Espaces étroits, on se cogne quand on fait le tour du lit, dans la salle de bain on doit choisir entre la douche ou la poubelle. Le chauffe eau ne fonctionne pas ( l’interrupteur n’existe plus). L’accès se fait par des escaliers, déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Nagyon kellemes szállás, kedves és figyelmes szállásadóval. Bár az apartman nem túl nagy, a hatalmas terasz mindenért kárpótol, ahonnan csodálatos kilátás nyílik az erődre és a tengerre. Az óváros és a strand körülbelül 15 perc kellemes sétára található, a közelben pedig termelői piac is van. Az ingyenes parkolási lehetőség a templommal szemben szintén nagy előny. Tökéletes kiindulópont volt a környék látnivalóinak felfedezéséhez. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szállást jó szívvel ajánljuk! 😊
Talán az apartman felszereltsége lehetne egy kicsit bővebb, de ez semmit nem von le abból, hogy összességében nagyon kellemesen éreztük magunkat.

Un filo piccola la stanza e il bagno ma per una notte di passaggio va benissimo.

Unfortunately, the bed and mattress were a disaster. The mattress is low quality and creaks with every movement. If some money were invested in a higher-quality mattress, everything would be perfect.

Собствениците са изключително мили, сърдечни и любезни хора! Имах проблем с колата и те веднага съдействаха за намиране на добър автомонтьор, който да я поправи. Много съм благодарна! Много съм доволна от престоя и отново бих се върнала там при посещение на Нафплио! Горещо препоръчвам!

La chambre était exiguë. Le lit n'était pas confortable. Pas de vue. Alors que nous pensions avoír une jolie vue. Le prix n'est pas justifiée C'est dommage, car nous venons souvent à Nauplie et ils n'ont pas su nous fidéliser.

The room was very tiny and dark, not like the pictures on booking at all! It was very loud, there was no privacy and we could hear the stuff the whole time. It was never quiet. The bathroom door was broken and you couldn't even close it. The bathroom was tiny as well and it was so loud. The flush was not intact & you could not regulate the temperature in the shower. Furthermore the bed was very uncomfortable as well! It was not like expected and for the expensive price really not worth it.

We had some trouble getting to the place, navigation leads into impossibly narrow streets that don't actually lead to the stay. U had to park by the church and walk half a minute from there.

Un po' distante dal centro ma la zona è molto tranquilla e si riposa benissimo.

το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια περιοχή με σκαλοπάτια, και το διαμέρισμα ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο. Ατομα με κινητικες δυσκολίες και οικογένειες με καροτσάκια και βρέφη θα δυσκολευτούν. κατα τα αλλα ηταν τελεια.

Lots of free parking close by, please note that Google Maps will not show you where to go correctly. Map to for parking and take the stairs down: 37°33'49.9"N 22°48'42.4"E
Owner did not speak English but that was okay. Not easy to find.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The location is very good, next to a church and a free parking lot, with a beautiful view of the port from the balcony. When looking for the Vista del Mare you should go to the church (Evaggelistrias, from the 25is Martiou street) in front of which there is also the parking lot, some GPSs try to direct you there through the narrow streets from the town side where you get stuck.
There is a kitchenette but unfortunately without a coffee maker or an electric kettle, boiling water for tea or instant coffee has to be prepared in a saucepan on a small electric heater, both available there.

Location is a short 15 minute walk out of town, up a little hill, but the price reflects this, and this area is peaceful and attractive. Didn't need much from the hosts but communication was good nonetheless. Would recommend!
Holder for shower head, and maybe a cafetiere, could have improved our stay

Ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée (surtout le sol). Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire mais on nous a juste dit de passer le mot à la femme de ménage le lendemain, qui n'est d'ailleurs pas passée. C'est dommage, ça méritait une meilleure note sinon.
