It was a magical experience being in such a beautiful setting, rich from a historical perspective. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The only negative comments would be the restaurant. The property is isolated and therefore risky to go elsewhere for dinner, so the restaurant is the only option. We were there for 4 nights, and it became challenging to choose from what would be considered a limited menu.

주차하자마자 직원분이 카트를 타고 내려오셔서 짐을 받아 객실까지 안내해주셨습니다. 사진에서 보던 것 처럼 높은 곳에 있어 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 수영장이 2개가 있어 원하는곳에서 수영할 수 있었고, 세탁기도 사용했습니다. 오래된 공간에서 숙박할 수 있어 새롭기도하고 낯설기도 했어요. 청결하게 관리되어 있었습니다. 레스토랑이 있어 직접 만든 와인도 접해볼 수 있고 좋았습니다. 조식은 무난했어요.

특별한 경험을 하진 못한 것 같아요.

Idealne miejsce w centrum Toskanii. Baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Miejsce urokliwe z przepięknymi widokami. Można godzinami siedziec na ławce na wzgórzu, pić pyszne winko i podziwiać widoki. W samym środku też restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem. Apartamenty bardzo ładne.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Nie ma się do czego przy co przyczepić.

Too many very loud Dutch people with children Bed was very uncomfortable wibbling, even after our request it was not properly fixed, this is not what you pay 300€/night for…

공항가기전 하루 묵었는데 생각보다 깨끗하고 청결했어요. 직원분들도 친절했어요. 2층이 로비인데 몇층에서 체크인해야하는지 몰라 헤매다가 다른 고객이 알려줘서 들어갔네요.

De locatie was fantastisch, gelegen hoog in de bergen. De uitzichten zijn dan ook fenomenaal, ook vanaf de verschillende zwembaden. Het restaurant op het verblijf is eveneens super goed, heerlijke gerechten en uitstekende bediening. Zij bieden daarnaast de mogelijkheid om gerechten van de lunchkaart af te halen als diner, ook dat is een aanrader. Tot slot was de gehele staff op het complex ontzettend gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam voor ons en onze kinderen.

Fantastische locatie met heel mooi uitzicht. Beter kun je bijna niet krijgen. Wij hadden een appartement in een apart gebouwtje. Sfeer is echt toscaans, mooi opgezet dorpje. We hadden geen eigen terras maar er waren veel plekjes waar zitjes stonden die we gebruikten. Daarmee hadden we de beste uitzichten :). Rustige plek, twee zwembaden waardoor gasten verdeeld zijn over de zwembaden. Het was nooit echt druk bij het zwembad, vaak zwommen we met het gezin alleen of een enkele andere gasten. Elke dag was de tuinman bezig (je hoorde deze nauwelijks) waardoor alles er heel verzorgd uitzag. Gelegenheid om zonder kosten de wasmachine en wasmiddel te gebruiken. Heerlijk ontbijt in Toscaanse stijl met streekproducten, mooi terras bij het restaurant.

Die Lage am Hügel, die Atmosphäre mit den Altbauensemble, der Pool und die vielen Olivenbäume.. Einfach herrlich, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.. :)

De kamers kennen geen buiten balkon of zitje buiten. Met 35 graden is dat wel een bezwaar. Er waren wel voldoende faciliteiten om ergens te gaan zitten.

Beautiful location in the heart of Tuscany

The drive into the property is a bit challenging

Apartament, bardzo miły personel, położenie z ładnym widokiem, znakomite baseny. Dobra restauracja i bar degustacyjny. Centralne położenie pomiędzy Sieną, Florencją. Spokój. Ogród pięknie wypielęgnowany.

Śniadania są ok, ale monotonne. Pieczywo w zasadzie tylko jasne, jakiego nie jemy. Byliśmy tydzień. Następny tydzień nad Gardą śniadania były o 100% bardziej urozmaicone. Na pewno warto to poprawić.

A unique and charming place with all the amenities you could need and beautiful views. We had dinners and lunch at the on-site restaurant and weren't disappointed. The Tuscan cuisine was delicious, and the service was very friendly. There are also two swimming pools with amazing views. Our apartment was wonderful, spacious, with a beautiful blend of old-world charm, modern comfort, and functionality.

Beautiful and amazing place.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with beautiful views of Tuscany. The staff was welcoming and the apartment was very well appointed. We appreciated the strong AC units (during a heat wave) and the kitchen stocked with coffee and water. We enjoyed pizza night at the restaurant (very good!) and one breakfast, which was decent but seemed a bit expensive. The pools were lovely and we took advantage of the free laundry machines. It was a bit harrowing to drive on the narrow roads to the property, but worth it! It's a stunning location and convenient to Siena and other hill towns. It was also not too far from the Florence airport for our flight home.

When we arrived, the beds for our two kids were configured as a single bed, but housekeeping fixed that the next day and they gave us extra sheets in the meantime.

Everything is perfect, from the moment you park. The view from Cinciano is amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is always friendly and available. Food at Osteria 1126 is also very good.

Precisa de manutenção! So tem um banheiro e o chuveiro é muito ruim. Quente pra queimar e esfriar gelado durante ao banho.. não tem uma temperatura só . O colchão precisa urgentemente de manutenção, todo torto e limpeza, é uma área muito grande, difícil de manter suja mas pelo o chão. O sofá também.. desconfortável. Na área externa, fica uma sombra e um sofá para tomar um vinho ou café

Unser Badezimmer hätte mal eine Aufarbeitung nötig . Da kann man mehr draus machen. Kaum WLAN Empfang in unserem Zimmer oder am Pool.

La struttura gode di una posizione splendida, immersa nel verde con un panorama toscano davvero suggestivo. La piscina è molto bella, ben curata e pulita. Un plauso particolare va al personale del ristorante per la cura e la grande professionalità dimostrata nella gestione delle intolleranze alimentari di mia moglie: un’attenzione non scontata che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

L’esperienza nel complesso è stata deludente e non all'altezza del costo di circa 500 euro a notte. Logistica: L'appartamento aveva scale interne estremamente ripide, strette e scivolose (eccessive per andare in bagno di notte in sicurezza), dettaglio che andava segnalato in fase di prenotazione. Nessuno ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, rendendo l'arrivo faticoso e rischioso. Gestione: La pulizia delle parti comuni è risultata carente (cicche di sigarette nel portacenere rimaste dal lunedì al giovedì). La reception chiude alle 18:00, rendendo difficile ogni supporto. Una mattina abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per fare colazione, pur essendo compresa nel prezzo, perché il personale non ha gestito l’occupazione dei tavoli da parte di chi aveva già finito di consumare. Ristorazione: La gestione operativa è fallimentare. Il ristorante è sempre sold-out per gli ospiti interni e il martedì era inspiegabilmente chiuso in alta stagione, ci siamo dovuti accontentare della pizza, che non è certo ciò che desidero da una terra con ricca tradizione culinaria come la Toscana. L'area esterna è scomoda, con tavoli in pendenza su terreno sconnesso. La cucina è eccessivamente elaborata, lontana dalla tradizione e pensata più per turisti stranieri in cerca di cliché. Inoltre, la chiusura del Wine Bar alle 20:30 rende impossibile ottenere un caffè, un digestivo o persino dell'acqua dopo cena, un limite inaccettabile per una struttura di questo tipo. Accoglienza: Ho trovato poco rispettoso che il personale si rivolgesse spesso a me in inglese, dando per scontato fossi straniero: in Italia, da italiano, desidero essere trattato come tale.

Відпочиваємо тут вже в третій раз. Зачаровує аутентична атмосфера старої ферми. Прекрасні краєвиди, чисте повітря, сучасні зручні номери для тих, хто любить сільський стиль відпочинку.

Люблю це місце, але після зміни власника готелю не вистачає клієнтоорієнтованості. Будемо шукати інший варіант. Було дуже важко збронювати номери, і довелось протягом 5 днів переходити з номера в номер. Засмутив ресторан. Неможливо було замовити сніданок. Довелось снідати в номері. Персонал ресторану був категоричним і не зміг виявити гнучкість та підприємливість. Попри те, що я залучила в готель 9 клієнтів, не відчула жодної спроби відповісти на наші прохання. В готелі не цінують своїх гостей, немає уваги до прихильників, які повертаються сюди. Очевидно, є достатньо замовлень і вони готові втрачати старих клієнтів.

Wunderschöne Anlage! Unser Zimmer war riesig und die Decke war historisch bemalen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Vor allem das Personal von der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist ebenso sehr lecker. Sehr ruhig und entspannt!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen; außen so schön wie auf den Fotos; Pool; gutes Restaurant & Weinbar direkt vor Ort; Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern

Angesichts des wirklich hohen Preises hätte ich ehrlich gesagt einfach mehr erwartet und es gab zu viele (teils auch einfach zu behebende) Kleinigkeiten, die ich mit dem Preisniveau schwer vereinbar fand: - das Superiorzimmer war grenzwertig anders als auf den Fotos (Schönheit ist vielleicht auch Geschmackssache - jedenfalls dunkler durch rote Wandfarbe mit tapetenähnlichen Stempel und ohne offenliegende Holzbalken) - auf den Zimmern lag eine Info, dass auf dem Boden liegende Handtücher kostenpflichtig gewechselt werden (wir hatten gar nicht das Bedürfnis danach, sie reinigen zu lassen, aber bei den Zimmerpreisen solche Extras zu veranschlagen, stieß uns sauer auf) - Restaurant benötigt Reservierung mehrere Tage im Vorneherein (was viel Flexibilität kostet) - der beim Rundgang vorgezeigte Flügel war unspielbar verstimmt (klar brauchte ich eigentlich kein Klavier, aber ich hatte mich zwischenzeitlich darüber gefreut) - der Wein des Anwesens ist ebenfalls Geschmackssache, mir und meiner Freundin war er insgesamt zu unausgewogen, sehr trocken und recht sauer. Kühlschrank ist nicht groß genug für eigenen Wein. Umgekehrt gab es keinen einzigen Moment, an dem ich positiv überrascht wurde oder den Eindruck hatte, dass sich die Unterkunft über die Maßen bemüht. Alles routiniert, ordentlich, freundlich aber eben nicht außergewöhnlich.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The level of service was far below what I expect from a hotel of this standard. The biggest issue was that there was virtually no guest service. There was no room service at all, and whenever we requested assistance, the answer was almost always “no.” Even something as basic as asking for cutlery to be brought to our room was refused. Instead of helping us, the staff simply told us to go to the restaurant ourselves. This showed a complete lack of hospitality and willingness to assist guests. Throughout our stay, every request was met with reluctance or refusal. The staff made no effort to accommodate us or find solutions. We never felt welcomed or valued as guests. A hotel experience is about more than just the room—it’s about service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here if you expect helpful staff or even basic customer service.

בית מלון באמת מיוחד, עם חדרים מסוגננים ששמרו הרבה כבוד למבנה המקורי. כל אזור במלון יפהפה בצורה בלתי רגילה. הצוות אדיב, חניה מסודרת, בריכה במקום, חדר פוקר וחדר ביליארד שבהחלט הוסיפו עניין לשהות שלנו. המסעדה במקום היתה נחמדה לארוחת הבוקר שהיתה בסיסית אך מספקת.

משהו קטן אבל יכול לשפר את הנוחות - במקלחות בחדרים המקום היחיד שאפשר היה לשים את השמפו היה מאוד מאוד גבוה ולא יעיל, זה יכול להיות נחמד לשים את זה במקום שניתן להגיע אליו. לגבי המסעדה שבמלון - הזמנו מקום לארוחת ערב עם ציפיות ממש גבוהות. היינו שישה אנשים - וכולנו התאכזבנו ממש, המנות היו פחות לטעמנו האישי...

Absolutely beautiful scenery, and an amazing property to explore with two clean pools and lots of picturesque moments. Staff were lovely and wines were amazing.

Lite hårda madrasser, om man ska anmärka på något

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were incredible!We had local wine at the wine bar and enjoyed the very friendly bar staff. The pool and surroundings were picturesque and perfect during the heat wave. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Two things that were not ideal but also partly our own fault of lack of organisation which were: 1) There is no taxi service from Poggibonsi (closest town where train stops). I sent an email about transport and the hotel responded with a list of local drivers, which was great but this should could have been provided when booking. 2) We were disappointed that Osteria1126 (the onsite restaurant) was fully booked when were there. It would be good for guests of the hotel to have some priority at the restaueant but we there is another restaurant a short walk from Cinciano.

One of the nicest hotels and areas we’ve ever been to. Firstly, the staff were amazing. The guy in the wine bar made our 2 days. We had a wine tour with him with just us 2 and he went into so much detail, what a great guy. Waitress for lunch and dinner was also very welcoming and looked after us. The location is 10/10. Perfect trip in between our city road trip. Parking was easy, had a laundrette, 2 swimming pools and food was amazing. Relaxation was through the roof. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Sehr schön gelegen, ruhig ... ausgewogenes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Einzig die Zufahrtsstrasse - die ist in einem eher schwierigen Zustand; aber es geht, wenn man vorsichtig fährt. Super wäre, wenn es noch eine Ladestation für E-Autos gäbe. Wir hatten Probleme, das Auto in Poggibonsi zu laden.

מ ו ש ל ם ! הכל!!!! המקום פשוט מהמם מעבר למה שאפשר להסביר, הצוות מדהים נחמד וכלכך מסביר פנים, היין מעולה, החדר היה סבבה, פשוט לא רצינו לצאת משם ובטח שלא לעזוב, זה באמת באמת גן עדן!! מומלץ בחום!!!!

ENCANTADOS! Que lugar extraordinário… desde o check in, café da manhã, transporte até o quarto, até a despedida, amamos tudo! O lugar é realmente excepcional, uma das melhores vistas que tivemos da Toscana! Usufruímos de todas as instalações: da piscina, do wine bar, do sobrado para ver o pôr do sol… simplesmente tudo maravilhoso!

Único detalhe é que esperávamos mais da comida do restaurante, comparando com o resto dos restaurantes na Toscana, mas saímos satisfeitos com o serviço. Sugerimos que pudesse ter algum mini mercado dentro do complexo com chocolates ou outros produtos tipo « snack » para atender os hóspedes, já que é mais distante o acesso aos mercados.

The reception staff cannot do enough for you. They were so lovely and accommodating! The room was exceptional and the location is like a dream.

The restaurant in the evening is overpriced and limited. The service is so slow. We left hungry after 2 hours.

The accommodations were fantastic, comfortable beds, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and antique furniture. Pool was wonderful, a great way to end the day and refresh after so much walking or bike-riding. Views breath-taking. Truly a magical spot. Quiet. Relaxing. Breakfast was buffet style. Selection was very good; yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, baked goods, bread, jams, honey, cheese, charcuterie. Gourmet coffee. Outdoor terrace or inside restaurant if it rained. Staff were friendly and warm.

Dinner at the Osteria was disappointing. The food was good, not excellent. Considering that we were in the heart of Tuscany, I had hoped for more exquisite food. There are only 2 restaurants in the area that are walking distance, and both were just ok.

Ein wunderschönes Weingut mitten in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft. Man genießt jeden Augenblick in dieser herrlichen Umgebung. Toskana at its best!!!!

Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich! Die OSTERIA, die zum Weingut gehört ist leider nur mittelmäßig und das Personal überfordert. Aber in der Umgebung gibt es großartige Lokale!

We had an excellent experience Receptionist Angela was an amazing host, she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed plus some, like taxi drivers to pick us up from train station. Would highly recommend staying here and the restaurant is first class meals dinner & breakfast. Can't wait to return

Nothing, everything was perfect

Eine wunderschöne, weitläufige, historische Unterkunft, top renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Traumhafte, absolut ruhige Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die einmalige Landschaft. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Essen in der Osteria, Reservierung nötig. Zwei wunderschöne Pools, hervorragend geeignet um nach einer Tour zu entspannen. Überall gibt es nette Plätze an der Unterkunft mit Sitzmöglichkeiten um je nach Wunsch einen sonnigen oder schattigen Platz mit Ruhe zu genießen.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer bekommen, welches nicht ganz den Bildern auf der Website entsprach. Wir hatten uns auf die großen Panoramafenster gefreut, aber unser Zimmer hatte nur normale Fenster. Hier hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn alle Zimmer vorab gezeigt werden.

Vue panoramique magnifique dans un cadre exceptionnel. Le logement était un grand plus avec cuisine et terrasse dans un domaine entouré de vigne et d'olivier. Dommage que le temps n'était pas au RDV.

Pas d'activité proposée et une piscine non fonctionnelle. Je pense que l'entretien d'une piscine peut se faire a des périodes creuses en visiteurs.

דברים בסיסיים בחדר כמו מקום להניח את הסבון והשמפו במקלחת. נאלצנו לאלתר קערית כלשהי ולהניח על הרצפה, בקשות ששלחנו לצוות דרך בוקינג בזמן שעות הפעילות ולא התייחסו אליהן. לא היו שקיות קפה בחדר- רק תה. וכשביקשנו מאיש הצוות התורן להביא, הוא הביא קפסולות קפה למרות שבחדר שלנו לא הייתה מכונה כך שלא יכולנו להשתמש בזה. בידוד גרוע מאד בחדרים- שומעים את השכנים כאילו הם בחדר שלך

Die Toskana von ihrer schönsten Seite! Mehr hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können. Ein tolles Restaurant, grandioses und authentisches Frühstück, Weinbar mit Weinen aus der eigenen Produktion und ein Außengelände, was nicht schöner, ruhiger und entspannter hätte sein können. Der Weitblick ist wohl der schönste, den wir je hatten und wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Vielen Dank

Nous avons passé un moment hors du temps dans ce logement. Le personnel était très agréable et disponible. Nous avons également pu profiter du restaurant et du petit déjeuner ou tout était délicieux. La visite de la cave du domaine et la dégustation de vin associée nous ont permis d'en apprendre un peu plus sur le domaine et ajoute une touche finale a l'expérience.

We booked the one bedroom And it was not transparent in the pictures or description that it is a loft and the bedroom was upstairs, and the bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom was also ridiculously tiny - I’d booked a one bedroom expecting a reasonably sized bathroom but it was the size of what a 18sqm room would normally get you. The only toiletries provided was a bottle of body wash and soap.
