Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location is amazing and very well positioned, 5-min walk from the seafront and the port, as well as from cafés, shops and restaurants. Tourist beach is 10-12min walking. Everything was perfect! The apartment is very spacious, with a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge, beautiful terrace. All the rooms have air conditioning and blinds.

The host prepared the apartment prior to our arrival and left the air coditioners both in the living room and in the bedroom working, so we enetered to a cool apartment. We will definitely return!
Parking was a little hard, as we had a large car and there's another hotel across the street, but we managed in the end. Anyway no need to move the car in the evening as everything is within a walking distance.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Lage, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, wo sich alle Restaurants, Cafes, Shopping und der schönste Teil der Stadt befinden. In nur einer minute mit Fuss ist man bereits im Stadtzentrum. Apartment war wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet- wirklich mit allem, was man braucht, damit man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Direkt von dem Apartment befindet sich auch der Parkplatz. Wir hoffen, dass wir auch im nächsten Jahr wieder dort sein werden.

Δεν υπήρχε σημα στο κινητό ουτε ίντερνετ αν και ήταν γενικά προβλημα της περιοχής και όχι του καταλύματος... και θα προτιμούσα να περνά καθημερινά η καθαριότητα μιας και ήμασταν οικογένεια τεσσάρων ατόμων

Apartmana önüne aracınızı park edebiliyorsunuz. Bazen kalabalıkta yer kalmayabiliyor. Alt kat bölümünde WiFi zayıf çekiyor.

Леглото в кухнята е много неудобно и е доста малко за двама човека, особено ако не са двойка. Биха се събрали трудно 6 човека. За 5 човека е идеално.

Miros foarte neplacut in baie (nu are geam) si dormitor. Apartament intunecos, bucataria nu are geam, dormitorul are unul destul de mic. Baie foarte mica, dormitor foarte mic. Prea multe decoratiuni si plante artificiale care nu au nici un rost. In general, un miros de invechit. Nu a fost deloc potrivit pentru noi.

Apartment is large, it has everything that you need, center is very close (2min by foot), it is very clean (you get clean sheets and towels every day) and there is a lady that cleans everyday. We were going on Beach with car, since we were with small kids but it is ok, not far. Apartment had absolutely everything that writes. We will go back again <3

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant holiday stay.
The apartment may feel a bit cramped for four adults. However, the biggest issue was the cats. There were always several cats on the outdoor seating area in front of the apartment. One of them was missing an eye, and two kittens were suffering from severe, untreated eye infections. One had already gone blind in one eye, and without treatment, both kittens are at serious risk of losing their remaining vision and becoming completely blind. It was a heartbreaking sight and definitely not something anyone wants to see, especially while on holiday.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Gute Küchenausstattung, leider ohne Spülmaschine. Ausstattung soweit in Ordnung, nur ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch gut. Zimmer waren sauber und Betten sehr bequem. Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer, sehr gut! Frische Handtücher, die immer gewecheslt wurden. Bad ist modern eingerichtet mit Shampoo und Handtücher... .Schöne zentrale Gegend. Zum Strand jedoch etwas weiter zu Fuß, aber immernoch i.O. . Sind sowieso mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen. Gute Parkmöglichekeiten! Zimmerübergabe fantastisch! Sehr gute Reinigungskraft, die täglich nach unseren Bedürfnissen gefragt hat!
Die Kinder fanden es sehr schön überall Katzen zum Spielen zu haben. Das ist auch an und für sich sehr schön! Leider haben sich eine Katzenfamilie auf der Terasse vom Apartment eingenistet, die uns gehindert hat die Terasse zum Frühstück oder Abendessen störungsfrei zu nutzen. War aber für uns war es kein Problem. Die Dusche war modern eingerichtet, mit unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten zu duschen (von oben, seitlich, Handbrause...). Leider floss das Wasser aus der Duschkabine heraus, so dass wir oft im Bad, Wasser auf dem Fußboden hatten. Die Handtücher, die zur Verfügung gestellt wurden haben das Ganze jedoch behoben :-). Küchentisch war für 4 Personen etwas zu eng. Wir mussten ein wenig improvisieren um zu viert zu essen. Meist war irgend ein Weg versperrt. War aber für uns kein Problem.

La chambre aveugle est trop étroite pour un couple adulte...convient mieux pour des enfants ! Manque de prises électriques surtout pour la cuisine! La fermeture de la douche n’est pas hermétique : salle de bains vite inondée... Harcèlement permanent des chats : terrasse inutilisable...( de plus odeur d’urine sur les coussins occupés la nuit par les chats !!)..NB ATTENTION POUR LES GENS ALLERGIQUES

Reviewed May 19, 2026I'm using Booking more then decade with family and now as couple - this is definitelly the best ever experience! - service to have clean apartment daily (we used it only once il six days, but still was there) - location 200m from the the centre/church, 100m from the sea cost - free parking spot next to apartment - huge terace with two small tables, ideal for families - huge & perfectly clean and decorated apartment with all possible devices, coffee and tea... - accessability of the host - etc. All recommendations and big thanks to the host!
"Built-in" and relativelly small 2nd sleeping room w/o daily light and window, except small one to the dining room, which we used only as a garberobe for the clothes, could be a bit tricky for families with teenage kids, for smaller kids still fine

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The place was cozy, very comfortable beds, it was clean, and the perfect location in Sithonia since all the best beaches were relatively close by car. Please feed the stray cats, because we were there in off season and they were very hungry. And there were so many of them.
The wifi didn't function at all. I do not recommend if you need internet for work or such.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Всичко беше, както е описано. Беше изключително чисто, практично, има всякакви удобства.На тиха уличка, много близо е до центъра, магазини, таверни и всичко необходимо. Домакините минаваха всяка сутрин, за да се поинтересуват имате ли нужда от нещо, за смяна на хавлии и всякакви подобни.

Leider war die Schlüsselübergabe mühsam (keine Rezeption wie beschrieben, leine Info über Schlüssel, erst beim zweiten Anruf und Nachricht kam Rückinfo) und wir haben für 5 reserviert und es waren nur Betten für 4 vorbereitet und auch leider keine weitere Bettwäsche vorhanden

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Diese Wohnung ist schwer zu beschreiben. Die Betten sind neu und gut, und im Bad gibt es neue Fliesen, aber hier endet schon alles. Alle andere sind alt und abgenutzt. Beim Duschen kam von irgendwo Wasser raus. Im Schlafzimmer war ein ausgeprägter Zigaretten-Rauchgeruch, deshalb konnten wir da nicht schlafen. Der Internet hatte keine gute Verbindung.
