The cleaning wasn’t through and noise was bad from downstairs cafe at night and starting early (setting up before 7am). I also asked that my room won’t be entered (no way to single that at the door) and it was ignored. Pillows were all old and bad.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026המקום נמצא באיזור הכי הכי נכון להיות בו בירושלים בעיקר בסופי שבוע, הגישה אליו יחסית נוחה, זה לא עכשיו בית מלון עם לובי שומר קבלה וכו', זה יותר מקום להתמקם עם המזוודות ולצאת העירה. בהקשר הזה המקום ענה על הציפיות והיה מאד פרקטי
אין חנייה במקום. קיבלנו המלצה לחנות במוזיאון הסובלנות הסמוך כ80 מטר מהמקום, אך נאלצנו לשלם ביציאה 150 ש"ח. זה קצת מבאס. בנוסף המלון הוא נורא פרקטי- כניסה > מעלית > מסדרון > חדר. אז יש לקחת בחשבון שזה לא בית מלון אלא נטו משכן לישון בו

הנקיון לא היה הכי טוב. היה ברצפה של המקלחת פלסטיק של סכין גילוח והיו עוד קצת דברים על הרצפה שנתן תחושה שלא באמת ניקו פה כמו שצריך. בנוסף היה המון רעש מבחוץ כי המקום נמצא מתחת ל2 מסעדות/ברים. ברמה שהתעוררתי בלילה. חוץ מזה היה אחלה.

צריך להדליק את הדוד כחצי שעה לפני הכניסה למקלחת אחרת לא יהיו מים חמים. בגלל שהמלון קרוב למרכז יש קצת רעש בלילה של ברים באזור, לא מאוד מורגש.

I was forced to stand outside while I was trying to figure out how to open the door to the hotel, then I received a bot message that I need to complete an online check in first. In the sun, annoyed after walking a lot, looking at the nice sitting at the lobby, I was forced to attend 5 out and write many details afraid that my battery will dry, with many details including scanning documents, while the bot/human I chatted with refuses to let me into the hotel until "staff checks and verify my check in". This was humiliating and bordering abuse of guests, what kind of a hotel treats its guests this way??

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Clean, comfortable, quiet, cozy, compact, perfect location, lovely view from expansive windows. Comfy bed & pillows. Easy remote check-in, fast responses on WhatsApp. It was the perfect accommodation for me as I had an early appt 2 minutes walk from the hotel on the morning of the Jerusalem Marathon. I live 70 minutes away but I took the room to ensure I didn't get caught in traffic and road closures. It was logistically convenient and totally restful and pampering to have the space and feel like a tourist in Jerusalem. Great city vibes, coffee and café options right there. I loved it.
The toilet paper could have been higher quality :) Other than that, all good.

Hotel has no reception so you need wifi/mobile data to get instructions for check-in. We paid more for a nice room with a view, but unfortunately then we heard everything from the restaurant downstairs. The night was quiet, however, after the restaurant closed.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026I really enjoy my stay here , I can walk to anywhere , good location! Only 7mins walking to the Jaffa gate . The room is super clean! And I feel very safe here ! I will come back again ! If you arrive in Tel Aviv airport , you can take the train to the Jerusalem train station (JLM Yitzhak Navon) , then you take the tram to the Jaffa center . Only 7 mins walking to the hotel . I carry 2 luggages, I feel easy !

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Location is very good, close to the old city and to restaurants and bars in West Jerusalem. I had a lovely view over olive trees of a park. The room was small, but had tall ceilings and was very well designed with a small kitchenette and decent bathroom. It was a pleasant simple room to be in.
My two complaints would be that the small double bed was made of two singles pushed together with the inevitable well-gap in the middle, and that the internet was slow.

The restaurants below us played loud music early in the morning, which woke up both me and my friends. There was also no free breakfast but that's to be expected for $416 split between 5 people.

No lobby. customer service is through WhatsApp they respond right away. Very convenient if your keeping shaboss they will give you a shaboss key and Shabbat combination if you ask. The hotel is located between 2 restaurants. One that is open on shaboss and other one is kosher. Beds are comfortable

העניין שצריך להדליק דוד למים חמים... הסביבה מאוד רועשת, אין חניה באזור( עלה לנו ליום 157 ₪) אי אפשר לכוון את המזגן, היה חם מאוד( כן אפשר לפתוח קצת חלון). חדר ממש קטן יחסית למחיר. בגדול הפעם קצת התאכזבנו.
