Anastasia Studios Hanioti

This is one of the best places I have stayed in Greece! The location is great, in the centre of the village, but in a quiet area that closes to traffic from 7 pm until morning, so no cars to disturb sleep. The garden is green; there are trees creating shade, making it such a beautiful setting to relax. The host is the cherry on top of the cake! Konstantinos greeted us and gave us recommendations for restaurants, where to get drinks, beaches, and hidden gems of the peninsula! His recommendations made our vacation the best one we ever had! Cleaning was done every day, and fresh towels were provided each day.

Not a dislike, just a note to people with back problems. People who don't have those kinds of problems, like my partner, found the bed comfortable. For me, and I do have serious back problems, it was hard, but that is a deal for me in every accommodation, and I always carry a bed topper with me when I travel.

The host was very kind and eager to help with whatever we needed, the room was cleaned on a daily basis and the place was located near the beach and central Hanioti. 100 percent would stay here again!

Yazılacak çok şey var ama sanırım ilk önce ev sahibinden bahsetmek doğru bir başlangıç olacak. İnsan olarak, karakter ve yardımseverlik olarak mükemmel biri. Konaklama haricinde arabayla ilgili küçük bir talihsizlik yaşadık ve dakikalar içinde yardıma geldi, problemi hallettik, kendisine bu konuda minnettarım. Hoş bir bahçe içerisinde şirin küçük bir binadaki apartlardan oluşuyor. Apartın önünde ev sahibiyle buluştuk ve çok sıcakkanlı bir şekilde bizi karşıladı, valizlerin taşınmasına dahi yardım etti. Evle ilgili kısa bir bilgi verdikten sonra gitti. Kartlı oda anahtarı kullanılıyor. Otopark olarak kullanılan bahçe gibi bir alan var, çok rahat ettik bu konuda. Evin konumu mükemmel. Ev her gün temizleniyor. Biz zemin katta kaldık ancak biraz karanlıkta kaldığı için bir dahaki sefere muhtemelen diğer katları tercih ederim. Yine de verandası çok güzeldi, iyi vakit geçirdik. Marketinden fırınına, restoranından kafelerine kadar her yer kısa yürüme mesafesinde. Haniotinin merkezi ise kaldığımız apartın hemen alt sokağı. Çok sayıda plaj var etrafta, tercih tamamen sizin. Hanioti plajı evden yürüyerek 5 dakika bile sürmüyor. Güzel ve sığ bir plaj ama kalabalık. Erken gitmekte fayda var. Arabayla yaklaşık 16 dakikada ulaşabileceğiniz Xenia plajı ise tam anlamıyla harikaydı. En çok keyif aldığımız plajlardan biri oldu. Yumuşacık altın sarısı kumu, tertemiz denizi, sığ olması ve yavaşça derinleşmesi tercih sebebimizdi. Çocuklu ailelerin düşünmeden ilk tercihi olabilir. Otopark sorunu yok, geniş toprak alanlara park edebilirsiniz. En çok hoşumuza giden tarafıysa tüm plajların halka açık olması. İşletmenin şezlong koyduğu yerlerde bile kendinize uygun bir yer bulup havlunuzu atabilirsiniz. Afytos görülmesi gereken güzellikte bir yer ve yaklaşık 25 dakikalık mesafede. Tekrar yaşamak isteyeceğimiz bir deneyimdi

We had a wonderful stay! The owner and staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. The owner went above and beyond to help us and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, and the balcony was absolutely wonderful, offering a perfect place to relax. The street itself was very charming and added to the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town center and many great restaurants. Free and secure parking was also available, which was a big plus. Highly recommended! We definitely will stay again next time

Vrlo uredno mesto sa intimnom atmosferom.Domaćin je pravi prijatelj koji nam je izašao u susret u određenoj situaciji.

The apartment is very nice, perfectly cleaned room and convenient bed, everything what you need is here. The location of this place is ideal, 2 minutes walk or even less from the center, tasty cafes nearby, and the same time apartment is situated on the quiet street, so you could enjoy the benefits of living close to the center without lots of noize. The walk to central beach takes around 6 minutes, we loved the sea, the beach was also good, crowded, but still you could find the place for your umbrella or rent a sunbed. I love the sea, small pebbles are just at the beginning and then the sand starts, the bottom is clear and you can see a lot of fish. Despite the beach being crowded, in the water you don't feel it is because of the big territory and place for swimming is enough for everybody The terrace was cosy, so we enjoyed breakfast there. Huge thanks to Conthantinos, the owner of the apartment, he is very kind, helpful and supportive. We have nice talks, thank you for your help with luggage and taking care of our staying.

Domaćin preljubazan, apartman veoma čist, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju svaki dan, kao i čišćenje celog apartmana. Sve pohvale, preporučio bih ovaj apartman!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, but the real highlight was the special terrace. It was such a lovely place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the beautiful surroundings. The terrace really made our stay feel extra special. Lastnik nas je pričakal z izjemno energijo! Apartman je v lepi senčni legi skozi cel dan, zastonj privatno parkiranje pod senco katera omogoča mobilnost po celem polotoku! Zelo blizu centra in plaže!

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It smelled wonderful, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect - not even a minute from the center, just 4 minutes from the beach, and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owner is super friendly and helped us with everything. Even though we only stayed for one night, we were treated as if we were staying much longer. Lastly, there is private, secure parking for your car, which is fully protected from the sun thanks to the covered shade. The parking is about 100 meters from the apartment, and it's spacious and easy to park in. We will definitely come back!

Vlasnik apartmana je toliko gostoljubiv, prijatan i divan čovek kao da mi je rod rođeni. Neverovatno dobra osoba. U apartmanu je sve novo ili održavano kao da je novo. Čisto perfentno. Rum servis svakodnevno menja posteljinu, peškire i čisti apartman. Nema dalje. Kreveti jako udobni sa duplim jastucima. Terasa prostrana i u hladovini. Sve u svemu čista desetka.

Радушие владельца ! Отличная локация места проживания. Все в шаговой доступности: море, таверны, ресторанчики, супермаркеты...Жизнь бурлила где- то рядом, а на нашей маленькой улочке было тихо и спокойно! Апартамент - уютный, ухоженный. Оптимальные удобства- на высоте! Наше любимое место пребывания было на террасе, увитой зеленью. Мы очень благодарны хозяину за те мгновения отдыха и внимания к нам, которые ощутили!

Studioul se afla la 3 minute de mers pe jos de taverne si la 5 minute de plaja. Cazarea este curata si se schimba prosoapele in fiecare zi. Cel mai mult ne a impresionat gazda,Konstantinos, care a fost foarte atent la detalii si grijuliu, sa nu ne lipseasca nimic. A fost o gazda exceptionala si ii multumim pentru recomandarile de restaurante si plaje.🤩 Recomand,cu caldura!

Het is een super fijne accommodatie op een toplocatie vlakbij het centrum van het leuke dorpje Hanioti. We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en hij was erg behulpzaam. Het appartement was erg ruim en had een fijn balkon waar je lekker kon zitten. Er is ook een privé parkeerplaats op 2 minuutjes lopen vanaf het appartement. Alles was top geregeld!

The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and with a beautiful teracce and garden. We liked being in the center and close to the beach, yet in peace and greenery. The owner is very kind and helpfull. We will definitely visit again.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχη. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και φιλικός πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Πραγματικά ενδιαφέρεται για τους επισκέπτες του, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, with a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was comfortable and organized, which made the stay in Chaniotis really enjoyable.

The host was the best, sooo friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend you book here because apart from the host being an absolute gem, the apartments are beautiful, clean and the location is only 5min from the beach and 5min from the center. Plus, they have an included cleaning service that keep your room spotless throughout your stay. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

Ntinos is perfect host. He made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The place is very close to the main street, but on very quiet place. It has own parking 100 meters away which is great advantage. We are looking forward to be there again next summer.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect - near the centre and the beach, and the bus stop, but it was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, lovely balcony. We stayed 2 weeks and we loved the place and the surroundings.

Alles war perfekt. Sehr gute Lage, Strand in der nähe, Stadt in der nähe. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Studio war sehr sauber. Jeden Tag haben die Putzfrauen Zimmer geputzt und jeden Tag haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wir wieder. 🙂☀️

Very clean and great location. Even if it’s quite close to the center is not that noisy. The parking is safe and close to the apartment. The host is very welcoming and full of hospitality! :) We loved it here, and for sure we will come back someday!😊

We were very close to the center, and yet it was quiet. There is also a private parking, which made it easy to not think about parking in the city where it is full to the top with cars. Therer are also coffee shops + breakfasts that work from 06:00 am, so that has you covered. Really close from the parking to the main driving street to go out of the city to the near beaches outside of Chanioti

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Zemin kat olmasına rağmen balkonu ile cok güzeldi. Bizi karşılayan Konstantin cok ilgili ve her ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hemen yardımcı oluverdi. Cok hareketli ve her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayabilecek bir konumda.

Mutfak kismi biraz küçük ve eşyalar kısmen yetersiz. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz malzemeleri de Konstantin Bey kısa sürede karşıladı.

We spent a week in Anastasia Studios and couldn’t have been more pleased. The space was spotlessly clean, with a cozy balcony and comfortable bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Location is unbeatable: you’re steps away from shops, cafes, and the beach, yet the apartment itself remains wonderfully quiet. We also valued having private, secured parking just few steps from the property. Konstantinos went above and beyond as a host. He greeted us warmly on arrival, offered great local tips, and was always available if we had questions. Overall, this apartment strikes the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Apartamentul este foarte dragut. Are clima in ambele camere. O terasa spatioasa unde poti lua micul dejun sau petrece timp seara cu familia. Foarte curat. Are de toate in el. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa, cand am plecat ne-a oferit si un cadou. Locatia apartamentului este de vis. Esti la 1 minut de centru si in aceeași timp este foarte linistita zona. Am reveni oricand in aceasta locație.

Totul a fost perfect.

Çarşıya ve sahile çok yakın, kendine ait otoparkı var. Çok da cana yakın bir işletmecisi var. Temiz, güzel internet, YouTube vs olan TV. Gayet memnun kaldık.

The place is really quiet compared to the center, at evening the alleys get closed so no cars can get in - help a lot with sleeping. The host was really nice, available and we had a really nice stay ( gave us a bottle of wine as a parting gift which was really nice)

Location of the studio was perfect for the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It had a lovely outside garden and our balcony always stayed cool and private. Our host, Konstantinos, was there to greet us, helped us throughout the stay with anything we needed and even surprised us with a local bottle of wine one day!

The location was perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurant but not right in the middle of them so it was quiet in the evenings. The room was spacious and cleaned daily (if desired). The private parking was also great, especially during the weekend when it was most crowded.

Alex o gazdă super prietenoasă, ne a ajutat cu bagajele, am avut loc de parcare( gratuit) asigurat ceea ce este un plus pentru străduțele din Grecia. Curățenie, liniștite în zona în care se afla locația ținând cont ca la 2 minute de locație sunt taverne și centrul turistic Hanioti. Ai tot ce îți dorești la locație pentru a prepara un mic de jun. O sa revenim. Am fost 2 adulți cu un copil si ne am descurcat de minune. Ce nu mi a plăcut dar nu a fost chiar asa deranjat, salteaua patului puțin cam inconfortabila din punctul meu de vedere, în rest nota 10.

Studio was cozy and very clean! Situated on a quiet street, in the same time close to the center of the city, restaurants and cafe's. Beach is on 5 minute distance from the building. There are threes around the building, very nice garden, we had wide terrace. Host is extremely polite, he helped us with the luggage, answering immediately to all questions that we had. Next to the building there are parking slots under the shadow. We really had wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The big terrace was a dream – ideal for morning coffee, evening dinners, or just relaxing any time of day. The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of Chanioti, just steps away from restaurants, shops, the beach, and everything else you'd want nearby, yet still peaceful and quiet. But the true highlight of our stay was the host, Dino. He is simply incredible – warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. It's rare to meet someone who cares so much about his guests. We have a very lovely stay at this apartment. The host was very nice and friendly, they greeted us as friends and me and my family loved everything about the apartment. It was clean, well equiped, had parking and everything. Very close to the center, but in a more quiet area of Chaniotis. Keep up the good work, we would definitely choose you again if we come back to Chaniotis!

The place is in a very good location and our host Konstantinos was amazing. He waited for us the evening until late to accommodate us, and also greeted us with a breakfast in the morning. He also recommended us places to eat and was helpful in every aspect. He's a wonderful friendly person. The unit we rented was very clean and towels was changed every day. We liked the appartment a lot, with a huge terrace to spend the evenings there. The beds was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Konstantinos and his apparents and will return back there again
