Hill Suites

We had an amazing two-night stay at Hill Suites in Fira, Santorini. Thomas was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication before and throughout our stay. He was always available, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, and our room was exceptional. We especially loved having our own private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the island. The breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also greatly appreciated all the help with transportation and navigating Santorini’s winding roads, steep slopes, and unique layout. The local advice and support made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend Hill Suites to anyone visiting Santorini and would happily stay here again.

Très bel hôtel situé dans les ruelles de fira. Chambre dans le style de l'île, blanche avec jacuzzi et terrasse. Accès privé. Très bonne literie. Vue mer. Petit coin salon. Très agréable. Silencieux. Reposant. Petit déjeuner agréable et frais. Personnel gentil et disponible.

Le stationnement, compliqué, mais c est le cas pour toute l'île.

Posizione ottima per uscire in centro e per passeggiata a Imerovigli (panorama davvero unico). Camera moderna, pulita, e spaziosa, così come il bagno. Vasca idromassaggio esterna un bel valore aggiunto. Colazione alla carta nel ristorante convenzionato a pochi metri dalla camera, cucinata sul momento e di buona qualità. Thomas ci ha accolto e seguito con gentilezza e attenzione. Super consigliato.

The property itself was lovely, the Superior Suite was excellent, and we really liked the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially with the check in since we arrived earlier, so it was offered to us to keep our bags in a office so we could go out and explore. The breakfast is very good and we also liked the fact that they had a transfer to the airport.

The main issue was a serious and frightening safety incident in the pool/jacuzzi. My mother was caught by an extremely strong suction force around her back, pulling her skin deeply into the opening. The force was so strong that it took three people to free her. We were extremely lucky that the consequences were not much more serious, as this could potentially have resulted in a very serious or even fatal accident. There was no clear warning or visible signage about this suction hazard, and the jacuzzi safety rules were extremely faded and practically unreadable. We were also disappointed with how the incident was addressed by the staff. The employee was very friendly and apologized multiple times, but then also implied that the incident was our fault because my mother should not have been on that side of the pool/jacuzzi when there were no signs that would inform us about a potential hazard like that. We do not feel this is an acceptable response when a suction point has enough force to trap a person and require three people to release them. The incident left my mother injured and traumatized, left us all traumatized as well and meant that we spent the rest of the afternoon caring for her instead of enjoying the property and the activities we had planned. It was a very distressing experience for all of us.

BE CAREFUL DONT GO THERE IT IS NOT A HOTEL. THEY ARE CHEATERS

Très bon séjour ! Le logement était vraiment très agréable, spacieux et typique des jolies maisons grecques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la très belle terrasse intime avec jacuzzi, parfaite pour se détendre. Le personnel était très agréable, accueillant et disponible. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

It was close to walk into Fira. The rooms were spacious and really clean. Thomas on reception was excellent, lovely guy and helpful.

The set up of the rooms with your own hot tub is very disjointed and not clear when booking. Our room was 2 sets of stairs away from our plunge pool which was on a shared small terrace with another room. When we arrived a large group had already taken over the terrace so there was no room for us and we were told its first come first serve. After a long day travelling this was so disappointing. So make sure you check your room/plunge pool layout. The breakfast was “nice” but fairly basic.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at Hill Suites Santorini was absolutely amazing. The hotel is immaculate – everywhere was spotless, beautifully maintained and so well looked after. The interior is absolutely gorgeous, with a luxurious spa-like feel that creates such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service was truly exceptional. The staff were so attentive, friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. A special mention has to go to the gentleman who runs the hotel. He was incredible throughout our stay — he carried our suitcases for us, arranged all of our transfers and made everything completely seamless and stress-free. He went out of his way to help us and his kindness and attention to detail really made our stay extra special. The location is perfect, with an easy walk into the main centre while still feeling peaceful and private. The breakfast was also fantastic every morning, with a great selection and everything fresh and delicious. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay at Hill Suites Santorini. From the beautiful surroundings to the outstanding hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a 5-star experience, and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Santorini

La chambre est jolie.

La proximité immédiate de la route extremement bruyante et du loueur de quad juste en face. Nous n'avons pu dormir qu'à partir de 2 h... L'insonorisation annoncée n'est pas du tout suffisante. Le jacuzzi garde les traces de crasse de tous les derniers utilisateurs au niveau de la ligne d'eau. À ne pas utiliser si vous n'aimez pas les mycoses.

The rooms were nice and clean. The plunge pool was a great addition to relax in after a busy day. Breakfast was fabulous freshly made on the spot.

Unfortunately the hotel didn’t have the view I was expecting however this was my fault I should have researched better.

We're very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful about check-in instructions also they made sure everything would go smoothly. Breakfast was cooked fresh after we arrived to the restaurant not like cold open buffet trays. Rooms and the pool were clean and cleaning staff is active everyday and responds quickly your requests like extra towels etc. They even let us left our bags for a couple ours in their office after checking out which was nice gesture. Overall would recommend 10/10

Nice selection of breakfast items. Large portions. Excellent service. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our holiday to Greece and this was the best breakfast we had.

No hot water during our short stay, but this may be due to a city power outage while we were there

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was beautiful and was cleaned every day. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept everything tidy. Breakfast was well organized and served at a restaurant across the street from the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great short stay at Hill Suites. The host was kind and very helpful, especially with our bags on arrival. We also used their private transportation service, which was on the pricier side, but we really appreciated the convenience. Being picked up smoothly from the port in a large SUV and dropped off directly outside the hotel made arrival effortless, and the early morning transfer to the airport was just as seamless. The included breakfast was excellent, with great service each morning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great size, making it an easy and relaxing place to unwind after exploring Santorini.

The only improvements would be the bathroom amenities, as there was no hand soap provided and we had to use body wash instead. Even when we left the soap container open to indicate it was empty, it wasn’t refilled by housekeeping. Additionally, while the ground-floor room was convenient for access, it meant we couldn’t comfortably keep the windows open as the room was fully visible from the street. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main streets in Fira, which we didn’t mind as it was nice to be in a quieter area.

Nous avons séjourné (4 adultes) dans la suite supérieure avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique, tout était parfait, même plus que nos espérances... la situation de l'hôtel à deux pas du centre de FIRA et dans un quartier ultra calme. Appartement très spacieux et très luxueux, avec une décoration merveilleuse, le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes de bain sont changés tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servi à table avec un personnel d'une gentillesse et au petit soin. La literie est très confortable avec de très grands lits. En arrivant nous avions deux bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo. Il y a de quoi prendre un café ou tisane dans l'appartement si on le souhaite. Enfin, tout était parfait, je reviendrait sans problème dans cet hôtel. Continuez comme cela, vous êtes au top !!!!

Spa qui n est pas un spa mais une mini piscine avec 4 buses vous appuyez pour mettre en route ça dure 1 min , l eau était tiède. Le nom est trompeur rien d une suite à mes yeux une jolie petite chambre d hôtel avec douche et WC et une mini terrasse avec une mini piscine

Everything was super clean! The room was spacious for a family of four with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was centrally located. Tomas was awesome! So friendly and hospitable! He made our stay so enjoyable! The breakfast every morning was made to order and plentiful.

A little bit of an uphill hike with uneven steps to Fira but not unexpected.

We had a group of 4 people traveling and stayed in the suite that could sleep 6, we found it worked great. One bed was in a separate room, the other bed was connected to the bathroom/kitchen area. I believe the other 2 beds were the “couches” in the living room area, none of us slept on those but they seemed decently comfortable, the cushions were thick so I believe they could work as decent beds. There were 3 air conditioners which was perfect, one for the “living room area” and one for each bed. The bathroom area was plenty large for 4 people to spread out their stuff and not feel over crowded. The suite had the bathroom sink separate from the toilet and shower so people could use the bathroom and shower without taking the whole bathroom up. The view from the jacuzzi was gorgeous. Breakfast was perfect for us, plenty of options, nothing too fancy just very basic but done well (fruit, eggs, cappuccinos, toast, croissants) and they were very flexible if you wanted to change your order. Breakfast was made when you got to the table so it was all fresh and hot. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, any questions we had they answered right away and they helped us navigate around when we needed it. The villa was incredibly clean and quiet so no issues there, they provided separate jacuzzi towels which was a helpful addition. Overall this was a perfect stay for us with a view of the non-caldera side of the island, it was clean, quiet and in a good spot (12-15 min walk) to get to Fira for shopping and restaurants.

The area where the jacuzzi was, was more of a shared space with the other villas, so it would have been just a bit awkward if there were other people using the other jacuzzi as they were pretty close to each other. I don’t necessarily fault them for it though as there’s only so much space to use and that’s not something that can be easily changed. Jacuzzi was warm, like a warm bath, which would have been perfect for when the weather is much hotter, we wished it could have been just a tad warmer when we were there as the evenings got windy and a bit chilly but it was not cold at all so we still got good use out of it. The only recommendation we had was the shower doesn’t seem to be quite sloped enough to the drain so we found water would run out of the shower and into the bathroom area, a quick fix for that would be putting a gasket on the bottom of the door to keep the water in. We managed by just putting towels in front of the door.

overall the experiance was amazing. Facilities and rooms were great, central spaces like the breakfast area was comfortable. more over, your hospitality and service in thomas was the outstanding difference maker and made it memorable.

the public areas linking the jaccuzis to the room was extreamly slippery and requires attention in making it safer.

The hospitality was beyond amazing. They arranged transfer service for me, from the port to the hotel. They were good at communicating from the start, and kept in contact to make sure they had written down the correct ferry to pick me up from. From there, reception came to greet us right as we got off from the transport service. They helped carry our luggages and walked us through the amenities the hotel had to offer. The view from the hotel was stunning. They were responsive to the questions we had. I had a comfortable sleep and wished I could have stayed longer. The staff alone is worth the value!

had a wonderful stay at Hill Suites. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish — the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and very comfortable, and the views are absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. Everything felt thoughtfully done and elevated the entire experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return.

Fantastic place, room was very generous size, well equipped and nicely decorated. Location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the safe when I first arrived and they fixed it straight away. Breakfast was lovely served on the terrace each morning. Hot tub was cleaned first thing each morning and always warm.

Wasn't an issue for me, but there are a lot of stray cats in Santorini so if you're allergic or really don't like them this could be a problem for you. When I arrived there was one chilling on the lounging pad next to my hot tub and another in the seating area on the terrace outside my room, and one did dart into my room at one point and I had to shoo it back out!

I am so glad we booked the room with jacuzzi, after a day of walking in the cold wind warming yourself in jacuzzi was such a blessing

샤워실 바닥이 평평해서 잘못하면 물이 밖으로 샐 수도 있어 조금 불편했습니다. 그 외엔 다 좋았어요.

The location was great with a lovely view, their breakfast was great, by far the best offered by any hotel se stayed at in Greece. The best were very comfortable and overall the amenities were just better quality in this hotel.

Tomas was a wonderful host nothing was a problem, he was so kind and had great suggestions of what to do while in Santorini. We had a great experience at Hills Suits and would absolutely love to come back again and holiday. The breakfast was incredible and delicious.

This is such a clean, pleasant and beautiful hotel located in Santorini Fira Village. It is truly a perfect accommodation. The kind host carried all three heavy carriers from the check-in to the check-out. It must have been difficult because there were some stairs, but he didn't even let me touch it, saying he would carry it by himself. I am so sorry and grateful. He also made delicious breakfast every morning and brought it to me with great care. The room was separated from the bathroom, bathroom and sink, which made it very easy to use. The view outside the window is also fantastic. The cats always welcomed us at our door, and we had a lot of fun thanks to them. This is an accommodation that will last a long time as a happy memory.

L’unica piccola cosa è che è leggermente fuori dal centro di fira, ma si tratta di 6/7 minuti a piedi!

Le logement était très bien situé, proche du centre de Fira mais au calme. Le personnel était au top, la literie très confortable et le jacuzzi un point positif.

Etant creusé dans la roche, le logement était atypique mais un peu humide. La climatisation était impérative, mais malgré cela on avait l'impression de ne pas pouvoir se débarrasser de cette humidité (vêtements et linge du lit ..). Le jacuzzi, situé à l'intérieur et point positif du logement, rajoutait encore de l'humidité.
