat and clean

I had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient and easy to access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely maintained. -

It would be helpful to have more than 1 dustbin.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Royal Guest House. The location is ideal, situated conveniently within the city limits, which made commuting easy. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful atmosphere for rest. The service was prompt and satisfying — everything I needed was attended to without delay. The owners were especially kind, approachable, and very helpful throughout the stay, which added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly option for both short and long stays in the city. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a clean, centrally-located place with friendly hosts.

Location is normal,,

Surroundings

Need more dustbin . Need washbasin and mirror in bathroom

Apartment is very nice. Room balcony has nice view. Very clear apartment. Owner behavior is very helpful. Very nice service.

Its on the border of the city area and the mountains range, saving time to travel to sites and also ensure accessibility to the city amenities like shopping street, bus stand, food joints etc

Everything was super comfortable and peaceful

The room was clean and well-maintained. The property owner kindly provided an early check-in as per our request, which was very helpful. Additionally, he personally came to pick us up at 4 a.m. when we were confused about the route, ensuring a smooth start to our stay

Nothing

every thing was great

We had an excellent stay at this house ! The host was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all the amenities(kitchen, WiFi) we needed. It was budget friendly without compromising the quality of the! Overall good experience we had !

Host is very good and responsible

Accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Host was humble and generous. Drinking water and option to cook own food was available. Beds were neat and clean and better than private hotels. Price of stay was affordable. UPS is available incase of powercut. Suggestion for others: use this accommodation instead of paying higher price for expensive homestays and spend the saved money on your Jeep rides ( that's how I did 😛 )

Nothing to say

Property was neat and clean. It is very near to the bus stop and they also provided utensils so that you can cook anything. The owner was very good as he allowed early check in. He provided car rentals also that was really helpful at unknown destinations. He guided us very well. Must visit property if you want a good and clean stay

Nothing is there to not liking the property

Owner was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable

Spacious, neat and clean rooms and hall with nice facilities. Situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with good connectivity to central town. Host is very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommended for a budget friendly refreshing stay.

The Rooms were clean and Nice. And the host was so supportive and cool.

Host is very cool. Rooms are clean

Location mentioned in booking email is not correct. But the host helped us

Spacious Rooms and Halls, neat and clean bathroom, nice ambience. Owner is very nice and helping nature.

Not enough cutleries available.

i like the house

Owner of the property 'Imran' was a very kind and helpful person . He suggested us the locations and timings accurately which really helped. The stay was in the town only although not on the road side.

The TV which was provided at the house was faulty and damaged. Owner promised to fix the TV the very next day in our two day stay but didn't get it done or bother to enquire about it. So slightly disappointed with that.

Host was so nice and friendly too. Best budget place for stay.
