Nei dettagli poco curato esteticamente ma aveva cmq tutto il necessario per pernottare e eventualmente cucinare

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026A belváros közepén, 5 perc sétára a buszmegállók, boltok, kikötő, strandok. Szuper elhelyezkedés. Bár kicsi, de a célnak megfelelő szállás, ár érték arányban tökéletes. Rendszeresen takarítottak és cserélték a textileket az ott tartózkodás alatt.

В номере меня устроило все, кроме матраса на одной из постелей)). На кухне ни в чем более я не нуждалась. До пляжа реально 5 минут неспешным шагом. Спасибо за великолепный отдых. А про красивый сад и балкончик вообще❤️

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Удобно студио с възможност за паркиране и с отлично местоположение - на спокойна уличка, но в близост до ресторанти и барове, в близост до кафенета и пекарни. Студиото е чисто с всичко необходимо за седмичен престой. Почиства се всеки ден и се сменят кърпите. Безпроблемно настаняване и лесно освобождаване на стаята. Любезен домакин- много приветлив и позитивен.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Було чисто та комфортно. Маленька кухня із усім необхідним є, але ми нею не користувалися. Є кондиціонер та москітна сітка при виході на терасу. Також був спеціальний засіб від комарів. Що важливо - ви можете взяти в них безкоштовно рушники та парасольки на пляж! Як плюсом так і мінусом є розташування.
Оскільки готель розташований в самому центрі, то вночі було досить шумно. Під боком центральна вулиця із великою кількістю барів та ресторанів і там голосно грала музика, яку було чути нам в номер і аж ближче до другої години ночі ставало тихо.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Roseberry Studio exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was kept spotless thanks to the regular housekeeping service, with fresh towels and bed linen provided throughout our stay. We had a couple of minor issues with the Wi-Fi and TV, but they didn’t affect our holiday at all as we had our own mobile data, and we certainly didn’t come to Rhodes to watch television. The location is fantastic: close enough to the lively center of Faliraki to enjoy all the restaurants, bars, and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet area that guarantees a peaceful night’s sleep. It’s also conveniently close to supermarkets and bus stops, making it easy to explore the surrounding beaches and attractions. A special thank you to Dimitri, who was an outstanding host friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year. Highly recommended!

Gastgeber unfreundlich. Nachdem ich mich irrtümlich 2x aus Appartement ausgeschlossen hatte und seine Hilfe beanspruchen musste, hat er mir gegenüber einen sehr unhöflichen und unangemessenen Kommunikationsstil verwendet.

Purtroppo la stanza era poco pulita e la zona cucinino era molto sporca. La piastra era tutta impolverata e dentro gli stipetti e sopra le mensole c'era polvere. La spugna dei piatti era usurata. L'armadio è molto vecchio ed emana cattivo odore. Gli asciugami in dotazione sono vecchi e ormai diventati duri. La doccia è priva di tendina e l'acqua fuoriesce allagando tutto il bagno. Anche il phon era impolverato. La tenda del balcone è leggera e la mattina entra luce. Non ci sono serrande quindi sarebbe meglio mettere delle tende più coprenti. Non forniscono né bagnoschiuma né shampoo. Abbiamo trovato anche dei moscerini morti spiaccicati nelle pareti. Avevo prenotato una stanza con letto matrimoniale e mi è stata data un stanza con due lettini singoli molto datata.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Really nice area in Faliraki, not too loud considering it was only a few minutes walk to one of the main bar streets. The mattress was comfortable, and the balcony was very nice. The pillows were quite thin and didn’t give much support, however I had 4 in my room so this countered this as you can just double / triple up on them.

Wir hätten noch 5 Minuten vor den Check-it und der Herr, hat die Tür so geklopft und geschrien, dass die Uhrzeit schon vorbei wäre, wir sind aber Pünktlich los gegangen.
