Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Bardzo nowoczesny zadbany, czysty apartamencik. Miłym zaskoczeniem była możliwość wcześniejszego meldunku. Kontakt z obsługą na najwyższym poziomie, zawsze służyła pomocą. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony: klimatyzacja, ręczniki, szarkę do włosów, deskę i żelazko do prasowania. Kuchnia miała na wyposażeniu niezbędne przedmioty do przygotowania posiłków oraz był expres i toster 🙂 Lokalizacja obiektu była blisko metra co było dużym plusem. Bardzo dobrze wygluszony apartament przy zamkniętym oknie oczywiście, ponieważ życie w Barcelonie kręci się zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy 😁 Na przeciwko apartamentu była piekarnia którą Pani otwierała tuż po 6 rano (w niedzielę zamknieta piekarnia) więc można było mieć cieplutkie pieczywo. Były też blisko martkety i świeże owoce i warzywa. Gorąco polecam, super opcja na kilka a nawet kilkanaście dni.
Może taki malutki mankament to łóżko, bardzo miękki materac co przy dłuższym pobycie ból kręgosłupa może być odczuwalny ( oczywiście jeśli ktoś jest przyzwyczajony do trwardszych) i brak normalnej kołdry - na wyposażeniu prześcieradło, ale w razie czego w szafie była narzuta którą można było wykorzystać🙂

Не було тапочок, в друзів періодично тік кондиціонер і не було двері в душовій кабінці, через що вода могла бути по всій ванній кімнаті.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026День добрый. Мы были в этих апартаментах дввоём 3 ночи в начале сентября. Хорошее расположение к метро: 500 метров до красной ветки, 740 м до синей, 870 м до линии в аэропорт. Не было проблем добраться куда угодно. Район полон магазинчиков и недорогих баров и кафешек для местных. Напротив входа пекарня, за углом - магазин. Заезд и выезд бесключевой. Доступ кодовый и по карточке. В целом всё хорошо организовано, технологично, чисто и аккуратно. В номере есть всё, что требуется. Всё в хорошем состоянии. Договаривались на ранний заезд. Бесплатно. Общение с администратором быстро, через WhatsApp или почта Booking. Цена проживания для Барселоны отличная.
Неплохо добавить минисейф.

Only slight issue would be the fact we had to change metro lines to get to the city centre, mostly because red line Metro stations past Placa de Sants were closed for repairs. None to do with property itself.

na minus oceniam brak możliwości otwarcia okna na pełną szerokość, nie lubię klimatyzacji, a uchylenie okna nie daje takiego przewiewu jak otwarcie go na ościerz.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Studioul a fost curat, lenjeria impecabila, prosoapele la fel. Bucătăria a fost utilata cu tot ce e nevoie. A fost foarte drăguț să găsim în frigider apa rece și pastile pentru cafea. De asemeni, pentru copii, am găsit 2 plicuri de nesquik. Baia foarte curata. Ca și facilități, este relativ aproape de linia de metrou L1 și foarte aproape de statia de autobuz. In zona sunt multe magazine, terase, patiserii.
Nu am aspecte care nu mi.au placut

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Abbiamo prenotato un mini appartamento e una doppia. Pulitissimo tutto. Organizzato bene l'appartamento con una mini cucina utilissima! Piuttosto piccola la nostra camera, (al momento della prenotazione non ce ne erano altre disponibili). C'è stato un problema col condizionatore risolto seduta stante. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione in un quartiere residenziale a misura d'uomo, c'è tutto. A mezz'ora dal centro con la metro, tragitto per raggiungerla compreso. Suggerirei un cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni, almeno d'estate. Lo consiglierei.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Gemütliches Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein Bügeleisen, in der Küche sind Kaffeekapseln, Salz und Öl vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Dusche super. Sicherheitsvorkehrungen durch Codeeinlass. Möglichkeit seinen Koffer aufzubewahren. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Bei Fragen sofort zu erreichen und um Anliegen wurde sich direkt gekümmert. Direkt neben dem Haus befinden sich Supermarkt, Obst/ Gemüseladen und in der Umgebung Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt die Metro, die nach zehn Minuten in der Innenstadt ist und an einigen wichtigen Stationen hält. Werde bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.
Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig. Nicht nach draußen sondern zum Nachbarzimmer. Ohropax mitbringen, falls man wie ich die falschen Zimmernachbarn erwischt. Können aber die Vermieter nichts für. Hier wird sogar extra um Rücksicht zu Ruhezeiten gebeten, vor allem nachts.

Location is pretty far from the centre and neighbourhood sketchy. Ideal for couples or solo, avoid it if with children. Service has no Whatsup or Viber contact so getting in contact with the host can incure costs.

Zona carina con una fermata della metro molto vicina che ti fa raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le attrazioni. Appartamento pulito e personale gentile e disponibile, siamo riusciti ad accedere anche prima dell’orario di check in. Molti supermercati, Lidl e lavanderie a gettoni proprio sotto l’appartamento. Check-in comodo e automatico con i vari codici che ti forniscono loro giorni prima della partenza. Consigliato!!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The room was clean, we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out is very easy, the instructions were pretty clear. The location was good, many things were just a walk away.
There is a window, but since it opens to a closed-off area, there was not that much fresh air. Fortunately, we were only there to sleep at night. It is not the apartment´s fault that the weather was crazy hot and humid :D

Reviewed May 27, 2026Punto forte sicuramente la posizione, a neanche 10 minuti dalla fermata Santa Eulàlia e Collblanc della metro. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà: appartamento fornito di tutto l'occorrente, con un letto confortevole e condizionatore (che abbiamo apprezzato molto).
Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi, è andato tutto bene! Se torneremo a Barcellona, penso proprio che sceglieremo nuovamente questa struttura :)

Nagyon hangos az utcafronti szoba (zárt ablak mellett is), valamint a szobaajtó olyan hangosan csapódik, hogy a többi vendég közlekedése állandó zajjal járt.

• El programa que utilizan para sus reservas filtro nuestros datos a terceros y casi nos estafan por Whatsapp. ¿Su respuesta? Una triste disculpa. • No nos recibió nadie al llegar • La ventana de la habitación da a un patio interior. • El barrio se siente inseguro. • Hay que entrar con códigos. • El televisor es inteligente pero no funciona ninguna la aplicación • La ducha solo tenia dos pequeños botes para 3 días.

Reviewed May 13, 2026L'ambiente è spazioso e pulito. L'angolo cottura è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Nel frigo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua da 1,5L in regalo, e c'erano capsule per il caffè e bustine di tè e camomilla. Il letto comodo, la stanza luminosa. Il personale rapido nelle risposte. Il check-in e check-out facilissimi. La posizione ottima, vicino a 3 linee della metropolitana (L9S, quella che arriva all'aeroporto El Prat), L5 ed L1 che portano in centro città (intesa come zona della città Gotica) in circa 20 minuti. E' vicino a diversi posti in cui mangiare o fare la spesa (ottimo il fornaio proprio di fronte).
Avrei messo qualche capsula del caffè espresso in più, erano solo 4 e siamo state in due per 3 notti. Le luci di fianco al letto matrimoniale non si possono spegnere in modo autonomo. E' solo un dettaglio, ma sarebbe comodo poterlo fare, se uno dei due vuole leggere e l'altro dormire... Ma sono solo dettagli

Reviewed May 10, 2026Very easy self check-in. 5min walk to the metro, 2min walk to the bus station. If you take a taxi from the airport to the room is 30 euros. Nearby pastries shop, restaurants, fast food, pharmacy and markets. Clean room.
No slippers. No shower basket, you have no place to leave the shower gel and shampoo.

Eravamo 4 adulti. La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale standard e uno a 2 piazze molto poccolo per 2 adulti.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Очень чисто, видно что недавно был сделан ремонт. В квартире было абсолютно всё. Был даже утюг (ни разу в путешествиях не встречался). Пакеты для мусора и новая тряпочка для мытья посуды. Были мелочи - соль, масло, чай, кофейные капсулы. Ну очень довольна. В середине недели меняли бельё и полотенца.
Расположение - довольно далеко от достопримечательностей. От квартиры пешком 10-15 минут до станций метро, станций две и потом еще ехать. Рядом с домом некуда пойти.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Czyste mieszkanie, wygodne i wystarczające dla 4 osób. Kuchnia jest wyposażona, wiele udogodnień. Super lokalizacja, w pobliżu dwie stacje metra i przystanki autobusowe. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, szybko odpisują.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Bardzo czysto. Wymienianie pościeli i ręczników co kilka dni. Winda. Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe co jest niewątpliwym plusem. Bardzo blisko stacji metra (dwie linie). W odległości 10sekund jest piekarnia i sklep spożywczy. Niedaleko Lidl.
