Très bon emplacement près du centre ville de kassiopi, proche des commodités. Séjour passé au calme, sans trop de bruits près de la piscine.

Struttura ben curata e molto silenziosa; personale gentile; appartamento di comode dimensioni; piscina grande, pulita, con molti lettini a disposizione e molto comodo il bar sulla piscina. L'appartamento aveva dimensioni piuttosto comode e materassi top! Molto comodo e utile anche il terrazzo a disposizione dell'appartamento

Da migliorare la dotazione del pentolame in cucina (eravamo in tre e avevamo giusto 3 bicchieri e 3 tazze, una sola teglia piccola, due pentole e pochissime posate in tutto). Da rinnovare anche gli armadi che avevano le chiusure rotte.

La posizione centrale, la facilità di parcheggio, appartamento ampio con tutto ciò che serviva: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata (non c'è in una stanza ma in compenso nella sala ce ne sono due potenti che compensano). Cucina ben attrezzata . Dotazione ampia di biancheria .Proprietario molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con un condizionatore e nel giro di poche ore ha inviato tecnico che ha risolto il problema

Terzo piano senza ascensore che a volte risulta faticoso soprattutto se di rientro da una giornata molto calda al mare. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore...c'era polvere sui mobili e alcune stoviglie necessitavano di essere lavate

Really good location for access to all the restaurants and bars. All the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean with a really good housekeeping service. Excellent pool with a bar at really good prices for food and drinks.

Pulizia approssimativa, bagno da ristrutturare. Usciva acqua non limpida e spesso con poca pressione.

Muito perto do centro é muito fácil para ir a pé. Quartos grandes e com boas condições. Piscina grande tanto para adultos como para crianças para um mergulho ao final do dia.

Apareceram algumas formigas na cozinha mas é da área e não culpa do alojamento ou limpeza.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Man war in 3-15 Minuten bei diversen Restaurants, Cafes, Lebensmittelläden und Stränden. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ganz besonders auch an der Poolbar. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu laut. Das Zimmer war geräumig und bot genug Stauraum.

Es war leider etwas dreckig. Alles was keine "klassische" Oberfläche war zB die Duschvorhangstange oder auf den Leselampen war staubig. Die Küche war sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Es gab nur einen Topf und eine Pfanne und es hat sehr lange gedauert bis Essen zu kochen begann.

The apartment is large and spacious, the equipment in it is not new, but it is not necessary for vacation. The terrace is perfect, large and extends in front of both rooms. The pool is regularly maintained, so the water in it is clean. the entire facility is surprisingly quiet and all guests follow order, so it is possible to enjoy it in silence.

Pretty spacious 2room apartment. Clean with a big balcony and a good view. The pool is great. The bar is good, the staff is helpful and not annoying. My personal thanks for the music list at the bar)

When families with kids come and book separate rooms, parents would be happy to have a good isolation) but this problem seems to be never solved at any hotel

Lovely, very well located hotel/apartment in the beautiful town of Kassiopi. We were pleasantly surprised by our apartment as it was so spacious and comfortable; also very clean. Beds were perfect and air conditioning worked a treat. Staff at reception and at bar/snack area by the pool were helpful and friendly. Pool area was quite large with plenty of sun beds for everyone. Area was quiet, yet just a short walk away from the Main Street in the town that leads to harbour. It represented great value for money and as we loved Kassiopi so much, when we return again, we would be more than happy to stay at Philippos Hotel again.

Bathrooms are wet rooms with short shower curtain around a tray. Despite nifty angling of shower head towards the back wall, water escaped onto the floor outside tray making it quite slippy after a shower.

Kassiopi is a beautiful location unfortunately the property ruined out trip and we left early

Very dated, dirty accommodation, hole in main apartment door, covered with sticky tape. Fridge broken. Smoke alarm missing and you had to lift the cistern every time to flush the toilet. The pool was absolutely disgusting, cloudy and very green. We refused to use it as we didn’t fancy catching anything! We were so unhappy we left 2 nights early and booked into another hotel.

The beds were very comfortable (mattresses and pillows). Each morning we woke up fully rested. The location is great. Two minutes walk from the town centre, 10 minutes walk to the beach, nearby supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, but also quiet because it wasn’t on the main road. The swimming pool was amazing too, big and very deep, clean, wi th plenty of chairs around and a bar. Also the room being cleaned and towels changed every two days was a nice surprise.

The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. You just had a few random items, only one wine glass, no pasta strainer, no cheese grater. Didn’t really feel like we could cook. The oven was pretty dirty.

De locatie ten opzichte van het dorpje. Alle restaurants, winkels en bakkerij op loopafstand. Het zwembad was voor de kinderen fijn. De kamer (508) was ruim genoeg voor ons viertjes, fijn balkon met uitzicht op zwembad. Dichtbij strandjes.

De keuken was sterk verouderd. Geen faciliteiten om zelf koffie te maken. Tijdens onze rondreis door Griekenland hebben we dit nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Veel mieren in de keuken. De prijzen van de bar bij het zwembad vonden we ook erg hoog.

Beliggenheden var perfekt. Hotellet er fint og polbaren er fantastisk. God service og billigt mad.

Der var kun rengøring hvert 3. dag. Ved poolen er der desværre kloaklugt af og til.

Pool området er rigtig fint, stort og ikke nogen liggestolskrig, man må have badedyr og bolde med, god dyb ende til hovedspring, super poolbar med stole og borde og TV der viste sport, der kunne forekomme en kloaklugt engang imellem, men klart det der gør det er value for money sted og beliggenhed er perfekt, kort gåtur til havnen ca 8 min, og gågaden næsten lige ude foran

Værelserne er hvad de er, typisk græske brune og mørke, toiletpapir skal i en spand ved siden af på grund af kloakering, rengøring ikke særlig god

Appartamento per 4 persone completamente sprovvisto di stoviglie adatte a pranzare in 4, per capirci c erano 3 forchette solamente, una pentola e una padella soltanto , in bagno la doccia era sprovvista di tenda ne tanto meno di box doccia

We have been to Philippos 4 times now and it always holds a special place in our hearts. It’s basic but clean, comfortable and has everything we need. The pool is always clean and such a nice relaxing atmosphere. We love Do Do at the pool bar, always welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I love that this is family run and see the same faces every time. It’s a short walk into Kassiopi which has plenty of restaurants and bars, we love the local bakery.

This place is good value compared to other places in Kassiopi It is defo tired and run down and we were in the 500s which are at the back and not a great part of the premises If booking I would try getting closer to the pool or entrance

Aproape de toate tavernele si magazinele de suveniruri. Aproape de port de unde poti face diferite excursii si la 5 minute de statia de autobuz catre alte statiuni. Paturile noi, foarte confortabile, baia renovata recent. Curatenia in camera s-a facut la 3 zile. Piscina mare si buna pentru inotat. Am vazut ca unele corpuri de cladire erau renovate complet.

Bucataria avea mobila veche si erau exagerat de multe furnici.De asemenea, dulapurile din camera erau vechi si cu un miros foarte urat, nu putai sa tii hainele inauntru. Barul se inchidea la ora 18, iar bucataria se inchidea la ora 17.

Location was great - few minutes walk to loads of bars/shops etc. close to harbour and around 10 minutes walk to beaches. The apartment was roomy and aircon very good in fact our daughters complained it was too cold! As others have said bathroom small but adequate although not a huge fan of shower curtains. Kitchenette had what you needed for basic eating. Balcony was huge across two rooms although only accessible from the main bedroom which shouldn't really be a problem for most guests. Pool was great and there was a bar just off the pool although we never used it. The prices looked reasonable from the menu and also served pizzas etc. We went to the pool at different times during our stay and always able to get 4 sunbeds. We stayed 4 nights and towels changed midway of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and Kassiopi is lovely.

Nothing in particular apart from a few minor housekeeping like loose taps and toilet seat but nothing major. If we could go again tomorrow I would!

There was no water !! At 10pm not even enough to wash face and hands, seen reception next day there was no apology just uh happens sometimes when busy im sure 10pm is not when everyone showers not pleased with that at all.apart from that it was clean basic and value for the price

Die Reinigungsanlage für den Pool war defekt. Der Pool wurde von Tag zu Tag milchiger. Nach ein paar Tagen konnten wir ihn nicht mehr benutzen und sind zu einem öffentlichen gegangen. Das haben die anderen Hotelgäste auch getan.

Receptionist was a bit grumpy, not like the usual ones.

As a solo female traveller visiting Corfu for the first time, I was looking for somewhere safe, close to amenities, and with helpful staff. The location was great, so close to the harbour, beach and restaurants but still remained quiet at night. There was also a view of Kassiopi Castle from my shower! The pool was lovely, with plenty of sunloungers. Other guests were very friendly and it was evident there are plenty who return to the hotel often.

However, there were some downsides. The rooms were basic, which was fine for me, but they did require a decent clean. There were loose hairs on the tiled floors, particularly around the bottom of the chair legs. I would have expected these to have been removed after the previous guest. Having a broom/sweeper in the room would have been useful for sweeping up my own hair also. The beds were a bit hard but not bad enough to prevent sleep. The wardrobes smelt musty and random rusty hangers had been left behind. I could cope with the basic room, however on my very last morning, when turning on the bathroom tap it made a loud gurgling noise and yellow/brown 'water' came out. The staff were pleasant and arranged a taxi to the airport. However, the taxi driver asked if we could drop off a member of hotel staff to a different location "on route" to the airport. I felt I had no option but to agree to this as I was wanting to reach the airport early. However, as the journey progressed, I checked Google Maps and noticed we were heading away from the airport, and to the North of the island. As a solo female traveller, I was nervous not only that I would be late to the airport, but also for my safety. Despite being told we would be dropping off the member of staff "on route" it was a 30-minute detour that resulted in sitting in traffic up a mountain with no phone signal. A friend was also staying in Corfu so I shared my location with her to be on the safe side. You could argue I've watched too many true shows but I felt deeply anxious and uncomfortable. I would not recommend booking a taxi via the hotel. If it wasn't for the contaminated water on the very last day, and for the taxi detour, I would have stayed here again. However, I will be looking for alternative accommodation upon my future return to Kassiopi.

Nieduży kompleks z własnym basenem, kawałek w bok od głównej ulicy przeuroczego miasteczka Kassiopi. Segmencik jest idealny dla 4 osób, nasz miał parter i piętro - nie wiem, czy każdy wygląda tak samo. Daje to spory komfort, gdy podróżuje się z dziećmi lub ze znajomymi. Do pokoju na górze prowadzą kręte metalowe schody. Na górnym piętrze jest niewielki taras. Teren jest przyjemny, ocieniony roślinnością. Należący do ośrodka - naprawdę spory! - basen, jest głęboki, więc można solidnie ponurkować. Działa bar przy basenie, krótkie menu, ale z głodu i pragnienia nie da się umrzeć. Ceny w barze przyzwoite. Ogólnie naprawdę miłe miejsce, choć w wystroju nawiązujące do lat 70. Dzieci były zachwycone. Wróciłabym!

Czystość - obsługa robi, co może, ale większość rzeczy jest po prostu bardzo stara, więc ciężko umyć odpryskujące elementy. Brak naczyń w części kuchennej - na 4 osoby mieliśmy problem ze zjedzeniem śniadania czy kolacji, bo brakowało szklanek do zimnych napojów, kubków do kawy, talerzy, sztućców, deski do krojenia, noża. Przydałby się jakiś ręcznik, ścierka, coś do osuszenia łazienki, gdy zaleje się podłogę wodą z prysznica. Przydałoby się również mydło czy płyn do mycia w kuchni. Łazienka jest na piętrze - dla nas ok, ale jeśli ktoś ma trudności z poruszaniem się, może to być wykluczające.

The location of the property was brilliant. The sheets and towels changed (and bins are done) every other day. Very clean. The pool was beautiful and bar excellent.

The apartment was very dated. The kitchen was tatty. The bathroom was clean but overdue a makeover. We overlooked the garden, which was just weeds, such a shame as could be beautiful

I booked this about 7 weeks before we arrived, so availability was limited. However, as we've been to kassiopi before and don't stay in the room for long, we can live with most things. The location is spot on, a short walk to the centre and no hills. We did have a room with steps but plenty of rooms on the ground floor. We had a two rooms as that was all that was available. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool and it was so quiet, so nice and peaceful on a morning. The rooms are dated, but we can live with that. The beds were firm and not to my liking but my husband likes a firm mattress. The pool had plenty of beds and was never busy that you couldn't get one. Great little bar and we had a full english twice which at 6 euro's was spot on. Pool was nice and clean.

The bathroom could really do with updating. The drain smelt badly, son we had to have a towel over it all the time. The loo could do with a good clean and the toilet brush should be replaced and washed for each guests. The shower although good water pressure was tiny, so if you were a slightly larger individual, you would struggle. But even as small framed people, we flooded the floor each time. The TV didn't work, but that wasn't a big concern for us as never in, we did report this. The air con tube had come away and we needed a pan to catch the water as it flooded the balcony. No big deal and we reported this. No washing up liquid, tea towel although one was dropped off on day 2. Nothing to scrub cups so we had to purchase these. No full length mirror only one in bathroom and bedroom which weren't suitable to see how you looked when dressed and the rooms are quite dark even when lights on. Again not a big issue but it's nice to check what you look like. To make a cuppa, we had to plug the kettle in on the floor. Again fine, but not if young children. Although bedding/towels clean, the overall cleanliness felt it missed the mark a little. Towels bedding replaced after 2 days, but the empty loo roll not replaced with a new loo roll.

Location was brilliant. 5 minutes from main road of the village. The apartments were quiet and suitable for families looking for a laid back holiday. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. beds were comfy.. Pool and bar area were good. Bar prices were reasonable. Food was good.

Rooms could do with a bit of updating in places. The only slight negative was the pool bar closed at 6pm wished it would open slightly later.

Le couchage était moyen, l’entretien moyen(poussières sur meubles et hotte) pas de produit d’entretien et pas de savon et shampoing dans douche et cuisine.

Obiekt jest dobrze położony (jest blisko do restauracji i plaż, ale jednak nie jest to samo centrum miejscowości, więc wieczorami jest cicho i spokojnie). Bardzo podobały nam się duże tarasy z meblami, w które wyposażone są wszystkie apartamenty. Niewątpliwym plusem obiektu jest także zieleń i duży basen oraz dostępność leżaków. Komunikacja z obsługą obiektu jest bardzo dobra. Dostawaliśmy wyczerpujące odpowiedzi na wszystkie wysłane zapytania. Wsparto nas także w załatwieniu transferu z lotniska. Pokoje są sprzątane co drugi dzień, a ręczniki są wówczas wymieniane. Klimatyzacja w pokojach działa bardzo dobrze. Nie ma także problemu z miejscami parkingowymi. Pobyt w obiekcie uważamy za udany🙂

Minusem obiektu jest słabe wyposażenie apartamentów. W pokojach brakuje wyposażenia znajdującego się zazwyczaj w tego typu obiektach: żelazka, płynu do naczyń, solniczki. Apartamenty (głównie łazienki) na pewno wymagają odświeżenia, ale biorąc pod uwagę cenę noclegu, uważamy, że ich standard jest dobry.

If you arrive late at night finding your apartment in the dark is not easy. And we seemed to have very little cleaning 5 days into a week to get bins emptied and towels and sheets. Floor was never cleaned. And smoke alarm was on breakfast bar with no batteries.a lot of mould on bathroom walls and toilet was in a poor state so went and bought a bottle of bleach

Clean comfortable beds, lovely pool area & bar which is very well managed. Very chill atmosphere, no scrabbling for sunbeds first thing in the morning. Cleaning staff work so hard and sheets changed every couple of days. Reception team are friendly & helpful. Beautiful green canopy of vines and lemon trees along the centre of the property.

Hotel położony w super lokalizacji, bardzo ładny basen, sam obiekt, choć dość starej daty, ma naprawdę wiele uroku. Co do wyposażenia to niczego nam tam nie brakowało jedynie może dobrze byłoby wyposażyć pokoje w podstawowe przyrządy do sprzątania jak mop, miotła. Poza tym wszystko super :)

Freundliches Familienhotel, netter Pool, genügend Liegen, gute Pool Bar, zentral, Parkplatz, sauber, ruhig

Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr spartanisch. Kein Spülmittel/Schwamm etc., Kein Kaffee-Kocher oder wenigsens eine Kanne(wir mussten den Kaffee im Topf aufkochen und dann mit mitgebrachten Teesieb abfiltern) Gäste die bereits um 8 Uhr früh Liegen reservieren und die Handtücher bis spät abends nicht mehr wegnehmen, egal ob sie die Liege nutzen oder nicht, das sollte unterbunden werden. Die Wasserzufuhr war gelegentlich unterbrochen,danach kam entsprechend salzige, braune Flüssigkeit. Aber das ist sicher nicht die Schuld des Hotels.
