Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Die Mitarbeiter und der Personal insbesondere Mr. Gamal der wirklich einen schönen Image für das Hotel gibt, außerdem spricht er Deutsch. Mein Sohn hatte in der Abreise Geburtstag und Herr Gamal hat für ihn eine schöne Torte besorgt und gratis was meinem Sohn große Freude gemacht hat und ein Mr. Hamdy, der alles für eine gute Aufenthalt gemacht hat.. alle anderen sind auch sehr kooperativ, nett und geduldig.
- Ein Schild für „Nicht stören“ oder „Bitte aufräumen“, das man an die Tür hängen kann, wäre wünschenswert. Außerdem fehlt ein Schild für Nichtraucher in der Rezeption, was dazu führt, dass manche Gäste dort rauchen. Die Ausstattung der Rezeption könnte ebenfalls verbessert werden.

مفيش اى صيدليه او دكتور فى المنطقه المحيطه جالى ضربه شمس وكنت هموت واضطريت اطلب الاسعاف علشان يجيبولى حقنه تقلل درجه الحراره الريسيبشن كانوا مشكورين معايا بس الموضوع طول وخد اكثر من 3 ساعات

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The room was clean and comfort but not from first time but after checking in and take our bags to a very dirty un prepared room full of rubbish , tissues on the floor , used cups and glasses and i record a video for the room and we went to the reception and complained then they changed the room to a clean beautiful one , and this second room was totally satisfying for us.
The staff at the reception they were friendly but can't work under pressure , a man with glasses they say that he is the manager of the reception he said it clearly to a guest infront of all guests "please guests do not talk to me on the same time as that pressure me and i can't work under pressure 😂😂😂 " , the food is totally bad either breakfast or dinner with no varities for 3 nights , on the 3rd night we went to dinner at 8 pm " Dinner from 7 to 9 pm " we found that some dishes were finished and not refilled

Claiming this hotel is 4 stars is pure deception. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever booked through Booking.com, and I will be filing a complaint with Booking itself. The hotel is very old and doesn't deserve a single star by any tourism standards. Garbage was scattered around the pool, and there wasn't a single cleaner picking it up. The pool restroom was unclean, dilapidated, foul-smelling, and swarming with flies. Garbage was everywhere on the beach. The sunbeds were old and broken; I couldn't find a foam cushion to sit on, just old, decaying wood. Additionally, the restroom is very far from the beach. The pool was like a public toilet; people were swimming in their street clothes, and seed shells were everywhere. The food is below average and absolutely does not belong in a 4-star hotel. The room was new and the staff was cooperative, but the management is dishonest.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026The location is excellent, staff are very friendly especially Mr. Mostafa, the receptionist who took care of everything from the moment of checking in to checking out. The food of the breakfast and dinner was good and delicious. The chief and staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade to a capacious suite instead of two rooms without extra charges. Rooms were clean and house keeping service was good. Beachfront is very nice.
The facility and service at the beach can be improved as they have a very beautiful beachfront.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The room cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The pillow cases and the bed sheets were super clean and smelled nicely. The rooms itself were clean too. The staff were very cooperative and friendly and one call away.
I didnt try the breakfast there but tried out the dinner once and was below average. The room has no microwave or stove so heating takeaway food or cooking something was not an option. There was a kettle which was very old but did the job.

مزيد من الاهتمام بخدمة الغرف المفروشات ويقضل وجود بعض الخدمات على الشاطيء شاي قهوة مياه

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025طاقم العمل بأكمله في منتهي الذوق والآدب الغرفه كانت تطل علي حمام السباحه وحمام السباحه كبير وجبة العشاء والفطار كويسين جدا - set menu واعتقد ده لسبب قله الاشغال في هذا الوقت من العام ولكن المكان مجهز لل open buffet في المجمل .. اكيد هكرر الزيارة تاني وشكرا
كانت زيارة عمل وليس للترفيه وجئت في فترة شتاء وبرد شديد ولم تسنح لي الظروف لاستكشاف المكان بشكل كبير ..
