Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Imamo jako lepe utiske o smeštaju, sve je novo i čisto, osoblje je ljubazno i pristupačno, sobe se čiste svaki dan, a ukoliko ne želite čišćenje svakog dana onda pozivate samostalno kada želite. Naš boravak je bio sa doručkom koji je bio vrlo korektan, ima i slanog i slatkog, a u sklopu cene smo imali i obezbeđen parking. Lokacija je odlična, nema buke, blizu je glavnog šetališta i plaže, stiže se za par minuta hoda, restorani iz glavne ulice su fantastični. Na dva minuta hoda je i market koji radi 24/7.
U toaletu je mali prozor i nema ventilacije pa ume da bude zagušljivo nakon tuširanja. U sobi fali još malo dodatnog prostora za odlaganje stvari.

Micul dejun identic în fiecare zi și nu foarte diversificat, cafeaua un singur fel, simpla la filtru.Daca voiai altceva era contra cost.Geamul de la baie destul de micuț, se aerisea cam greu.

Lenjeria paturilor nu s-a înlocuit 5 nopți, curățenia se face binișor însă mai au de lucru la acest capitol, de asemenea dacă dimineața camera nu este disponibilă pentru curățenie aceasta nu se mai efectuează în ziua respectivă. Per general ok, dar la curățenie se mai pot îmbunătăți multe.

Spremačice ne obavljaju svoj posao temeljito pa smo morali tražiti dodatno čišćenje kupaonice. Tuš kabina je izvedena na način da se cijela kupaonica poprska. Doručak je prilično bazičan i poslužuje se u vanjskom baru pa sva hrana stoji na suncu 2 sata. Prilično visoka cijena za sadržaj koji se nudi.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Pokoje ładne, wyremontowane, z klimatyzacją i balkonem. Duże komfortowe łóżko. Łazienka też wyremontowana czysta i zadbana. Codziennie sprzątane, wszystkie ręczniki wymieniane na nowe, śmieci powyrzucane. Basen wystarczający, zawsze znajdzie się wolne miejsce na leżaku. Obok basenu bar, można zamówić coś do picia czy jedzenia, obsługa przynosi do stolika przy leżaku. Na śniadanie codziennie to samo, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie na słono jak i na słodko. Obsługa donosi na bieżąco tak aby starczyło dla każdego. Wieczorami można obejrzeć transmitowane mecze przy barze.
Minusem było jedynie to, że basen jest czynny do godziny 20. Szkoda bo wieczory są tak ciepłe że można by było jeszcze popływać.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Tesisin konumu mükemmel. Bir arka sokağında hayat var, otelin konumu ise sakin, ne ses ne gürültü var dinlenmek için mükemmel, bir sokak arkası da eğlenmek için çok iyi.
Duşların cam blokları kısa olduğundan su sürekli dışarı taşıyordu. Başka da kötü bir deneyimimiz olmadı ama bu durum da çok önemli değildi.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026It was the 3th time when I came to this property, and I was never so dissatisfied and disappointed. My advise is to avoid this, from someone who was there 3 times… I wanted to came in September too, but after this experience, I wouldn’t came even for FREE!!
Superior Rooms are trash, very hot, smelly, dirty, even the walls. There were some poor kittens without eyes because they were infected and the eyes just “melted” and NOBODY CARED! Me and my gf tried to give them medication daily, but probably they will just die because nobody CARES! This vacation made us hate Greek people and they ignorance for the poor souls.

They also provide private parking which is first come first serve, but there's usually space for everyone. The property is generally clean and well maintained, pool and the surroundings aswell. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day, sometimes not as thoroughly but it's still okay.
Breakfast was nice but it gets boring really quick. Could use some variety as it always comes down to egg and bacon.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Baren och utformningen runt poolen , många lediga solstolarna och det var fräscha pool toaletter . Uteduschen var bra , rummen var helt ok på övre plan. Toan var lite skranglig .balkongen låg i skugga och var stora .
Väldigt svårt att ta sig i och framförallt ur poolen. Skulle behövas någon handtag för stöd upp och ner.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025The rooms were clean and with very new, modern furniture. There is a parking on site which is great. The breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but completely fine. The pool was great and there are Sun-beds next to it, so if the weather is not nice for the beach, you can chill there. The receptionist was nice and helpful, she recommended a good beach bars and restaurants in the area. The location is good, you can walk everywhere in the place.

Foto non corrispondenti, ci hanno dato una camera completamente e diversa dalle foto nel sito. Bagno piccolo e sporco con odore di Fogna proveniente dal bagno. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera ma ci e' stato detto che non era possibile.

Camera rezervata a fost total diferita fata de cea care ni s-a oferit. De la mobilierul vechi, îngălbenit si putred, la ușile care nu se închideau etanș. Baia din anii 1990 cu baterii care abia se puteau folosi, toaleta murdara, totul fiind completat de un miros extrem de neplăcut și un aer foarte închis și sufocant. Micul dejun a fost sărăcăcios iar cafeaua o gluma proasta. În 10 ani de când îmi petrec concediul în Grecia, nu am avut parte de o astfel de experienta neplăcută.😔 Nu recomand. Preț mare în raport cu condițiile oferite, iar pozele nu au reflectat deloc realitatea.

Ζητήσαμε early check in το οποίο και έγινε δεκτό από τους ιδιοκτήτες χωρίς χρέωση. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιό .Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό.

Lokacija je odlična – mirna ulica, a opet jako blizu centra Haniotija i plaže (5–7 minuta lagane šetnje). Idealno za one koji žele mir, ali i da su blizu svega. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i uvijek dostupno za pomoć. Čistoća je na visokom nivou – apartman se redovno čistio, mijenjali su peškire. Doručak je bio dobar, pretežno više slatkih jela. Parking mjesto smo imali odmah ispred apartmana, što je veliki plus.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2025Nikiforos Village è una bellissima struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio! Le camere sono spaziose e ben organizzate, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. La pulizia è impeccabile sia nelle stanze che nelle aree comuni. La posizione è il vero punto di forza: vicinissima alla spiaggia (letteralmente a due passi!) e al centro vivace di Hanioti, dove la sera si possono fare incantevoli passeggiate tra negozietti, bar e l’atmosfera tipica della Penisola Calcidica. Consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comodità, relax e la possibilità di immergersi nella vita del paese senza dover prendere l’auto!

The rooms look nothing like the pictures, even though the rating on Booking is quite high. The room felt dirty and unpleasant, with only one bedside table – I had to bring a chair from the balcony to use as a second one. The furniture was very old, and the bathroom had an extremely small shower cabin, like something from the early 1900s. Luckily, I only stayed for two nights; spending a whole week there would have been depressing. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

Micul-dejun NU a fost deloc variat, au fost aceleași preparate în fiecare zi (1 sau 2 tipuri de brânză, un singur fel de șuncă). Nici apa nu era foarte bună (avea un gust ciudat). Dacă doreai cappucino trebuia să plătești extra.
