Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une des chambres les plus modestes de l’établissement, notamment compte tenu d’un superbe petit déjeuner compris dans le prix. Mention spéciale à Despina pour ses pâtisseries et notamment le Gâteau à l’orange à ne pas louper !!!

La ubicación es maravillosa. Creo que éramos la única habitación sin vistas al mar pero aún así las vistas y la luz eran bonitas. El balcón era acogedor y las camas eran cómodas para dormir. El personal muy amable y el desayuno que estaba incluido está muy bien, había tres tipos de desayuno a elegir y todos estaba muy bien. Creo que hotel y restaurante que estaba abajo comparten el mismo dueño. La comida muy rica, el desayuno estaba muy bien y siempre atentos a servirte amablemente. Comida abundante, fresca y bien servida.

Muchas cosas están caídas y los enchufes están en lugares extraños y no son cómodos. En el baño el plato se ducha estaba bastante dejado y todas las boradas de los azulejos de la parte inferior están negras. Nos bañamos y andamos siempre en chanclas en la habitación y el baño. La ducha necesita urgente un mínimo de mantenimiento. La jabonera se caía y todo parecía estar haciendo equilibrio. En la habitación para tres en que estábamos, la cama sencilla se ubica a la entrada y el aire acondicionado está en la habitación doble y no recibe nada de aire. Como mi hijo que quedaba en la sencilla lo pasamos con nosotros y uno de nosotros se pasó a la sencilla. En esa misma área de entrada donde estaba la cama sencilla solo había un enchufe pero estaba conectada la placa de fogones de la cocina. Fogones antiguos eléctricos y pocos utensilios de cocina así que nunca cocinamos

Struttura in una posizione perfetta si affaccia sul porticciolo e comodissima per prendere la barca per Loutro e Glyca Nera. L'accoglienza è stata splendida, ho apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, che mi ha offerto un succo d'arancia, acqua di benvenuto e un ottimo raki.

Essendo una donna che viaggia da sola, all'inizio mi sono sentita molto accolta e a mio agio. Purtroppo, l'ultima sera l'atmosfera è cambiata: ho percepito che la moglie di uno dei gestori non gradisse le mie conversazioni con il marito, il quale ha poi evitato di salutarmi e parlarmi. Mi è dispiaciuto molto, perché ero una cliente come tutte le altre e non c'era alcuna malizia. Peccato che piccolo malinteso ha un po' rovinato il ricordo di un soggiorno altrimenti perfetto.

Posizione comoda per prendere i vari taxi boat, la fermata era a 10 metri. La vista dalle camere era splendida. La colazione super abbondante con prodotti freschi locali servita nella taverna sul mare. Abbiamo cenato qui varie volte, tutto buonissimo. Il proprietario e i camerieri sono gentilissimi e ci hanno trattato molto bene 😍

La famiglia /gestori e i loro dipendenti sono stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Hanno offerto un servizio di ottima qualità, sempre con un bel "Kalimera" e sorriso.

I loved everything about Lefka Ori. The location was perfect. The breakfast was excellent as well as the meals at the restaurant. The hospitality from the staff was exceptional. We highly recommend Lefka Ori as your place to stay in Sfakia.

Couldn't get a better position. It overlooked the harbour and they had their own Restraunt by the sea shore. Food was very good and reasonably priced. A quaint Cretan getaway from it all.

Room was sparsely furnished, no TV, a couple of pillows, tiny bathroom.

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questo posto e abbiamo scelto la stessa struttura perché ci siamo trovati bene. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere dotate di ogni comfort e la colazione inclusa sul porticciolo. Spero ci sarà una terza volta

La ubicació, el poble on està situat és preciós, i l’esmorzar davant del mar és insuperable. Haviem vist comentaris sobre que l’accés era difícil, peró no ens ho va semblar gens. El personal és encantador i sempre està disposat a ajudar.

Tot i que tot estava molt nou i l’ estada va ser fantàstica, hi ha alguns detalls que es podrien millorar. Per exemple, la cortina de la dutxa era massa curta i sortia l’aigua i no hi havia espai on eixugar els plats ni per deixar els coberts de forma endressada.

For the same.prices they have good and awaful apartments, qpparently we had bad luck.

The only positive aspect of the property was the nice taverna on the ground level, which serves good food at reasonable prices.

Other than the taverna, it was a nightmare experience and a severe health hazard. The photos have nothing to do with reality; the room was small, outdated, and unacceptably dirty. We found stained towels and, most shockingly, biological waste (blood marks and paper) on the wall right next to the toilet paper holder, while the bathroom was full of grime and mold. Housekeeping never entered the room to clean even once during our entire stay. On the second day, they actually took our towels away and didn't leave any new ones at all. We didn't even bother asking management because they clearly didn't care anyway. We were forced to stay only because it was peak August in Sfakia and there was absolutely nothing else available in the area. When we initially asked them to clean the room properly, they completely ignored the biohazard and just dropped off a different set of towels, leaving everything else untouched. Unacceptable to charge 100€ per night for these conditions. Stay away!

L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e gentile. La colazione ottima e abbondante purtroppo con poca varietà.

Come al solito anche Booking è complice in queste situazioni. Ti fanno vedere appartamenti che mai ti verranno assegnati. In questo caso la " suite de lux 4 stelle" è in realtà un bilocale indegno con arredi fatiscenti , apparecchi di illuminazione scadenti e senza lampadine. Senza parlare delle formiche persino sui letti.

La camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione ottima.

La posizione sulla collina rende faticoso il rientro dopo il mare, dopo colazione, dopo cena.

La colazione vista mare spettacolare (bisognava scegliere tra tre opzioni). Posizione centralissima. Parcheggio non c'è ma si può parcheggiare in zona con il pass dell'hotel per non pagare.

La stanza non coincideva precisamente con le foto della prenotazione. Doccia con tenda molto piccola e scomoda. L'acqua a volte aveva uno strano odore.

il paesino è incantevole e le camere pulite e spaziose con un bel terrazzino . la colazione servita davanti al mare buonissima . anche il ristorante della struttura dove abbiamo mangiato quasi tutte le sere e’ottimo . il personale e’veramente gentilissimo e disponibile. grazie

Чудове місцезнаходження, крутючий персонал. Просто я ввечері люблю подивитися телевізор, але його не було і ще не було попільнички. На цьому недоліки завершено. Прекрасні сніданки, порт поруч, пляж в 2 хвилини. Відпочили з задоволенням. Усім дуже дякуємо!!!!!!

Très bon emplacement J’ai particulièrement apprécié le petit déjeuner (jus d’oranges pressées, café ou thé, 2 tartines et au choix ; fromage blanc au miel (très bon!) ou salade de fruit (un peu décevante) ou toast (pas testé)

La posizione è bellissima, direttamente sul porto, da cui si possono ammirare magnifici tramonti, e comodissima per raggiungere il punto d’imbarco per Sweet Water e Loutro. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e dotata di angolo cottura, con un letto comodissimo. La struttura ospita anche un ristorante e ne ho approfittato durante il soggiorno: ho apprezzato molto la cucina. Buona anche la colazione, soprattutto lo yogurt greco artigianale accompagnato dal miele di Sfakia, rinomato in tutta Creta. Lo staff è stato davvero molto disponibile e gentile: mi è stato permesso di lasciare il bagaglio e di cambiarmi prima di ripartire, così da poter continuare comodamente il mio on the road. Che dire… non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

L’unica cosa che non ho apprezzato molto è stata la tenda della doccia, che ho trovato poco pratica. La doccia e molto ben accessoriata, con diversi getti d’acqua, e una soluzione diversa dalla tenda la renderebbe ancora più confortevole.

A 1970s style hotel in a generic seaside tourist town. Comfortable, clean, in the midst of the hotel/taverna/cafe/bar (they all unifunctional) strip. The best feature, the balcony, nice view and a lively place for an evening drink

Room was small with twin beds, shower was impossible to use without flooding the bath area Small issue with one of the sheets having numerous tears but this was resolved quickly with no fuss

This family-run hotel is welcoming, clean and affordable, with plenty of space, an excellent breakfast and very good deals on food for guests. We had a long stay and would happily come again.

El trato nada más llegar fue muy bueno. No hay que pagar el parking del pueblo porque te dan una tarjeta ellos al llegar para ponerla en el coche (aparcas en parquing,les dices a los de cabina que vas a ese hotel,y cuando te dan la tarjeta vuelves y la pones en el coche) como no avisan hasta que llegas al hotel,a nosotros nos tocó pagar. Las vistas desde donde se desayuna maravilloso Tiene una cala a 1 minuto que es preciosa.

El desayuno te lo traen a la mesa pero es todo muy enorme y algo básico. La habitación,el baño olía a desagüe y es molesto al entrar. La nevera hacia ruidos por la noche y molestaba al descansar. El parquing del pueblo es una locura porque es súper empinado y da impresión de primeras.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il bagno necessita di ammodernamento e cura. La camera non viene rifatta ogni giorno.

La struttura affaccia direttamente sul porticciolo, quindi puoi cenare e fare colazione sul mare.

Poco pratico per la gestione dei bagagli, ma lo staff ti aiuta sempre con il sorriso.

We booked the so-called "Deluxe room", but it was far from luxurious. Facilities were outdated, especially the bathroom. Long black hairs scattered about!

Location is perfect, just on the seafront with all the restaurants and shops just minutes walking. There is also a cute bay across the property up a 2 minute walk hill. We were lucky with the parking we found a space at the back, however I believe it can get difficult in peak season.

Unfortunately our room was the older type, not renovated as the pictures show. Bathroom was extremely small and had no window. Room was divided in 1 small room which had a kitchenette and sofa bed and then a small narrow corridor which leads you to the bedroom which although bright and sunny was very small, barely enough room to get in the bed from one side and with no space for 2 bedside tables, just 1 side only. Breakfast is a choice between 3 set menus which are heavily based on bread, however when I asked to swap the bread for a Greek yogurt this was not a problem. Bfast is on the smaller size.

The owners are fantastic, and the food in their restaurant was traditional and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καινούργιο πολύ καθαρό σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός . Η τιμή του νομίζω λογική.

Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει ένα ακόμα σκέπασμα για το βράδυ γιατί ήταν αρκετά δροσερά αλλά ο οικοδεσπότης υποσχέθηκε ότι θα το φροντίσει

Absolument rien! J'ai aimé ne PAS dormir dans cet appartement

Accueil bien froid du patron du Restaurant du même nom (Lefka Ori) qui nous dit de suivre son staff en scooter bien loin du bâtiment où nous étions supposé séjour (bien 10 min a pied du port amors que lemplacemznt indiquait queble logemznt était sur le port). Accès au bâtiment par un chemin en broussailles. L'appartement est sale (auréoles sur les draps, frigo moisi, sanitaires sales...) Nous le faisons remarqué au patron qui nous donne la clé d'un petit studio (alors que nous avions un grand t1 à la base) en disant que celui là "devrait être propre en théorie"... Il était aussi sale que le précédent alors que le linge de maison était bien présent sur le lit, signe que le "ménage avait été fait"... Nous avons dû contacter booking pour faire une procédure de relogement pour avoir finalement un migemznt décent à 22h!!

Very authentic with a touch of modernity. The room was excellent—well located, offering a beautiful view, recently renovated, and exceptionally clean. The facilities were also excellent.

The only downside was the breakfast, which offered limited choices, especially if you plan to rely on it during your stay.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ακριβώς δίπλα στην θάλασσα και τα μαγαζιά. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη . Συγκεκριμένα είχαμε κλείσει διαμονή με πρωινό αλλά δυστυχώς επειδή είχαμε κανονίσει πεζοπορία πολύ νωρίς το πρωί δεν μπορούσαμε να το αξιοποιήσουμε . Μετά από συνεννόηση μας κανόνισαν να λάβουμε το πρωινό στον φούρνο που είναι ακριβώς δίπλα. Συγχαρητήρια για τον επαγγελματισμό τους τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

The toilet bowl in the bathroom of the room I had was badly fitted and leaked across the floor. The bathroom which had no ventilation smelled of sewer gas which entered the very small bedroom.

Malý ale pěkný pokoj, výborná lokalita, blízko do taveren a obchůdků. Čistě uklizeno. Byli jsme spokojeni.

L'établissement est un hôtel restaurant ou plutôt un restaurant qui a des chambres dans le bâtiment. La localisation était très chouette (vue sur le port).

J'ai réservé une suite sur la base de photos présentes sur le site de l'hôtel et celui de booking. Les photos étaient comme "embellies", "lissées". On reconnait tout mais la qualité des matériaux n'est pas du tout celle attendue et cela parait plus moderne sur les photos. La salle de bain était "minimale", la douche avait un rideau qui peinait à empêcher l'eau de mouiller le sol. Il a fait un peu frais et surtout très humide mais nous n'avons pas utiliser les vieilles couvertures et le drap plat fourni pour le lit double couvrait tout juste le matelas. Le petit déjeuner était simple, nous avons systématiquement ajouté des oeufs non proposés inclus dans le tarif et le jus d'orange était clairement coupé avec de l'eau. Le personnel était agréable mais la qualité nous a déçu. L'eau du port n'était pas très propre et nous avons même assisté à une aventure "eaux usées déversées en directe en petit déjeunant...bof ! mais, ça, c'est indépendant de leur volonté ! Nous conseillons la taverna Nikos pour dîner. Super bon et carte originale par rapport aux autres.

L'emplacement est top,la chambre est mignonne et le petit déjeuner est très bien, avec le choix entre 3 formules. Mention spéciale au yaourt qui est à tomber !

Notre chambre au 1er étage donnait côté mer, mais du coup aussi au dessus de la terrasse, donc un peu bruyante le soir... Et encore on n'était qu'en Avril...

K ubytku se nedostanete autem. Snídaně je na objednání, dostanete na výběr ze 3 možností, ze kterých se ale nenajíte a třeba vajíčka si musíte doplácet. To samé dobrou kávu si musilte zaplatit. Čaj nám z balíčku ani nepřinesli. V květnu nebyla k dispozici deka (povlečená), pouze prostěradlo. Sprcháč je hodně oldschool.

Superb location on the seafront. Lovely sea view right on the waterfront. We also ate in the taverna which was very good with excellent typical overcooked dishes. Very nice owners.
