Pnoi Hotel

As fotografias apresentadas não correspondem, de todo, à realidade do hotel. O quarto encontrava-se limpo, mas era extremamente simples e oferecia pouco conforto e comodidade. A casa de banho era minúscula e pouco funcional. O duche encontrava-se instalado diretamente sobre a sanita, sem qualquer separação ou divisória, pelo que, sempre que tomávamos banho, toda a zona da sanita ficava molhada. O lavatório era também demasiado pequeno, tornando muito difícil realizar a higiene pessoal sem molhar o chão e toda a área envolvente. Outro aspeto menos positivo foi a falta de apoio por parte da receção. O hotel não disponibilizava guarda-sóis para os hóspedes e, quando questionámos o funcionário da receção sobre onde poderíamos conseguir um, não sentimos grande disponibilidade para nos ajudar a encontrar uma solução. Considerando que tínhamos apenas alguns dias de estadia, esperávamos pelo menos alguma orientação ou sugestão. Só no nosso último dia percebemos que existiam locais próximos onde era possível alugar guarda-sóis, informação que teria sido bastante útil se nos tivesse sido indicada quando a solicitámos. Relativamente ao pequeno-almoço, também ficámos com algumas reservas relativamente às condições em que determinados alimentos eram apresentados. O buffet era servido numa sala sem refrigeração aparente e os iogurtes e outros produtos que habitualmente necessitam de conservação a frio não nos pareceram estar suficientemente refrigerados. Alguns alimentos frescos apresentavam-se a uma temperatura bastante elevada, o que nos deixou desconfortáveis e fez com que optássemos por não consumir alguns desses produtos. Em suma, apesar de o quarto estar limpo, as condições encontradas ficaram aquém das expectativas criadas pelas fotografias, sobretudo no que diz respeito ao conforto, funcionalidade e atendimento. A falta de apoio por parte da receção e a forma como alguns alimentos eram apresentados contribuíram também para uma experiência menos positiva.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We stayed for a week and loved it! Just a few mins walk to a gorgeous beach, restaurants and everything. Great breakfast too. Would definitely stay again :)

Wat een ontzettend fijne accommodatie! Mijn vriend en ik verbleven 10 dagen bij Pnoi Hotel op Paros en hebben hier echt genoten. Het hotel is rustig, kleinschalig en daardoor heel persoonlijk. Voor ons was het de perfecte plek om na een dag op het eiland weer tot rust te komen. Vooral het zwembad en de bar waren favoriet: heerlijk om na een warme dag even te ontspannen in de stilte, af te koelen en de mogelijkheid te hebben om lunch te bestellen. Het hotel heeft eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt: een fijn zwembad met comfortabele ligbedden en handdoeken, een goede fitnessruimte, een bar en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het ontbijt was voor ons precies goed, met verschillende broodjes en beleg, vers fruit en ook een aantal warme gerechten. Ook de kamer werd goed en regelmatig schoongemaakt wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. De ligging vonden wij ook ideaal. Je zit vlak bij Logaras en Piso Livadi, waardoor je gemakkelijk zonder auto met de bus verschillende plekken op Paros kunt ontdekken. De bushalte ligt dichtbij en vanuit daar kun je onder andere richting Naoussa, Lefkes en Parikia. In Logaras en Piso Livadi vind je daarnaast restaurants, kleine supermarkten en natuurlijk het strand. Ook de medewerkers verdienen zeker een compliment. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en stond open voor een praatje. George dacht bijvoorbeeld graag mee over uitstapjes en kon ons ook helpen met het huren van een auto en vertelde de leukste plekjes van het eiland. Wij kregen tijdens ons verblijf zelfs een gratis upgrade naar een heerlijke kamer met airconditioning, balkon, groot bed, kledingkast en koelkast. Voor ons was Pnoi Hotel de perfecte combinatie van rust, comfort en een goede uitvalsbasis om Paros te ontdekken. Zeker een aanrader en een plek waar we met plezier nog eens terug zouden komen!

Très bel hôtel (piscine, parties communes) et idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et des restaurants. Le personnel est agréable.

Notre chambre "premium" n'était pas du tout à la hauteur : Salle de bain minuscule avec une vitre fêlée, porte fenêtre d'accès à la terrasse qui ne ferme pas correctement, petit coffre fort non fixé qui n'a donc aucune utilité, frigo d'un autre âge. Et surtout une vue sur mer qui n'en est pas une (voir photo)

Bedden waren goed. Schoon verblijf. Fijn zwembad, ook een pre dat er handdoeken zijn. Je loopt in een paar minuten naar het strand waar een paar leuke beachbars zijn. Ook het haventje (veel gezelligheid) is dichtbij.

Kleine kamers, vooral badkamer. Bijna geen ruimte om je af te drogen en aan te kleden. Voor €200 per nacht verwacht je gewoon wat meer. Niet rookvrij aan het zwembad liggen. Als je zwanger bent (ik was niet de enige), is dat toch fijn als dat kan.

A localização.

Cobraram-me 2x o alojamento, já enviei 2 mensagens para o alojamento sem resposta nenhuma, já fiz reclamação no Booking tb sem resposta. Terei que fazer uma reclamação na Visa para obter o meu dinheiro duplicado de volta. Para além disso os quartos têm uma limpeza muito deficitária, estão velhos, o nosso que era supostamente vista mar, era virado para outra casa, só se vendo o mar se viesse à porta, falhou a água em todo o hotel no final de um dia e demoraram a resolver.

Pnoi Hotel is such a superb choice of hotel on the south side of Paros. 5/6 minute walk to Logaras Beach (lovely calm beach). A great pool where you can relax with a bar area and some music (not loud). The breakfast area is perfect - good choice of food from different eggs, breads, pastries (sweet and savoury), meats, cheeses, fruits, sweet treats, yoghurt etc. Really nicely done. The staff were lovely - always smiling, always recommending places. George at the front desk was particularly kind! The restaurants in the area are superb. Halaris is a particular highlight as well Markakaris on the port which is about a 20 minute walk (Piso Lovadi area). Bedrooms had ample space (there were 3 of us and we had the two singles connected to a double room). Daily cleaning which was lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Nothing. Cannot fault it. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re expecting a top top 5 star hotel, it’s not that but it’s the perfect little relaxing getaway.

It was nice and newly renovated. I liked the design.

I was travelling with my father and he got sick. when he became unwell, there was no unfortunately help for first-aid intervention, and there was no a blood pressure device. I hope they can improve this for future guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Pnoi Hotel. Everything was great: the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the whole team was incredibly kind (special thanks to George). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

The only small downside was the breakfast, which could be a little more improved in terms of quality. Other than that, everything was great!

La piscine et le petit déjeuner délicieux !

Les chambres sont vraiment moches par rapport au prix payé. Les douches peu confortables car les toilettes sont à côté et donc tout mouillés après une douche. De plus, évitez à tout prix la chambre lits jumeaux si vous êtes en couple !! Nous nous sommes plaints, et le monsieur de la réception nous à gentillement surclassé pour les 2 autres nuits.

Etabllissement très bien placé sur l'ile,le village a deux minutes à pied est parfait . Le pdj est complet. La piscine est très agréable . La chambre est propre avec deux salles de bain

La chambre n'était pas vraiment une suite deux chambres, ce sont deux chambre communicantes mais en enfilades, en fait et donc pas adaptée à des ados qui dorment dans la premières chambres.. De plus, la terrasse est minuscule avec des vis à vis de toute part, c'est à prendre en compte, car le seul endroit pour se mettre dehors c'est la piscine. Dommage pour une suite

Spacious apartment with 2 balconies and separate shower. Plenty of sunloungers. Quiet location, short walk to the beach. Easy walk to access Piso Livado with a lot more restaurants and easy to get the bus to other areas on the island.

Could do with a better coffee machine at breakfast. Nothing to do with the property, but the sunloungers on the beach were €50 per pair and €30 min spend.

Lovely spot within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The resort was clean and the room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was not bad, it did the job! I enjoyed the orange cake! Lovely sitting by the pool of an afternoon. Good parking. Air con was very helpful as it was so hot! Overall a nice place to chill.

- Le manque d’insonorisation des chambres : voisins du dessus (bruits de chaises, talons) / au sous-sol (machines de la laverie) - Pas d’eau chaude un soir, besoin d’attendre 20 min. - le confort des lits des enfants : les matelas sont extrêmement durs. - les prix des consommations de l’hôtel : c’est dommage cela n’incite pas à consommer sur place. Si c’était un peu moins cher, je pense qu’il y aurait plus de clients à rester sur place.

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé et bien entretenu. Belle piscine.

Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale vue mer. En arrivant, une chambre familiale pas très grande et la vue mer si nous étions dans un coin sur le pas de la porte d'entrée. Sinon du balcon, nous plongions sur le balcon de nos différents voisins (style cour intérieur) Au début, difficile d'avoir une explication. Lorsque le manager est arrivé, puis après avoir insisté longuement, il nous a proposé une autre chambre qu'en milieu de séjour et un avoir au bar. Tous s'est bien fini mais le début un peu chaotique et énervant pour un début de séjour. Dommage.

Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits simples, ce n’était pas ce que nous avions demandé. La chambre était bien loin des photos que l’on peut voir sur la fiche de l’hôtel. Chambre quelconque, literie pas confortable, climatisation très vieille qui fonctionnait difficilement, salle de bain petite et dangereuse (la douche mettait de l’eau partout sur le sol ce qui faisait qu’après la touche l’entièreté de la salle de bain était trempée et glissante, j’ai failli tomber a plusieurs reprises), un simple store déroulant pour la fenêtre ce qui faisait que dès que le soleil était levé la lumière rentrait dans la chambre sans possibilité d’être dans le noir, frigo vieux et rouillé. Dans l’ensemble nous avons été très déçu de la chambre qui est bien loin d’un standard d’hôtel 4 étoiles

Easy walk to small beach with bars, sunbeds and some lovely restaurants. The setting is beautiful. They provide a good choice of breakfast options. The rooms are minimal but adequate, cleaned every day.

We booked a twin room and this, was confirmed bt them prior to our arrival. However when we arrived we were told we had to share a double bed. When questioned I was told that is because I had requested mountain views which I hadn't. The next day we were eventually moved. That wasn't the relaxing start to the holiday we expected.

The friendliness of the hotel staff

The Hotel looked nothing like the pictures online so the property was a huge disappointment.I really can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The facilities were beautiful and the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was enjoyable. The location was so peaceful and just a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. One of our favorite spots during our trip to Greece!!

Η διάσταση των μπάνιων ήταν ασφυκτικά μικρή με αντίστοιχα μικρή (σχεδόν παιδική) λεκάνη.! Ο νιπτήρας είναι εντός του ντους.! Δεν ήταν ένα ενιαίο δωμάτιο (μείναμε στο 302) αλλά connecting room, για το οποίο δεν είχα ενημερωθεί εκ των προτέρων. Η διάσταση των δωματίων και των κρεβατιών πολύ μικρή, με κτιστά κρεβάτια. Υποτυπώδης ανακαίνιση ενός παλιού καταλύματος, στο οποίο δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν ούτε οι πόρτες, απλά βάφηκαν.! Τα διάφορα facilities όντως υφίστανται, απλά υπάρχουν για τυπικούς λόγους, χωρίς πραγματική ουσία, προκειμένου να συμπληρώνεται η check list και να δικαιολογείται η αξιολόγηση των 4 αστέρων καταλύματος. Πρωινό βασικό έως πτωχό.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Great pool, shops, restaurants, beach walking distance. We got free upgrade of the room!

The bathroom is very small, hard to navigate once you're inside. The mini fridge was very very old definitely deserves some upgrade :)))

Fijne centrale locatie op loopafstand van het strand en restaurants. Omgeving zelf niet heel mooi, maar het hotel zelf was fantastisch en het personeel was uitstekend en regelt alles voor je om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Wanneer wij aan het ontbijten waren, werd de kamer schoongemaakt, waardoor de kamer altijd schoon en alweer beschikbaar was. Huurauto nodig? Kon direct geregeld worden. Erg fijn en kindvriendelijk hotel. Dank aan Thanos en zijn personeel.

Locatie om hotel heen was niet heel speciaal/sfeervol, maar wel rustig gebied en geen overlast. Het zwembad kon iets vaker schoongemaakt worden (blad/beestjes), maar overige plekken werden goed onderhouden.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good variety at breakfast. Lovely pool and seating areas. Plenty of parking available. About 5 minutes walk away to the beach and bars/ restaurants. All rooms have a balcony. Really comfortable bed. Bathroom is really clean, but rather small.

Our stay at the Pnoi was truly wonderful. The hotel itself is a relaxing retreat and they have the most kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond to ensure we had the most memorable trip ever. Cannot wait to return!

We loved the cats, the staff and the local restaurants and beaches. 5 min walk to beach and restaurants, 15 to fishing village with even more restaurants. 3 amazing beaches nearby. So clean, wonderful staff. We will be back!

Le petit déjeuner très varié ! Un restaurant de spécialités grecques à 10 minutes à pied qui vaut le détour : Anna & Georgios. La proximité de la plage de Piso Livadi, très jolie et son port de pêcheur à côté ! La gentillesse du personnel.

Salle de bain trop petite et un emplacement très limité pour poser nos affaires de toilette. Propreté de la piscine à discuter (certaines parois étaient verdâtres et escalier un peu glissant). Terrasse trop petite. Literie des lits simples très dure donc peu confortable.

Très jolie piscine avec une belle vue. Personnel du bar de plage sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié. Localisation idéale, à quelques minutes de la plage de Logaras et de Piso Livadi.

La chambre était très décevante et ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos : décoration vieillotte, insonorisation inexistante (on entendait clairement les voisins), vue sur un autre balcon, salle de bain minuscule avec toilettes dans la douche, climatisation bruyante, lit petit et inconfortable. Pour un 4 étoiles et vu le prix, la chambre n’est clairement pas à la hauteur, dommage car le reste de l’hôtel est agréable.

Super hôtel avec une chambre familiale très bien agencée. L’espace piscine est très agréable avec un bar et une possibilité de restauration de très bonne qualité. La proximité avec le port de Logaras et ses restaurants les pieds dans l’eau est un vrai bonheur

Les chambres standards sont vraiment bien pour le prix, une déco sobre mais jolie, avec une terrasse. La piscine est assez grande pour qu’on ne se gêne pas, et le bar est top, le service aussi!

Le petit balcon à l arrière de la chambre peu accueillant ( pas très grave, nous prenions l apéro aux abords de la piscine dès lors) et plantations pas très soignées.. mais ce sont des détails!
