Wifi was erratic and didn't work at all from Sunday to Monday morning with no explanation or assistance from the host.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026I really liked the interior of the property. It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The aesthetics made the space feel comfortable and welcoming, and I enjoyed staying there.
exterior of the building did not match the photos on the listing, which was disappointing. I was also not informed in advance that the Wi-Fi was unavailable because the cable was disconnected, which meant I had to find an alternative way to use the TV. Better communication and more accurate listing photos would have made the experience much better.

Just the location is situated right in the road,people at night are so noisy, not at the apartment, the apartment is not noisy at all But again it's not something that should worry people,it is manageable a d this property has no control over but all in all,this place is the best

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Very cosy and clean place. Felt like a home away from home. Loved that it is a mordern apartment in a quiet building. Within close proximity to transport and malls and shops. The little extras such as towels and gowns was a great bonus. Showed that the owner went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable.
Owner requested for a copy of my ID not sure what for, since I have never been asked for one whenever I book, either on bookings.com and Air BnB. It was like a was a criminal or something. Also the leaking toilet was also a bad part, but thankfully he sent a plumber to assist with it. Which he was available on Whatsapp whenever you have any complaint.

The bathroom situation was a disaster. Dealing with a leaking and blocked toilet is not ideal. I would have preferred being cancelled on even if it was last minute and being assisted to get a new place rather than being told in the day I arrive that the toilet is broken. It was not pleasant at all. As someone obsessed with hygiene this was not an ideal situation for me and my two friends I was with.

The location might be questionable and hope the entire apartment block is changed and upgraded to such accommodation. But the block is under great maintenance, we'll done

The parking to the rooms, the noise that our neighbor on the next floor was making on our first night, made it difficult for one to sleep. The outside building looks like a block of flats where people are renting. Some face-lift will do.

The complex is safe with secure parking. The owners and staff were accommodating, warm and helpful. I will definitely return for another stay!

The ID part where I had to send my ID copy to someone ave never seen, wish there was another way to deal with that security issue...You already booked and it not easy to just cancel 😕 you have send your ID even before coming to the location...didn't like that part (probably need a way,a proper way to explain to guests why the ID is needed before you can be on the location) "unfortunately" isn't a good example of explaining the problem
