Anamnesis City Spa

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico all'Anamnesis City Spa. L'hotel è estremamente pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. La vista dalla jacuzzi sul balcone della camera è semplicemente bellissima e regala momenti di puro relax. I servizi e la colazione sono stati eccellenti: il buffet è molto vasto, ricco di prodotti freschi e vari, perfetti per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Un plauso speciale va allo staff della reception per la straordinaria disponibilità. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno permesso di utilizzare il deposito bagagli e ci hanno messo a disposizione bagni e doccia per tutta la giornata, permettendoci di godere dell'isola fino all'ultimo momento prima del viaggio di ritorno. La posizione è strategica, vicinissima alla stazione dei bus, il che rende facilissimo spostarsi. Consigliatissimo! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

The pool was great. Lots of little extras like toiletries, coffee making facilities, towels, maid service etc. added to the experience. Everything was spotlessly clean. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Beautiful little hotel, just a short walk from the main town.

Fira merkezde bulunan otel, otobüs duraklarına ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde, odaları büyük ve kullanışli. Havuzu güzel. Çalışanları çok yardımsever. Elphida, Mary ve ismini hatirlamadigim esmer bir erkek arkadaş eşimle bana çok yardımcı oldu. Santorinideki tekne turunu rezerve etmeye ve ATV aracını kiralama işlemine yardımcı oldular. Her türlü sorularımıza eksiksiz cevap verdiler. Located in the center of Fira, the hotel is within walking distance of bus stops and the market. The rooms are large and practical. The pool is nice. The staff are very helpful. Elphida, Mary, and a dark-haired male friend whose name I don't remember were very helpful to my wife and me. They helped us book the boat tour in Santorini and rent the ATV. They answered all our questions completely.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένο, ενώ οι παροχές του ήταν εξαιρετικές. Το τζακούζι ήταν ένα από τα highlights της διαμονής μας και έκανε την εμπειρία ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή! Το πρωινό ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό, με αρκετές επιλογές και ό,τι χρειάζεται για ένα όμορφο ξεκίνημα της ημέρας. Συνολικά, μια πολύ όμορφη και χαλαρωτική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and very accommodating- felt like they cared if you were having a good experience. Accommodation and pool area, including toilets, were exceptionally clean. Apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels and supplied with toiletries. Could use towels supplied from reception for pool if you wanted. Everywhere was modern and well maintained. Great location- very central.

Only thing that could be considered is a drying rack outside of the apartment to hang wet swim wear from the day and there was a lack of hangers and places for unpacked clothing.

Un hôtel avec un emplacement idéal, une équipe particulièrement accueillante, serviable et souriante avec une mention spéciale pour Elpida et Antonis. La piscine est top, le petit déjeuner varié, frais et copieux. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le geste de Maya qui nous a permis d'accéder à la piscine une fois la chambre rendue! Merci pour ce merveilleux sourire!

Appartement très bien situé, proche de l'arrêt de bus, nous avons été bien accueilli dans une chambre très proche, bien équipé avec un personnel à l'écoute. Cadre magnifique avec des précieux conseils touristiques par le personnel. Petit déjeune copieux avec du choix.

The rooms was specious, the bathroom is second to none in Greece with its elegant design, the beds were super comfy, the pool is a plus and the staff at the reception was very helpful.

The location is just a few steps from the old town away. It offers therefore a good value for the money. However, there are defiantly hotels with a more breathtaking view in Santorini. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Excellent staff. It is very clean. The location is really good. The room was breezy even in hot days.

The room was not like the pictures though, it was supposed to have sea view, but it only had a window, whereas in the pictures they have balcony. I think they have better rooms, just htis one was very dark. The breakfast could have more variety. Also , it is not really a spa included, keep in mind that the use of the pool was included but for the spa you need to pay extra.

O atendimento foi excelente, disposto a ajudar e dar dicas sobre locais turísticos, restaurantes e serviços como aluguel de carro. Ótima localização, próximo do centro e da estação de onibus, porém em uma área mais calma. O café da manhã era gostoso, o quarto tinha vista para o mar e foi possível entrar antes do horário de check-in.

The hotel itself is ideally located. It is within a few mins walk to Fira town centre but is far enough away so that it is very quiet. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The room was spacious and the hot tub was a great size too. The view from the hot tub was lovely.

The only small criticism is that we had a room for 3 people and the mattress on the small single bed was a bit hard and not very comfortable.

Great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Friendly welcoming staff. Good breakfast.

The jacuzzi was nice, bathroom looked good (but sometimes flooded), staff friendly. Pool very small but looks nice. Rather close to the center (still 5-10 minutes walk on steep streets). Public free parking nearby. Big terrace with hammock.

We were disappointed by the room as compared to the photos. It felt like a cheap hotel, the room looked worn down, outdated TVs. Only the bathroom looked more modern. The breakfast options were extremely limited, in a sort of basement, overall this felt more like an overpriced 3 star hotel. We probably would have found better for that price.

Personale super gentile e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Comodo parcheggio pubblico di fianco la struttura. Ampia piscina comune. Stanza con vista serale stupenda dalla terrazza.

Colazione buona ma con scelta ridotta sul dolce anche se resta comunque super variegata e abbondante. A voler trovare un piccolo difetto, l'idromassaggio della piscina in camera risultava funzionante solo da un erogatore ma non lo abbiamo nemmeno segnalato.

Le personnel est vraiment au top ! Un clin d'œil particulier à Maya et sa collègue, qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné de précieux conseils sur notre séjour ainsi que sur les excursions incontournables à Santorin. L'emplacement est excellent, en plein cœur de Fira, à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, bars et commerces. C'est un vrai plus pour profiter de l'île sans avoir besoin de prendre les transports. La piscine commune est également très agréable et bien entretenue. Nous avons pu en profiter plusieurs fois, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant.

Au vu du prix de la chambre, je m'attendais à une vue plus exceptionnelle. Depuis la terrasse, on aperçoit la mer au loin, mais la vue donne également sur une cour, ce qui enlève un peu de charme. Si vous recherchez la vue emblématique de Santorin sur la caldeira, ce n'est pas l'établissement que je recommanderais. Je m'attendais également à des équipements un peu plus haut de gamme, notamment dans la salle de bain. Les installations de la douche sont assez classiques et le rangement est limité : l'armoire est plutôt petite pour un séjour à deux. Nous avons subi une coupure d'électricité de plusieurs heures. Bien que cela puisse arriver à Santorin, je m'attendais à une meilleure gestion de la situation pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre douche ce jour-là le matin, recharger nos téléphones et le petit-déjeuner a été servi froid.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, du confort de la chambre à la qualité du petit-déjeuner. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Une mention toute particulière à Maya, à la réception, qui a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Toujours souriante, disponible et aux petits soins, elle a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.🤩🤩😍

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Even though we reached the hotel at 9:00 AM, the staff warmly welcomed us and invited us to enjoy breakfast and a coffee while waiting—something that very few hotels offer on the first day. Every single member of the team, from the reception staff to the housekeeping team, made our stay truly unforgettable. The service was exceptional, and everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The cleanliness was outstanding. Our room was spotless every day, and even the towels for the private jacuzzi were replaced daily. Speaking of the jacuzzi—it deserves more than 10/10! It was completely private, with no one overlooking it, and the water was always perfectly warm and crystal clear throughout our entire 7-night stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with different options each day, so it never felt repetitive. On our departure day, the hotel even arranged our airport transfer and prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for making our vacation so special. We had an amazing experience and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality!

Idéalement situé dans une partie calme de Fira, mais à quelques mètres du centre et ses points de vues sur la Caldera. Les chambres sont confortables, très bien isolées. Les petits déjeuners variés et de qualité et enfin le personnel est aux petits soins avec les guests.

Our room had a large patio, great for sunbathing, we couldn’t have done without it. The location was perfect! A few minutes walk from central Fira and bus station. Pool area is nice enough but small.

Shower leaked really badly through into the rest of the bathroom every time, never had enough towels to dry it up as it was so bad. Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited and a bit disappointing.

Hotel cudowny, personel bardzo miły, pomocny, nasze serca skradła Pani Vera ❤️. Lokalizacja wspaniała, wszędzie blisko, śniadania urozmaicone i bardzo dobre, miejscowość Fira to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Polecam każdemu ten właśnie hotel jeśli szuka spokojnej miejscówki zarówno na wypoczynek jak i zwiedzanie tej cudownej wyspy. My na pewno tam wrócimy bo warto pod każdym względem.

This entire property was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and the balcony with the sunbeds and jacuzzi was incredible. The breakfast every morning was great, lots of options (including for me as gluten free). The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful and the location was great. Just a 5-7 minute walk from the old town, close enough, but far enough away that it was quiet at night.

Friendly staff, super clean and super delicious breakfast!!! The girls in the reception ( Elpida and Maya) were so nice and helped us with everything during our stay in Santorini. Definitely will stay here again when coming back!! Thanks for everything!!

Excellent emplacement à deux pas du centre ville. La chambre était très confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très bon et complet. Il change chaque jour, ce qui évite de manger toujours la même chose.

Central location in Fira

Thank you so much for the special attention I received from you regarding the preparation of the tahini and the avocado 😃. I wanted to mention that I only need something fatty (and healthy) like tahini or avocado on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which are the days I take aspirin. In any case, I was pleasantly surprised, and I am very happy that you pay such close attention to your guests. It’s not something you see everywhere. I truly appreciated this thoughtful care. Petit hôtel, Personnel aimable(merci à Maya pour ses conseils), emplacement très proche du centre de Fira mais dans une rue calme(on peut tout faire à pied, proche de la gare de bus et supermarché, rues principales), buffet du petit déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de choix (ne change pas forcément tous les jours), lit confortables, possibilité de réserver des massages sur place (le masseur vient sur place), piscine fraîche mais agréable - bon rapport qualité prix pour Santorin

Volets pas évident à fermer, n’hésitez pas à demander la marche à suivre, chambre pas hyper grande mais confortable

La ubicación es excelente. Está a solo unos minutos del centro, pero lo mejor es que se encuentra en una zona mucho más tranquila y con menos circulación de personas. Para llegar al centro prácticamente solo había que caminar un par de cuadras. Además, el alojamiento incluía desayuno, el cual nos pareció excelente, y el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento. También realizaron limpieza diaria de la habitación, lo que valoramos mucho. Como un extra, nuestra habitación tenía una hermosa vista al mar.

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal que ampliaran el horario del desayuno.

Reception staff were very friendly, pleasant pool area, nice big balcony in our jacuzzi suite. They let us check out a couple of hours later as our baby wasn't well. Nice breakfast too. Not too long a walk to a small supermarket and the main restaurants of Fira are only a 10 minute walk.

The transfer arranged through the hotel was somewhat problematic as the driver only wanted cash and I wasn't told in advance.

Besonders herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Es war sehr kalt in Santorini, wir konnten uns gut im Jacuzzi aufwärmen.

Nous avons tout aimé L’accueil avec Maria le soir de notre arrivée . Elle nous a donné beaucoup d’informations sur les villages à visiter. Également le personnel de la réception le matin, ainsi que l’équipe du petit-déjeuner. D’ailleurs le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié tous les jours.

L’accueil était exceptionnel, Maya etait aux petits soins pour et et nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner a emporter car on partait tôt le lendemain matin. Emplacements idéal, parfaitement propre et calme !
