El hotel está en una ubicación bastante buena, la habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario, además tuvimos mucha suerte porque la nuestra estaba justo al frente de la piscina. Tanto la playa como old Town están a unos 15 minutos andando. El personal es muy amable, nos atendió Marina.

The property was spacious

The lady at reception had an awful attitude and was just rude, not sure what her problem was but she just wasn’t a kind person. However, the next day there was a guy at the reception whom seemed lovely . There was a massive cockroach in the kitchen… FYI - pool towel costs €2 a day and €15 deposit.. Location isn’t great. Not very accessible to the beach or main town.

The accommodation seems very worn out and a bit dull. It's on a busy road, so quite a lot of traffic noise. The apartment had no air conditioning, or even a fan .

The apartment was a great size, plenty space and storage with a big balcony. The location was perfect, 15 min walk to the old town and the strip, grocery store less than a 2 minute walk away and a full shopping center across the road Our room was ready very early too which was a plus

There’s no air con in the rooms, beds weren’t comfortable and it was quite noisy as it was next to a main road

Duplex apartment had lots of space, the pool area was great and the staff their fantastic. Location is midway between old and new town. 4 euros in an uber from either.

There was some road noise which we expected from previous reviews and as it is located near the main road. No lift to upper floors, but again we knew that.

No elevator and no aircondition.Really no air in the appartment when warm weather outside. The bathroom tile was full of mold,and the toilet was really stinky ,so I have to buy toilet cleaner. We did not get tv remote ,we indicated on the front desk at first day ,but we did not get it ever. No dish dripper,no sink sponge,no paper towel,no dishwasher gel. The complexum is very noisy ,specially at morning 3-4 o’clock- and you can not to do nothing because no reception at night.

Some lights didn't turn on , some would turn on then wouldn't turn on . The noise . You could hear everything. From the roads hallways to in there own roads . Then to top it off someone shat in the pool when families were trying to go in the pool

Funcionários, a Sra. da recepção que nos recebeu e o funcionário do bar da piscina foram espetaculares, gostei muito.

Limpeza. O primeiro dia da estadia andei descalça e os meus pés ficaram completamente escuros, a partir daí reticente quanto a higiene do quarto. O tapete da sala era mais preto do que a própria cor. E a toalha da casa de banho, apesar de lavada tinha manchas que não se devia apresentar aos hóspedes. Foi solicitado o check out tardio, pelas 12:00, o qual foi concebido e as 10:00 tínhamos um funcionário a bater-nos à porta dizendo que já passava 10min da hora da limpeza do quarto.

O apartamento é cómodo. Os funcionários simpáticos.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Pool war angenehm. Zur Straße ist es recht laut .

Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattung war mehr als dürftig. Trotz der Nachtruhe in der Hausordnung, war es öfters bis Mitternacht recht laut. Da wäre eine anwesende oder ansprechbare Rezeption sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Good location, nice choice of restaurants and shops around.

The apartmenr we stayed is not safe, the mechanism in the window in the the only bedroom did not lock and the entrance door would only shut properly with the key on. Without it sometimes would close and sometimes not.The pool is not well kept, needs some repairing. One of the stairs to get inside the pool was out of order and that damaged one was located on the deeper side of the pool. When we arrived at the apartment, the toilet brush bucket was very dirty and still had dirty water in it. It should have been emptied and cleaned before the house was made available to guests. Please make sure this is taken care of before the next guests arrive. I didnt want to see poo on the broom. Translation to portuguese:O apartamento onde ficámos não é seguro. O mecanismo da janela do único quarto não trancava, e a porta de entrada só fechava corretamente quando a chave estava na fechadura. Sem a chave, às vezes fechava e outras vezes não. A piscina não está bem conservada e precisa de alguns reparos. Uma das escadas para entrar na piscina estava fora de serviço, e essa escada danificada da piscina estava localizado na parte mais funda da piscina. Quando chegámos ao apartamento, o balde do piaçaba estava muito sujo e ainda tinha água suja de fezes dentro. Deveria ter sido esvaziado e limpo antes de o apartamento ser disponibilizado aos hóspedes. Por favor, certifiquem-se de que isto é tratado antes da chegada dos próximos hóspedes. Também não esperava encontrar fezes no piaçaba.

A localização e o facto de ser apartamento, o que possibilita realizar as refeições no mesmo. Tinha duas varandas grandes.

Na primeira noite, obrigou nos a mudar de apartamento, ás 23 h, a mudar tudo e como disse a funcionária, “tínhamos 5 minutos para o fazer”, sendo que o erro foi do alojamento, que não tinha água quente no quarto e não verificou isso antes de fazermos o check in. Nessa noite, a senhora foi muito antipática connosco, nem teve em consideração o facto de a minha namorada estar grávida e parecia que ainda desconfiava de nós, pois obrigou nos a deixar a chave do primeiro quarto, logo após a mudança. Deixou nos sair mais tarde no dia do check out, cerca de duas horas, mas isso não compensou todo o transtorno do primeiro dia. Para além disso, o alojamento não teve qualquer limpeza durante os quatro dias da estadia, o que revela muita falta de higiene e apanhamos duas baratas no mesmo, o que é nojento e necessitava de uma boa desinfeção, que nunca aconteceu. A cozinha dispõem de poucos utensílios para cozinhar e para comer lá. Não tem exaustor, o que é insustentável com o cheiro que fica após cozinhar. Por fim, nem vieram pelo menos trocar as toalhas do quarto e o segundo quarto que nos deram não tinha nada haver com o primeiro, que foi o que reservamos, pois no segundo levamos com imenso barulho da estrada e ainda dos outros hóspedes, pois nessa entrada faziam imenso barulho todas as noites e ninguém fez nada quanto a isso, enquanto o primeiro quarto era da parte de trás, o que era melhor para descansar, ainda mais na situação em que a minha namorada se encontrava. Não iremos mesmo voltar a reservar neste local, pois não foi uma experiência nada agradável.

Die Betten waren sehr laut und haben gequietscht und die Handtücher wurden erst nach einigen Tagen gewechselt. Pool Handtücher gab’s die ganze Zeit über leider gar nicht.

The location! Waking up and having a swimming pool in what feels like your back garden is amazing. The location saved the quality of the property.

The TV. Come on smart Tv would have made this experience so much better after spending a day outside in Albufeira you want to come in turn the lights off and watch your favourite show. None of the TVs are new enough to watch Netflix.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, conveniently located with a supermarket over the road and the bars and restaurants nearby. The bar had a good selection of drinks and the pool was nice and clean. Bedrooms clean.

No hay servicio de limpieza y solicité en recepción unas sábanas limpias (me vino la regla y manché) y me dijeron que eso no era posible. No me dieron más explicación. Me voy a ahorrar enseñar fotos de cómo estaba la basura del baño, que no debieron limpiar de los anteriores huéspedes (compresas usadas abiertas) La habitación se llenó de hormigas y tuvimos que tirar toda la comida que habíamos comprado. Las puertas no cierran bien por lo que escuchas todo el rato quien entra y quien sale. No está nada bien aislado. Por las noches cuando la gente vuelve de fiesta se escucha todo y no descansas. El personal bastante poco comprensivo y desagradable.

Nada, alojamiento en un barrio donde se veía mucho inmigrante y algún q otro grupo de sin techo bebiendo. El alojamiento sucio y muebles viejos y en mal estado. Me parece un robo pagar 420€ por dos noche en un alojamiento que no debería pagarse ni 100€ la noche. Era agosto y está claro q se aprovechan. Las fotos de la web no hacen justicia con la realidad.

El barrio daba sensación de inseguridad. La zona de escaleras comunes llegamos y con bolsa de basura en la blanca baja y todo muy sucio de no hacerse pintado en años, paredes y escaleras q al entrar ya piensas donde me he metido… El alojamiento sucio, las rayas del suelo negras, al ducharte y dejar la toalla de los pies se quedaba negra de como estaba, más aún de lo q estaba supuestamente estando limpia porque las toallas estaban resobadas y olían raro. La cocina y muebles muy antiguos, amarillentos los electrodomésticos de los años q tienen. No apetecía cocinar y comer ahí. El estropajo y el trapo q te dejan para limpiar rehusado de varias estancias, el trapo incluso con algún agujero. No nos faltaron ganas de irnos de ahí. Al final estuvimos los día días fuera y solo acudimos a dormir, la cama no era incómoda. En resumen, salvo q os cobren 80 € la noche, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Pulita all’arrivo e la pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola è stato molto piacevole. Non è scontato essendo un appartamento. Comodissima come posizione e anche il parcheggio si trova facilmente. Noi siamo andati ad agosto. Le foto ti rispecchiano la realtà. Bello e comodo grazie ♥️

I’ve been going to Albuferia for 15 years though usually I stay in a friends villa .But this hotel was excellent very central great swimming pool area and staff very friendly ..I will definitely be back ..

Llevo años alojándome en hoteles y es la peor cama en la que he dormido con diferencia . El somier de la cama era un cajón de madera y el colchón parecía rescatado de un contenedor , en las dos camas el mismo problema (lo mismo para las almohadas )

Katastrophale Unterkunft! 1. Keine Klimaanlage - im August in Portugal - das ist nicht tragbar. Wir mussten uns einen Ventilator kaufen, der jedoch nur bedingt half. 2. Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Man spürt jede Federung. Wir haben abwechselnd auf der Couch geschlafen. 3. Reinigung & Handtuchwechsel?! Gab es nicht! Nach 2-maliger Aufforderung kam nach 4 Tagen eine schlecht gelaunte Reinigungskraft und hat die Handtücher gewechselt. 4. Kommunikation: Ein Hauskauf in Deutschland ist weniger Bürokratie. Ich bekam im Voraus zahlreiche Mails, Nachrichten auf Booking und sogar SMS bezüglich online einchecken, einchecken vor Ort, Kaution, Hinweise hier und da. So etwas kompliziertes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Es nervte unglaublich. 5. Poolanlage. War entspannt, bis eines Mittags um 14Uhr ein Arbeiter zwei Stunden lang den Rasen am Pool gemäht hat. Es war extrem laut und störend. Warum nicht abends? Wir sind dann zum Pool eines anderen Hotels und haben die Problematik geschildert. 6. Lage: direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße! Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert! Booking sollte die Anlage überprüfen, um festzustellen, ob sie weiterhin als Angebot tragbar ist. Nie wieder!

Unica nota positiva l’odore di pulizia appena entrati… ma era solo una parvenza alla luce delle scomodità dell’appartamento

Appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore, con i bagagli non è il massimo. Barboni e ubriachi nella zona limitrofa all’appartamento. Pulizia non eccelsa, la cosa più fastidiosa è stato il doccino nella vasca doccia che non si reggeva da solo e quindi potete immaginare la scomodità. Tendina della doccia che sapeva di sporco. Cucina mai utilizzata ma c’era poco o nulla da fidarsi su piatti e utensili. Orario di check-in fino alle 19 ma nella realtà dei fatti fino alle 18 visto che non ci ha accolto nessuno. In generale rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, allego foto.

El Horario de recepción, a partit de las 19:00 ya no había nadie para atenderte si tenías algun problemas u necesitabas algo no había nadie. Tambien a esa misma hora ya cerraban la piscina y no entiendo como había personas q estaban en la piscina a las 22:00 horas de la noche. A nosotros nos informaron de un unico acceso a la piscina, que es por la entrada de recepción, por lo que si hay otro acceso no nos lo comunicaron en ningún momento! El personal muy poco comunicativo, ni resolutivo. El ruido de las escaleras a altas horas de la madrugada de gritos, risas, golpes y portazos en las puertas de los demas clientes te despertaban y no podías volver a dormir.

Le personnel à l’accueil a été agréable et sympathique. L’extérieur du bâtiment présente également plutôt bien, avec des peintures propres et une piscine qui, au premier regard, donne une impression correcte. Malheureusement, ce sont à peu près les seuls points positifs que nous pouvons retenir. De l’extérieur, tout semble correct. Puis on ouvre la porte.

Je réserve des hébergements depuis près de 15 ans et je n’avais encore jamais ressenti le besoin de laisser un avis aussi négatif. Mais cette fois, je préfère prévenir les prochains voyageurs. Le décalage entre les photos et la réalité est saisissant : appartement vieux, sale et très peu entretenu. Matelas taché, murs sales et marqués, rideaux avec d’énormes auréoles, mobilier abîmé et équipements vieillissants. Mention spéciale au sol : nous enlevons normalement nos chaussures en entrant, par propreté. Ici, nous les avons rapidement remises car le carrelage collait littéralement sous les pieds. Première location où garder ses chaussures nous a semblé plus hygiénique. L’eau chaude fonctionne par intermittence et le débit de la douche tient davantage du brumisateur. Si plusieurs personnes souhaitent se doucher, mieux vaut s’organiser. Même chose pour les toilettes : après avoir tiré la chasse, il fallait parfois attendre environ 20 minutes pour que le réservoir se remplisse. Les enfants les ont spontanément surnommées « les WC du XIXe siècle ». Leur sincérité a parfois le mérite de résumer parfaitement une situation. Nous avons également laissé un paquet de céréales fermé dans la cuisine : le lendemain, il était infesté de fourmis. Pas de lave-vaisselle ni de machine à laver. Pour être parfaitement juste, ces équipements n’étaient pas indiqués dans la description, mais apparaissaient sur certaines photos, ce qui contribue au décalage entre l’impression donnée par l’annonce et la réalité. Dans la piscine, un élément d’éclairage était démonté ou déboîté dans l’eau. Sans pouvoir juger de sa dangerosité, cela ne nous a évidemment pas rassurés. L’insonorisation est quasiment inexistante : circulation, voisins qui crient, bruits divers… On profite pleinement de la vie du quartier et des voisins, même lorsqu’on n’avait rien demandé. Nous avions choisi un appartement plutôt qu’un hôtel précisément pour pouvoir cuisiner.

No se asemeja a las fotos , las camas súper pequeñas y nada cómodas. Las ducha es bañera horrible …. La puerta de la casa con una patada la tiras ( nada segura) . La piscina no se parece a las fotos. Falta muchísimo menaje sin contar la cocina que era de los años 60. Ni cocinamos … demasiado dinero para esa casa.

Abbiamo passato due notti a Bellavista Avenida ad Albufeira. Il complesso si trova in una buona posizione, il centro è raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti a piedi. Zona ben fornita in quanto a servizi. Appartamenti carini. Servizio piscina ottimo.

Siamo stati un po' delusi poichè essendo un appartamento in un complesso pensavamo ci fossero forniti gli utensili da cucina invece purtroppo il posto è sprovvisto di pentole e padelle per cui ci siamo dovuti arrangiare in altro modo per i pasti. Non presente aria condizionata/ventilatore. L'appartamento è carino ma un po' vecchio, rivedrei un po' la pulizia.

The property is in a prime location, and has a lot of potential if the management could focus on investment and improvement rather than greed and profit margins.

Reception was rarely open. Times were advertised but even the advertised times half of the time someone wasn’t present. The beds were unbearably uncomfortable to the point it caused quite severe back pain for both my wife and I following the first 2 nights (after which we chose to book another hotel). Any time you tried to move on the bed, the bed made an absolute racket. The hotel was very loud at night - you could hear through the walls and out into the garden areas throughout the night and into the very early hours. The hotel claims to not allow stag and hen parties but there was a group of 23 drunk men ranging between 25 and 40 by the pool on our second day. On the morning of day 3 there was vomit in the pool. Predictably a result of this group and their antics the night before for the football (England were playing in the evening, but I didn’t need to say that, did I?). The group proudly announced they had cheated on their girlfriends, hadn’t slept from the night before as the drugs they had consumed kept them awake, they had vomited in the sink to the point it had overflowed, and beat their pet dog to ensure it behaves. The pool is accompanied by an SS style system of patrols and cameras to ensure you’re not consuming any food or drink from outside the walls of the hotel. Given this is a self catering hotel, this defeats the point of the booking. Everything other than water was removed by the bar staff. This is greed. They want you to buy their food and their drinks despite the slow bar speed and lack of any sense of quality. This is clearly not to limit/monitoring alcohol consumption as the bar tender was happy to sell cocktails, triple shots and beers all morning to people who had already had far to much. This policy was entirely about the greed of the hotel and a need to collect extra money from guests who have already paid far too much. The room looked like there had been a fight in it.

Perfect location in between old and new town, clean and had everything you needed to cook etc

Extremely uncomfortable beds - mattresses poor and it was 2 beds pushed together which meant they were constantly sliding apart. No air con which was annoying

Our stay in Bellavista was in general very good. It was in a great location and it was very clean and spacious. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was perfect for up to 4 people. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment did not have aircon, which made sleeping very difficult. There is also no hairdryers or irons for the apartments. The pool area was nice but loungers were statically shaped and could not be adjusted to lay down,

Good location. Can walk down to the old town easily and there is a great supermarket directly across from the hotel. Poolside bartender Ali was very friendly.

The hotel has a good location. There is a swimming pool on the property, and it was always clean and well maintained. After we reported a problem with our room, the staff responded quickly and moved us to a better and more comfortable room.

Unfortunately, we found three large cockroaches in our first room. In addition, the hotel was very noisy. Our windows faced both the road and the courtyard, so traffic noise was noticeable throughout the day and night. There were also many young guests who were loud late at night, talking, shouting, and making noise until 2–3 a.m. As a result, my husband and I slept poorly during all four nights of our stay.
