Czysto,miły personel,kameralnie. Bardzo blisko do pięknej plaży chociaż samo przejście mogłoby byc zadbane. Blisko pizzeria z pięknym widokiem wystarczy przejść przez trawnik. Bardzo na sie podobało. Moze daleko od luksusu, ale dla nas na 3 noce bylo wszystko co potrzeba

Valerie at the Amity Villa made our stay there even more special. She was always available on WhatsApp. The bungalow is big and has everything that you need, it is just few steps away from beautiful beach where you can watch amazing sunrises. The guy that works there, he comes from Cameroon, was also very kind and always helpful during our stay. Amity Villa was perfect stay in Praslin for us.

Alojamiento muy grande y cómodo. Teníamos salón con cocina y habitación con baño en suite. Todo muy grande. La cama muy cómoda y muy buena ducha. Además teníamos un porche con mesa, sillas y otra zona con hamacas y otra mesa y aparcamiento frente a la casa. Jardines muy bonitos. Personal super amable; nos trataron muy bien, incluso Olivé nos acompañó al supermercado y al take-away.

Todo muy bien. Únicamente como sugerencia de mejora, que den algo de información turística y recomendaciones.

Really great location - pretty much next to the beach, close to many shops, restaurants and take aways. The apartment is well equipped. Most of the staff is really friendly.

I have a feeling one of the staff members scammed me if it comes to the transfer price from the airport. The message that I received with the reservation had a completely different price tag than what I was asked to pay after arrival. When asked about it she said they need to update the message, afterwards I talked with other transport companies and definitely was charged extra for the transfer. I'd recommend not booking transfers, cars etc. with the staff members and other than that everything was fine.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Une ambiance familiale et conviviale, avec beaucoup de sourires et une équipe toujours très serviable et attentionnée. Un grand merci à Chris, qui est vraiment très gentil, bienveillant et toujours de bon conseil. Une personne qui prend le temps de vous accompagner et de rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour l’accueil chaleureux et l’atmosphère authentique !

Very close to the beach, spacious room, friendly staff, nice balcony. The AC could be better (it was a bit smelly). Close to some nice restaurants. The staff arranged good transportation and excursion. Val was very helpful.

Maybe it was a seasonal thing (here in june) but the area felt very isolated and empty, compared to Mahe and La Digue. It’s not a property thing but we enjoyed our stays in La Digue and Mahe more than Praslin.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Amity Villa. Un immense merci à Valerie et Chris, qui ont été au top du début à la fin, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et un grand professionnalisme. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage et des restaurants, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Anse Volbert est un endroit extraordinaire que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Świetny domek w fantastycznej lokalizacji, do plaży kilka kroków, w pobliżu sklepy i kilka takeaway. Miejsce parkingowe dla każdego domku, pracownicy hotelu pomogli nam wypożyczyć samochód i ogólnie byli pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Idealne miejsce by cieszyć się z pobytu na rajskich Seszelach :)

Bellissimo complesso di villette speculari a 100 metri dalla spiaggia di Cote D'or. Comodo anche per la vicinanza alle attività e ai locali presenti nel villaggio. Stanze molto grandi e spaziose, letti molto grandi. Pargheggio auto direttamente davanti alla struttura.

Indicazioni stradali poco visibili, di notte del tutto. Oscuramento delle tende da migliorare.

Sehr schöne moderne Villen. Ausreichende Ausstattung. Wir wurden jederzeit freundlich begrüßt und man hat sich vor Ort um alle unsere Anliegen und Fragen gekümmert.

Домик на самом деле классный, хорошо оборудованная кухня - все чистое. Брали экскурсию на Курьез через отель, понравилась организация, лодка, проводник-экскурсовод и цена тура. Пляж красивый, особенно в крайней части слева где нет лодок, но есть один нюанс..

На пляже есть песчаные блохи (мошки-сендфлаи) они особенно активны к вечеру, когда не хочется уходить из-за умопомрачительных закатов и интересной движухи в море прям возле берега (скаты, акулята, в том числе молоты). Так же пляж не самый удобный для купания , хотя многие тем не менее купаются.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal sehr nett und immer bemüht. Wir fanden das Bett sehr bequem und es gab sowohl eine Klimaanlage als auch Deckenventilatoren. Das Bad und die Dusche sind groß und bieten genug Ablagemöglichkeit. Draußen konnte man gut überdacht mit Blick ins Grüne sitzen, inklusive Vogelbesuch. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer und nicht weit entfernt ist auch eine Bushaltestelle. Wir haben diesmal alles per Bus gemacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber die Küche könnte ein wenig mehr Teller, Tassen und Besteck haben. Außerdem fehlt eine Ablage, wo man sein gewaschenes Geschirr zum Trocknen reinstellen kann. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer bietet keine Ablagefächer, nur eine Kleiderstange. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es aber eine Kommode, wo wir T-Shirts usw. untergebracht haben.

Комфортная большая вилла для нас двоих, понравилась очень. кондиционер в спальне, его хватало. Все необходимое на кухне, тв работает. Бутылка воды в холодильнике. Напор воды хороший, большая ванная. Разместили вовремя. Помогли заказать трансфер и билеты на катер с Маэ. Выполняли все просьбы. Рядом есть итальянский ресторан с приемлемыми ценами и кафе take away, там еще дешевле, также обмен валюты и супермаркеты. Если погулять то пешком по прямой пройти все эти места можно за 10 минут, если по пляжу гулять то за 15 мин весь пройдешь.

Пляж Кот Дор оказался не таким как на картинках( очень сильный отлив, много водорослей и воды по колено. Брали тур на соседний остров курьез, изначально менеджер виллы Валери написала цену всё включено, но по факту на острове попросили доплатить за вход(!) сообщив об этом Валери я получила ответ: ой простите, я забыла, это моя вина, я не знала. Это очень странно звучало от человека, который живет там и ежедневно отправляет туристов в туры на этот остров. Очень неприятное впечатление. Хорошо, что мы вообще взяли с собой кошелек, тк было оплачено всё и обед в том числе, поэтому деньги не нужны были.

Valerie, Chris, Marcel und Hazel waren stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit . Sie gaben uns gute Tipps, boten Fahrten zu den schönsten Stränden an und fragten täglich nach unserem Befinden. Sogar einen deutschen TV Kanal gab es - ZDF.

Die Matratzen waren uns persönlich zu hart, aber das empfindet jeder anders. Leider gab es keinen Topper (weiche Auflage), oder Küchenrolle oder Pfeffer und Salz oder eine Kaffeemaschine/ Kaffeezubereiter. Q Alles etwas spärlich.

Boli sme ubytovaní ako rodina s dvoma teenagermi, mali sme dve prepojené ubytovacie jednotky. Domčeky sú veľmi priestranné, dobre vybavené. Klimatizácia kvalitná, tichá, výkonná. Veľmi blízko k moru, cca 200m. Pláž veľmi pekná, pozor na raje pri brehu. Nezaznamenali sme žiadny nepríjemný hmyz na pláži. Majitelia veľmi nápomocní, ako aj ostatní personál. Zabezpečili transfer, požičanie auta. V blízkosti obchod, reštaurácie. Na pláži je možné prenajať lehátka.

Die Lage zum Strand war gut.

Alles andere an dieser Unterkunft war leider nur sehr ärgerlich und hat diesen Aufenthalt verdorben. Der Service war sehr schlecht und unverschämt. Wir baten um ein anderes Zimmer, weil genau vor unserer Terrasse ein Bau- oder Lagercontainer jegliche Sicht versperrt hat. Hinter unserem Apartment war ein großer Wassertank, der andauernd brummte auch nachts. Obwohl es andere freie Bungalows gab, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer verweigert. Außerdem wurde direkt vor unserer Terrasse/Schlafzimmer bereits morgens zwischen 8 - 9 Uhr Laub geharkt, so dass weder ein entspanntes Aufwachen noch ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse möglich war, weil dies nicht nur Lärm machte sondern auch eine Staubwolke erzeugte. Eine andere Sitzmöglichkeit als auf der Terrasse gab es nicht, Frühstück wurde - entgegen der Beschreibung bei booking.com - überhaupt nicht angeboten. Auf unsere Bitte, das Laub später zu harken, wurden wir beschimpft, dass wir einfach die Fenster schließen sollten und drin bleiben sollten. Am nächsten Tag waren Bauarbeiter gleich morgens direkt vor unserem Bungalow und machten ebenfalls Lärm und konnten direkt auf unser Bett schauen. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns wie bereits beschrieben - verweigert, obwohl es Möglichkeiten gegeben hätte. Uns wurde geraten, doch einfach ein anderes Hotel zu wählen, wenn uns etwas nicht passt. Was natürlich so plötzlich nicht möglich war,

Veľmi pekne ubytovanie v malých bungalovoch. Všetko je perfektne čisté, pohodlne veľké postele, klimatizácia, krásna terasa a okolie. Bungalovy ležia 3 kroky od pláže, 2 minúty pešo k ulici s množstvom obchodov, reštaurácii a takeaway. Cestou do obchodu stretnete množstvo naozaj veľkých krabov čo bola skvelá zábava pre naše deti. Každé raňajky bola nachytaná misa plná miestneho ovocia. Personál úžasný👍 doporučujem.

Jedine čo sa nám nepáčilo, čo ale nieje problém ubytovania, boli štipajuce pieskové mušky na pláži.

Ein wunderschöner Bungalow, sehr groß und bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und die Lage perfekt. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants - alles in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Le lit était très dur et la vue sur le jardin est en réalité une vue sur le parking… pas très agréable donc d’être dehors sur sa terrasse. Il n’y aucun condiments pour cuisiner et juste une bouteille d’eau fraîche à l’arrivée, c’est un peu limite pour le prix de l’établissement

Det sødeste personale, som havde pyntet så smukt op til vores årsdag, som vi fejrede dernede. En helt fantastisk hytte med eget køkken, stort bad og en skøn altan.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen - in Fußnähe zum Strand, zu Supermärkten und zu Takeaways. Auch der Weg mit dem Auto zum Fähranleger, zum Vallée de Mai und zur Anse Lazio ist nicht weit (ca. 15 Min). Der Empfang und der Kontakt zum Personal war sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft hatte an Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Betten waren etwas hart.

Die Anlage ist klein und liegt fast direkt am Strand. Es sind nur wenige Schritte. Der Strand ist wirklich herrlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch ein Auto direkt über die Unterkunft gemietet und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Take away (La Mer) und einen Supermarkt. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich quasi auch direkt um die Ecke. Wir hatten ein paar Ameisen im Badezimmer. Aber die sind überall auf den Seychellen sehr stark vertreten. So lange es sich im Rahmen hält, stört uns das nicht. Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig und man hat genügend Platz. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein und bietet einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli, elle à répondu à toutes nos questions et à mes fait nos réservation de sortie. En plus il sont venu nous chercher au ferry.

La seule chose pour nous c'est que les matelas du lit sont extra dure.

Hébergement idéalement situé, proche de la plage et autres services, transports publiques proches. L'aménagement de la location est parfaite pour un très beau séjour.

Chalet spazioso a due passi dalla spiaggia e dalla via principale di Anse Volbert Village, dove è possibile trovare mini market, diversi takeaway, ristoranti ed esercizi commerciali. A parte l'esplorazione dell'isola, per la quale abbiamo noleggiato l'auto, per tutto il resto ci è bastato fare 5 minuti a piedi: comprare il necessario al mini market, comprare pasti già pronti in 3 diversi takeaway, uscire a cena in diversi ristoranti, andare al dive center, andare in spiaggia. Le signore della reception sono gentilissime e se richiesto fanno le pulizie dello chalet tutti i giorni. Assolutamente comodo il servizio di colazione che avevamo incluso nel prezzo, una comodità che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Ogni chalet è poi dotato di un ampio patio dove rilassarsi, fare un aperitivo o consumare pasti all'aperto, oltre a un posto auto dedicato davanti all'ingresso.

Appena arrivati c'erano delle decorazioni fatte con dei fiori che purtroppo avevano qualche formica al loro interno, non è un gran problema ma suggerisco alla struttura di non metterli o di controllarli prima

Läget och att boendet var rymligt. Personalen på boendet var vänliga och tillmötesgående. Köket var väl utrustat så man kan laga enklare måltider om man vill. Kylen var relativt rymlig så man kunde ha en hel del livsmededel i den.

Det pågick renovering i den intilliggande lägenheten. Var störande periodvis. Sedan använder man gärna blåsmaskin för att städa marken istället för sopborste eller räfsa. Dels på Amity Villa men också på grannboendet. Det göra att det dammar fruktansvärt. På grannboendet använder man dessutom en bensindriven lövblås som för väldigt mycket väsen och som utöver dammet sprider illaluktande och ohälsosamma avgaser. Sängarna är rätt så hårda så man får räkna med att vara rätt stel i ryggen på morgonen, särskilt om man är äldre. Standarden på boendet var inte i paritet till priset.

Sijainti oli täydellinen, vain muutama askel ihanalle rannalle, jossa hiekka oli kuin perunajauhoa. Villa oli tunnelmallinen, kodikas ja siisti. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, kuten ihmiset yleensäkin tässä maassa. Turistina koen olevani enemmän kuin tervetullut. Kiitos!

Everything was great. The reception ladies were very welcoming and so nice to us! They went above and beyond for us! The bed very comfortable, the bungalow extremely clean. Just a few steps from the beach and you can watch the sunrise from the beach. The area itself is perfect. We also stayed on the other side of the island around grand anse and we recommend staying in the Côte d’Or area as it feels more touristy and more restaurants. We had dinner at Le duc hotel which is a few steps away. The terrace is also very nice and relaxing to stay during morning/evening as all the birds are signing.

We regret that we didn’t spend more nights!

Very spacious and well equipped room with a nice terrace. Great location, very close to Cote D'or beach, and various restaurants and stores.

The room is a bit outdated and could use some renovating. We didn't have hot water in the afternoon.

Staff is very nice and was very helpful. The "chalet" is not very modern but it has the pure island vibe and it is very cozy. Kitchen is equipped with fridge and utensils to use during your stay. The location couldn't be better, 2 min walking to the best beach on the island, 4 min walking to supermarket and takeaway. Rooms are equipped with AC and ventilator.

Because windows and doors are not very modern, the heat from outside will come through, but if you turn the AC for 5 min it will solve the issue. We choose the package with breakfast included, it was okay, overpriced and very limited to almost same offer every day. I would not recommend the breakfast option.

L’établissement est très bien situé : à proximité immédiate de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Le logement est grand avec une belle terrasse et de beaux espaces verts. L’établissement possède un parking privatif devant le logement.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits et nous n’avons pas eu droit à de nouveaux savons. Idem pour les serviettes de plage, nous avions uniquement la possibilité d’en changer une seule gratuitement et le dernier jour, ce qui avait peu d’intérêt. Un peu limite compte tenu du prix du logement
