Lovely management by Giorgos, excellent correspondence before and during stay, attended immediately to a small issue, excellent service. Cleanliness and cleaning staff superb. Modern and good location

Wardrobe rail was too high to reach but only a small issue. Lower floor terrace felt a bit enclosed but it was very private so not a big issue.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse och är väldigt nöjda med boendet. Värden var lyhörd och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen. När vi bad om en större kastrull ordnade de det direkt, och de var även väldigt tillmötesgående när de lät oss göra en sen utcheckning eftersom vi hade kvällsflyg. Rummet var rent och välstädat, kändes rymligt och hade en trevlig atmosfär. Boendet låg i ett lugnt och avkopplande område, samtidigt som det bara tog några minuter att ta sig till gatan med restauranger och ner till hamnen. Läget var också perfekt med flera fina badplatser i närheten. En stor fördel var frukosten som ingick och serverades vid vattnet. Det blev en härlig liten morgonpromenad dit, vilket gav en fin start på dagen. Frukosten höll bra kvalitet med val mellan grekisk yoghurt med färska bär och honung, omelett eller croissant, samt juice och kaffe. Portionerna var inte jättestora, så den som är väldigt hungrig kan behöva komplettera med något extra. För oss var mängden dock helt lagom. Sammantaget ett mycket trivsamt boende med utmärkt service, fint läge och en lugn atmosfär. Vi kan varmt rekommendera det och skulle gärna bo där igen.

Det luktade ganska starkt från badrummet, så vi behövde hålla dörren stängd under vistelsen. Balkongen var stor, men låg i direkt eftermiddagssol och blev extremt varm. Det gjorde att det var omöjligt att vistas där på eftermiddagen. Vi såg dock att vissa av de andra rummen hade balkonger med bättre skuggläge.

Lovely modern apartment with an outdoor terrace. Very clean. Excellent air conditioning, breakfast was an added bonus , though limited in options it was more than sufficient with a choice of fruit and yoghurt, omelette or brioche bun (stated croissant but wasn't pastry) and the setting right on the harbour was perfect. The staff were also very friendly there. Helpful host who promptly responded with any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Only negative was that on arrival our key was not in the box as it was meant to be..I couldn't get in touch with the host and after a long day travelling this wasn't ideal. However, I walked down to the wave bar and the gentleman there got us a key promptly and apologised. We also had some noisy neighbours but this wasn't t the owners fault.

Lokal oferuje kawomat na kapsułki ale ich brak, byłoby miło żeby na przywitanie goście mogli sobie zrobić choć jedną kawkę :)

Laut Booking sollte eigentlich ein Parkplatz vorhanden sein. Nach Rückfrage bei der Ankunft erhält man die Information, dass man lediglich die öffentlichen Straßen oder einen nebenan liegenden kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz nutzen kann. Insgesamt wirkt das Zimmer, als würde es nicht in Schuss gehalten werden. Der Spiegelschrank ist schief, die Klobrille ist zu klein für das WC und schlecht befestigt, die Klimaanlage tropft. Die Putzfrau kommt teilweise gar nicht und bringt allenfalls nur frische Handtücher (wenn überhaupt). Auf Rückfrage, ob wir eine zweite Decke zurück haben könnten bzw. sie bitte reinigen könnte, kam sie dann gar nicht mehr. Insgesamt daher nicht sehr "luxery". Die Lage ist aber wirklich sehr gut und Nahe am Hafen. In der Nähe sind zu Fuß zwei Strände erreichbar. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer auch geputzt. Der Ort ist auch zuckersüß und einige Restaurants und wenige Bars in der Nähe.

Superbe emplacement à Kassiopi. La clim parfaite, les chambres grandes et sympa...le lit mou mais on dort bien...la salle de bain est grande ainsi que les chambres. L appartement est a 5 mns du centre ville avec les bars et restaurants et un parking a 6 euros par jour est à 2mns a pied, voir moins..Superbe séjour et je recommande ce logement avec 1 seul étage...pratique pour les valises...Super séjour...

The double bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The apartment number 5 Pente faced a dirty brick wall. The shower was small and difficult to use.

Świetna lokalizacja, czyste i nowe apartamenty. Dodatkowo wykupiliśmy śniadania - 700m od apartamentu, ale warto. Miejsce urokliwe do jedzenia. Na śniadanie do wyboru: omlet, jogurt z owocami i granolą albo croissant z marmoladą. Do tego kawa albo herbata plus sok. Jedyny minus - jak dla mnie porcje śniadaniowe nieco zbyt małe. Obsługa na śniadaniach przemiła. Jedzenie w tej restauracji bardzo smaczne.

Serdecznie polecam obiekt Wave Luxury Apartments. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, świetny kontakt ze strony obsługi, co dwa dni wymiana ręczników i ogarnięcie przestrzeni. Apartament prezentuje się znacznie przytulniej niż na zdjęciach. Na plus wspaniały taras. Śniadania wydawane są w pobliskiej restauracji z przepięknym widokiem na zatokę. Pomimo iż przez tydzień jedliśmy codziennie to samo (do wyboru tylko omlet lub croissant) to nie znudziło nam się 😁

Snídaně byla vynikající, jen nás zklamal výběr pouze ze dvou jídel. Tuto informaci bych ocenila vědět předem. Jinak domluva i samotné ubytování bylo velmi pěkné. Chybělo nám ale více prostředků na vaření, jedna pánev je opravdu málo.

Leider hatten wir 3 von 5 Tagen Probleme mit der Toilette die leider nicht funktionierte. Auf Anruf ist aber immer sofort jemand gekommen am 3 Tag Wurde dann das System komplett ausgetauscht . Die Sauberkeit könnte deutlich erhöht werden . Im Wasserkocher z. B. war vom Vorgänger Milch erhitzt worden und nicht ausgespült worden, ziemlich gruselig bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Wir hätten ihn gerne mal benutzt.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, do najbliższej plaży jest 10–15 minut spacerem. W pobliżu jest wiele knajp, a także różne sklepy – spożywcze, z pamiątkami, ubraniami i innymi rzeczami. Obsługa bardzo nam się podobała. Korzystaliśmy z dodatkowych usług (transfer z lotniska i wynajem samochodu). Wszystko było dobrze zorganizowane, bez żadnych opóźnień. Śniadanie było w kawiarni oddalonej o 7 minut od mieszkania. Było smaczne, ale wybór niewielki: jajecznica, sok i kawa lub croissant, sok i kawa. Niedaleko mieszkania znajduje się przystanek komunikacji miejskiej – można tanio podróżować po wyspie. Ręczniki były regularnie wymieniane, a śmieci – wynoszone. Prędkość internetu była wystarczająca, choć sygnał nie był zbyt silny. W okolicy znajduje się kilka różnych plaż, ale są one kamieniste, więc jeśli podróżuje się z dziećmi, warto wynająć samochód, aby pojechać dalej na piaszczystą plażę lub skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej.

W mieszkaniu jest za mało naczyń do gotowania. Tylko jeden duży garnek i jedna duża patelnia. Dobrze byłoby mieć dodatkowo małą patelnię i mały garnek. W kuchni jest mało miejsca, więc nie ma tam stołu – stół znajduje się na balkonie, ale przejście na balkon prowadzi przez pokój, co jest trochę niewygodne. W przypadku złej pogody jedzenie na balkonie nie jest zbyt komfortowe. Dodatkowo sufit balkonu to balkon z pierwszego piętra – jest drewniany i ma niewielkie szczeliny, przez które mogą spadać śmieci lub płyny na stół. W łazience nie ma wentylacji, więc panuje tam wysoka wilgotność. Spłuczka w toalecie wymaga regulacji lub naprawy – często się zacinała i woda albo stale leciała, albo w ogóle nie nabierała się do zbiornika. Brakuje haczyków w przedpokoju, żeby powiesić czapkę, torbę lub inny element garderoby. Izolacja akustyczna jest słaba. Mimo tych niedogodności ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i mieszkania. Mam nadzieję, że właściciele wezmą pod uwagę moje uwagi i kolejnym gościom będzie wygodniej.

The apartment was perfect! Very clean and good location The owner was available and helped us to find the location. The breakfast was served at the wave restaurant which is located by the sea with amazing view .

Bright, clean and spacious apartment. In a great location, near to many restaurants and the harbour. We enjoyed our walks to Wave Cafe at the harbour for breakfast with lovely views.

A few maintenance issues e.g leaking shower

Lokalizacja blisko centrum i portu. Super sprawą są wliczone śniadania. Skromne ale wystarczające, Croissant, omlet, kawa sok w okolicznościach pięknej natury, w kafejce w porcie, super widoki od rana. Wiecorami można było w łatwy sposób wyskoczyć do kafejek i do portu na spacer. Super sprawa TV android w sypialni i salonie,

pochłaniacz w kuchni nie podłączony, w łazience brak wentylacji, nie skuteczne okno na korytarz na którym nie było cyrkulacji. duża ilość bibelotów, na początku ładnie wyglądają ale od razu do usunięcia.

Amazing location, the apartment is light and spacious, comfortable big bathroom, balcony. The apartment is being tidied up and cleaned every day, which is super nice.

Most of the pillows were super uncomfortable. We were also confused about the towels - they were getting lost and they were not changed throughout the week.

Hestia Travel staff very very responsive, housekeeping was excellent and location was very good, hot water & aircon good, breakfast at Waves Cafe was good.

Some maintenance issues required. Suggest to have a bit more furniture eg cabinet/desk in the bedrooms and to remove all the plastic plants as they were in the way.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, and recently refurbished with a lovely spacious shower room. The rooms were also spacious and with tasteful decoration. The location was very central, only a few minutes walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and answered a few queries on email very promptly. The breakfast was included in our particular booking and was at the Wave Restaurant at the harbour front, which was very good, and the staff there were brilliant. Overall, the apartment was very good value for money and I would definitely recommend.

Overall, the apartment was great, and really good value for a central location. There was no actual lounge/sitting room though, but there were a couple of chairs at the table in the kitchenette, which was fine, and there was a ground floor terrace with table and chairs too.

Property was very modern and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances required, We were lucky to have a table and chairs also. It is really close to shops / bars in a central location. Communication with the host couldn’t have been better, they were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The air con was amazing and the apartment was really spacious. It was perfect for groups travelling together who also want their own space. Great water pressure in shower and lots of bathroom storage. TVs in bedroom with YouTube and Netflix, perfect for kids.

Not enough hangers to hang clothes / no drawers for clothes and the rail was too high to reach. We had to live out of a case, not ideal with a baby. The toilet was broken, had to open the cistern every time we wanted to flush. Breakfast included can be misleading as it is in a bar quite a walk from the apartment. It didn’t bother us as we knew this was the case but more information should be provided to make people aware. No coffee machine as stated in apartment but not an issue as we walked round to the local bakery which sold amazing coffee. Beds not the comfiest, arrived late on our first night and could not sleep with the pillows (this is preference though) the owner provided new ones the next day.

We loved everything!

The area is fantastic, with excellent restaurants nearby (you need to book a table for dinner, or you won’t get into the best places). The region also boasts a beautiful beach, and it’s lovely to walk around. The rooms are spacious.

The communication with the host was incredibly frustrating and unpleasant. They bombard you with emails after booking, but none contain the essential information. You have to dig through the excessive emails to find what you need, which is nearly impossible. For example, we didn’t receive the door code. When we messaged them on WhatsApp, they only replied that all the information was in the emails. After I sent screenshots proving it wasn’t there, we finally got the door code. Finding information about breakfast was difficult. Despite paying for breakfast, on the first day, we only received a boiled egg, a plain croissant, and some fruit in our room because it was a public holiday. On the second day, we couldn’t find any information about breakfast. On the third day, we discovered that we had to walk far to their café for breakfast. The options were either one croissant or one omelet, with additional items available for purchase. This was unreasonable, and the breakfast service was very poor. Also uncomfortable pillows, and a bed where you can feel the springs made our stay less enjoyable.

Genuinely nothing to complain about!

Mostly everything..

Mattress and pillows were very hard but was told they were going to change them all all so was difficult as there are no wardrobes just hanging space which are way to high so we lived out of suitcase but again l was told they were doing something about that too..on saying that where appartment is placed it's ideaL for shops bars restaraurnt s..it was very nicely decorated and furnished..so we would deffinatley go again..

Apartment was very clean and modern. Loved the balconies and the air on was fabulous. There was always lots of very hot water. Cleaners came in daily and changed towels regularly. Lovely quiet location.

There was only a frying pan and one extra large pan. No kettle so had to boil water for tea in giant pan. Not suitable for boiling egg or heating smaller amounts. Very sparse essentials on arrival. No washing up liquid or kitchen roll. They would have made a big difference. Suggest a trivet to put hot pans on . No chopping board.

Nice apartment, everything clean.

Arrived around 23:30 in the night and couldnt get in because they sent us wrong code for keybox. Tryed to call all phone number they had and no one answered after more than 30 calls... They should have atleast their phone with sound on for these kind of things... Because of that we had to sleep in the car for all night... Gor a call back at like 6am in the morning. Atleast they gave back money for one night, but should had done something more about that.. that was one of the worst experience about customer service.

Location, balcony, two separate bedrooms.

If you are staying more than 1-2 nights the same set of breakfast may be boring… but place of breakfast is really nice ( very nice and helpful personel) and I understand relatively low cost of accommodation

The location was central. The beds were so comfy, great pillows too. It had everything needed for our short stay.

No normal kitchen table and chairs

It was very central for everything Kassiopi has to offer. We made a request for a kettle and that was dealt with swiftly. We also were allowed to leave our luggage and use the apartment at 4pm on check out day that was very much appreciated. Thank You.

Would have liked a small table in the kitchen with chairs. The property for me didn’t have much character. The pillows although clean and new looking were too hard to sleep on.

We were really disappointed to be sold a room with a ‘balcony’ but what we actually had was a small Juliet balcony which we were unable to sit out on. We had intended to all be able to sit outside on the balcony before going out for dinner. We complained to the management but they were unable to move us. They didn’t check back in to make sure we were okay. The information on booking.com should have reflected the room we actually received. The safe in the room didn’t contain any instructions and it wasn’t screwed down so isn’t secure! The management were also quite rude when I asked for clarification of how to check in and where breakfast was located. I was told multiple times that the information was sent to me but I couldn’t see it in any email. It turned out to be listed in the ‘driving instructions’ but as I wasn’t driving I never opened these. I would suggest changing the name of this document too to make it clearer.

A really nice place to stay in Kassiopi. Very clean. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment. Loved the design and the facilities. Easy check-in & check out. Very kind and helpful staff. We communicated on whatsapp and all our requests or questions were answered or resolved

The pillows were big and too hard to sleep on, at least for me. The staff quickly changed them for me with softer ones. Thumbs up for this. We had breakfest included. Some variety would be nice in the future.

Nice and modern, clean, air conditioned. Support was good (we asked for an umbrella for the garden and it was delivered the next day)

There is nowhere to sit inside except for on the beds - this was not a problem however as the weather allowed us to sit outside. The kitchen was not very well supplied - there were spoons and forks, but no knives, so we bought our own to use.

Had problems getting into the apartment because the key wouldn't turn in the lock since everything was so new. Issue was resolved easily by calling the owner who gave us keys that worked

The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything you need is near, few beaches, restaurants, markets, bus station. It's quiet in the evening for sleeping. The apartment itself has everything as they said. But above everything communication with them was easy, fast and perfect, they made everything happened and were always available.

Extremely clean rooms, comfortable, good water pressure in the shower. Location in the city center, but still calm and quiet.
