L’appartement avec les deux terrasses, le ménage fait tous les jours, l espace de l’appartement, la piscine et la convivialité du personnel.

Les équipements sont fonctionnels mais rudimentaires ; pas de sèche cheveux ou table à repasser mais je pense qu’ils sont disponibles à la réception.

We loved it here with the pool and views over the little marina and village we could walk everywhere to beach or restaurants and loved relaxing here for 5 days. Staff were amazing

Il monolocale era ampio, panoramico e con finestre e balconi, quindi molto bene arieggiato e luminoso. La cucina aveva tutti gli utensili e elettrodomestici necessari. Gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati ogni giorno. La struttura era vicinissima alla spiaggia (molto bella e lunga), 40 gradini e a piedi si arrivava al mare in 5 minuti.

Piccolo inconveniente con l'impianto elettrico ma risolto senza grandi fastidi dal personale.

Ampie camere, bagno moderno, posizione comoda, piscina fantastica e staff gentile e disponibile…! Perfetto insomma!

Priveliste este fabuloasa. Foarte curat.

Atentie pentru cei cu mobilitate redusa. Proprietarea are multe trepte, accesul in oras este foarte facil insa este de coborat/urcat o serie de trepte. Hotelul se afla pe un deal.

Opción tranquila para alojarse en Paros y moverse desde allí al resto de la isla. Personal amable y profesional, magníficas vistas desde el apartamento.

Appartamento grande e pulito, camere spaziose, pulizia ottima, personale gentile e disponibile, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, piscina grande e ben tenuta , parcheggi privato a 100 mt dalla struttura , buono e veloce il servizio lavanderia. Favolosa la vista mare dai due balconi dell appartamento

Il bagno un pò datato, il fono per i capelli deve essere richiesto alla reception ( non una critica ma solo a titolo informativo )

Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa!! Fueron súper simpáticos y atentos en todo momento. Se sitúa a 5 minutos andando de una playa y a otros 5 minutos de otra. Está cerca de un puerto pequeño donde tienes varios restaurantes y bares. La piscina del hotel no está muy concurrida, tienes espacio y hamacas de sobra y el agua está perfecta de temperatura!! En la piscina cuentas con un bar donde puedes tomar algo siempre que quieras (cervezas, cafés, refrescos, helados…) en la parte de arriba sirven desayunos de tipo buffet y sirven de todo, súper completo. Las vistas son espectaculares y los apartamentos están súper limpios y perfectamente equipados.

El acceso en coche hasta la puerta del alojamiento es complicado por lo que en nuestro caso aparcamos el coche cerca del puerto pues hay parkings gratuitos donde puedes aparcar sin problema a 5 minutos andando.

Tout! Cet établissement est vraiment incroyable. Les lits très confortables, très bien équipé. La proximité avec l’arrêt de bus, le port de piso livadi et la plage fait tout ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel de réception 10/10 et au petit soin. Mention spécial au peignoir.

Bien situé, en surplomb du port de Piso Livadi. Accès en 5mn à la plage et aux restaurants. Appartement bien équipé et jolie vue mer. Piscine agréable. Parking privé de l'hôtel par un accès secondaire. Calme total assuré bien qu'étant près de tout.

Situation idyllique entre deux villages, avec le chant des grillons pour compagnons. Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement 309, doté d’une terrasse et d’un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer Égée, Naxos et le petit port de Piso Livadi. La décoration est kitch mais change des complexes sans âme. Le charmant village de Lefkes mérite une visite, et la magnifique Golden Beach se trouve à seulement quelques minutes en bus. Tout est impeccablement entretenu : ménage et changement du linge chaque jour, piscine parfaite, et personnel d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Le bar près de la piscine sert un très bon café.

une carte un peu plus étoffée (salade grecque, frites…) serait un vrai plus car même sans frigo il est possible de faire du frais.

E’ un posto magico. La vista e la pace che circondano la struttura sono ineguagliabili. Il balcone, vivibile, ci ha offerto momenti di relax assoluto. La piscina un plus per nostro figlio di 15 anni che al ritorno dal mare amava passare ancora del tempo in acqua. I proprietari gentilissimi. La nostra stanza era enorme, il mobilio un po’ datato ma tutto molto funzionale e l’arredamento comunque dava ancora di più il sapore della grecia tipica.La posizione permette di raggiungere facilmente delle bellissime spiagge ma anche i centri principali di Paroikia e Naoussa si raggiungono in 20 minuti grazie alle strade comodissime. Dalla struttura di raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi, sia la spiaggia (molto carina) sia il porticciolo di Piso Livadi con ristoranti e negozietti.

Appartement mal agencé. La première chambre se trouve à côté de la cuisine, dans la pièce centrale. Il n’y a pas de salon. Cuisine très peu équipée.

Hotel jest położony na wysokiej górze tuż nad morzem .Z pokoju rozciąga się rozległy widok na morze.Jest to totalny punkt widokowy , trochę jak na bocianim gnieździe.Miałam apartament urządzany chyba w latach 70’ i bardzo mi to odpowiadało , oldschoolowy styl i przepiękna panorama przez imponujące półkoliste okna.Basen jest imponująco głęboki -2,5 m ,fajnie się do niego skacze.Personel przemiły.Wszystkie apartamenty są od siebie sprytnie odseparowane, ma się poczucie prywatności .Część apartamentów jest pięknie odnowiona.Na piechotę możesz dojść na plażę z wieloma super knajpkami a w drugą stronę do miasteczka

Wiem ,że hotel nosi się z zamiarem odremontowania starych łazienek które są w części apartamentów i są nawet zabawne w swoim designie jednak raczej niewygodne …więc trzymam kciuki za ten remont

L’hôtel est très bien situé. L’arrêt de bus le plus proche est à environ 4 minutes à pied. La chambre est très propre et le lit est très confortable.

Really friendly staff. Very clean, room and public areas. The pool was welcome and never seemed overly busy. Good coffee and cold beer in the bar. Great location between Piso Livadi and Logaras. Efficient bus service to Parikia and Naoussa All in all a fantastic spot for a break in lovely Paros

Not great for people who don't like stairs but the view makes up for that.

Wonderful appartement with spectacular view from a balcony. Big rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Only the shower could be a bit better. Cleaning lady was very attentive and all personnel very friendly. For example we wanted to buy local olive oil and they managed to find us taverna with very good oil and helped us pack the canister for the flight. Hope to come back some day! Paros is excellent island and Arkas Inn is very good located and well managed place to visit every other part of island.

Lovely family run hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to Piso Livadi beach and marina, with lots of excellent bars and restaurants, a mini market, bakery and a couple of souvenir shops. Also 5 minutes walk in the other direction brings you to Logaras beach with an Italian restaurant/pizza place, several other restuarants/tavernas and another minimart. Frequent bus services from both to Noussa, Parikia, Lefkes, etc. There's a bigger supermarket at Marpissa, about a 20 minute walk from Arkas which is a beautiful village with some lovely churches and several tavernas (see photo of Charoula's Tavern) and a great Kafenion near the Church of the Transformation (try their Souma with lemon - yumm). The family at the hotel were really helpful when we had some issues with connecting flights and were just lovely folks. Our studio had been upgraded to a two bed apartment right at the top of the hotel, so the steps up and down took care of a few calories (they were no problems really and we're both in our sixties). Room was cleaned daily with frequent towel and bedding changes. Nice swimming pool with bar and snack service. There is car parking but we didn't have a car.

The Meltemi wind was blowing for the last part of our stay - cooling but a little wild on our balcony. We found Noussa rather expensive and touristy, Parikia similar but not so bad so we mostly stayed local with several visits to Marpissa.

L'Arkas Inn est idéalement situé à Paros en face du petit port Piso Livadi. La chambre donnait sur la mer et offrait un magnifique panorama, surtout au levé du soleil .. tout simplement splendide. Le personnel à l'accueil est particulièrement sympathique et serviable. Enfin l'hotel bénéficie d'une très jolie piscine et est à 2 pas d'une plage et du petit port qui comporte de nombreux restaurants.

The view, the location, the staff and the room layout was all great. The bathroom was very nice with lots of space to pack your toiletries. Very nice balcony and the beds were also comfortable if maybe too soft. Two very nice beaches were within a 5 minute footwalk. Also a mini market was right around the corner. There were many great restaurants nearby. The room decor and facilities were all up to our expectations. They really thought it through what can be needed so there were even clippers for the clothes hanger so the wind was not an issue, these small touches were much appreciated!

The lack of power outlets near the bed was very inconvenient and the internet connection was really bad in the room. Beside these only some small things, like during our stay the room cleaning became a bit less accurate day by day. Our used coffee mugs were left in the bathroom soaking, spoons and coffee were initially refilled then not... small things but it was still noticeable.

Las vistas tanto del apartamento como de la piscina son increíbles, te dan ganas de quedarte allí todo el día. Tiene dos playas diferentes y restaurantes donde sirven comida muy buena a solo unos pasos. La limpieza de la habitación y de todo el complejo es total y absoluta. Se respira relax y tranquilidad. Perfecto para desconectar de verdad. El personal muy amable y educado. Para repetir!

La struttura è posizionata in una zona tranquilla ma comunque e pochi minuti dalle spiagge e dai ristoranti di Piso Livadi. La posizione consente anche di spostarsi comodamente nel resto dell'isola. Noi abbiamo noleggiato l' auto ma a pochi minuti a piedi ci sono le fermate del bus che porta ai vari paesi e spiagge.

The location was perfect, it was close to the beaches and shops and the views were incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms cleaned daily.

The breakfast was very basic for the price.

Lage mit Aussicht auf das Meer hervorragend, wenn entsprechendes Zimmer gebucht wurde, zB oberstes Stockwerk der Hangbebauung. Kleineres sympathisches Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer war groß, die Einrichtung einfach, das Bad renoviert, WIFI ok, Pool vorhanden.

Es sollte auf der homepage informiert werden, wie man das Hotel erreicht, wenn man mit dem öffentlichen Bus anreist (Busstop Logaras, dann hügelaufwärts zu Fuß die Hauptstrasse entlang Richtung Osten und in weiterer Folge über viele steile Stufen hinauf zur Rezeption). Ich finde die Unterkunft für Gehbehinderte und ältere Personen wegen der vielen Treppen von aussen in der prallen Sonne sowie innerhalb des Komplexes nicht günstig. Wer gut frühstücken möchte, sollte besser in der Umgebung eine gastronomische Einrichtung wählen.

Hotel espectacular situado en Logaras y cerca de Piso Lavadi. Sus vistas al mar desde las terrazas de las habitaciones son increíbles. Son amplias y tienen de todo. El personal está siempre muy atento de ti y te limpian la habitación todos los días. Tiene parking gratuito alado del hotel y piscina donde bañarte muy agusto.

Tienen un bar, donde los precios son algo caros.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I absolutely loved it! The staff are SO NICE and will give you great recommendations for places to eat. The rooms and place are exceptionally clean, and the view is like no other. Can't wait to go back one day!

De weg naar het hotel toe was hoog en erg smal, dit was soms lastig met de auto.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and spacious with good facilities, a beautiful terrace with amazing views. The pool and bar area had a nice vibe to relax in.

Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, avec 2 chambres et une kitchenette. Deux terrasses exposées différemment, avec une magnifique vue du port de Piso Livasi à Logaras. L’appartement est beaucoup mieux que les photos de Booking ! Propreté impeccable. La piscine est agréable et très bien entretenue. Le personnel est avenant. Nous avons reçus un très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée après la fermeture de la réception à cause d’un retard important de votre bateau. Et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception après avoir quitté l’appartement. L’hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du port de Piso Livadi, de sa place et de celle de Ligaras

L’isolation phonique entre les chambres est assez mince
