We would like to thank Mike and Alexandra once again for their wonderful hospitality and exceptional attention to detail. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and impeccably maintained — from the quality, selection and presentation of the breakfast, to the arrangement and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the organization and cleanliness of the pool area. What impressed us just as much was their professionalism, genuine care for their guests, and outstanding work ethic. You can clearly feel the effort and attention they put into making their guests feel comfortable and welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and left with very positive memories. A heartfelt thank you to Mike and Alexandra for making our time there so pleasant and memorable. We would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, exceptionally clean and well-cared-for stay.

Great location, excellent accommodation. Located in the heart of Afytos - steps from great restaurants, cafes, and shops while tucked away from the busy streets and noise. Peaceful courtyard with a pool. Comfortable rooms just as described and pictured. Friendly and helpful staff - a young, local family who will accommodate all reasonable requests. Delicious, healthy breakfast variety - three types of eggs, local pastries and bread, fresh veggies and fruit, local yogurt and honey, and more! Excellent fresh squeezed orange juice and strong drip coffee (nothing like the USA versions, way better). A variety of other coffee drinks at extra charge. Beach access is about a 10 minute hilly walk, which is very typical for the area.

My only minor negative feedback is that one of our rooms was adjacent to the lobby and breakfast area and we’d hear some of the breakfast prep noise starting around 7:30-8. Not a big issue for us as we usually wake up around that time, but it could be more of an issue for late risers.

It’s really clean and fresh. The owners are so nice and polite. Location is perfect. Really good place to stay if you are in Afytos.

Jag är väldigt nöjd med boendet. Det var lugnt och skönt, väldigt fint, fräscht och välstädat. Allt kändes väl omhändertaget och det var en trevlig och avslappnad atmosfär. Jag trivdes verkligen bra under min vistelse och allt fungerade som det skulle. Ett boende jag gärna skulle välja igen! 😊

Det enda jag saknade var en lite större TV. Den som fanns var ganska liten, vilket gjorde det lite svårt för mig att se bilden ordentligt. En något större TV hade gjort vistelsen ännu bättre. I övrigt var jag väldigt nöjd med boendet.

Merkezi konumda olması, bir çok seçeneğe (restoran, market, eczane vs) ulaşılabilir olması, plajlara yürüme mesafesinde olması gayet iyidi. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Sorularımızı ivedilikle cevapladılar. Çocuklarınız varsa plaja yürüme gitmek biraz zor olabilir biz arabayla ulaşım sağladık, 5 dk falan sürüyor arabayla.

Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı.

Este așezată aproape de promenada, marketuri. Piscina curată, micul dejun chiar dacă este același în fiecare dimineață, este fff bun.

Un singur minus pot spune, pe terasă dimineața, este fff cald. Cumva închisă și cu un A C se rezolvă problema.

Прекарването ни в Iades Suites беше просто перфектно! Хотелът се отличава с изключителна чистота – всичко блестеше от спретнатост и поддръжка от момента, в който пристигнахме. Персоналът е изключително любезен, топъл и гостоприемен. Отнасят се с такова внимание към всеки детайл, че наистина те карат да се чувстваш специален гост. Закуската беше другото голямо достойнство – винаги прясна, вкусна и с богато разнообразие от качествени продукти, идеално начало за всеки нов ден в Афитос. Страхотна локация, страхотна атмосфера и обслужване. Препоръчваме го с две ръце и бихме се върнали отново!

Tesisin özel ücretsiz otoparkı yoktu,sokakta ücretsiz otopark olduğunu ilettiler ve ücretsiz otoparkta da yer bulamadık .açıkçası ücretsiz otopark olduğu için tercih ettik ama otopark sorunu yaşadık.plaja 450 mt diye yazılmış ama plaj baya bir uzaktı ve plaja ulaşmak için baya yokuş aşağı inip çıkmak gerekti bu da çocuklu bir aile olarak oldukça yorucuydu.

It was an amazing experience, unfortunately we only booked 1 night on the way home but it was a pleasant surprise and we wished to found it earlier and stay extra. Very spacious and clean room, perfect breakfast and nice hospitality, it a cosy and warm boutique hotel and the view from our room amazing, definitely worth to come back 🤍

Amazing stay in Afitos, directly in the center where all shops and restaurants are, but still super quiet and peaceful, due to a little path away from the street. The room was very clean and super nice with wooden ceilings, big shower and a comfortable bed with a real blanket (not just the sheets). The hosts were outstandingly friendly and there with tips and solutions to our schedule. The breakfast was small but very good. Can definitely recommend!

Στο χολ (τουλάχιστον του πρώτου ορόφου όπου μέναμε) υπήρχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά, δίπλα στη σκάλα. Το ίδιο και στο ασανσέρ. Δεν είμαι σίγουρη τι ήταν, αλλά ήταν εκεί και τις τρεις μέρες της διαμονής μας.

Das kleine, familiengeführte Hotel liegt zentral und ist trotzdem wunderbar ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Sowohl die Gastgeber als auch das Personal sind sehr sympathisch und besonders hilfsbereit. Strand, Geschäfte, Bäckerei und Restaurants befinden sich alle in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Und das Meer ist einfach ein Traum!!!!

Location is great. Beds are very comfortable and room is so clean. It is v/m place. Great breakfast. I highly recommend it. They even lend us an umbrella from the hotel.

Fantastiska ägare som gör precis allt för sina gäster. Underbar frukost, fin liten pool och lugn avslappnad stämning. Fint modernt rum. Allmän parkering nära där vi alltid hittade plats. Man kan köra hela vägen fram till hotellet för att lämna bagage.

Som på många ställen i Grekland är det en backe till havet. Byn är lite väl liten för just vår smak. Men allt man behöver finns kort bilväg bort.

A wonderful place to stay! We loved everything – the excellent location, spotless cleanliness, comfortable rooms, the pool and delicious breakfast. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel truly at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose IADES Suites again. Great place that felt like home in the middle of Afytos. Iades Suites was surpringly kids friendly and we really enjoyed our 5-day stay and are planning to come back in the next years.

Расположен в центре города, но очень тихо! Милый уютный отель, современные красивые номера, завтрак скромный, но всё очень вкусно! Детский уголок понравился нашей дочери.

Территория очень маленькая и когда все посетители были у бассейна было не очень комфортно. Парковка далеко от отеля и с чемоданами и маленьким ребенком было не очень удобно ходить до машины, но это было в описании, так что мы были готовы к этому.

This is our second year staying at this hotel, and once again it has been a wonderful experience. The owners are truly lovely people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything is perfect: the location, the cleanliness, and the delicious breakfast served every morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Kleines Hotel mit 12 Zimmern. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Junior Suite mit getrenntem Schlafzimmer. Schönes Badezimmer. Schöne Terrasse mit Poolblick. Alle unteren Zimmer haben direkt Zugang zum Pool. Ideal mit Kindern. Die beiden Inhaber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir durften uns für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt einen Sonnenschirm ausleihen. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass andere Gäste sich sogar eine Kühlbox ausleihen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage zum Zentrum mit etlichen Tavernen ist super.

A lovely small hotel run by a couple who make you feel at home from the start. The room was clean and comfortable with a pool view. Breakfast was simple but well put together, eggs, fresh fruit, honey, and felt like a proper start to the day. We visited in June and parking was easy, always something within a 5 minute walk, though it is a village so high season might be busier. The whole stay had a personal feel that larger hotels rarely manage.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of delicious options. The overall atmosphere was so relaxing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be coming back!

מלון קטן ומקסים. מיקום מעולה ממש במרכז. שקט. חדר גדול ורחב, מיטה נוחה, ספה, מרפסת. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה! יש הכל(ביצים, ירקות, גבינות, יוגורט, מאפים יוונים טעימים) המארחים מקסימים ונדיבים ניתן לקחת שמשיה, כסאות ומגבות לים. ניתן להשכיר אופניים. בריכה קטנה וחמודה עם מיטות שיזוף. חניה ציבורית חופשית במרחק הליכה קצר. העיירה נהדרת. תוססת בערב. מלא מסעדות מצויינות. קרוב לים מומלץ!

קצת היה קשה למצוא את המקום. חפשו שביל שנכנס בין הבתים מיד לאחר גן הילדים.

It felt intimate but not overwhelming. The rooms were comfortable, modern and contemporary. The pool area was great, very clean and well maintained with great poolside furniture that functioned beautifully. The couple that ran it were very in-tune to the needs of the guests and were forthcoming with offers of help, recommendations and anything that could be done to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, the perfect hosts! They accommodated our needs intuitively. All the staff were professional and conversational. Breakfast was small but perfectly formed and comprised of coffee and fresh orange juice (teas available too) scrambled, fried and boiled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, cucumber, toms and peppers (best, tastiest toms ever of course), ham, cheese, croissants, pretzels, nutella, delicious fresh white and brown bread (best bread we had anywhere) mixture of spinach pie, feta pie, custard pie, french toast / eggy bread, greek yogurt, variety of cereals, dried fruits, greek honey, nuts. The rooms were cleaned well, each day. Great AC. Can’t recommend this place again, was an absolute delight and thank you to all the staff at IADES.

Great boutique hotel in a perfect location. Steps away from the very center of the small village. It's really just a 12-minute (max!) walk to the beach. The pool was so nice to relax next and never over-crowded, it seems like June is a great time to go! The rooms were clean and modern, and breakfast was nice. The hosts/owners seem very invested and are attentive to help!

Super schönes und kleines, persönliches Hotel…perfekte Lage…man braucht kein Auto um Strand, Altstadt mit schönen Restaurant‘s zu besuchen. So herzliche, tolle Inhaber…haben uns von der ersten Minute wie Zuhause gefühlt!!!

I can say best place in Afitos

La stanza vista piscina era davvero spaziosa, confortevole e arredata con gusto. Bagno moderno e comodo, tutto molto pulito. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Colazione buona, con qualche scelta sia dolce sia salata. Peccato per il caffé nel thermos, per quello espresso fatto al bar viene richiesto un pagamento extra. Lo spazio esterno per la colazione è gradevole. La struttura si trova in un'area molto tranquilla. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e non abbiamo usufruito della piscina e dei lettini per un po' di relax, ma sembrava tutto molto bello e pulito. Se dovessi tornare in quella zona, probabilmente sceglierei ancora di soggiornare qui.

Abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trovare la struttura il giorno dell'arrivo. E' in una stradina secondaria e non ci sono cartelli che possano indirizzare lì. Ad ogni modo, ho chiamato la struttura e ci sono venuti incontro sulla strada. Il parcheggio pubblico è a circa 200 mt e, per arrivare alla struttura, c'é una stradina in discesa (che nel percorso contrario è un po' "sfidante", in salita, per trasportare bagagli voluminosi, ma per fortuna non era il nostro caso. Il parcheggio era sempre piuttosto pieno (fine maggio), non oso pensare ad agosto cosa potrebbe essere!

Die Iades-Suites liegen mitten im Dorf in absolut ruhiger Lage. Die Anlage ist Top-gepflegt, die Zimmer sind praktisch und schön eigerichtet, der Balkon zum Pool wunderbar zum relaxen. Room-Service täglich, jeden zweiten Tag Handtuch/Wäschewechsel. Morgens gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Alexandra und Mike, die Hotel-Besitzer, sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Atmosphäre!

Die Restaurants in Afythos sind - mit wenigen Ausnahmen - zu teuer und deutlich schlechter als die Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Μας άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία, το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο!! Το προσωπικό πρόσχαρο και εξυπηρετικό και το πρωινό πολύ καλό!!!

Excellent location and facilities. Breakfast was great and the staff was always helpful.

The parking lot is a bit far for luggage carrying. I suggest unloading/loading luggage on the street and then parking.

The communication before arrival was a bit challenging. Our room smellt like cigarettes the first night, but fortunately it went away in a few days. Its a nice hotel when there are just adults, but since the pool area is small it will get very crowded if there are families with children.

Die Treppe in der Maisonette-Suite ist eine echte Herausforderung. Das Glasgeländer oben ist schon sehr niedrig!

The suites are in a small street (not noisy) but right in the center of this beautiful town. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. The room we had was really spacious with the bed on a gallery a stair up.

Everything was fine for us, we had a room on the first floor so that we were not directly in front of the pool.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Ausblick vom Balkon und tollem Pool. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, da es nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt war es auch sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, die uns noch tolle Tipps gegeben haben. Sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück war sehr lecker, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles super, allerdings kein Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, wir konnten das Auto aber ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt auf einem kostenlosen, öffentlichen Parkplatz parken. Hat uns nicht weiter gestört.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit Pool direkt am Rand der Altstadt. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, schönes großes Zimmer. Balkon mit toller Aussicht.

Sehr persönlich, liebe- und geschmackvoll gestaltetes kleines Hotel zentral in der netten Stadt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung recht neu und funktional. Ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Freundliche und persönlicher Service mit sehr guten Empfehlungen für Restaurants auf der Halbinsel.

Es gab nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat. Etwas gestört hat der Zigarettenqualm am Pool und vom Nachbarbalkon, aber das liegt natürlich nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels sondern der Gäste.

It is a very nice hotel at an excellent location. The breakfast was good, we needed to leave the last morning at 7AM to catch our flight, we received a breakfast box to go! The staff was friendly and the property is very well maintained.

At some times there was a bit of a smell in the room. After airing the room it was ok again.

Hele fijne kleinschalige accommodatie. Alles was heel schoon en de eigenaren zijn super gastvrij. We konden eerder op onze kamer en kregen zelfs een parasol te leen om mee naar het strand te nemen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Heerlijke plek!

Kleines, in erstklassiger Lage gelegenes Boutique-Hotel. Großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, sehr gepflegt. Schöner Poolbereich! Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles für den Start in den Tag. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp mit Wohlfühlgarantie!

Excellent stay, liked that the accomodation wasn't far from the town centre, a lot of restaurants around, the breakfast was delicious and room clean and nice. Recommend!
