The apartment is recently built, spacious, and the internet connection is excellent. Unfortunately, those were the only positive aspects of our 10-day stay.

We arrived late in the evening and found nothing to welcome guests—not even a bottle of water, coffee capsules, or tea bags. Small touches like these make a difference, especially after a long journey. The main problem was that the apartment was not properly equipped for guests to live in. There was virtually no usable storage space. The wardrobe had three sections: one was locked with a chain, one was filled with the owner’s belongings, and the remaining section contained spare towels, cushions, and only a few hangers. We had to keep our clothes, toiletries, laptops, and personal items in open suitcases on the floor throughout the stay. Maintenance also seemed neglected. The bathroom towel rails were loose or broken, the shower hooks were missing, and the wall hanger by the entrance had been removed. There was also a very unpleasant smell coming from under the kitchen sink. The balcony was unusable because two air-conditioning condenser units were installed on the floor, blowing hot air directly into the seating area. It also overlooked an active construction site where drilling and hammering started at around 7:00 every morning. The allocated parking space was another major frustration. Cars repeatedly parked under visible “No Parking” signs, blocking access to our numbered space. We were regularly prevented from entering or leaving, while the owners of those vehicles insisted the spaces belonged to them. The apartment gave the impression that nobody checks it between guests. The kitchen had a microwave, kettle, and Nespresso machine, but only one electrical socket and no power strip. There was a hob but no frying pan, making even a simple fried egg impossible. Basic consumables such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and waste bags were completely absent, so we had to buy full-sized supplies that were mostly left unused. It has the potential to be good, but it feels unfinished, poorly maintained, and managed with little attention to guests’ needs.

Nice location, spacious room

Because this is like a studio would be nice to have basic things in the kitchen, I had to buy a sponge to be able to wash dishes and there was nothing for doing the washing as well.

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos: spacious and modern. It's in a quiet area, walkable to the town but not too close if you plan on going back and forth to the apartment many times during the day. The bedroom is nice and comfortable with its own AC, and the closet has hangers and extra sheets and towels. The kitchen appliances include a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a kettle, but not enough crockery, especially cutlery (if you plan to regularly cook at home) and there are no instructions for the ceramic cooktop: I solved the problem searching a tutorial video in YouTube! Communication with the owners was perfect: any time we needed something they replied within a few minutes, either via email or on the phone (I received the numbers in the detailed instructions, along with the code for the self check-in). Internet service was excellent and consistent throughout the day. Only one morning it didn't work and they promptly took care of it. The neighborhood has several delicious home-made food eateries, two supermarkets (Lidl and Kritikos), and some excellent restaurants, like the Stable Thrakotaverna and Misirlou (this one has live traditional music a few days a week!) If you like freshly-made bougatsa, have breakfast at Hobo, a cafe nearby that has its own pastry lab!

Nothing in particular, but I’ll mention some aspects that other reviewers didn’t comment upon. While there are some cleaning supplies, for the washing machine you need to buy your own detergent. The fridge is quite noisy (it didn't bother us at night because we closed the door of the bedroom). The balcony of the apartment is on the back of the building, facing a construction site where workers begin early in the morning (around 7:15). If you use the air conditioning, you can't sit outside because of the heat and the noise the units emit.

Ruim, goed verzorgd schoon appartement. Prettige ligging even buiten het oude centrum, prima te lopen. Op wat details na: goede keukenuitrusting. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

The room if very big and that's a huge pro if you have kids. The location is good, about 1km away from the center. The kitchen is comfy, and has anything you need.

The bathroom is very small and there's a huge problem with humidity there. Even if you put dry towels in the bathroom, they get wet after a while. Also the furniture in the bathroom are damaged because of the humidity. The room is also cold for winter-early spring. The air-conditioning is not able to warm the place up, not even the one that's in the bedroom. It takes ages. Things would have been better if central heat was working. Even the problem with the bathroom would have been solved. The room was not as clean as we expected. Unfortunately, there's a construction site next to the building and the workers begin pretty early in the morning, around 7:30, and they woke us up a couple of times. We were lucky that half of our stay there was during weekend.

Groot comfortabel apartement op prima locatie met prive parkeerplek. Het belangrijkste, het bed, was zeer goed.

Basis inrichting maar wel alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Twee handdoeken, groot en klein, per persoon is weinig.

I loved the location. It's in a quiet area but you can walk everywhere. There are very good restaurants nearby, good shops. The apartment was perfect. Big, clean, I loved the balcony, the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is very nice, spacious, clean, there is always hot water. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bedroom is spacious, there are big closets, too. The bed was very comfortable! The apartment is on the third floor, there is an elevator! The check in was smooth, the host always responded to my messages promptly . There is a parking space downstairs which is very convenient if you are coming by car. Everything was great. Highly recommended!

Great location in quiet residential area. About 15 mins walk to the Old Town, but perfectly do-able...here you have an authentic 'living in a Greek city' feel, and there are plenty of excellent traiteurs, with home cooking nearby. The apartment is roomy and spotless, and the kitchen simply equipped (one pot, one pan), but with a full-size four-plate-and-oven cooker and large fridge, so simple meals possible.

A microwave would have been great!

Η τοποθεσία του διαμερισματος και σαν διαμερισμα,αν καθαριζοταν και επισκευαζοταν θα ηταν μια χαρα...

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν βρώμικο,τα πατώματα δεν είχαν σκουπιστεί και σφουγγαριστει άπειρη σκονη,που την δεύτερη μέρα βγήκε σε όλο το πατωμα) και μην κοιταξτε κατω απο το κρεβατι καλύτερα. Η κρεμαστρα στο χωλ εβγαινε ολόκληρη απο τον τοιχο (που ενημέρωσα και ήταν διατεθειμένη να έρθουν Χριστουγεννιατικα να την επισκευασουν). Στην τουαλέτα η λεκάνη καθαρή (όσο μπορείς να πιστέψεις ότι είναι καθαρή,όταν το άλλο σπίτι είναι ετσι),η ντουζιέρα άβολη, η κρεμάστρα στο μπάνιο σπασμένη.Μπαταριες στα κοντρόλ του air-condition δεν υπήρχαν (οπότε να έχετε μαζί σας,για να ζεσταθείτε).Κουζινα: μην χρειαστειτε κάτι καλύτερα ( οι κατσαρόλες μέσα στον πάτο είχαν λαδι),ο φούρνος μικροκυμάτων μυριζε).. Και μια σφουγγαριστρα στο μπαλκόνι πενταβρωμικη. Θα μου πείτε ας τους έλεγες να έρθουν να καθαρίσουν, με ένα μωρό μέχρι να το συνειδητοποίησω,δεν μπορούσα να μαζέψω τα πραγματα. Ασε που το θεωρούσα αυτονόητο να είναι καθαρό.

Мы проживали в этой квартире 3 недели, она была точно такой же как и на фото. Из кухонного оборудования была только 1 кастрюля среднего размера и 1 сковородка, также была духовка и посуда. Так как мы останавливались долгосрочно и собирались в большей степени кушать дома, нам для приготовления еды этого инвентаря было недостаточно, я написала компании которая управляет этой квартирой что бы они дали еще 1 кастрюлю, но они сказали :"если вам нужна кастрюля, то купите ее сами". Также в квартире был грязный залипший утюг, и нам его поменяли на новый через несколько дней. Еще в квартире полы очень холодный, и вам нужно иметь сменную обувь или очень теплые носки. А так в целом проживание у нас было хорошим.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν τέλειο σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στο κέντρο πας και με τα πόδια μέχρι το κέντρο δεν χρειάζεται να πάρεις αμάξι γιατί δεν είναι να ιδιαιτερα μακριά μόνο εάν θέλεις να πας σε κάτι πιο ψαγμένο

Όλα ήταν τέλεια περί καταλύματος απλά θα προτιμούσα να είχε και μια επιπλέον πετσέτα προσώπου και σώματος

Lovely apartment. .All the facilities most people need. Easy to find parking space. Good WiFi .Nice balcony (view not so) Nice cafe less than 50m away. Very easy to contact the flat agents who were very helpful.

The distance to the old town area was at least 1km. For young people not a big problem but for older people it could be especially given the state of some of the pavements in Nafplio. Small issue with shower water pressure as it seemed to be having air pressure issues.

Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Επίσης πολύ σημαντική η εξυπηρέτηση. Αποδέχτηκαν αίτημα μας για early check in και κατά την άφιξη υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το locker. Μετά την κλήση μου, σε 3' ήρθε μια ευγενέστατη κυρία όπου έδωσε άμεση λύση στο πρόβλημα.

Ίσως λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες στο δωμάτιο (δεν βρήκα σαμπουάν, αφρουλουτρο, ειχαν μόνο 2 μανταλακια και είχαν ξεχαρβαλωμενα κάποια χερούλια). Επίσης δεν ήταν πολύ δυνατό το A/c, αλλά για τα δικά μου δεδομένα ικανοποιητικό.

Clean and specious. Very nice apartment. Quiet area not far from the centre. We had a problem with opening the box to get the key at the check-in and the staff was very responsive and helpful. Good air conditioning in all rooms.

The balcony is not very usable as it was too hot. It would have been nice to sit at the balcony in the evening but we never did. Also there is a nice table to work at but no plugin next to it unfortunately.

Δεν είχε σαπούνι στο μπάνιο όπως ανέφερε το μήνυμα.Ουτε μια πετσέτα για τα χέρια. Είχε πάρα πολύ σκόνη και γενικά δεν φαινόταν τόσο έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει κόσμο,σαν να ήταν κλειστό καιρό. Οι οδηγίες για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών δεν ήταν ακριβής.

Am avut o experiență minunată la această cazare! Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții, iar apartamentul a fost foarte curat și bine echipat. Camera mare, saltea confortabila, balcon mare, zona linistita. Am putut parca aproape de bloc, fara taxe extra. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni. Recomand cu drag!

Το διαμερισματακι ειναι σε αρκετά καλό σημειο/ γειτονιά. Η πολυκατοικία ήταν πολύ ωραία με υσηχεια όλες τις μέρες δν μας ενόχλησε τπτ. Πάρκινγκ βρίσκεις σχεδον πάντα από κάτω.αρκετα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα.

Οι καναπέδες αρκετά άβολοι, η ντουζιέρα στενή και άβολη ειδικά για κάποιον υπερβαρο. Το μπαλκονι μικρό με 2 plexiglass αριστερά δεξιά και αν δουλεύουν τα aircondition δν κάθεσαι από τη ζέστη που βγάζουν οι μονάδες.

Very good place to stay in an excellent location and very good value. We did have a problem with the washing machine and that was dealt with effectively with a new machine being delivered and installed six days later. We stayed 10 days and for people staying longer there are a couple of small issues. The kitchen is not well equipped so cooking can be a juggling act as there is only one pan and one saucepan. And there is no cleaning service and very little in the way of provided cleaning equipment.

i didn't like that it's a bit far from the old town. there was no carpet and they didn't put on the heating system so we had to use the air conditioning

The apartment was well stocked and had all the facilities I needed. The location was great for a short walk to the old town, but far enough away to be very quiet.

The couch is pretty uncomfortable, but that is pretty consistent with all accommodation like this. My only real beef is that there was on-site parking listed when I booked, but it got removed AFTER I booked and I was not told, that was a big factor in making the booking. Lucky for me it was quiet this time of year and street parking wasn't a problem.

The location was close to everything. The grocery stores, bakeries,restaurants,We waterfront and boardwalk.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, well equiped on a quiet location near centre of Nafplio with the good parking and big balcony. Centre is on a walking distance where you can find a lot of nice restaurants and tavernas, nearest beach is 5-10 min of driving, market is 300m far away. Twice a week you have organized a public market in centre with a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, honey and other products. Staff is very professional, check-in and check-out are going smootly, very responsive and redy to help. Staying in this apartment was really pleasant and for sure will consider it for next summer.
