La struttura si trova in centro. Comodissimo per chi non vuole usare l’auto. Appartamento nuovissimo e pulitissimo dotato di due camere matrimoniali e due bagni completi. In una delle due camere c’era anche una vasca freestanding, stupenda! Grande zona giorno e cucina completa del necessario. Balcone che gira intorno all’Intero appartamento. Garage privato. L’host Andrea è estremamente gentile e disponibile, così come il resto del personale.

Tutto ottimo, parcheggio privato, posizione centralissima e appartamento nuovo e molto grande.

Fantastic location with incredible views! Excellent, secure parking. Large elevator was a nice change from carrying luggage up stairs too. Modern and tastefully decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Die Familie war besonders freundlich und bemüht. Wir durften am Tag der Abreise noch das Auto tagsüber in der Garage stehen lassen. Wir haben den Abreisetag noch voll genützt und durften am Nachmittag noch im Hotel duschen.

La struttura è nuova, curata, estremamente pulita e ben arredata sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile, menzione d'onore per Andrea che è davvero un host perfetto. Noi abbiamo affittato un bilocale con una camera da letto e la zona giorno: la cucina era grande e pulita ogni giorno dallo staff. Il giardino esterno al sole è meraviglioso e la direzione mette a disposizione anche un telescopio per scrutare le cime in lontananza. La struttura è in pieno centro e potrete raggiungere anche gli impianti a piedi.

Parlerei di più di una minima cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata solo per arrivare alla perfezione: nella colazione suggerirei di sostituire i prodotti confezionati con qualcosa di locale.

Gorgeous rooms, fantastic location, wonderful staff. Breakfast was great, they were even happy to make eggs to order. Rooms were lovely and homely, and the setting is superb. Hard to believe we were waking up every day to an incredible view of the Matterhorn with the sound of a clear alpine river. Clearly a family owned establishment, they were extremely kind and welcoming. Easy to see why it's so highly rated.

Red Fox Lodge is a nice hotel with a large rooms (we can even say apartments) It was a great experience. Andreas, the owner and his team, did everything to make our stay excellent. The location is great, in the middle of the town, close to all a tourist will need.

A nice little spa would have been amazing

Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern, yet in a traditional alpine style, with lots of wood and a cosy fireplace in the lounge/kitchen. The room was huge and comfortable and the breakfast was good (mixture of continental buffet plus eggs served fresh to order). Also very close to the ski slopes.

There is no sauna or hot tub at the property for after skiing, though we were aware of that before booking and it was not an issue. Whilst not a problem of the property itself, we do find it frustrating that Cervinia so readily closes the lifts and the pass to Zermatt when there is any wind. In 7 days of skiing, we were only able to ski over to Zermatt twice. Cervinia really needs to fix this.

Helpful friendly staff, clean and modern

This property is exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by our Red Fox hosts Andrea and his lovely mum. Throughout our stay they were quietly available and super accommodating to our needs and requests. We stayed in one of their tastefully designed two bedroom two bathroom apartments, incredibly spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean (daily cleaning provided). A substantial continental breakfast buffet with a choice of eggs and a tempting freshly baked cake of the day prepared us for a fabulous day of skiing in what we found to be one of the best resorts we have visited in over four decades of skiing. The boot-room is very well pointed with generous modern heated lockers opened easily with a central key card. The underground parking ensures for safe and stress free parking. The property in the heart of the village , only a stones throw from the slopes and has a sufficient selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and palettes (many at prices considered good value compared to other ski resorts). Despite it's central location the nights were totally silent with absolutely no noisy disturbance either from within the property or outside from passers by. Andrea recommendation of Top One ski rental (located directly opposite the main chairlift/ticket office) proved another positive experience. Michele the owner is on hand with a great team of staff, providing us with absolute fabulous skies. The transfer from Turin airport is just over an hour and a half with the majority on good motorways. The start of our journey was marred with an unexpected crisis that cut our trip short by a few days. Despite this stress our stay at the Red Fox Lodge and our experience of Cervinia was nothing but positive, we would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Red Fox Lodge and its destination to anyone. We will definitely plan a return visit!

Absolutely nothing

We are just coming to the end of our fourth visit to Red Fox. What a joy. This is a superb lodge: modern, beautifully styled and yet so comfortable and relaxing. However, this review is not about the building, it is about the people who run it. The care and kindness shines through in everything they do. We are enormously fortunate to have found Red Fox and have booked again for next season.

Amazing new hotel and very friendly owners

We have just returned from our 3rd stay at the red fox and already booked for 2026! Breakfast is lovely, studio suite is warm and comfortable, with beautiful views of the mountains all around. Andrea, his family and the team who work at the red fox really do go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. It really is a home from home in the mountains. The one bedroom at Red Fox Lodge was perfect for two of us on a four day ski vacation. It is a five minute walk to the lifts, close to restaurants and shops and provided a very good breakfast.

If you are looking for a truly special stay in Cervinia, I highly recommend the Red Fox Lodge. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the difference: located right in the heart of the village, just steps from the main pedestrian street and lifts, yet tucked away so you enjoy peace and mountain-chalet charm. Local family-run business. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are larger than expected with a kitchenette, delicious buffet breakfast.

There are no spa facilities.

Sostanzialmente tutto. Struttura nuova, ben progettata in ogni dettaglio, con ambienti caldi e confortevoli. Monolocale funzionale negli spazi, pulitissimo, luminoso. Staff super disponibile, accogliente, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione ottima (con uova a richiesta preparate al momento) e scelta fra dolce e salato. Parcheggio interrato comodissimo. Posizione centralissima in paese, fai tutto a piedi. Ho provato tanti alberghi e residence a Cervinia, questo lo consiglio sicuramente. Complimenti!

Sono dettaglia: aggiungerei nella dotazione della cucina tazze più grandi (cmq problema risolto perchè ho chiesto di poter salire in camera quelle presenti nel buffet della colazione) e magari un canovaccio per le mani. Aggiungerei anche delle veloci istruzioni per il forno a microonde e le piastre a induzione (io li uso ma non tutti sono avvezzi) e per la lavastoviglie che cmq non ho usato. La vera chicca sarebbe avere a disposizione una sauna o un bagno turco che in montagna dopo lo sci o il trekking fanno sempre bene, in questo caso avrei dato un 10 e lode!

Redfox is thoughtfully designed,(Andrea, an architect and his family with long history in hotel industry) creating a space that is elegant in its simplicity, light filled bringing in views of the alps, and generating an instant feel of warmth and welcome. The rooms are perfectly designed, reflecting the knowledge of its owners. The basement carpark, was easy to access and so convenient. The breakfast again reflects the families understanding of the industry, and their commitment to providing a high quality service to their guests. Andrea was easily available and happy to provide us with local activities.

We loved everything! It’s clean, comfortable, and feels brand new. You can see the attention to detail—in the design and in the room’s comfort. The bed is comfortable, there are enough hooks for towels and coats, and it feels like home from the very first moment. The breakfast is fresh and excellent, and above all, you can really feel that Andrea and his family host with all their heart.

Outstanding welcome and communications before arrival. The Underground car park kept my vehicle warm and dry. I liked the huge windows bringing the outside in while nice and warm. The room was way beyond my expectations. 3 huge windows showing fantastic panoramic views of the mountains. The lovely large shower and separate bathroom with kit that I had no idea what to do with. Probably a girl thing. The bed was large enough for my height and comfortable. All the cupboard doors were soft close. I didn't use the kitchenette but it was all there including a dish washer. The best surprise was the balcony. The floor to ceiling glass door slide easily to open the room to the outside which went on around the corner with outside table chairs. The breakfast was pretty standard fair for the EU and good quality. Better than some I've experienced. Yes I liked the Red Fox, I liked it a lot.

I appreciate that the hotel might be geared towards snow and the ski season, while mine was a summer stay. I didn't notice that there were no carpets until my next hotel with carpets. Perhaps a small rug next to the beds. I do have one problem with the room and it has nothing to do with the hosts exceptional standards. The company that makes the smoke alarms has for some reason designed them with a flashing or pulsing bright green light. Not noticeable in daylight but at night it flashed repeatedly through my closed eyelids. To the manufacturer I say; It doesn't need to flash, It doesn't need to fill the room with light, It doesn't need to be so bright and it only needs to be seen from directly under it. Sadly not the first hotel bedroom where I've experienced these alarms. I think I might have made it sound worse than it really was. I did get a full nights sleep. perhaps it's just me.

Really incredible hosts that made our stay easy and gave us more than enough detailed information to see the area and town in a short period of time. Also really appreciated the thoughtful heads up about making restaurant reservations.
