The beach nearby is not good. All the good beaches are 10-15 mins with car.

Понравилось расположение, очень близко к морю.Отношение хозяйки гостиницы Марии отличное. Отличные условия проживания, всё новое. Персонал добродушный и отзывчивый. Почти все говорят по-русски.

Не очень хорошая уборка номеров. Меняли полотенца по распорядку,принятому в гостинице,меняли мешки для мусора,но убирали неважно и санузел,и пыль в номере. Надо написать на странице в букинге,что шампуни и мыло для душа выдаются только на первые сутки. А ,если на неделю,то нужно иметь своё. Об этом нигде не сказано.

The location was fine, the room is cleaned every 2 days. The room is a bit small but is ok for the purpose of sleeping there .

Due to the fact that the rooms are close we can hear noise from neighbors. It would have been a good idee to have a coffee machine and maybe a washing machine .

The second floor of the quadruple room is a bit hot there is one air conditioning for the entire room but it’s difficult to cool it all.

Dublex odanın ikinci katı çok basıktı. Oraya klima havası hiçbir şekilde gelmiyor. Tavan duvarı alçak olduğundan seyahatimiz süresi olan 2 gün boyunca 9-10 sefer kafamızı çarptık.

Nearby food options were disappointing. It's important for us to have good, affordable food options in close proximity and that was a challenge there. This is not an issue for those willing to drive 30 mins further.

Θα ήθελα, απλώς, να υπάρχει μια καφετιέρα στο δωμάτιο.

Spiderwebs all over the ceiling, opened can with cat food left in the fridge which was dirty. Dirty shower cabin. uncut grass in the backyard. Rusty dryer rack. cats, cats, cats in the garden.

Καινούριο συγκρότημα με μοντέρνο σχεδιασμό και ευχάριστη αισθητική. Βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο, πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, σε χώρους εστίασης και σούπερ μάρκετ οπότε είναι ιδανικό για να αποφύγεις τις μετακινήσεις με το αυτοκίνητο. Εύκολη η στάθμευση τόσο στους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου όσο και στη γύρω περιοχή.

Το μονό κρεβάτι είναι μικρό σε μέγεθος, ειδικά στο πλάτος είναι πολύ στενό. Ο θόρυβος από τα διπλανά δωμάτια ακούγεται ιδιαίτερα έντονα, ίσως λόγω της σχεδίασης του κτιρίου. Θα μπορούσε να διαθέτει μια τοστιέρα το δωμάτιο, απαραίτητη νομίζω για πρωινό.

camera a avut ceva praf/nisip pe jos la checkin, ca si cum n-a fost facut curat, iar uneori angajatii (doamna de la curatenie, dar si receptionerul) vorbeau cam tare pe un loc de la parter care facea sa se auda si in camere, a trebuit sa cobor la ei sa-i rog sa vorbeasca mai incet, dar apoi s-au simtit...In rest jos palaria pentru angajati si cazare, chiar recomand, cu simpla mentiune ca au fost acele mici inconveniente

Nova gradnja lepo je ali cena je previsoka za jedan studio apartman. Cistacice su toliku buku pravile cisceci spartman do nas da sam na kraju morao da reagujem. Sve u svemu nije lose ali cena previsoka.

Noi am fost grup și nu am avut un spațiu unde sa putem socializa. Nu mi-a plăcut atitudinea personalului când ne-am adunat mai mulți la o poveste.

Herşey harikaydı, konumu, temizliği çok iyiydi. Bir kahve makinası eklenirse çok daha şık ve anlamlı olabilir…

Sve kako treba ,čiste i menjaju posteljinu i peskire svaka dva dana.samo reci hvala i sve pohvale.

Sve je relativno novo i čisto. Postoji lift, što je za nas sa bebom bilo odlično, jer je apartman na drugom spratu. Parking je bio uvek slobodan. Lokacija do plaže i taverni uz plažu je odlična. Posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svaki drugi dan.

Arhitektu koji je radio zgradu, treba zatvoriti i zabraniti mu da se bavi tim poslom! Naš apartman je bio duplex, na spratu je postavljena staklena ograda, a klima na suportan zid od ograde, tako da hladan vaduh nije mogao da dodje do sprata. Tako da je u prizemlju 16c dok je na spratu 30 kada radi klima. (kada ne radi, na spratu je 40. jer je potkovlje). Druga stvar koja nam je smetala što prozor od kupatila gleda na hodnik pored ulaznih vrata, tako da ako je otvoren prozor, ko god prolazi gleda direktno u kupatilo.

Der freundliche Herr an der Rezeption, der sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprach. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Meer ist nur etwa 200 m entfernt, das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar.

Zimmer war nicht sauber, geputzt wurde nur alle zwei Tage, der Boden nie gewischt. Das Bad wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt – der Badspiegel war immer verschmutzt. Es wurde lediglich der Müll entfernt sowie frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereitgestellt. Das Badezimmer war zudem sehr klein (ca. 2 m × 1,5 m) mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken auf engstem Raum. Der Kühlschrank gab gelegentlich störende Geräusche von sich. Es gab nur eine Schlüsselkarte, was unpraktisch war. Die Klimaanlage befand sich direkt über dem Bett und funktionierte nur, wenn die Karte im Stromschlitz steckte – daher kaum nutzbar. Ab ca. 21 Uhr gab es beim Duschen nur noch kaltes Wasser. Der Fernseher bot nur wenige Programme und keine Streaming-Möglichkeiten (z. B. YouTube). Ich bewerte streng nach europäischem Standard, da ich viele Hotels besuche und mir bewusst ist, dass Bewertungen aus Balkan-Ländern (z. B. Serbien, Bulgarien, Rumänien) oft weniger kritisch ausfallen.

Este a doua oara cand ne cazam aici si totul a fost bine, plaja, taverne , supermarket totul aproape de locatie.

I liked that the hotel is new. The hotel has an elevator. The hotel itself has a very good design. Close to Paradisos beach. There is also a supermarket nearby.

The hotel is far from the center of Neos Marmaras. If you want to walk between shops and restaurants, you will have to walk uphill for 30 minutes. I also do not recommend choosing rooms on the facade of the building. These rooms do not overlook the garden (as indicated in the application), but the garbage dump. The car comes at 6:30 am to collect the garbage and wakes you up. I advise the hotel to pay attention to the cleaning of the rooms. The hotel is new, so it is not obvious that it is cleaned badly. I liked the stay we had on this property. The kitchen had all you need to prepare a dinner or a breakfast (fridge,stove, plates..) The bedroom had a good and comfortable bed with a big wardrobe. The bathroom also was good. We also enjoyed our breakfasts and evening on the balcony which was big and with a table. The towels and bed accessories were changed one times in 2 days. Very near the Paradisos beach which was perfect.

the wi-fi was a bit slow but wasn't a big issue as we enjoyed time together.

La pulizia della stanza con cambio biancheria a giorni alterni, la cucina attrezzata di tutte le cose necessarie, bellissimo terrazzino per mangiare fuori e camera veramente comoda e spaziosa. Aria condizionata che si spegne da sola appena apri la finestra (cosa che apprezzo molto da persona ecologista) per evitare sprechi, zanzariera e infissi molto moderni. Zona molto silenziosa e davvero rilassante, a due passi a piedi dalla spiaggia per chi vuole non spostarsi con la macchina. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura completamente gratuito. Staff molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a capire come usare la cassaforte e in due minuti eravamo a posto. Davvero ottima esperienza!

Niente, tutto perfetto

Curatenia, la fiecare doua zile, s-au schimbat prosoapele si lenjeriile. Respectarea regulilor in cadrul cladirii privind linistea.

Bucataria putea fi un pic mai dotata, cum ar: toaster, fierbator, etc Lipsa de intimitate intre balcoane, cu vecinii, lipsa paravane.

Camera a fost destul de spatioasa, bine amenajata. Bucătăria dotată cu veselă și tacâmuri suficiente, plita cu inductie si frigider incapator. Baia destul de incapatoare pentru ce am mai vazut in Grecia, dotata cu un gemulet foarte mic. Aerul conditionat functioneaza foarte bine, se opreste si se porneste automat cand inchizi / deschizi usa de la balcon. Balconul maricel, cu o masa si 3 scaune si uscator mare pentru haine si prosoape. Balconul are o copertina reglabila cu actionare electrica din camera. Exista si obloane pentru geamuri. Zona este linistita, hotelul este la 50 metri de plaja. Parcarea incapatoare, mereu am gasit loc, dar neamenajata, vis-a-vis de hotel. Curatenie se face la 2-3 zile sau cand apesi butonul acela la iesirea din camera. Este un magazin maricel la 6 minute de mers pe jos, dar mai este un Masoutis mai mare si mai ofertant, la 4 minute de mers cu masina.

Noi am avut ghinionul sa ne intampine o doamna care nu stie engleza, nu ne-a explicat nimic, doar am completat cazarea si ne-a dat cartela. Deci informatii si sfaturi turistice zero. Noi am banuit ca asa este tot timpul si din aceasta cauza nu am apelat la ei, desi poate am fi avut niste mici intrebari pe durata sejurului. Receptia era in partea cealalta a hotelului, noi aveam intrarea pe partea cu parcarea si drumul principal spre plaja. Dar cand ne-am decazat, la receptie era un domn care stia foarte bine engleza, am predat cartela si am plecat. Deci depinde cum ai noroc. Doamnele de la curatenie sunt foarte amabile, dar nu stiu decat greaca si rusa. Vorbeau cu noi in rusa, desi era clar ca noi nu intelegeam nimic. Geamul de la baie este prea mic, foarte greu se aeriseste cu el rabatat, trebuie deschis de tot. Dar de apreciat ca este baie cu geam. Gel de dus: 3 sticlute mici cand am ajuns, nu au pus altele noi cand le-am terminat, cum se face la orice hotel, am cumparat gel de dus de la magazin. Am primit o camera cu balconul pe colt, lipit de holul exterior al hotelului, oricine putea sa sara din hol in balconul nostru. De la balconul care venea perpendicular pe al nostru se vedea toata camera noastra, de aceea am stat cu acea copertina coborata pe toata perioada sejurului. Vorbim de o distanta de 2-3 metri, intimitate zero. Pernele erau foarte umflate, niste baloane uriase, nu am putut dormi pe ele, dar asta poate fi o chestie subiectiva. Liftul s-a blocat in prima seara cu noi si dupa 15-20 secunde a deschis usile tot la parter, am coborat din el si am urcat pe scari si nici ca l-am mai folosit pana la plecare, cand ne-a dus fara probleme. Era un singur post TV pentru copii si acela avea cateva desene animate dar si multe filme pentru adolescenti, dublate in greaca. Ar trebui si un post numai cu desene animate. Mai tine copiii ocupati dimineata si seara.

Nov, čist i komforan smeštaj.

Internet je bio svih sedam dana jako loš ili ga nije ni bilo. Lose sporazumevanje sa gospodjom koja je bila tu dok smo odlazili (ne zna engleski, pa nas nije ni razumela sta smo pricali a na kraju smo i odustali od objasnjavanja) dok je gospodin koji je bio tu kad smo dosli bio ok i sve nam lepo objasnio.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult locația, foarte aproape de plaja, la câțiva pasi. Locuri de parcare suficiente, clima, curățenie, saltele foarte bune si confortabile, totul ireproșabil.

Nu mi-a plăcut stațiunea Neos Marmaras: mica, seaca si plictisitoare.
