L’accueil d’une extrême gentillesse, la vue sur la mer, la qualité de la literie, les attentions de Giannis et Nikki et la gentillesse de tous, jusqu à la femme de chambre, adorable. Le jardin avec une déco « bohème chic » rafraîchissant. La carte du parking proposée par l’établissement qui permet de stationner gratuitement.

יאניס היה מארח נפלא, חייכני, מאיר פנים. המיקום מצויין, ליד טברנות ומרחק הליכה קצרה לנמל לצורך שייט ללוטרו או סוויט ווטר וכן מרחק קצר מאוד לחוף ים מקומי ויפה. היינו 4 לילות ובכל יום הוחלפו מגבות וסידרו את החדר, הפחים רוקנו, מלאו את כל מה שהיה על השיש כגון, טוסטונים, ריבה, קפה, מים. ניתן כרטיס חניה חופשית לרכב בחניה ציבורית. יש פינת ישיבה מקסימה בקומה ראשונה.

אין מעלית ונדרש להעלות את המזוודות לקומה שלכם. לא קריטי אבל צריך לדעת. אנחנו בכל מקרה אהבנו ונהננו.

Modern exceptionally clean rooms, the man who showed us around was incredibly nice! ,we got a a magnet as a leaving present. Would stay again and recommend it. No breakfast but room was equipped with crockery, fridge, and kettle etc, but is also next door to a bakery.

I had the most wonderful stay at Sofia's Lovely Rooms! Niki and Yianni were the kindest and most welcoming hosts. They showed such hospitality and made me feel very welcome. The extra touches of gifts and care were greatly appreciated. The room was perfect and the cleanest place I've ever been. The secret garden was my favourite part of all. What a delight! I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting Hors Sfakia.

Le village Chora Sfakion est typique avec plusieurs plages agréables. Notre hôte Yanis quant à lui est un vrai personnage local. Accueillant, très attentionné, avec qui il est agréable d échanger et de plaisanter. C'est la plus belle adresse que nous ayons trouvé lors de notre séjour.

Exactly friendly hosts! Great place in the middle of the village. The Hotel is clean and sweet with a wonderful garden.

It was a little bit expensive.

The host is amazingly welcoming and the room was impeccable. The hotel is very well located in the old town next to the restaurants and the harbor is less than 5 minutes away by foot.

La struttura è in ottima posizione nel centro del villaggio di Sfakia . La nostra camera aveva anche la vista sul mare. Pulizia eccellente e soprattutto grande ospitalità e simpatia dei proprietari.

Super zentrale Lage und eine sehr liebevolle Ausstattung der Zimmer mit zudem Kaffee, Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung. Der kleine Garten ist wunderhübsch und mit seinen netten Sofas sehr gemütlich um im Schatten zu chillen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und Nico und sein Team sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen

Room was comfortable and clean. The very friendly owner did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, from a gift of wine on arrival to a parting gift of local products. Garden at back of hotel is particularly unique and beautiful.

Not directly related to the rooms, but the parking in the village is very difficult. While the owner provides a pass , finding a space was impossible except for early morning or late evening, meaning a long walk. Sea view is over a roof top of air-conditioning units.

The room was absolutely picturesque, the bed very comfortable, a lot of care was given to details. The definition of boutique rooms. They also have a lovely garden. The rooms are located in the street just behind the main pedestrian street of Sfakia where all shops and restaurants are, so it does not really get more central than that.

There is no breakfast, but there is a baker literally a few steps away.

This is a tiny, secret, paradise in Crete. Calm, lovely village, with great people, far from the noise and the crowds, even in the high season. Giannis is the best host ever, very friendly, welcoming, always there for you, solving any issues that could arise during your holiday. The property was extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended stay that you will be willing to repeat again and again!

È davvero impossibile non lasciare una recensione entusiasta per un luogo che ci è rimasto così profondamente nel cuore! La nostra camera familiare era splendida: spaziosa, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. L'intera struttura è meravigliosa e trasmette chiaramente l'amore e l'attenzione che i proprietari dedicano ai viaggiatori che passano da Sfakia. Giannis ci ha accolto con una calorosità rara, sempre pronto a regalarci un sorriso, una parola gentile o un prezioso consiglio per vivere al meglio il territorio. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Anche se il nostro soggiorno è durato soltanto due notti, avremmo voluto fermarci molto più a lungo, tanto ci siamo trovati bene sia a Sfakia sia in questo alloggio speciale. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche alle signore che si occupano delle camere: la cura, la pulizia e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono state davvero impeccabili, come raramente ci è capitato di vedere. Una vera perla nel magnifico sud di Creta, un posto che porteremo con noi nei nostri ricordi più belli e che speriamo di poter visitare nuovamente un giorno.

Everything, especially the secret garden and the history of Sofia's lovely rooms. The books in reception were lovely and very interesting. I loved that I had pink petals on my bed. Beautiful 😍 I was impressed with the perfect bow on the toilet roll 😁

Bellissima struttura con bellissimo giardino. Molto bella e spaziosa anche la camera ed il bagno e tutto molto pulito. Apprezzatissimo il mini frigo fornito per una rapida colazione, fantastico! Parcheggio con pass fornito dal proprietario, che è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Grazie per tutto!

Il soggiorno è andato ben oltre le aspettative. L'accoglienza di simpatica e calorosa di Nikolai ci ha fatto sentire totalmente a casa. La prima notte abbiamo avuto un problema col condizionatore e lui è stato disponibile immediatamente nell'aiutarci e risolvere il problema; la notte successiva abbiamo avuto un upgrade meraviglioso che ci ha permesso di godere della bellezza di Hora Sfakion. Nelle camere erano presenti frigo, lavandino e alcune stoviglie, ottime per qualche spuntino da consumare in stanza o nel curatissimo giardino nel quale invito tutti a sostare.

Tutto perfetto così. Nikolai è una bravissima persona!

Sofia's lovely room was amazing! From the start, Giannis welcomed me into his hotel and made me feel at home. Giannis and Niki were incredibly helpful the entire time, helping me to sort out airport transfers and get a taxi to the top of Imbros gorge. The room is exceptionally clean and tidy with a really excellent shower! Bed is very comfy and the hotel is a 3 min walk to Vrissi beach and 1 min walk into the main front Street of Sfakia - couldn't be a better location. I had an amazing time in Sfakia and would highly recommend going to Sofia's Lovely Rooms if you are visiting!

Lage,sehr central alles laufabstand.mann kann bis den Eingang fahren um gepáck ab zugeben.dann kriegt Mann einen parkkarte für einen Parkplatz ca. 100 Meter laufen.Kaffee facility sehr gut.Gast Geber sehr freundlich.

Wenn Mann länger bleibt is einen normale Kleiderschrank gewünscht.

Our stay at Sofia Room was wonderful from start to finish. It was very easy to find, and we were greeted warmly and politely upon arrival. The apartment was spotless, with a beautiful terrace and everything we could have asked for. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the boat dock, restaurants, and everything in the center. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He gave us a personally handwritten thank-you postcard, which meant so much to me since I collect postcards from around the world and have them from over 90 countries. He also gave beautiful bracelets to our children and me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We were treated with genuine kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Sofia Room to anyone visiting the area.

De vriendelijkheid van Giannis, helpen met de bagage uit de auto halen en naar je kamer brengen. Dat gezegd hebbende. Een prachtig verblijf midden in het centrum van Sfakia. Mooi uitzicht op zee en een deel van haven schone kamer, alles goed voor elkaar. En de prachtige binnentuin niet te vergeten, kan je heerlijk even tot rust komen.

Niks aan de accommodatie maar er zijn in het dorp veel hoogte verschillen en dat is als je wat haperende gezondheid hebt. Kan dat lastig zijn .

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts and even received farewell presents, which made our stay truly memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spotless, and the beautiful backyard was incredibly peaceful and tastefully designed – a perfect place to relax. We also had a small issue with our rental car battery, and Giannis and Niki helped us resolve it within minutes. Their kindness, support, sincerity, and politeness made a huge difference. A big thank you to Giannis and Niki for everything – we felt truly cared for!

Wunderbare Gastgeber, ein herzliches Dankeschön an Niki und Giannis. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Gleich in der Nähe sind Tavernen und Bakerys mit leckeren Frühstücksangeboten und für den Abend gutes griechisches Essen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bootsausflügen und schöne Strände zum Baden. ☀️

Everything was tremendous. 2 mins from the ferry and some great restaurants, yet quiet and secluded. A warm welcome and a very comfortable stay.

La stanza è molto profumata e ha tutte le comodità: è grande, letto e cuscini comodissimi, doccia grande, stanza tutta nuova e ristrutturata, è presente anche un balcone con un piccolo stendino, posizione comodissima per muoversi nella città. È presente anche un giardino a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti che è una vera oasi di pace: lo abbiamo utilizzato per fare colazione ed era incantevole. I proprietari della casa sono veramente persone squisite, super disponibili e attente a ogni dettaglio. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui, posto indimenticabile, uno dei migliori alloggi dove sia mai stato

La vue sur la mer est un peu trompeuse car elle est partiellement gâchée par une série de thermopompes et chauffe-eau sur les toits.

L'accueil de Giannis, merci encore pour tout! De l'arrivée au départ c'était fantastique ! La chambre, le jardin intérieur, la possibilité de prendre notre petit déjeuner au calme avec ce qui est fourni chaque jour. Les recommandations et l'aide de Giannis. On our last morning the water wasn’t hot, and we’re were told the system couldn’t be over-ridden to heat it. A slightly disappointing last morning’s experience.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Kleine Küchenecke die immer aufgefüllt wird. Die Dachterrasse ist super schön und gemütlich. Wir haben gerne abends dort draußen gesessen.

We dachten zeezicht te hebben maar vanaf ons balkon was er geen uitzicht.

unerwartet schöner lauschiger Garten im Vintage-Stil unter Bougainvilia-Laube im Hinterhof. Sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gratis Parkplatz. Frühstück könnten wir gleich um die Ecke in einem anderen kleinen Hotel nehmen. Ganz tolle Zimmerreinigung. Kühlschrank enthielt zwei, drei nützliche Dinge zur Erstverpflegung. Hübsche Zimmerbemalung.

Dusche undicht im Zimmer 13. Nicht genügen Kleider-Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kein Wandschrank. Nur Garderobe mit Kofferablage. Eine Mikrowelle für die Gäste wäre hilfreich. Kein Tresor für Wertgegenstände. Nur kleine Bademöglichkeit im Ort.

Great location, close to everything but quiet. Our. room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was carefully cleaned out arranged to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We liked this place very much - I think a room on the top floor would be the best, as our second floor view of the sea was looking over the roof of the building in front of us.

We had such a lovely stay here. Giannis, our host, was so nice and attentive. The room was spacious and had a great balcony with seaviews. Sfakia is a beautiful small town, with cute dining spots overlooking the water, and our favourite stop on our trip to Crete. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Vue mer, mais les antennes parabolique et clim en premier plan, mais finalement peu important vu la situation en plein centre.

Een schone gasvrije plek om te overnachten met een goed bed en een sfeervolle rustieke binnentuin. Naast deze locatie is een supermarkt en bakkerij. Uitgebreid ontbijten kan je het beste bij de bakker bij de parkeerplaats. Dit kustdorpje is een goede uitvalbasis voor activiteiten. Ze brengen je per boot naar unieke locaties aan de westkust waar je met de auto niet kan komen. Je kan ook een stukje van de E4 route lopen naar Loutro. Het is een steil smal rotswandelpad langs de kust vol in de zon. Voor ons een heerlijke wandelpad in april. Halverwege kom je een geweldig strandje tegen “Sweet water beach” om even te ontspannen en te zwemmen. In het sfeervolle plaatsje Loutro laat je gewoon weer met de boot terug brengen. (€5 pp enkele reis) Je zit ook vlakbij de Imbros kloof. Een van de best bereikbare Kloven van Kreta, minder zwaar dan Samaria, maar met mooie rotswanden en uitzichten — eindigt nabij Sfakia. De Aradenakloof (in de buurt) Spectaculair, ruiger én rustiger dan Samaria. De kloof eindigt bij Marmara Beach. Naast de kloof vind je de Aradena-brug (138 m hoog). De Samariakloof (via Agia Roumeli) dan is Chóra Sfakíon de plek waar wandelaars per boot uit Agia Roumeli arriveren en dan verder reizen.

Liebevolle Pension im im April romantisch verschlafenen Chora Sfakion. Ein toller und sehr freundlicher Giannis, der gute Essentipps hat. Hier kommen wir zurück, für unsere nächste Wanderung auf Kreta.

Location, location, location. SLR is perfectly located to everything. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff wonderful and the inner courtyard is just lovely. A perfect stay!

Nous avons aimé l'accueil chaleureux de Niki et son mari. L'hôtel est charmant et se situe dans le centre de la ville. Très bonne recommandation pour la Taverne de Nikos. Le parking n'est pas loin, donc parfait !

Fantastiskt fint boende. Rent och fräscht. Nära till allt. Och värdarna är så himla fina och hjälpsamma. Vi hade familjerum och älskade den fina trädgården. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit.
