A good place for a large group, as the group would have a luxury of using the boma without disturbing other guests by booking the entire property!
NOTHING... Just don't allow a learner driver to drive into the property, the steep needs some driving experience

Frans can modern the apartment more especially the bed sheet must be strictly WHITE, SMART TV, ADD MORE POTS, COUCH NOT COMFORTABLE. BUT OVERALL THE PLACE LOOKS BEAUTRIFUL.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026It was bit cold but the heater blanket helped a lot. Wonderful place to be. It was neat and tidy. The staff lady was very helpful.
The bathroom was not up to standard. There was no soap dish, no towel rack and no shower door. It was bit difficult to shower cause water will be all over the bathroom.

We had to check out, iy felt like we were living with our parents, literally told to sleep at 22H00!

Quite pricey however I think you pay for the view There was no wifi available No bath avaliable only a shower. Modern shower without glass so everything was wet that was placed on the floor. No space to place belongings except for a hook behind the door Getting up the driveway is a nightmare its extremely steep

Felt very cold inside, there was a fireplace which we used but you had to sit next to it to feel warm. electric blankets and blankets were provided. The couches appeared very good, but actually sagged in too much and we're not comfortable. WiFi coverage wasn't the best.

The apartment needs maintenance, especially the damp in the bathroom needs to be sorted out. There is only one bedside table next to the double bed and the unit has no bedside lamps. The beds’ base covers also need to be replaced. With a few minor upgrades, it can be a great apartment.

The staff (Farie) was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention to Frans, who checked in regularly throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed.
There was very little to fault during our stay. Everything met our expectations.

Upon arrival we were informed that the was shortage of water, we had to use water sparingly. When we woke up on surtaday the was no water but the host made a plan for us water only came back Sunday morning.

Went onto explaining the heaters and the electric blankets and how the roller door worked. He was even kind enough to drive my car up the steep driveway. After nearly giving up on braaing Frans came to assure me that my fire would take. I just needed to give it some time. Thanks, Frans!

Frans was helpful and available if needed but gave us privacy too. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! The driveway up to the house was a challenge the day we arrived but we got better at it with practice! 🙂
Unfortunately, we were there during an unplanned power outage and all cooking facilities are electric. Perhaps a backup camping stove would be useful.
