Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Eu gostei muito da localização do apartamento, o prédio tem elevador e a cozinha completa ajuda muito durante a estadia. A cama era bem confortável e tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos para uma ótima estadia.
Eu não diria que não gostei, mas o chuveiro não tinha a parte de cima fixa como tradicionalmente a gente encontra, somente a parte móvel e isso nos causou uma certa estranheza. Não é ruim mas poderia ser melhor. Também sentimos falta de um ventilador no quarto porque como só tem 1 na casa, meus filhos ficaram com ele pois dormiram no sofá cama na sala e o quarto ficou bem quente a noite.

El sofá cama es inadmisible. Tiene 12cm y unos hierros q se clavan en las lumbares. Hasta el niño de 25kg se levantó quejándose. No se puede ofertar para 4 personas, solo para 2. Como puede versr en las fotos tuvimos que poner una manta para no clavarnos los hierros del somier. Televisión pequeña sin conexión, WiFi lento, se desconecta cada minuto.

El sofá cama tiene un colchón muy fino. La cocina no estaba bien limpia. El ruido de las gaviotas no deja descansar si abres las ventanas para que no haga tanto calor. No hay aire pero tampoco ventiladores.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Beautiful apartment with everything you need! The location was perfect for us - quiet street but we could easily walk to anything in Gaia or Porto. We used both the bedroom and the sofa bed and both were very comfortable. Highly recommend the calm of Gaia! There is a supermarket down the street and laundry mart at the top of the hill near the bridge and amazing sunset views just up the hill! We also ubered easily from the apartment doorstep to the beach multiple times.
We were there for 5 nights and it would have been nice to get fresh towels or service of some sort.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026It was very clean. Furnishings and decor were modern with a touch of authentic and historic. It was a great location. It was an easy walk across the river. Good restaurants nearby and nice view of the old city. I slept on the sofa bed for three nights and it was comfortable enough.
Everything was great. We were three people so we used the sofa bed. That left us with nowhere to sit in the evenings except on the tall stools. Maybe a small comfy chair in the bedroom that could be wheeled out would be nice. Not a huge problem. Just a suggestion because when two people tried to sit on the pull out sofa bed it was tippy.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Lovely apartment overlooking the river and old town. Amazing night view! Beautiful bedroom, comfy bed. Big kitchen with some basic things, even could make a filter coffee. Bathroom was a good size. Sofa bed is of course not as comfortable as bed, sleeping one person is ok, two people, you may feel it, when the other one moves around. Lift or stairs, great for luggage. Location is great. You can easily walk across the bridge or take public transport. Or down the river front for drinks or food.
Shower hose should have a wall mount as well.

Un día antes de llegar pregunté si había plancha y la anfitriona me confirmó que sí, solo que debía avisarle con antelación. El mismo día de nuestra llegada (17:00), a las 12:00, le escribí para confirmar que por favor la dejara preparada en el apartamento. También le avisé que nuestro vuelo venía con retraso. Ninguno de esos mensajes fue leído. Cuando llegamos al alojamiento no teníamos el código de acceso y no podíamos entrar. Tuvimos que llamarla y, aunque decía que ya nos había enviado la información, en realidad recién en ese momento recibimos el mensaje con el código. Al entrar, tampoco estaba la plancha que habíamos solicitado con horas de antelación. Cuando la llamé para preguntar, me dijo que tenía que avisarle previamente, a pesar de que sí lo había hecho. Lo peor fue la respuesta que recibí: “¿Llegaste hace 10 minutos y ya necesitas la plancha?” en un tono bastante agresivo. Me pareció una actitud muy poco profesional y desagradable hacia un huésped. Para terminar, preguntamos si era posible dejar las maletas hasta las 15:30 el último día y nos dijo que no, lo que nos complicó bastante el final del viaje. Esto además nos sorprendió porque vimos respuestas anteriores donde sí se ofrecía guardar equipaje a otros huéspedes, y lo que es bastante habitual en hotelería. En resumen: el apartamento físicamente está bien y la ubicación es excelente, pero la falta de comunicación, organización y trato al cliente hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy negativa.

Metro station is 10 min of walking up on the hill. Flat has good kitchen in case you are tired of restaurants and want to cook something and have a cozy evening at home.
On the second day of staying smth happened with the internet: wifi became super slow and we had trouble to open even google maps.

Stwarza to większy komfort przy pobycie 4 osob. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co najważniejsze, są nawet tabletki do zmywarki, nowe ściereczki czy płyn do mycia naczyń oraz garnek na parę :) . Również apteczka która była nam potrzebna jest w zasięgu ręki. Łazienka wygodna, duży prysznic i dobra suszarka. Łozka również wygodne. Z sypialni jest widok na dachy oraz kamieniczki z drugiej strony Duoro. Mieszkanie jest ciche, czysciutkie i w świetnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie chodziliśmy na pieszo. Na pewno wrócimy tu jeszcze

The largest bed was very comfortable and my teenager did not complain about the sofa bed in the living room. Each person had 2 pillows each). Shower had excellent water pressure and included soap and shampoo. It was a 5 minute was to The Douro River, and 10 minutes to the lower level of Dom Luis Bridge. Lots of restaurants in the area. We even found free parking on the street everyday (we visited in March).

Only inconvenience was that the elevator button didn’t work so you needed to go down to the second floor and bring the elevator to the third floor. Otherwise nothing else.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Отличное место расположения. Рядом набережная с массой ресторанчиков и мост в Порту. Интересный приятный дизайн квартиры. Очень чисто и уютно. Удобные кровать и диван. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельное спасибо за чай и кофе, это было актуально после длинной дороги. С заселением никаких проблем, т.к инструкции с кодами доступа четкие и ясные. Спасибо, нам все понравилось
Не минус, а скорее особенность, о которой надо знать при длительном пребывании. Мы не нашли крупных супермаркетов рядом, до ближайшего надо идти 20-25 минут, преимущественно в гору. Но рядом есть небольшая лавка с фруктами, водой и т.д., которая работает по будням.
