Miramare Hotel

This hotel is a little beauty! Clean, friendly staff , location. You can wake up in the morning , cross the road and have a swim. Each room has a kitchenette and there is a great taverna for lunch and dinner ! It’s perfect 😍

Totul a fost la superlativ: cazare, curățenie, facilitati. Taverna din fata " To Simadi", de departe cea mai buna taverna din zona cu mâncare excepțională si servire de calitate. Deja avem in plan sa revenim la anul.

A strand közvetlen a hotel elött, ingyenes nyugágy és napernyők...kitünö étterem az épületben. Naponta tiszta törölközők. Biztonságos parkolóhely. Nyugodt környezet és nagyon kedves kiszolgálás. Örömel látogatjuk meg újból.

Kicsit keményebb ágyak, Az éjszakai zaj amit az éterem a zárás utáni takaritásal produkál. A strandon egy csikban nagyobb kövek vannak, dehát ez nem a hotel hibája. Érdemes megfelelő szandált használni...

Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив, изключителна чистота, тишина и спокойствие! Осигурени са чадър и шезлонги на плажа, безплатен паркинг с контролиран достъп. Таверната To Simadi е допълнителен бонус към престоя. Храната е много вкусна, порциите огромни, цените - нормални, а обслужването - перфектно! Вечеря на брега на морето по време на залез е нещо, което задължително трябва да се направи! Бонус 2 - Пред хотела има спирка на атракционното влакче, което обикаля Неос Мармарас.

Hotel je pozicioniran na samoj plazi, imaju besplatne lezaljke, restoran ispred hotela, pogled je divan, mesto Paradisos je malo i nema neke zabave osven restorane.Higiena je na visoko nivo, svaki dan se ciste sobe, menjaju peskire i postelnina na treci dan.U glavnom apartman je savrsen sa sve potrebstine za komotan i lagan odmor

Ima puno komaraca, plaza je sjunkovita i sa kamenje, voda je nekad mutna.Ako zelite lepse plaze morate sa autom takodze za uvece morate sa autom u grad ili peske sto je malo naporno posto ima 2 km peske uzbrdo ali u laganoj setnji nije lose

Izuzetno cisto, blizina plaze,ljubazno osoblje,super restorani,mirno i tiho ,ako želite do centra Neos Marmarasa ,uvece vozi mali vozic na svakih sat vremena od 19h do 23h.

Na plaži je sitniji kamen,ali ulazak u more je kamenit,vetar

Molto pulita e ben curata anche negli spazi comuni. Posiziona proprio di fronte la spiaggia di Paradisos e ottimo punto di partenza con la macchina per visitare le spiagge di Sithonia

All was great. The best part by far is the restaurant and their amazing staff and food. The sun beds on the beach is a nice touch. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Menjali su peskire i cistili sobu svakog dana. Ljubazno osoblje. Kuhinja ima sve sto je potrebno. Veliki parking iza zgrade, sto mnogo znaci.

Locatie superba, camera mare, personal amabil, iar taverna To Simadi absolut exceptionala, cu mancare foarte buna! Plaja peste drum de hotel.

Ar putea sa investeasca un pic in saltele si perne mai bune. Am dormit ingrozitor de rau, ma trezeam in fiecare dimineata cu durere de ceafa. Desi plaja hotelului era foarte aproape, nu am folosit-o prea mult din cauza mirosului de gunoi. Tomberoanele erau amplasate in apropiere.

Camera vista mare con 2 terrazze. Letto comodo, aria condizionata ben funzionante. Bagno non molto grande e senza finestra ( con ventilatore)

Cucina molto minimal. Fornelli poco potenti. Dotazione basica. Si potrebbe migliorare. Presenza di un ristorante sotto la struttura onestamente non troppo disturbante.

Läget var fantastiskt, hotellet förtjänar minst en stjärna till. Det renaste hotellet vi någonsin bott på.

Mycket synd att de har en restaurang i anslutning till hotellet men ingen deal med dem angående frukost. Detta var största minuset, vi blev jättetrötta på mackor från bageriet. I Paradisos finns bara hotell och alla erbjuder frukost förutom detta, om ni inte tänkt laga frukost själva så är detta hotell inget alternativ. Högljutt på kvällarna på grund av restaurangen under. Kommer ni inte med bil så är vägen till Neos väldigt jobbig, det går små tåg i närheten men de är alltid fulla så räkna inte med dem som transport till Neos.

Es war sehr sauber, liegt direkt am Strand, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, im Restaurant war das Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eiznig der Strand hatte Steine im Meer, jedoch 20m weiter war feiner Kiesstein

Camera a fost spatioasa, curatenia se facea zilnic, prosoapele se schimbau zilnic.

Higijena- apartman se čisti svakog dana, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svakog dana. U sklopu objekta je restoran To Simadi koji služi vrhunsku hranu, deo restorana je na samoj plazi, na pesku. Lezaljke i suncobrani na plazi su besplatni za korisnike apartmana.

Pillows were hard, bed super. AC is blowing directly in the head when you sleep and if you do not turn it on over night, it gets really hot. So, in the morning, if you don’t have a headache - you’re good.

Здравейте! Определено гледката сутрин и вечер. На първа линия само на метри от морето! Просто фантастично1 Не мога да подмина и учтивата е винаги в помощ дама на рецепцията. Винаги усмихната и с огромно желание да помогне. Бих желал да и изкажа моите най-големи Благодарности тук! Таверна под терасата ми с добра храна и персонал!!! Говорим за Гърция а каква по добра комбинация от това!

Very warm employees, always smiling. Good parking spaces, spacious rooms, everyday cleaning, beautiful garden with some toys for kids. Very impressed especially for a 2 star hotel and 2 steps away is one of the best restaurants "Simadi".

The beach is very narrow and full of rocks, but it's not the hotels problem, it's nature. There's plenty of other beautiful beaches you can visit

Otelin konumu gayet iyi. Neos Marmaras merkezine yurume mesafisinde degil fakat onunden belli saatlerde gecen turistik minik tren ile veya araba ile 5 dk'da ulasabilirsiniz cok yakın. Ayrıca otelin konumu merkeze gitmenize gerek kalmayacak sekilde tum imkanları saglıyor. Otelin hemen onunde bolgenin iyi restoranlarından biri var. Yine yurume mesafesi cok guzel restoranlar mevcut. Otelin kendine ait sahili ve sahilde sezlong ve semsiyeleri mevcut. 2-3 dk'lık yurume ile ulasabileceginiz buyuk bir supermarket mevcut. Otelin sahibesi hanımefendi dahil calısanlar ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Herhangi bir eksigimiz oldugunda hemen yardımcı oldular. Odalar gunluk olarak temizleniyor, tesis temiz. Ucak cocugunuz dahil rahat edebileceginiz bir otel. Otelin arkasında kendine ait genis bir otoparkı mevcut.

Ciddi bir eksik degil fakat otel mobilyaları eski kalmıs. Yatagı da bundan dolayı cok rahat degildi. Eger bu konuda bir yenileme yapılabilirse kusursuz bir tesis haline gelir.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Dazwischen ist eine wenig befahrene Straße. Der Strand ist sehr schmal. Das Meer ist sehr ruhig und man kann dort sehr gut schwimmen. Das Zimmer hat eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Nespresso-Maschine. Der Parkplatz ist bestens. Die Zimmermädchen sind großartig.

Unser Zimmer ging hinten raus und morgens scheint die Sonne auf den Balkon. Es gibt zwar eine Sonnenblende, aber es ist trotzdem sehr heiß. Da das Zimmer Recht klein ist, kann man nur auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Die Klimaanlage ist seitlich vom Bett und bläst voll auf das Bett, was sehr unangenehm ist. Die Matratze des Doppelbetts lag auf einem Holzbrett und war steinhart. In unseren 3 Wochen Griechenland die schlechteste . Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte bei der Abreise, wenn ich ich gleich was gesagt hätte, hätte sie die Matratze gewechselt. Man fragt sich aber, warum so eine Matratze überhaupt angeboten wird. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. In naher Umgebung gibt es viele Hotels und Apartments, wo man günstiger unterkommen kann.

Entrance in the water is problematic because of big stones, but it did not ruin my impression of the place. There is a man who is taking care of beach every day.

Sobe se čiste svaki dan, posteljina se menja svaki 2.dan, plaža je uredna, imaju svoje besplatne ležaljke i suncobrane, idealno za ljude sa malom decom 🤗

Herzliches Personal, ausserordentliche Sauberkeit. schöner Strand, gut geeignet zum schwimmen. Balkon mit Meersichtun und guten Storen. Es wurde uns unentgeltlich eine Kaffemaschine mit täglich 2 Kaffe-Kapseln zur Verfügung gestellt, Liegestuhl, Sonnenschirm, Duschmittel, Dusche vor dem Hotel Wir hörten die Geräusche der Restaurantbesucher. Das hat uns nicht gestört.

Etwas mehr Ablageflächen im Zimmer und etwas mehr Platz für Kleider wären gut.

Clean and comfortable apt with direct access to the beach and free sunbeds. Parking available on site. Little play houses for kids to use. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend.

The drive in is steep so be careful on approach down the side streets if driving car.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff were not only efficient but also genuinely friendly — they deserve special praise. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large terrace, private entrance, and a mini kitchen that had everything you might need - even thoughtful touches like dish soap, a sponge, dishes, and a corkscrew. The beach was just a few steps away, with sunbeds and umbrellas provided, and it was cleaned every morning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with crystal-clear water. The location was perfect, with one of the best restaurants in the area right next door, and a large, convenient parking area available. Service throughout was excellent - warm, professional, and attentive. A truly relaxing and well-organized place to stay.

We should stay longer.

Lokacija uz samu plazu. Veoma cisto, peskiri se menjaju svaki dan, posteljina na 3 dana. Veliki parking, sjajan restoran u okviru smestaja.

Malo je bucnije u nekim momentima, ali je to do ljudi koji dolaze. Plaza uz hotel je kamena, pa je prilaz malo nepristupacan,

Foarte curat, confortabil si linistit

Just on the beach in the north part of Neos Marmaris, with perfect view of the beautiful sea. Free sun beds and umbrellas. Lovley and efficient staff. Very clean. Loved it. We will come again Visit the center of the village aswell. It's fun.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία, με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο, με μπαλκόνι που βλέπεις την θάλασσα. Δίπλα σε εστιατόρια και παραλία . Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθω .

Very close to the beach, we asked for two desks in the room as we needed to work some of the days. The wifi was fast and reliable. The reception staff and the cleaners were really nice and welcoming!
