Consistently described as excellent/central and convenient for walking and buses ('perfect location', 'central', 'directly in the downtown'), but several reviewers note significant street noise due to the central position — very good location but with sound disturbance.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience.

Generally praised for quick, friendly communication and a helpful cleaning lady ('staff is really responsive online', 'super contact'), but a serious complaint about money not being refunded ('κλοπή των χρημάτων' / no refund) lowers the service/trust score.

Several reviewers explicitly state the price-quality relationship is okay/acceptable ('rapporto qualità prezzo è ok') and many recommend the place; value is in line with the target overall rating.
