Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location in central Jerusalem is hard to beat. The hotel suite provides good sized bedrooms and a spacious living area plus a kitchenette with fridge. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is someone at reception at all hours - we arrived at 3 a.m. and were greeted just the same as if we'd turned up at 3 p.m. Breakfast is included in the price, a typical buffet of local salads and cooked foods, as well as cereals, toast and scrambled eggs.
The table in the living area is just a breakfast bar with two high backed bar chairs. There's space for a table and that's what's needed. The narrow bar table looks good but it's not all that convenient.

הכי חשוב לשים שומר ושהקבלה תהיה תמיד מאויישת, היה מקרה כשהתארחנו, עם משוגעת שניסתה להיכנס למלון וזה נורא מסוכן. הזמנו אירוח עם ארוחת בוקר וביטלו אותה ...מאכזב. בחדרים הטלביזיה לא עבדה.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The hotel is in a great location. The people who work there are super friendly. Special shoutout to Atwan and the lady in charge of housekeeping. Air conditioning was very cold and the beds were very comfortable. Shower is hot and strong. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip and the beds and shower in this hotel were better than the other 2.
Property is a bit dated. The hallway carpet needs to be changed. The hallway air conditioning should be on the entire week. The toilet seat wasn't the correct size for the toilet and there wasn't a soap dish in the shower. The lock to our room worked too well. I struggled to open it even with the key, the door jamb seemed damaged.

The cement chips in the walls and skirting in the corridors need to be fixed. The public carpets could do with deep cleansing.

There was construction going on in the lobby for our whole stay. The breakfast was not very good and a few days they didn't have anything. They ran out.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Location is fairly central In general a decent hotel. Mini fridge in room is good (although it makes a terrible blue light which is hard to sleep with).
Staff knocked really early to clean the room and there was no "do not disturb" sign to use. There is a ramp on the other side of the building for anyone with a stroller like us... took us a while to find it though and hotel can feel tricky to find first time. There were so many kids in the hallway on Shabbat which was nice but was also hard to navigate with our own family trying to move through the lobby. There were many other people staying there and didn't feel so welcoming.

הלובי בכניסה של המלון הייתי מקפיד לנקות אותו בתדירות יותר גבוה(יש תזוזה כל רגע שם מובן אבל הרצפה שם הייתי יותר מרוצה אם היו מנקים אותה יותר) וגם לשים מפיצים ריח או משהו אחר שיהיה יותר נעים בכניסה כזה לאורחים

There is a lot of construction on King George Street making it a bit challenging to navigate. We are very familiar with the area so we could avoid problems but people unfamiliar with the area might find it a little inconvenient.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025The room was comfortable. The wifi was good. The people who worked there are very nice. Special shoutout to Saja and Atwan for making our stay great. The breakfast was also very nice and fresh. We definitely plan to stay there again.
There was one thing that I found bothersome. In the wintertime there is no air conditioning so if you have a warm day then your room is warm. This happened during 2 days of our stay. I complained about it and they give me a fan which did help. They explained to me that the hotel only has air conditioning in the summer time.
