Good accommodation for exploring Tuscany. Very comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Nice, helpful staff. Great view from the restaurant terrace.

Breakfast choice could be improved upon - we stayed 3 nights and every day it was the same 2 kinds of eggs, cheese and ham. More hot selection would be great, and the hot plate should be hotter to keep eggs warm. Restaurant on site is great, but after 2 dinners there we wanted some change. We ended up ordering tea and 2 starters to the room, as there was no option of toasts or sandwiches. Choice of some simple bar food would be handy.

Viele Kabel waren leider bereits abisoliert, der Fernseher wollte nur wenn er wollte und die Internet Verbindung ging so.

Hierher kommen wir sehr gerne zurück. Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit großem Zimmer, schicken Bad und sehr leckerem Frühstück. Einfach alles toll! Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Het eten is erg goed en het zwembad ligt er goed bij.

De airco kreeg de kamer niet koel en met de ramen open + luiken gesloten werden we dagelijks wakker van mensen die druk pratend onder ons raam stonden te roken. De deur in de badkamer was erg onpraktisch; je moest de deur open maken, in het hoekje naast de douche gaan staan, de deur dicht maken en vervolgens kun je pas de badkamer op lopen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da was man morgens gerne isst. Allerdings die ganze Zeit gleichbleibend. Außer den selbsgebackenen Kuchen :;-) Zimmer war schön und geräumig Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, zuvokommend und hilfsbereit. TOP!

Bei der Dusche würde etwas mehr Wasser das duschen noch schöner machen. Aber insgesamt gesehen keine wirklichen Mängel, alles in Ordnung!

Superbe hôtel de charme, au cœur du Chianti, calme, très bon restaurant tant au niveau des plats que du service, un super accueil avec le sourire, tout comme le reste du personnel. Très bon petit déjeuner avec une mention spéciale pour la tante qui fait de magnifiques gâteaux frais tous les jours. Ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients.

Por ponerle un pequeño pero, el baño tiene pocos lugares para dejar productos de aseo personal.

Il personale gentile. La posizione, la struttura immersa nel verde. Siccome eravamo in tre ci hanno dato una tripla e la vista dalla finestra era bellissima. Colazione, super.

In het dorpje poggibonsi is niet zoveel te beleven. Interieur van het hotel oogt wat verouderd maar heeft ook zijn charmes

Bella location sulle colline intorno a Poggibonsi. La struttura ha ampi spazi e ben curata. Ho avuto modo di cenare sulla terrazza del ristorante con un'ottima vista. Qualità dei piatti ottima. Lo staff è stato gentile e molto disponibile anche nelle mie esigenze di trasporto dalla stazione e nei dintorni per questioni lavorative.

O quarto estava junto do local de pequeno-almoço e a janela da casa de banho a dar para o terraço de refeições noturnas.

The hotel ia charming Tuscany villa, the hotel is very spacious with a great pool area. The breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely nice and responsive. We had a nice good stay.

Schappelijk gelegen voor de omliggende grote steden. Lekkere cappuccino bij het ontbijt, hardwerkende vriendelijke dames bij het ontbijt.

Teleurstellende accommodatie. Verouderd, vuil, oud tapijt, niet frisse geur uit het tapijt en de airco, vuile voegen in de douche/tegels/badkamer. Airco was oud en luid. Wc vlotter was kapot waardoor er de hele tijd doorliep, zeer storend s'nachts. We werden er steeds van wakker. Er was een lege kartonnen doos zakdoeken tork boven op de muur geplakt om iets af te schermen?! Raar en niet kunnen voor een 4 sterren hotel. (Boven de kamerdeur) Zwembad verouderd, groene aanslag van algen. Dit is allemaal oké voor een budget hotel maar niet voor deze prijs. Hier verwacht je meer voor. Zeker geen 4 sterren hotel! 30j gelden mischien, heeft een grondige renovatie nodig om alles weer up to date te zetten en te vernieuwen. Zowel in de hotel kamers als in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Jammer.

Tutto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Posto meraviglioso, accoglienza straordinaria, una cortesia mai vista. Colazione ottima e varia, le torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria ogni mattina sono una coccola ormai introvabile. La vera chicca è la piscina, da godere anche il giorno di partenza, volendo con un light lunch. Il ristorante è eccezionale, una tagliata raramente mangiata così tenera e cotta al punto esatto.

La posizione eccellente. La gentilezza dello staff ( che ringrazio per la cortesia ). La pulizia buona. Colazione particolare ma buona, prodotti freschi e fatti sul momento. Ottimo il ristorante, sia la cucina che la terrazza su un bel panorama.

La villa è bella ma avrebbe bisogno di essere rinfrescata, la moquette per quanto pulita soffriva molto del tempo ed era pieno di macchie e di rattoppi ( nelle parti comuni ). La piscina potrebbe essere un elemento di vanto ma anche questa andrebbe rivista sa nella struttura che nella disposizione dello spazio adibito ai lettini. Ma questo non ha compromesso il mio soggiorno che si è rivelato molto buono.

Van het momet dat we aankwamen tot het moment dat we vertrokken was iedereen bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het avondeten geserveerd op het terras boven en buiten was heerlijk en gezellig. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en het heeft een groot zwembad.

Het zwembad had wat schoner kunnen zijn en minder chloor in het water.

Sehr schönes Hotel oben auf dem Berg, wunderbare Aussicht. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Atmosphäre wie in einem Schlösschen. Sehr gute, gehobene Küche im Restaurant. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Le cadre et le personnel, la table du soir est très bien et très agréable.

Les chambres( comme les salons )sont un peu impersonnelles, pas de décoration. Nous aurions aimé quelques petites attentions ( une bouteille d'eau fraîche ou la possibilité de se faire une infusion ou un café ).

La struttura è una bella ed enorme villa. L' hotel è pulito con uno splendida giardino ben curato. Parcheggio ampio e facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada principale. Le camere spaziose e pulite, letto comodo. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ristorante sulla terrazza splendido e cibo da 10 e lode. Il menù è alla carta con prezzi onesti per la qualità che forniscono.

La moquette datata e rovinata, non è sporca ma ha visto giorni migliori e per un hotel 4 stelle sicuramente un punto a sfavore, stessa cosa la piscina da rimodernare soprattutto il rivestimento interno della vasca ma comunque sia pulita.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per la seconda volta e non possiamo che confermare l’ottima impressione avuta già dal primo soggiorno. La quiete e il silenzio regnano e se si ha bisogno di riposo, questo è il posto giusto. Siamo stati poi piacevolmente sorpresi dalla decisione di introdurre il light lunch che permette di godersi una giornata in piscina. Tutto lo staff è cordiale e molto gentile. La vacanza perfetta!

Struttura immersa nel verde. Silenziosa e discreta. Ottimo il servizio ristorante e la piscina molto gradita soprattutto in questi giorni di molto caldo.

Freundliches Personal und zum Frühstück eine schöne Obstauswahl und sehr gut schmeckender Kaffee, Cappuccino, Latte......usw.. Unser Zimmer (3-Bett) hatte eine gute Größe, es gab jedoch nur 2 Stühle. Der Pool war sauber und nicht zu voll. Uns fehlte eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Poolhandtücher.

Aus dem Zimmer hatten wir einen weiten Blick. Möchte man nicht im Hotel essen muss man mit dem Auto fahren oder zu Fuß einen längeren Weg bergab und Heimzu auch wieder bergauf einplanen. Bis in den Ort braucht man ungefähr 20 Minuten.

A szállás nagyon szép helyen található, a személyzet rendkívül kedves. Kirándulás szempontjából ideális helyen van, minden turista látványosság könnyen elérhető.

Sajnos az látszik, hogy kb 10 évvel ezelőttig egy menő helynek számított a szálloda, ezt bizonyítja a bejáraton is lévő ajánló matrica, aminek a dátumozása is kb 10 évvel ezelőttig tart. Sajnos nem megbocsátható számomra, hogy a klimák beltéri egysége tiszta por (penész), foltos a fal, stb...

Piękny hotel wraz z otoczeniem. Bardzo dobra restauracja z lokalną kuchnią i bardzo dobrym wyborem win. Czysty i ładny basen. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Na plus możliwość zjedzenia lunchu w porze obiadowej. Piękny widok na winnicę zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu. Niczego nie brakuje.

Favoloso, in una splendida cornice. Anche il ristorante ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative.

I loved this hotel, everything was clean and nice. The staff was very kind and the breakfast delicious. You have several options for breakfast which makes it quite easy to choose. The pool was really convinient with it's little shop just in the corner. The hotel offers towels for the pool.

Echt een pareltje. Alles was perfect. Personeel was enorm vriendelijk, netjes en behulpzaam.

Amazing hotel with all the facilities you need - beautiful grounds with a spacious pool, gardens, parking etc. The rooms are very big and we had a lovely view out onto the Tuscan hills. The restaurant was also incredible and some of the best food we had in Tuscany, in a beautiful hilltop setting (and very reasonably priced). Breakfast was also huge and was nice to have fresh cappuccinos made for you every morning! However the main thing that stood out were the staff - every single person from the receptionists, to the waitresses and hosts in the restaurant, to the cleaners, were so kind and helpful. Would definitely come back here!

The air con could be stronger, although we did go in a heatwave (35+ degrees) so maybe not an issue normally.

Bellissima dimora situata in una storica ed elegante villa d'epoca, ben ristrutturata e molto ben tenuta, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità delle colline del Chianti. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e cordialità dal personale della reception e dalla famiglia che gestisce la struttura, che si sono dimostrati disponibili nel fornirci consigli preziosi e informazioni utili per esplorare i dintorni e trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. La camera matrimoniale assegnataci era molto confortevole, ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort e gli accessori necessari per godersi al meglio il soggiorno, con in più una bella vista panoramica sulla campagna circostante. Ottima ed accurata pulizia sia nella stanza che in tutte le zone comuni dell'hotel. La struttura è dotata di un'ampia piscina all'aperto, un angolo di pace circondato da alberi, con comodi lettini e ombrelloni sempre disponibili. L'hotel dispone anche di un pratico parcheggio privato e campi da tennis. Apprezzato il ristorante interno alla struttura: cenare sulla terrazza panoramica è stata un'esperienza suggestiva, con ottimi piatti della tradizione toscana. Abbondante e variegato il buffet della colazione, ricco di proposte dolci e salate, tra cui spiccano le torte artigianali fatte in casa che soddisfano sicuramente ogni palato. Nel complesso è sicuramente un posto perfetto e in una posizione strategica tra Siena e San Gimignano per godersi un weekend di relax, lontani dallo stress quotidiano e immersi in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rigenerante! Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo! Super consigliato!

I love old hotels with some history attached. This one is no execption! Well cared for, nice grounds, staff and pool. Good breakfast. The restaurant overlooking the vineyards was a treat.

The restaurant was a bit pricey for the food we got but the setting made up for it!

The Staff Was Amazing!!! Marco, Chiara and Ginervra made me feel so welcomed... the property is pretty and well cared for... breakfast was delicious with many options!

La piscine, l'endroit, le parking, le restaurant et sa magnifique terrasse sur la campagne toscane ! La culture générale du Maître d'hôtel ! :-) la très belle chambre climatisée , très spacieuse avec une grande salle de bains, isolée du batiment principal et proche du restaurant. La vue valait le détour. Très calme ! et très authentique. On sent l'histoire, le maintien de la tradition, le côté familial, d'une entreprise qui passe de génération en génération avec un personnel content d'être là (on y faisait à l'origine l'enrobage en rafia des fameuses bouteilles Fiasco Chianti !). Cela se sent au petit déjeûner (fantastique) ou viennent manger les dames de chambre avant leur service, à l'accueil, au restaurant (top !)

Albergo a conduzione familiare con personale gentilissimo e molto attento a ogni dettaglio, posizione ottima immersa nel verde e nel silenzio più totale con una piscina bellissima perfetta per un weekend di relax. Colazione da 10+ con tantissimi tipi di torte fatte in casa, una più buona dell'altra! Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante sulla terrazza panoramica, qualità ottima, e il maitre ci ha deliziato con alcune curiosità trasmettendoci tutta la sua passione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Soggiorno meraviglioso - dall’accoglienza premurosa dello staff, alla cura degli spazi comuni, all’abbondante e ottima colazione, all’ottima qualità del servizio e della pulizia. Veramente buono anche il ristorante (e che vista!!). Un’oasi di pace - dispiace non essersi fermati più giorni. Grazie.

As always, good staff. A wonderful family. The pool is clean and perfect! The tennis court has been renovated and is ready for some games. Breakfast is phenomenal and dinner is amazing as well. Everything is a 10.

De ligging en het restaurant met een groot terras met mooi uitzicht.

Airco werkte niet voldoende, waardoor de nachten klam waren. Er was een mooi zwembad, maar besloten, dus geen uitzicht, terwijl het er wel is! Als men de heg lager zou snoeien en het terras van het zwembad aan één kant meer ophogen, heb je ook vanuit het zwembad een geweldig uitzicht!

Een verborgen parel! Heerlijk eten in het restaurant dat bij het hotel zit. Leuk om niet de standaard pasta en pizza’s te zien op de kaart. En de tiramisu was heel lekker! De vriendelijke medewerkers! Het ontbijt was heel goed, genoeg keuze en meest lekkere koffie!! Ook heel fijn was het dat je een zwembad erbij hebt. Wij waren wat vertraagd maar de communicatie ging top!

De bedden waren echt te hard. Kussens lagen niet fijn.

Peaceful historic property in a great location with easy access for amazing day trips in Tuscany. Both the morning breakfasts and the dinner we had in the hotel were wonderful with lots of variety. Most exceptional were the staff who were very kind, helpful and genuinely cared about the guests.

Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis. O café da manhã é ótimo, feito com produtos locais. A passaigem é belíssima e bem tranquila.

The property is pristine! Gorgeous and pridefully maintained. Very enjoyable! For me, it was about the staff. Warm reception and very attentive in showing us around the property. It’s a beautiful property. It’s well maintained and has spacious interior. The decorations and furniture fit very well to the exterior of the building, giving the place it’s charm and character. The pool area has cocktails service. Also an honesty service where one helps to drinks or snacks and jot down what one has taken from the fridge or shelf. Find that very practical. The San Lucchese restaurant serves great food and the staff are always friendly. They have ample parking too!
