We loved our stay here so much last year that we came back again! The location is great, the views are beautiful, and the place is always clean and well taken care of. The host is very helpful and responsive, and gave us great recommendations for activities and car rentals. We really enjoyed our stay again and will definitely be coming back! Thanks Arnaud !

Der Empfang war gewöhnungsbedürftig: Als Erstes redete der Gastgeber nur darüber, wie gefährlich angeblich alles auf der Insel sei. Er wirkte zudem extrem gestresst; ob er am Ende selbst geputzt hat, wissen wir nicht. Ein früherer Check-in nützt leider nichts, wenn die Reinigung darunter leidet. Es mangelte deutlich an Sauberkeit und Hygiene: Der Toaster sah aus wie aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, die Bettlaken waren schmutzig und im Bad klebten Zahnpastareste an der Wand sowie Flecken am Spiegel. Gewisse Sachen muss man nach einiger Zeit einfach austauschen, da hilft auch Putzen nichts mehr. Die Anlage ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier gar nicht.

The view from the veranda is amazing! No need to drive the 10 min to Anse Lazio to wait for the sunset with with everyone else. The location is very close to Anse Volbert Village so markets, restaurants, etc are easy to get to with a car. Arnaud and his wife are very pleasant and easy to deal with. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. I felt totally at home! Saying hello to the pet tortoises every day was a plus. One was so friendly that it came to me.

Premesso che tornerei in questa casa e considerando la bellezza della casa consiglio migliorare la manutenzione dei bagni con tavoletta wc adeguata alle dimensioni del water(adesso sono molto più piccole), water macchiato dentro ( basta inserire candeggina), per cucina manca scola pasta, tagliere e coltello per tagliare pesce molto affilato. C’è la cucina..trovare delle spezie e del caffè per la prima mattina sarebbe una cosa molto gradita. Piccole cose per essere al 🔝

Zwischen Unterkunft und Strand verläuft die Küstenstraße, so dass es ab und zu natürlich ein paar Straßengeräusche gibt, was aber nicht grundsätzlich stört.

Arnaud ist ein super sympathischer Gastgeber und gibt hilfreiche Informationen und unterstützt bei der Buchung des Mietwagens sodass die Anreise sehr reibungslos verläuft. На пляже около дома нельзя купаться Апартаменты не убирали ежедневно Просили аренду у хозяев на один день ,тк больше не нужно было потому что уезжали через день ,сказал хозяин , что может договориться только на два дня .В итоге ,когда приехал представитель аренды машины оказалось что на один день арендовать авто можно без проблем . Не совсем ясно почему хозяин апартаментов сказал что только от двух суток .

The entire flat was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the location is unbeatable..right in front of the beach with a stunning view, and very close to several amazing beaches. What truly made this place stand out was the incredibly kind host, Arnaud. He was extremely helpful and shared great tips and recommendations. We had no luggage or clothes for two days due to an airline issue, and Arnaud went above and beyond to help us during that time. We are very grateful for his kindness and hospitality.

The property was so beautiful and surrounded by stunning landscapes. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect for us - it was helpful for us to have a car as it’s a bit away from the town but only 5 minutes or so driving. We loved that while we were only a short drive from town, it still felt so tranquil. Arnaud was a fantastic host - communicative and very informative prior to our arrival, greeted us and was always quick to respond throughout our stay. He also helped us arrange a rental car prior to arrival with the wonderful Tessier, as well as a few different day trips out to other islands. After a week roughing it in Madagascar, Villa Face Mer was heaven. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Vor allem die Aussicht war unglaublich schön. Mit dem Auto waren es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Supermarkt, Restaurants und Takeaways. Vor allem aber der Besitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns schon bei Ankunft viele Tipps gegeben, war auch später immer bei Fragen erreichbar und hat uns beim Buchen von Ausflügen geholfen. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar und haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

Fint, fanns allt och en väldigt hög service från hyresvärden! Bokade en utflykt åt oss som han själv inte tog provision på, vilket de flesta andra gjorde. Han hade även högt säkerhetstänk och informerade mycket om området när vi kom.

Stranden var tyvärr inte så badvänlig.

The host was extremely helpful and definitely cares about his clients and their wellbeing. The trip to Curieuse Island is well worth it and was organised by the host without any trouble. Trips to Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette are a 'must', pure white sand and fabulous scenery.

Auch während unseres Aufenthalt war der Vermieter immer erreichbar, hat uns bei Reservierungen und Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es sind 2 große Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit großer Küche vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Esstisch sowie Relax-Liegen bietet einen wundervollen Ausblick. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Der sehr herzliche Gastgeber war stets erreichbar und hilft bei der Vermittlung eines Mietwagens, bei Buchungen von Reisetrips (Curieuse, St Pierre, Anse Georgette, Restaurants) und bei Sicherheitsfragen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und begleitet gefühlt!

Erst dachten wir die Straße vorm Haus würde stören, doch dann war es durchaus unterhaltsam wer so alles vorbeifuhr. Ansonsten war der fantastische Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus unverstellt. Der Strand vorm Haus ist wenig zum Baden geeignet, mit dem Mietwagen erlebt man aber herrlich abenteuerliche Fahrten zu Traumstränden. Anse Lazio ist dabei ums Eck!

Las atenciones y amabilidad de Arnaud, nos aconsejo durante toda nuestra estancia. Tambien la impresionante vista a la bahia.

Ottima posizione con vista sulle isole, a 10 metri dal mare e dalla spiaggia di un golfo con acqua bassa. Casa bene attrezzata, pulita. Arnaud si prende cura degli ospiti dando informazioni sul soggiorno, sui luoghi e organizzando delle escursioni a prezzi più bassi delle agenzie.

Super Lage und eine herrliche Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Gastgeber sehr nett und hat uns mit allen Infos versorgt. Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Alles ist so in kurzer Distanz zu erreichen. Wir würden dort auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

We had an amazing time at Villa Face Mer! The place was super clean, well-organized, and felt really welcoming. We stayed on the ground floor in a spacious apartment with two big bedrooms, a comfy living room, and a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook. The best part? A beautiful ocean view right in front of us from the balcony! Arnaud was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips and info. We also loved the little garden next to the villa with turtles, and the terrace view was just stunning. The apartment had all the comforts—AC, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and even provided beach and bath towels, plus shower gel and shampoo. Honestly, everything was perfect, even better than the photos online. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

The villa has an amazing sea view. The host Arnaud is kind and helpful. The appartment has two large bedrooms and in addition there is a large living room with balcony.On arrival we were given large bottle of water and the large bathrooms had shower gel, shampoo, bath and beach towels. Hygiene was perfect. Everything was great! Reality exceeds the photos on the booking site. There are supermarkets, restaurants and take-aways in the area We had a great time in Villa Face Mer.

The location.

The host, Mr Arnaud goes far and beyond to make the stay at Villa Face Mer memorable and comfortable. We've had perfect communication via whatsapp and on the phone and all our requests at a very late notice have been met - starting from the car rental arrangement at the ferry terminal, through valuable hints and suggestions regarding the restaurants and trips. We've had the restaurant booked at fabulous Les Lauriers at Cote d'Or, the trip booked to la Curieuse island only without snorkelling as we wished. We can't be more thankful for making our 2 days on Praslin more than perfect. Accomodation is spacious, very well equipped - coffee maker saved us on arrival, comfortable bedrooms each with its individual immaculately clean bathroom. The balcony is well furnished with a beautifull view at the ocean and La Curieuse island. We shall definitely comeback for a bit longer.

The stay which was far too short.

Arnaud was a good Host, very informative about the island and the surroundings. He organized a rental car for us, which went super smooth. The apartment itself is well equipped and has balcony with an amazing sea view. The road that runs right under the balcony is only used during the day, and did not bother us at all.

Beautiful property, right on the beach. One of the best views on the island and for a fraction of the price of the expensive hotels. Nothing on Praslin is reasonably priced so it is still expensive but we were only 2pax, recommend the take-away to eat which is close-by, restaurants are ridiculously expensive, Black Parrots and Flying Foxes in the mango tree outside!

More basic amenities could have been provided such as cooking oil, coffee/tea, salt and pepper.

Very nice place and easy access to other attractions of the island but you need to rent a car.

We stayed as a group of 4 for 4 nights in one of the first floor apartments. The apartment was really lovely and had everything one would need for a self catering stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was possible to park close by. The views over the bay are stunning, especially in the evenings. A hire car is a must to get to the beautiful beaches in the area. Arnaud was so helpful and kind to us, he is an exceptional host. We would love to come back one day!

We stayed at the Villa for 10 nights. Location is very close to Anse Lazio and shops (cca 10min by car). Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (eg cooking equipment, electrical plug transformations; they also change towels and sheets every 2 days). The responsive manager Arnaud (communicates in English&French) adds up to this exceptional stay, he profesionally answered all our questions and gave us plenty of information about Praslin and Seychelles. He also assisted us with car rental.

The house is big and equipped. Location is fabulous and Arnaud is amazing. He gave us lot of tips about the location and much more. HIGLY RECCOMENDED

The villa was very huge and comfortable, clean - same as on the pictures, good quality for the price. The host and his family is really nice - early checkin was allowed us after letting the host know in advance, which was a huge plus for relaxed and safe first day on Praslin. We also got a detailed guidiance and tips about Praslin when we arrived which was amazing. The morning view to the sea was amazing.

Parking space is not the same as on the pictures - multiple houses have built behind the villa and you are parking here and there where you can. Some solar powered small lamps would be nice at the parking area as it can be really dark after sunset and parking is difficult after a long day. I also recommend to book the apartment on the 1st floor if you can, as the villa is next to the main street.

The Villa Face Mer exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well equipped and the terrace was amazing. Good with two bathrooms located one for each bedroom. We hade the apartment on the groundlevel which has a nice garden. The host Arnaud, was very helpful and informed us about beaches good for swimming, snorkling, restaurants, take aways, supermarkets etc. Always with a smile. We do think it is helpful to rent a car while on Praslin as it is much to explore and for shopping etc. We rent a car on Arnauds advice by Solace car rental, which Arnaud helped us with. Tessier the owner of Solace was also very helpful and everything with the car worked perfect. We very much recommend to stay at the Villa!

We did not know there would be room cleaning every other day. It would be good to indicate it in advance so that we were prepared. My friend has a different way from mine regarding the use of towels.
