Reviewed Oct 17, 2024The rooms could have been cleaned. I made a booking that morning for that same evening (a one night stay checking out in the morning)but accidentally selected the dates for the next month. They were still able to accommodate us ,but the room I got was very dusty and had spiders and cobwebs. I know it was short notice and we arrived early in the evening( we struggled to locate the entrance of the house)but I still feel like they should have made some effort to check the rooms were fine and cleaned them a bit before putting us into the rooms

Really appreciated the underfloor heating and electric blanket at night! The staff member who welcomed me knew exactly who I was and where I was staying and check in was swift with no admin, and they also served breakfast an hour earlier for me as I had to leave which I really appreciated.
