J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement, Bisho et Ayman sont à votre service pour tout besoin, même pour organiser vos excursions ils sont très pro et serviable. La vue sur le Nil depuis le rooftop est juste dingue ! Depuis la chambre aussi, la piscine est très agréable et ouverte à 24h/24. Excellent établissement !

A Super welcoming host & Staff! Truly a lifetime view you wont forget from this hotel. But more than that the staff here will look after you, be it in needs of meals or guides around the Aswan area. The location is also very safe and the staff are always eager to help if you ask. Rooms were tidy, clean, spacious and beautifully kept. Do not forget to make use of their pool on hot days!

Le quartier n'a rien d'intéressant, la deuxième chambre double en bas sans vue était très bruyante. La terrasse qui manque un peu de déco et d'aménagement pour être très agréable.

Une vue incroyable sur le Nil, avec un rooftop à couper le souffle. L'établissement est bien entretenu, les chambres ont toutes vue sur la Nil, elles sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et leur accueil, mention spéciale à Mostafa aux petits soins, très gentil, efficace, marrant et toujours à disposition.

Dommage que la piscine soit à l'intérieur, fraîche et trop chlorée et l'accès à l'hôtel assez compliqué.

Ayman is an extremely kind and helpful host. Upon arrival, he showed us around and introduced us to the spacious and comfortable common areas, the beautiful, clean swimming pool, and the rooftop terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the Nile. He also organized a fantastic trip for us to Abu Simbel and recommended an excellent nearby restaurant. The apartment is stylish and tastefully furnished, with air conditioning throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the river. Thank you, Ayman! We had a wonderful stay.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. L’accueil est très chaleureux et l’équipe est à la fois réactive, serviable et attentionnée. L’hôtel est situé un peu à l’écart du centre, mais plusieurs moyens de transport sont facilement accessibles à proximité, ce qui permet de se déplacer sans difficulté. N’hésitez pas à réserver votre séjour, vous ne serez pas déçu !

¡Una estancia increíble frente al Nilo! Decidimos quedarnos una noche más ¿Qué te gustó más? ¡Nos gustó tanto que decidimos ampliar nuestra estancia una noche más! Las vistas al Nilo desde la habitación y la terraza son, sin duda, las mejores que se pueden pedir. Queremos hacer una mención especial al equipo, que hizo que todo fuera perfecto: Mustafá (mantenimiento) tiene la piscina impecable y a una temperatura ideal para relajarse y recuperar energías. Ayman es majísimo y siempre está superdispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier cosa que necesites. Bishoo habla un inglés perfecto y nos atendió de maravilla en todo momento

Nous avons adoré le professionnalisme du personnel et la propreté de l’établissement, nous avons passé un séjour magnifique et avons logé dans une chambre avec vue sur le Nil, le désert et les villages nubiens.. c’est juste une expérience magnifique ! ❤️

Nous avons passé un bon sejour dans ce logement. Le staff etait tres accueillant et les chambres correctes La piscine est un vrai plus, c’etait agréable de s’y baigner. Le rooftop offre une tres belle vue sur le nil. l’endroit est tres calme et apaisant

The location is far from the railway station so the transport will be very expensive and no restaurants near by. The hotel will tell you price for Abu Simbel will be 10000 Egp but inquire near the railway station we could find a driver for 4000 Egp (pickup and drop)

The service was amazing! They made us feel at home and they helped us a lot with the questions and assistance we needed. The view was amazing, you can cook in the facilities and they are very caring. I truly recommend it

Excellent building and view of the Nile. Felt like home, very helpful staff, Bisho went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, they even washed our laundry free of charge. I wish we had stayed a little longer.

Não ter serviço de quartos O acesso ao hotel é muito mau, estrada quase impossível de passar. Longe do centro a pé! A cama não era confortável.

Our flight got delayed and 1hour before our arrival our reservation got canceled by the hotel, pretexting a technical issue with our rooms. We were left without a place to sleep at 1.30am.

Accueil très sympathique. Toutes les installations étaient super ! Le monsieur de l’accueil était très accueillant (je ne me rappelle plus de son prénom). Il nous a même offert des boissons alors que nous n’avions pas assez de cash sur nous. La vue est superbe et les chambres sont assez modernes

L’hôtel n’est pas si moderne que cela et on nous a implicitement « dirigé » par des chambres non mixtes (nous étions 2 garçons et 2 filles) mais c’est dans la culture du pays donc nous respectons cela.

Guesthouse sulle sponde del Nilo con affaccio su una zona bellissima. Camere spaziose, aria condizionata, servizio lavanderia e colazione su richiesta. Un po fuori dal centro di Assuan, bisogna muoversi con auto o avere il numero di un taxi. Bel rooftop x ammirare il tramonto

Un po fuori mano, non c’è modo di fermare taxi e quindi si è un po’ bloccati in zona.

地理位置勉强还可以吧，但是周围全是沙尘，本来我想着随便住一下就行了，本来一开始是很开心的， 本来是打算订民宿的早餐，早餐费用是250埃镑，就两个香蕉加一个鸡蛋加一个酸奶，加一些奶酪就没了。我不想吃，他跟我说可以点外卖，他发了一个菜单让我看，我就点了一个400埃镑的食物。我说我一共需要付多少钱给你，他不回答。我又问了一句，我是一共要付你400埃镑吗？他还是不回答。等餐到了的时候，他拎给我，让我付150镑的代点费，这个时候我真的很生气，我已经连续问过了他两次了，他明明可以直接回答的，他直接沉默不回答，等到了的时候。才跟我说要150埃镑的带点费我这里。我感觉这个酒店的工作人员在骗我，我不会再来。 The location is just okay, but the whole area is full of dust. I was originally in a good mood and just planned to stay here casually. The hotel breakfast costs 250 Egyptian pounds, but it’s only two bananas, one egg, a cup of yogurt and some cheese — totally not worth it, so I didn’t want it. The staff told me I could order takeout and sent me a menu. I picked food worth 400 Egyptian pounds. I asked twice how much I needed to pay in total, and specifically checked if it was just 400 pounds. He kept silent and gave me no answer. After the food arrived, he suddenly asked for an extra 150 Egyptian pounds as a delivery service fee. I was really furious. He could have told me the fee upfront, but he chose to stay quiet and spring the charge on me later. I feel like I was ripped off by the staff here. I will never come back again.

The staff at the Nile palace were very friendly, Bisho was great too talk to in both English and German languages. The pool is also a very nice addition to the accommodation and was refreshing and clean.

The location is a small bit far from main town so you will need a taxi to get to places but it makes up for it in the view of the Nile.

The property has a lovely view to the nile and I was given a complimentary upgrade on arrival. My room was very comfortable, the bed was nice and it was spotless clean. Both staff I met, Bisho and Ayman were extremely kind and helpful and made me feel safe and considered. They give me dinner after my late arrival. I would definitely come back! Sadly didn’t have time to check out the pool but had a very pleasant stay.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the room is very comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the owner, Bishoo, is incredibly kind and handsome, and Mustafa from housekeeping is hardworking and super friendly!

Wir haben umsonst ein Zimmer upgrade vom lieben Ayman bekommen, der uns sehr herzlich empfing und uns sehr höflich einmal durchs ganze Haus geführt hat. Zudem war es sehr angenehm mit einem Mitarbeiter, Boshi, deutsch sprechen zu können. Das Hotel bietet günstige Taxis an, u.a. für Abholungen vom Flughafen und die Preise sind für die Zimmer, die top gepflegt sind, wirklich adäquat. Gerne wieder

I had an amazing stay in Aswan and I’m very satisfied with everything. The hospitality was exceptional from the very beginning. Bisho and Ayman were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. They helped arrange my drop-off transportation, ordered food to the hotel for me, and handled every request with such care and professionalism. They also gave me a free room upgrade with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. After check-out, they kindly allowed me to stay at the hotel and continue using the common areas, including the pool, which I really appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

Compliqué pour faire venir un taxi

El personal muy amable e hicieron todo lo posible para nuestra comodidad, ordenaron comida para nosotros muy tarde en la noche. Muy simpáticos, sobretodo Wafeek. La habitación estaba súper limpia, ordenada y bien equipada, dormimos increíble. Se puede usar la piscina y los espacios comunes con mucha libertad y comodidad.

La ubicación es lejos de la ciudad, y no está al borde del río exactamente como pareciera en las fotos. La piscina está en el subterráneo, no al aire libre. La terraza no estaba muy disponible para usarse. El barrio no era un lugar para caminar. Estuvo bien para quedarse una noche. Es más para retirarse o dormir ahí que para caminar por la ciudad.

The locality was far removed from town or any of the main Aswan sites, and it was right next to a major building site, with the road also being repaired. We told management that we were canceling our stay because we wanted to stay at the locality we booked. We therefore want to request Booking.com to please follow up to find out what is happening there and if we were charged at all. To: Booking.com About Sharp Pyramids Hotel in Cairo': Re About our earlier 'botched' booking with 'Sharp Pyramids Hotel in Cairo' : Here again there seemed to be a scam at work. Although the original booking had been confirmed for our stay at the carefully selected locality, the person who contacted us and fetched us from the airport took us to a completely different hotel, also with a different name, claiming that the hotel had changed it's name. He also insisted on immediate payment, even though he knew that we were very unhappy. Even though all staff members were great and went out of their way to make our movement easy it was not what we had booked. The hotel changed our inadequate initiall room for a lovely one, it was an inconvenience not to stay at the hotel at our carefully previously selected locality for proximity to both the old and new Egyptian museums.

Nothing bad. But to reach the city you need to trust on uber drivers (or indrive in egypt) or have a 45 minute walk to town.

Moi qui avait eu un début de séjour compliqué en arrivant à aswan, ce logement a clairement remonté mon niveau. Activités réservables directement à l’hôtel par carte ou en cash.Possibilité de manger, présence d’un frigo avec une panoplie de boissons. Chambre super propre et confortable, VUE EXCEPTIONNELLE… Je recommande absolument !

The service is exceptional! Very good, also for the additional services like the Philae temple tour and the car transfer to Luxor. These additional services were 5-star level.

Please put the sign "Aswan Nile Palace" in front of the property. It was difficult to identify the location, even though already right in the spot from Google maps.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est à proximité du centre d’Assouan. L’hôtel est calme. Le personnel est toujours disponible et très serviable. Un grand merci à Bichou qui nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour. Il s’est toujours rendu disponible, très aimable et serviable.

Prima kamer, fijn zwembad en rooftop terras om te genieten van de zonsondergang. De locatie was voor vervoerders zoeken. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke host. Helpen met alles. Als je er niet op uit wilt kun je er zelf koken of eten bestellen (veel keuze en lekker).

Excellent séjour en famille ! Beshoo et Ayman ont été aux petits soins pour nous. La vue est magnifique sur la terrasse.

Enfin un hôtel au calme et du personnel accueillant et aux petits soins pour les clients. La piscine intérieure est très propre et il y a des salons un peu partout ce qui est vraiment très confortable. La vue depuis la chambre et surtout depuis la terrasse supérieure est magnifique avec la vue sur le nil et le desert. L'hóte Bishoo est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner copieux est reservable ce qui est top et il y a même possibilité de faire livrer les repas. La chambre est très propre, grande, spacieuse avec une climatisation idéale pour les nuits chaudes.

We enjoyed our stay at Nile Palace very much! First of all, Bisho and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming (Bisho speaks Arabic, English, and German). You can truly tell they are good people whose highest priority is making their guests feel at home :) Everyone we encountered at the accommodation was friendly and helpful :) Our room was spotlessly clean, and the terrace offers a stunning view. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Η τοποθεσία είναι εκτός κέντρου και θα χρειαστεί σίγουρα ταξί. Θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο περιποιημένο γενικότερα είναι κάπως σαν σπίτι με δωμάτια. Η πισίνα είναι στο υπόγειο δεν νομίζω πως σε τραβάει για να κάνεις μπάνιο.

The hotel is very well-appointed with spacious rooms and wonderful views looking towards the Nile. Bishoo, who runs the hotel, is super friendly and helpful. There is nothing he won't do to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He even helped us resolve an issue related to our onward travelling arrangements, which required fluency in Arabic.

It is not a question of not liking anything, but the hotel is not in the centre of Aswan, and some of the guests were experiencing issues with arranging taxis in order to take them downtown. The hotel is located at the end of a long and winding lane, and there is a great deal of building work taking place in the vicinity. The landscape generally around the hotel is a little dismal if you are not familiar with the outskirts of Aswan. Doubtless this is part of the regeneration of the district, but it is not the most scenic part of the city. Taxis are required in order to find places to eat or to shop for food. Breakfast is not included.

I had a wonderful stay at Aswan Nice Palace. The view is absolutely stunning, both from the rooftop and from the room it’s truly one of the highlights of the place. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The service was also very good. Ayman gave me a warm welcome and provided all the information I needed for my stay. And Bisho helped me for my excursion by speaking with my driver, and even accompanying me late at night to make sure I safely got to the car. Overall, a great experience with kind and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere, which makes it a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Aswan. The highlight is definitely the view the Nile looks absolutely beautiful from both the room and the rooftop, especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and discover the city. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view in Aswan.
