Stayed in the Jasmine suite! Room was beautiful! Spacious and bathroom was perfect! There was a big fridge and mirror! Lounge had Netflix! Spacious outside was perfect for an afternoon swim/spa! Location was great only 6-7 minutes walk to the centre! Only thing was there are a few steps to get to the rooms! Other than that, was perfect!

Unser Apartment war wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir würden sofort wieder dort wohnen. Besonders die Grösse hat uns gefallen – man hat richtig viel Platz und fühlt sich dadurch sehr wohl. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Amazing hosts who went over and above to help us not only be comfortable but resolve issues we had in traveling and lost items.

Tiara Suites Fira exceeded every expectation. The private terrace with its own pool was the highlight — watching the sunset over the caldera with Fira lit up below was magical, especially with the room’s cave-style Cycladic character adding to the charm. The suite was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing three nights. The location in Fira was perfect for exploring on foot while still feeling peaceful and private. An absolutely exceptional place to stay in Santorini — would return in a heartbeat.

The property itself was well appointed. A courtyard to lounge in, a mini kitchenette, living room, separate bedroom - it had everything that one needs for a good stay. There was a hot tub outside in a very narrow porch. Which is just ok after a long day of sight seeing. The host was quick to respond to my queries. He was courteous and showed me around each amenities.

The location seems like a big bummer after staying in Imergovili with insane view and amazing properties. I moved to Fira only considering the logistics to oia but soon realised - it was not required. When you spend so much time in places like Oia for ex. Going back to imergovili would have been a better choice. Especially because there is hardly any view from the property and whatever little is there - it is obstructed with odd structures, cables etc. and the surrounding of other properties, which are an eye sore “. Important because you are on holiday and you want the best of everything. Steep steps down to the property. One should note. Although the host helped me carrying my bags up, What felt most odd was -he was right at my doorstep well before the check out time. And the way he rushed me out and carelessly dumped my bags up by the road - was flat out awful & rude. My Santorini visit was perfect except for this one particular experience. I wish I never went to Fira to stay !

Fantastic place - close to city center but calm and quite. Supportive "taking care" host, modern and clean rooms, very well equiped. Enjoyed stay here !

Alles war super klasse. Der Host war super nett und das Zimmer hatte alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

We stayed for 2 nights at Tiara Suites (group of 7 girls) and everything was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, sparkling clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. The host was incredibly hospitable and always replied instantly. Gazi gave us the best recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and even helped us pick a great catamaran cruise. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it!

L'emplacement exceptionnel, à 2 pas de la Caldera et des ruelles animées. La proximité de s point de restauration, bars et locations de véhicules tout en étant au calme, sans vis à vis. C'était parfait avec un ado qui peut aller se ravitailler et chiller dans le jacuzzi :) La gentillesse de notre hôte, qui a su transformer magnifiquement la "cave", décorée avec style et des details digne d'un 5 etoiles. Un vrai cocon.. Merci pour cette belle surprise.

Vraiment pour froler la perfection, peut-être qu'un volet roulant ou store occultant au niveau du puits de lumière, pour les personnes qui dorment dans salon.

We had a lovely stay in the Jasmine suite for our honeymoon week. The jacuzzi is private, very clean, perfect temperature, covered from the sun and we enjoyed spending the hot summer evening relaxing in it. The room is spotless, spacious and cozy. The bathroom also provides shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste sets. We got fresh towels for the jacuzzi and bathroom every 3 days when room service cleaned the room. Gazi is an amazing host. They booked an airport transfer for us and waited to check us in, even though we arrived very late (at midnight) so we didn't have to worry about anything. They also recommended their favourite restaurants in Fira and a sunset cruise that was the highlight of our trip.

We generally enjoyed our stay at Tiara Suites and had a great time in Fira. The apartment is very stylish and modern and we enjoyed the spacious rooms.

Unfortunately we booked the apartment because of the hot tub but it was only warm and we were not able to increase the temperatur. The owner told us that it would be 33° Celsius but it didn't fell like that. Particularly because we had a different apartment before with temperatures adjustable. We could not enjoy spending time in the hot tub in the evening. Also, the hot tub is rather exposed to a street where many tourists walk by. We can recommend Tiara Suits but not the hot tub experience.

La décoration était magnifique. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus. L’emplacement est parfait. Le spa était le petit plus très appréciable !

Il manque peut être quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine correctement pour 4.

I really liked the decor; I felt like I was in a cave, and having the hot tub was a great bonus. The room was quite large, and I felt very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Perhaps a shower curtain would help, as the whole floor gets wet while you’re showering, and it would also be good to be able to regulate the hot tub temperature.

In the center of Fira, the apartment is tastefully decorated and functional. We had a hot tub with sea view, perfect after a long day in the sun. The owner is one of the most friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr groß, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen in Fira, super sauber, mit einem tollen warmen Whirlpool und Gazi als sehr netten Gastgeber.

オーナーがフレンドリーでサービス精神がすごかった！ 部屋の説明を丁寧にしてくれて、チェックイン前と後に荷物を預かってくれました。 部屋も綺麗でシャワーも大きかったです。簡易キッチンには冷蔵庫があり、ちょっとした調理器具がありました。コーヒーと紅茶が飲めたのでバルコニーでゆっくりとした朝を迎えることができました。 バス停までは約10分で、近くに小さいスーパーマーケットがあったので飲み物などには困らなかった。

Lovely decorated room and a very approachable host. Due to Iran war, our flights got cancelled and they allowed us free cancellation, which was really thoughtful. We got alternate flights and rebooked and loved the stay. Jacuzzi was a big hit with kids, room was very aesthetically designed.

Nothing much, just the bathroom door had no lock, but that is quite regular for all stays in Greece.

This apartment was immaculate, easily the cleanest place we stayed during our entire trip. The décor was fresh and tasteful, and the space was exceptionally well‑appointed. They truly thought of everything to make guests comfortable: robes and slippers, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, ample space to put your things, and a well-equipped kitchen. It also had a large private outdoor area with a hot tub. We met the proprietor, Gazi, and it was clear that this is more than a business for him. His pride in the property shows in every detail. He was warm, helpful, and always easy to reach via WhatsApp. Great location, close to the centre of Fira and shops and restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

You can't escape the steps in Santorini. So getting to the apartment with luggage is not easy, but our taxi man, and Gazi were very helpful. They're used to the hills, I guess. Two very small notes that didn’t affect our enjoyment at all: the bed’s concrete headboard could benefit from a cushion, and the safe was tiny and not bolted down. That said, Santorini felt extremely safe, so we never felt we truly needed it.

It's definitely one of the best suites I've stayed in! and it definitely leveled up my Santorini trip. Super spacious with a full functioned kitchen and living room, aesthetic decoration like a blue cave, big comfy bed, nice jacuzzi and terrace... It's like my dream home. The host family is really nice and responsive. 100% recommend!

Nothing critical, but if you come during winter, the jacuzzi might not be warm enough (the temperature is okay just don't expect it like a hot spring) It's at the center of Fira, but FYI, it's still a 5-10 min walk to restaurants, travel agencies, supermarkets, etc., and there are some stairs before you get to the main street.

LOCATION. Very close to everything. Few minutes walk from Fira Main Square, parking lot and Fira bus station is just a few minutes away. Easy transportation especially if you plan to take the public transport going to and from the airport.

Nothing. But if I have to point out 1 thing, it’s the step going down but not a biggie as this is normal in Santorini. Most definitely stay in Tiara Suites again when we go back to Santorini.

El jacuzzi está muy limpio y bien de temperatura y eso que era noviembre. La casa estaba genial. El detalle de tener un deshumidificador genial también, al no tener ventilación el dormitorio. Está muy limpio.

La cama de la tercera persona que está en el salón, el colchón es muy duro. Le faltan perchas en el baño o en el dormitorio para colgar las toallas o albornoces ya que en las perchas de la entrada colgábamos los abrigos. Falta también alguna bayeta para recoger la mesa, algún mantelito más, y algún que otro utensilio de cocina. También deberían tener algo para evitar los mosquitos. Mi hija es alérgica a la picadura del mosquito y habremos matado en la casa más de 15. Todo esto que sirva como crítica constructiva porque la casa está genial.

Great location, restaurants, museum, promenade with amazing sunsets - everything is within walking distance. Rooms are fabulous, spacious and beautifully designed. Very clean and with all needed amenities. Place is even nicer than on the pictures. Own hot tub to enjoy and relax. Very nice and friendly hosts who is ready to share good tips about what to do in Santorini. Would be happy to stay there again!

Just one thing is there are steps up to the main street which are quite steep It is not something that affected us but just something to note.

I absolutely loved my stay at Tiara. The suite was spotlessly clean, new, and tastefully decorated. My suite on the upper floor had expansive sea views. Another highlight was the private outdoor jacuzzi though i didn’t use it since it was quite cold in santorini when i visited. Not to mention the host was very helpful and friendly

From the moment we met the host and walked into the property, everything exceeded our expectations as the pictures do not do it justice. The host was super friendly and all of our requests were met instantly. The thing we loved was how private the location was. We saw many apartments that were incredibly overlooked, however this was down a little side road which made a huge difference.

Location is perfect and the room is clean and tidy. We really enjoy ourselves during the stay, especially the host is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended to come for stay.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Tiara Suites hôtel....Tout était parfait : l'emplacement (proche des commerces et sites), la propreté de la suite, le calme (très important pour moi), bien évidemment le jacuzzi chauffé et très relaxant après une journée de visite et d'avion et surtout l'ACCUEIL et la GENTILLESSE de Gazi !! The suite is very modern, stylish, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location is great and just a short distance from the main centre and all the attractions, so it’s easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
