God location for the ski slopes five minutes walk to ski down a blue or red slope to the chair lifts. Its a twenty minute walk to the town centre, there is a shuttle during the day. There are hotels and restaurants near the accommodation,

The parking spaces can be a little tight but there was room for our car.

Betjening og sjåfør var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Det var møkkete silikonlister i og rundt dusjen, flere mørke merker på badegulvet, flekkete sofa, mye støv under trappetrinnene og lite lys inn i leiligheten pga vindu kun i verandadør. Ubehagelig lukt på badet.

Lo staff. Poco gentili . Dovevamo lasciare la camera alle 10 , e 10 minuti prima sono venuti a bussare. Abbiamo chiesto mezz’ora ancora e dopo 5 minuti è venuto un tipo a suonare tre volte il campanello per dirci di andare via con toni poco garbati . Lo staff va rivisto

Pk a sota ledifici. Pista de esqui a prop(caminant 5 min). Llençols prou nous. Cuxineres i matalassos molt correctes. Tovalloles tambe bé.

Guarda esquis inservible e insegur. Bastant brut i mala olor a l arribada. Mobles vells. Pocs utils a la cuina. Molta calor sense possibilitat de regularla.

The property was big for 3. Shuttles was great but wished it had run for longer or into the evening. Fridge was new and kept things cold.

The beds could have been more comfy, no one got a non broken sleep. There also could be a couple of beds down stairs as there is room. The apartment was a bit tired and needed a refresh. Seems that some of the wooden frames are very loose and may need replacing. Spa booking for hot tub was a bit of an issue and felt like we were excluded as only 3 people.

The staff was very professional and helpful!

reception aperta solo due ore, camera “in upgrade” quadrupla minuscola.. il letto matrimoniale sarebbe un divano letto e gli altri due in un letto a castello incassato in un angolo claustrofobico. il bagno perdeva acqua da un tubo e abbiamo tenuto il secchio tutti i giorni per tamponare, difficile far presente il problema vista la reception aperta solo dalle 17 alle 19.

Difficult to find. On google maps search for Comunione Cervinia, otherwise you end up somewhere else. At arrival we had troubles finding the place and we could not reach anybody by phone. Also check-in is until 19:30. No water cattle and the balcony was full of snow (also covering the view) so we could not go outside or enjoy the view.

Buona la posizione per sciare e per il panorama. Ottimo il parcheggio coperto al piano e la gentilezza dello staff.

La pulizia purtroppo è davvero pessima. Ho trovato polvere, peli e capelli altrui nel letto. Non c'è un topper che separa lenzuola e coprimaterasso e questo fa si che ti ritrovi tutto nel letto. Ho dovuto usare le mie lenzuola sopra. Non è una questione di estetica, ma di igiene da migliorare decisamente! Briciole in cucina e per terra, polvere agli angoli. Bagno da migliorare.

Det var gammelt , nedslidt og ucharmerende. Mange ting var gået i stykker , sengen elendig meget lidt charmerende belysning.

The apartment was larger than expected and the property had good facilities. It was pretty easy to get on and off the mountain without a car. A short walk from the property provides access to the trail.

Very small but expected due to the price. Bunk beds not suitable for adults, ladder but was not safe. Kettle and toaster not in room, needed to ask at reception and we got the last one. Kettle kept tripping out the power when being used. Self catering but no oven and microwave was not a combi. It’s didn’t state it had an oven. Ski locker could just about hold 4 sets of skis but was 5 in our room. Door to locker was bent, didn’t leave our own skis in there due to the security. Door to the ski room area didn’t work and got locked in, had to call reception to get us out, it wasn’t fixed but a weight put down so it didn’t shut. Reception not open all day so on arrival at 1pm, had to wait till 4.30 to speak to someone. Bus shuttle times only 9.30-10.30 or 3.30 to 4.30, not convenient times if you wanted 1st lifts or after the after lifts shut at 5pm. Wasn’t available 1st day as no fuel! Every door when closed and any chair moved in another neighbouring apartment could be heard at all times of the day! Spa use needed to be booked in advance so if you wasn’t sure of your plans meant it was then booked at end of day.

Świetna lokalizacja. Ciepło w pokojach , czysto. Narciarnia do dyspozycji . Garaż podziemny .

Trochę trudno połapać się korytarzach hotelu . Stara infrastruktura np niedające się zamknąć drzwi do łazienki .

Boendet levde upp till det som presenterats. Enklare standard men det man behöver. En liten promenad till backen men det fungerade bra.

Lite utmanande med logistiken och enkelhet med tillgång till skidrummet. Tighta parkeringar så vi fick byta några gånger.

Posizione molto buona per sciare e comoda direttamente sulle piste. Bello il terrazzo con vista. Fornito con tutto l’occorrente per cucinare. Molto comoda lavastoviglie.

La camera é veramente datata, il divano letto scomodissimo,cigolava continuamente. Abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia, nel letto e nel piumone (che non abbiamo utilizzato perché messo nell armadio per terra pieno di polvere). Il bagno pessimo dal quale usciva perennemente odore cattivo (per non dire altro). Quando sono venuto a controllare la camera, hanno fatto storie sui fornelli “sporchi”, quando sono stai puliti il giorno prima insieme a tutto il resto con il kit fornitoci. Non siamo riuscì a “scrostare” tutto nei minimi dettagli ma abbiamo lasciato un appartamento in ordine e pulito con giusto due macchie sul piano cottura. Ci é sembrato esagerato puntualizzare su due macchie lasciate visto le condizioni del appartamento in generale.

Miejsce, doskonałe usytuowanie, zjazd na nartach bezpośrednio do obiektu z dwóch stron stoku masywu górskiego.

Dla kogoś nowego (który wcześniej tu nie był) trudno się zorientować gdzie zaparkować w celu dojścia do recepcji, trudne parkowanie w wąskich miejscach parkingowych, za mało informacji jak przemieszczać się po obiekcie (dwa połączone obiekty). Jakieś nieaktualne informacje o wyposażeniu pokoju: telefonu nie ma (po i po co), sejfu też nie ma.

Almost Ski in - out

Old and need renovation.. there was black molds/fungus growing on many walls and there was a constant noise from some running water day and night.. that made it difficult to sleep

Old fashioned, very small even for three people (and ridiculously small if occupied by 5 persons), kitchen utilities extremely basic

Posizione fantastica con accesso praticamente sulle piste. Appartamento fornito di tutto.

Reasonably priced, pleasant and very helpful personnel. Access to sauna and water massage tub. Transfer to the gondola or village centre during morning and evening (after-ski) hours. Fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher are in place and in perfect condition.

Some stuff at the apartment (such as cooking top) are pretty oldish – easy and not so expensive to replace to have more modern style. Bunk-bed has no guard bar on top bed – very inconvenient and unsafe.

Appartamento su due livelli. Piano sotto troppo umido per dormire . Bagno piccolo e dí difficile utilizzo….

A pochi minuti dalla pista numero 3 e 3 bis, deposito sci, spa e appartamento adatto a due massimo quattro persone. Struttura accogliente, pulizia e staff impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!

Las zonas comunes están descuidadas y sucias. La rampa de acceso al garage estaba con nieve y hielo, al igual que el parking exterior, no limpian. Peligroso por el hielo. Y llevaba una semana sin nevar. A la hora del check-out pocas facilidades.

Rooms were warm, Clean and had everything we needed.

We had to go to different floors to get to our apartment which ment we had to go outside. it was a bit of a maze

Basic but spacious. The sofa bed is hands down the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. Great location despite being up the hill and out of the town centre. Easy access to the slopes making it almost ski in-ski out. 15min walk down into town and back.

You can hear quite a lot of noise from the neighbours. People moving furniture up above you is pretty noisy and the neighbours next door had a dog which barked a lot…

Lo que más nos gustó fue el personal, tanto de recepción como de la sauna/gimnasio. También las camas eran cómodas y la ubicación un poco compleja de navegar pero tampoco está mal. La sauna/jacuzzi son el broche final ideal tras una día intenso de esqui.

El apartamento necesita una renovación completa: el mobiliario es antiguo, el sofá incómodo y la cubertería y utensilios de cocina están obsoletos. Por el precio que cobran, esperaríamos limpieza diaria y suficiente papel higiénico para 4 personas durante 7 días, no solo 2 rollos. Además, no pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente en ningún momento; tuvimos que turnarnos y solo una persona podía ducharse a la vez. Muy limitado e incómodo para cualquier grupo o familia.

Nice guy at reception

Location is hard to get to without a car as it’s uphill and there’s no shuttle. We had to get a taxi, which took 30 minutes to arrive and cost £20 for a 5-minute drive. The spa and gym weren’t available and we only found out a couple of weeks before our trip. We would have cancelled and booked elsewhere but couldn’t. Booking.com arranged a small refund. You can hear noise from other apartments as the walls aren’t well insulated

Was very good for that value. The staff was very welcome and let us check in earlier and leave the car for next day.

We were 4, but there were only 2 pillows. The location is bit further from the lifts.

Quiet room and good location for skiing.

No beds in the apartment - all were 'pull out' beds. The frame of the double pull out bed was badly distorted. A long walk to the supermarkets.

It was very easy to get to and from the ski run. It took only few minutes and about 100 m walk. We had parking inside the building and that wad really convenient. It would be too small for 2 cars but the second car was not there so it was not a problem. We also had roof luggage and were able to enter the parking. The apartment had a nice view, it was warm and we always had hot water. The ski lockers were near our room.

The stuff did not provide reliable information ( told us the entrance in the parking was 185 but it is more than that and we were able to enter the parking with the roof luggage). Dishwasher did not work. The second bedroom is too small and the bunk beds not very comfortable.

Great location and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Remember to ask for a kettle and toaster at reception

Extremely noisy room. Evening parties on stage below us every evening until around 11pm with speakers and microphones. With a 9 year boy with me this was not good for sleeping. Reception staffed lied the first time and said the noise was from an adjacent hotel. The next time I complained they admitted the party was on the floor below and I was told there was nothing they could as the party evenings were contractual. They had the nerve to suggest we joined in and said we were lucky as the parties normally go on later! I was told there were no other rooms.. booking.com have not done due diligence on this hotel and should not be selling accommodation that is not suitable for the primary purpose of sleeping. I am very disappointed as I have used booking.com extensively in the past.

Reception were super nice and helpful. Wonderful location and stunning views across the valley. All amenities were there.

Only criticism is the apartment could do with having a doormat, to help avoid bringing mud/dirt from shoes into the room
