La vue sur le Douro,les serviettes de douche et les commodites dans la sdb. La literie etait confortable et le mobilier moderne. Notre hote d accueil etait serviable et de bon conseil. Le plus:Des volets electriques dans les chambres.

Le manque d ustensiles pour cuisiner:epluche legumes,saladier,passoire,manique,plats,spatule,poeles. La 2 eme sdb meriterait d etre refaite. Une fenetre dans une chambre ne fermait pas. Il manquait une notice pour les equipements et une feuille pour les instructions de depart et les commodites du logement.

This property offers the absolute best views of the Douro River and sunset. The view is completely unobstructed—you can enjoy the golden hour from your own private patio without the crowds of Jardim do Morro. The location is perfect: an easy walk to riverside restaurants, shops, and the bridge. Our host, Nuria, was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and gave us a fantastic introduction to the neighbourhood. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely choose this place again!

The location is a big plus, the view is great too, and the price is very reasonable. But the biggest plus is Nuria—she’s helpful, kind, and she helped us with everything.

On the other hand, we were a bit bothered by the fact that you could hear everything in the apartment; if you’re staying with several couples, you won’t have much privacy. And some of the furnishings could use an update. But overall, we were satisfied.

We liked the location. The views from this side of the river were lovely.

The property was generally clean. The main shower room needed re grouting it was completely black in corner by shower head. Unfortunately one of the double rooms had ants swarming over the bed meaning we were unable to use the room at all. The owner sent a cleaner but it was clean it needed some kind of treatment to kill off the ants. After cleaner had been for a follow up visit they were still there. Booked this with another couple and expected to be able to use both double rooms. We had to use a small third bedroom with twin beds, no beside lamps or table and I would describe as ‘box room’. Unable to access the balcony to see the lovely views from ant bedroom and we were told not to use other double room balcony access window as it was broken. There were other issues with water main being turned off by a contractor but we were able to sort this. Not a big issue but the ants were the last straw. Reached out to owner and only offered free boat ride tickets for 2 persons. I thought we would be offered some level of refund….. but nothing we have just been ignored sadly.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 amici per due notti e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta, oltre ogni aspettativa. L’appartamento si trova in una zona azzeccatissima di Porto, che inizialmente pensavamo potesse essere un piccolo punto a sfavore, e invece si è rivelata uno dei più grandi punti di forza! La posizione è ideale per godersi una delle viste più belle sulla città e per ammirare tramonti meravigliosi. Inoltre è comodissima a ristoranti carinissimi e cantine, tutto raggiungibile facilmente. Le foto sono assolutamente fedeli alla realtà: l’appartamento è molto grande, pulitissimo e perfettamente organizzato per ospitare 6 persone in totale comodità. È fornito di tutto il necessario e non ci è mancato davvero nulla. Un grazie speciale a Nuria, gentilissima e super disponibile, sia per i consigli che per la flessibilità sull’orario del check-in. Davvero tutto impeccabile: struttura, posizione e accoglienza. Lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio!

La posizione e la vista panoramica

Non c'era l'ascensore e non era specificato nella descrizione.. Non c'era il riscaldamento ma i fornelletti eletrici e un pinguino che bisognava lasciare la finestra aperta per fare fuori uscire il tubo!! Un controsenso.. Purtroppo quei giorni faceva freddo e la luce saltava spesso... E per finire attendo ancora una fattura mai arrivata... Sicuramente non ci ritorno.

Nuria met us at the apartment to show us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and nicely renovated. All of the bedrooms were very contained and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen comes well supplied with tableware and cooking needs.

Honestly, the only thing that we noticed was that the beautiful couch wasn’t as comfortable as it looked like it would be. That’s the only “fault” we could find. Everything else was really great.

Nuria was a great host, easy to communicate with and she handed over the keys herself. Beautifully furnished apartment with amazing sunset views towards the Arrabida bridge and the ocean.

It was the 2nd to last stay on our 4 week trip and the 3rd place without an elevator which would have been nice

10* apartment! The views are simply out of this world!! We stayed here last September but had to come back as our trip was spoilt by wildfires. Nuria is an excellent host! We booked the boat trip through her too.

Nothing! A couple of niggles from September had been fixed. The only thing we didn't have this time which we missed from September was some tea and coffee sachets.

A great location with stunning views and comfortable living area. We enjoyed the benefit of having two bathrooms. Nuria was very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom blind didn’t work properly and one bedroom had no blind or dark curtains. The toaster didn’t work.

Location,view front the windows, spacious and well designed interior, two bathrooms. We had an amazing host who recommended great places to visit and delicious restaurants.

The location and view. The kitchen was new with good equipment. Showers were hot and powerful.

The stairs up to the 3rd floor..The twin bedroom which is small for adults. The lounge seats are not comfortable and the rugs are old and dirty. One of the bathrooms roller blind did not close properly so was always providing a view for the neighbours.

Great location apartment, to explore Porto and its surroundings. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Equipment of the apartment sufficient. As the reviews mention, a perfect view of Porto would have been encouraged by clean windows. Wonderful hosts who were very helpful with planning other activities for us (bike rental, boat trip on the Douro River). If I went to Porto next time I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

A couple of niggles with things like a broken bathroom blind so people can see you in there! But not enough to detract from a fantastic apartment.

Stunning views of the Port. Comfortable beds, lots of towels and toilet paper. Great kitchen. Host Nuria was super helpful and gave us several travel tips. We loved the location - close to the metro and we walked to the harbour. Lovely Restaurants within walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay. Some small issues listed but nothing major that affected us.

No dish drying rack. Nowhere to hang our laundry - a clothes horse would've been great. Blinds in the bathroom not closing and the towel rack is broken.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Loved being on the Gaia of the Duoro River. Street below quietened at night. Nuria was so helpful checking us in and oriented us to the apt. Pointed out good places to eat and those to avoid.

Kitchen facilities were lacking eg- 2 wineglasses only (mismatched), one blunt kitchen knife, no cutting board, not even salt and pepper.

Best feature is The magnificent view over The River and Porto old city. The photos corresponded with reality. Our host was very welcoming and easy communication. She gave good tips for visits and places to eat!

Difficult to get a good night sleep: several shutters did not work and with mobile AC some windows were unable to close which resulted in very loud noise of seagulls and traffic all night and plenty of light as of early morning. The perfect view also has a price: be prepared to climb 3 floors, especially if you tend to spend the night at Gaia and already need to walk uphill to arrive at the apartment. Some difficulties with the lock could have been resolved faster.

Outstanding location. And beyond that, the host and his team made everything possible to make us feel comfortable and like home. This will be a place that we repeat for certain, and we already started to recommend it to our friends. They handle our arrival in a very smooth and care way, due to the fact that we were traveling during the biggest Porto city yearly party: Saint John. Long story short… we love it! We just missed a wringer, to put the dishes to dry, but this is a very small detail. Nothing else to add.

The view and the property space. Hot shower and warmer in the room. Big space of living room. 3 bed room with 2 single bed 2 double bed. 2 toilet.

Level 4th with no lift facility...need to carry up your heavy luggage... no hanger inside the room. No foc coffee 😅

Great view and excellent location. Very close to all points of interest. Spacious and quiet.

We loved the location and especially the view. The pictures on booking are accurate! It was easy to access and the space was great for 6 people (3 couples).

There were not any issues to note here on the property itself.

The apartment has a lovely view of the river and the owner is very personable and gave great suggestions to the area. I highly recommend this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment to others and would definitely stay again when we return to Porto next time.

Magnific view of Porto. The host is very welcoming and offers good tips for the differents visits. It is a really good appartment near the center of Porto and the caves.
