القرية جميلة وهادئة - متوفر سوبر ماركت لاغلبية ما ستحتاجه واسعار مناسبة - الشاليه به كل ماتحتاجه من اساسيات - مطاعم جيدة خارج القرية الشاطىء جيد وممتع ولكن ليس قريب من الشالية يلزم سيارة للوصول خصوصآ لكبار السن او المرضى - حمامات السباحة نظيفة ومناسبة للكبار والاطفال وقريبة من الشاليه - مالك الشاليه محنرم وذوق جدآ

الشاليه يحتاج بعض اللمسات البسيطة ليبدو افضل من ذلك من ناحية الاثاث والنوافذ - ادوات المطبخ تحتاج تجديد - التكييقات تعمل ولكن تحتاج صيانة - الحمام جيد ويحتاج مراجعة

حمامات السباحة متوفرة ويهتموا بنظافتها اماكن جيدة للتصوير ممشى داخل البحر جميل جدا

الشاليه يحتاج صيانة ونظافة عدم توفر تفاصيل كاملة للشاليه بخصوص رقم الدور الاكوا بارك متواضعة

الشاليه نضيف ومجهز بالكامل، وقريب من البيسين والقرية هادية ولطيفة وفيه قريب مكان تأجير عجل ومارينا جميلة لهواة الصيد الاقامة كانت جيدة

الشاليه في الدور التالت والاخير وللأسف دا مكنش واضح على بوكنج أثناء الحجز ومفيش اسانسير والشاليه في اول القرية بعيد عن البحر ومحتاج عربية خصوصا لو في حد كبير في السن موجود في مبلغ بيدفع حوالي 200ج للفرد خدمات ومرافق للقرية ودا بردو مش مبين في الحجز

سداد مبالغ زيادة عن قيمة الحجز تحت بند دخول القرية 200 جنيه لكل فرد وكمان مبلغ نظافة علي الرغم أنه مدفوع في الحجز قيمة النظافة

المكان يحتوي على لسان للصيد وهو جيد وممتاز للاسترخاء والهدوء والصيد في جميع الأوقات. البحر ممتاز وموظفو الإنقاذ على الشاطئ لطفاء ومُساعدون إلى أقصى حد. القرية نظيفة وبها حمامات سباحة كثيرة وجميلة الشكل يوجد غسالة وتكييف و ديسبنسر

الشاليه متواضع من حيث الفرش، والحمام يحتاج إلى الكثير من الاهتمام حيث إن الأدوات مستعملة ومُتَبَهْدَلة وتحتاج صيانة. يوجد غسالة وتكييف، ولكن المروحة مكسورة والكتل للمياه الساخنة به صدأ.

Was not good at all in terms of the space and facilities

The property is the worst place to stay - so far from the beach by the village entrance - its considered as 1. Bedroom chalet but they closed a space to be considered as a room

The place is comfortable ,exactly like the photos and description .The owner is respectful and has excellent manners ,highly recommended

It's clean place, staff were helpful beach and pool both were clean and not that crowded

The place is kind far, almost at Zafaranaa Also, they require many authorizations signatures from many different people when you are checking out due to check your chalet

The village is beautiful and clean, the location is excellent, the chalet is clean and tidy, and the owners were extremely polite, respectful, cooperative, and courteous. I will definitely return to stay there again next year, God willing.

انا حبيت اوي تقسيمة القرية تقريبا كل حاجة قريبة الاكوا والشط والمطاعم مش محتاج تتحرك بالعربية جوة وفيه حمامات سباحة كتير وكانت نصيفة الاكوا صغيرة شوية بس بالنسبة للاطفال لطيفة وفي مطاعم بس مش كتير وفيه سوبر ماركت الشط لطيف بس معظمه صخري لكن النزول من عند المارينا حلو مفيش صخر وفيه طول للكبار والكافيتيرا بتاعة الشاطئ حلوة اوي الشالية ظريف وفيه دسبنير وغسالة ومكيف هو بس عالي لو في كبار سن مش هيبقى مناسب لكن اجمالا التجربة لطيفة وناوية اكررها

الشاليه ممتاز والقريه كمان كويسه جدا والخدمات متاحه في القريه دايما والناس اللي شغاله هناك friendly ومالك الشاليه استاذ محمد علي محترم جدا ومتعاون جدا

The staff was perfect except during checkout, i had to wait for 1 hour untill the staff come and do checkout, we have been informed to checkout 9 am , and they came 10 am despite calling them 10 times

There were no elevator, and the apartment were in 3rd floor Also paying 200 Egyptian pound for electricity ( 2 days ) is too much.

دور ثاني سلم ضيق جدا عفش متهالك غرفه بداخل قريه وليست فندق ياخد منك تأمين 1000جنيه وده وضع غريب في اي غرف فندقيه شوفتها بره او جوه مصر .. بعد ما تحجز من علي بوكنج..يقلك فيه فلوس هاوس كيبنج..وفلوس أساور وده بره الحجز ..

سيئة جدا النمل الفارسي في كل مكان بكثرة وقاعدة التواليت مكسورة وبشكل عام حمام سيئ لا يصلح للمعيشة احنا بعد اما روحنا كنسلنا الحجز ولغينا بقيت رحلتنا

الشاليه كويس جدا ونضيف والقريه نفسها كويسه خصوصا لو بتحب الصيد المكان مفتوح للصيد طول الوقت ودي حاجه كويسه

الموقع والنظافة والخدمات كلهم ممتازين اكتر من حمام سباحة- القرية مساحتها كبيرة والشقة ممتازة استاذ محمد على محترم جدا وذوق فى التعامل مفيش تأخير فى اى خدمة بطلبها منه وكان دائم التواصل للاستفسار عن مدى رضانا عن الاقامة

-اجراءات الدخول كانت طويلة شوية - حاولت اطلب من موظفين القرية بعض الخدمات كان بيحصل تأخير لكن بعد التواصل مع استاذ محمد على تم تلبية طلباتنا فى اسرع وقت

- المكان نظيف - يوجد الكثير من محلات الطعام المختلفة

- يقوم المالك بإجبارك على دفع مبلغ مالى معين نظير استخدام الماء والكهرباء ( غير المبلغ المدفوع للحجز على بوكينج ) - تقوم القرية بإجبارك على دفع ثمن منفصل للأساور الخاصة بدخول القرية - لاتوجد خدمة الهاوس كيبينج - تعطل فى التواليت الخاص بالحمام بالمكان

القرية فيها مناظر جميلة كتير الفيو من الشاليه كان حلو المارينا جميلة جدا سواء الصبح او بالليل الاكوا مش وحشة المطاعم متوفرة

التأخير في التسكين الشاليه كان غير نظيف للاسف مع اني أكدت على موضوع النظافة واضطريت بعد ماسكنت أطلب حد ينضفلي التواليت... و بصراحة استاذة ايه كانت متعاونة... البحر كان فيه جزر بدرجة كبيرة و صخور كتيررر والبسين مش انضف حاجة

Room beds and cushions are not comfy at all It did not mentioned that its the 3rd floor “2nd after ground one” Water dispenser was not clean at all Bathroom had ants

The chalet wasn't clean at all

The most I liked is the elegant mannaera of Mohamed Ali Ziad he was more than patient and elegant thanks to him

The view and the location

So dirty water cuts always couldn’t shower all the time and use the bathroom the sheets were dirty when we informed them they asked us to clean it by ourselves

-The weather. -The equipment of the facility. - the entertainment shows. - the security & safety.

-The cleanliness of the kitchen. -The matter that the electricity is an extra fee paid when I arrive and not mentioning it on the website. -the location of the sea is about 15 minutes walking. The staff when checking out were bad.

Upon lodging a complaint regarding the cleanliness of the property, we were met with a threatening response from the registration staff, resulting in harm inflicted upon a 68-year-old man. The authorities have been notified, and the incident has been reported at the police station.

From the moment we stepped into Blue Bay Asia, we were enveloped in comfort and convenience. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the meticulously prepared accommodations and the thoughtful array of day-to-day necessities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. We can't wait to return for another delightful experience :) Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed and Miss Aya for their generous hospitality and support.

Location of the resort.

1- pool infront of the apartment wasn't working also some other pools were not working - owner of the apartment said it is not working that time of the year but he said that after we reached there . 2- smell was bad from irrigation system 3- Apartment wasn't 100 % clean and blankets smell wasn't ok 4-they said 2 rooms but once we reach there , it is basicly one room and they madeup separate room from reception area. 5- they asked for extra fees for electricity - 100 LE for 3 nights 6-they asked for extra fees for the Aqua and for resort entrance - 130 LE at resort entrance per person.

The location was excellent in front of the pool Life guard stay all the time The beach was rocky but clean Eng Mohammed Ali was sooo care about anything we need. Aqua park was good.. Kids had soo much fun

The workers were helpfull.

I arrived at 2.30 and the appartement wasnt ready or clean. And it took about 2 hours to be cleaned. I had to pay 20 pound per person for plastic band just to speparate between the owner and the guest. The appartement is below my expectation. you have to pay for what they call aqua park. the workers was trying to please me and really thanks for their effort

Staying was fantastic; Place is quiet, relaxing, clean and full of aminities. Chalet owner is very helpful and online all the time to solve any issue. All the family and kids love the place and we will repeat the visit again ISA.

Two bedrooms, kitchen Clean in the area, they take care of place where no one stay.

Nobody in this place. Irs like a city of Ghost. Empty pools, no visitors, no sea in the beach you can step in, water its far. Materace in the bed destroy, hard to sleep on it.

The chalet was clean ,very well furnished, the owner was cooperative and decent. Very nice pool and amazing beach

it’s disgusting and this is a really shame to try this experience from my bad luck and i have a baby 2 yrs really i got too tired and frustrated from this stay i should check out on 20-10 but I can’t stay 1 hour more and i tried to check out same day but owner refused and can’t get enough to say bad comments but this is enough.
