Le bruit ... De plus il y avait des travaux dans la boutique juste en bas de l'hôtel... Marteau piqueur dès 8 heures du matin et ça a duré tout le séjour... Très désagréable....

La personne à l’accueil a copié les numéros de carte ce qui n’est pas une pratique acceptable. La cafetière est partagé entre toute les chambres. L’insonorisation laisse à désirer. A noter que l’accueil de l’hotel n’est pas situé a la meme adresse que les chambres

Op het moment dat wij er waren in de ochtend om 7:30 al klopboren en drilboren in het gebouw. Niet normaal. We konden wel een andere kamer krijgen maar niet gedaan. Hadden afgesproken om een eitje extra bij het ontbijt te krijgen volgende ochtend maar niks gezien. Dat vinden wij dus niet best.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Le réceptionniste présent la nuit du 04/09/2026 est la personne la plus incompétent, mal élevé et non professionnel qui m'a été donné de rencontrer. Il a refusé d aider mes parents âgés alors qu'ils demandaient seulement des indications pour effectuer le check in et entrer dans leurs chambres. Je l'ai eu au téléphone et il m'a raccrocher au nez après m'avoir parlé de façons très peu professionnel.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026酒店位於鐵站的出口, 附近是民居, 公共交通極方便。有大量價廉物美的食肆, 且款式甚多, 我們沒有預約進入一間加泰隆尼亞餐廳吃飯, 質素遠超我們預期。房間整潔舒適, 空間也算大。冷氣十分充足, 而且可調較溫度和強度。浴室空間不少, 而且淋浴的位置十分新淨。服務員十分有禮, 在我們找不到服務櫃枱, 且當時已是晚上11時多的時候, 居然也主動走出街上引領我們, 還幫我們拿取行李。酒店的電梯也快捷方便, 不用等待很久。
酒店房間和酒店的服務櫃枱處於街道的兩端, 起初找了很久也找不到。房間內外都沒有任何食用水提供, 只會在入住時提供兩支350ml的瓶裝水。房內完全找不到被子, 我們只能蓋著一張床單, 晚上常因氣溫太冷而醒來, 嚴重影響睡眠質素。加上冷氣的出風口對準床的枕頭位置, 即使調較到最弱的風力, 風直吹到臉上也讓人感到極不舒適。淋浴的位置完全沒有任何門或浴簾來阻檔花灑的水, 即使全程拿著花灑往裏面洗澡, 且調較到極弱的水力, 都會弄濕外面的大片地方。即使我們住在3樓, 已是酒店最高的樓層, 但在深夜仍清楚聽到街上市民的叫囂聲。

Az egyszermélyes szoba cipősdoboz méretű volt, lichthofra nézett, melyben munkások lógtak a falon egész héten 10 nap!! vakoltak, pihenni lehetetlenség. A kétszemélyes szobában egy kerekes guruló ágyon aludtunk ami fixálhatatlan, csarorna szag volt, a padló egy elhasznált büfé berendezésére emlékezetett, a szoba sötét volt egy sikátorszerű folyosóval egybekötve. A hotel bookingos képsorozatából mindez nem derül ki, kultúrált, ápoltmegjelenésű helynek tűnik. Közben derül ki az is hogy a svédasztalos reggelihez át kell menni az utcán egy másik házba!! A szobafoglalásnál ingyenes reptéri transzfert igér a hely majd levélben közlik hogy ők nem írták soha. Az eddigi booking foglalásokkal elégedett voltam azt kaptam amit állítottak és láttam a fotókon. Most mellényultam.

Chýbala chladnička na izbe. A tiež v popise bola kanvica/kavovar, avšak v izbe žiadny nebol. Našli sme ho až neskôr na chodbe, bol tam kávovar ma kapsule pre cele poschodie.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026A reggeli kitűnő volt. Metró/busz nagyon közel volt, tömegközlekedés praktikus. A reptérről átszállás nélkül lehet metróval elérni a hotelt. A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, a folyosón levő kávéfőző géphez kaptunk kapszulákat, a kávé nagyon finom volt.
A környék kicsit piszkos (bár ezt Barcelonában sok helyen tapasztaltuk). Az ágyon csak paplanhuzat volt (nyáron), de mi takarót is kértünk - a külön épületben lévő recepción kezünkbe adták, és nekünk kellett átvinni őket. A reggeliztető hölgy lehetett volna kicsit barátságosabb. 11 óra körül megérkeztünk a szállásra, a szoba már készen állt, de felár ellenében tudtuk volna csak elfoglalni. Így csak a recepción hagytuk a csomagokat (ezért nem kellett fizetni).

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026We were helped by a very nice guy. The room looked nice, the bathroom looked spacious. The air conditioning worked amazing basically without any sound.
The shower contained mould, and leaked a lot. The door was hanging loosely on it's hinges and a lot of the rubber on the door was missing, which resulted in a wet mess in the area where you step into when getting out of the shower. Normally you can dry your feet on the towel that you lay down there, but in this case the towel is completely wet, as are your clothes.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Habitación y baño amplios, cama cómoda y todo muy limpio. Hay que hacer el check-in en el hotel a la vuelta de la manzana y luego ya puedes acceder con la tarjeta sin problema. Al lado del metro y muy cómodo.

Δεν είχε ψυγείο.αρκετος θορυβος απο τον δρόμο.

Das schlimmste war für uns das es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden war. Eine ganz grosse Baustelle direkt gegenüber war- extrem laut

Reviewed May 27, 2026La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff oltre alla pulizia e ottima organizzazione dell’hotel. Sono stati molto disponibili con noi. L’unica cosa su cui si può ridire qualcosa è che l’hotel è diviso in tre ingressi diversi a seconda di quale stanza si ha, e la reception quindi è stato un po’ confusionario capire dove andare, ma non è assolutamente una pecca anzi è solo un consiglio per stare attenti, insomma❤️

Jedine co bych na pokoje pridala asi varnou konvici, drobnost co potesi .

Reviewed May 17, 2026La posizione pet vhi arriva dall'aeroporto è eccezionale. Proprio vicino all'hotel c'è la fermata e incrocia anche un'altra linea che va in centro. Molto pulito e silenzioso. Colazione ottima per tutti i gusti. Consiglio la struttura soprattutto per la posizione

Velmi nepohodlne postele. Vsetko ostatne sa dalo, ale kvalita postele bola naozaj zla, ako na trampoline a makke madrace.

Café da manhã e a confusão para fazer o checkin, pois o endereço apontado no booking é a entrada dos apartamentos do hotel, mas a recepção fica do outro lado do quarteirão, bem na esquina, mais isso não está claro no mapinha anexado. Fiquei quase 30 minutos tentando encontrar e no fim um funcionário foi lá me encontrar e conduzir até a recepção. Uma tremenda confusão. Ainda ajudei outros dois casais de turistas que também ficaram na mesma condição, perdidos. O café da manhã não é grandes coisas também. Muito básico e caro pelo preço. Aconselho tomar café na rua, vai ter mais opções e melhores.

Vysoké navýšení cen v době L clasico, byť jsme nebyli tohoto programu hosty . Velmi rušná ulice a noční nepořádek který rušil při spánku . Snídaně neměli výběr čerstvé zeleniny a celkově dost strohá za cenu ubytování bych očekávala větší pestrost. Snídaně byli mimo budovu .

Nous le savions mais l'hôtel est séparé en deux. D'un côté la réception et la salle de ptit dej et de l'autre certaine chambre.
