L'emplacement était bien mais un peu loin du port et des restaurants sauf un, To Elliniko, tout près et que je recommande.

Les heures du check in 14h00 et check out 11h00 sont rigides dans cet établissement. À 11h moins dix on est venu sonner à notre porte pour nous le rappeler. Nous avions commandé un taxi et nous pouvions attendre dans la véranda mais pas de toilettes disponibles. Ce qui est bien inconvenant en cas d'urgence...

Amazing place especially the quadruple room for a family, it was so spacious and comfortable. Also the price is so affordable for what this room offers. We stayed there 2 years ago and came back this year. It is perfectly located, you can easily walk to the port and old town and there is a bus stop a very short walk away that takes you to all the beaches. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We were three people staying in a double room with only one bed, even though we had informed the property in advance by email that there would be a third person and specifically asked whether accommodation for three people would be possible. We were assured that it would be. Despite this, we were charged extra for the third person, but the room was not properly prepared for three guests. We didn’t even have a third pillow. We brought this to their attention, but unfortunately they refused to refund us the price difference. This situation affected our entire stay on the island, as we were unable to sleep comfortably throughout our trip. We expected the room and arrangements to match what we had agreed upon in advance, especially since we had contacted them beforehand and received confirmation. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately it put a damper on what should have been a relaxing holiday.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα! Πολύ καθαρό, άνετα κρεβάτια. Η τοποθετήσεις είναι τέλεια μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παλιά πόλη.

Die schöne Terrasse und die große Dusche. Außerdem hatten wir genügend Ausstattung um in der Küche zu kochen.

Das Bett in der Küche war etwas ungemütlich. Aber für 2 Nächte hat es gut gepasst.

Δεν υπήρχαν στο ψυγείο καθόλου νερά όπως συνηθίζεται να έχουν όλα τα καταλύματα για τους φιλοξενούμενους για την υποδοχή ερχόμενοι από ένα μακρινό ταξίδι. όταν ο υπάλληλος μας έδειξε το δωμάτιο ζητήσαμε νερό και η απάντηση του ήταν να μας υποδείξει το πλησιέστερο σουπερμάρκετ για να πάμε να αγοράσουμε τη στιγμή που ανεβήκαμε με τις βαλίτσες μας μέσα στη ζέστη στο δεύτερον όροφο , πάρα πολύ άσχημη εικόνα για υποδοχή φιλοξενούμενου. Επίσης η κυρία προφανώς ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία φεύγοντας εμείς αφήσαμε το κλειδί επάνω στην πόρτα της είπαμε ότι είναι πάνω στην πόρτα του δωματίου και δυσανασχέτησε και με ειρωνεία μας είπε ότι θα στείλει τον υπάλληλο της να το επιστρέψει στη reception .απλα αγενεστατη και αφιλόξενη.να σημειωθεί ότι ενώ εμείς κοιμόμασταν κατά την ώρα 9:30 το πρωί πολύ νωρίτερα από το check out η καθαρίστρια απλά προσπάθησε να ανοίξει την πόρτα χωρίς να προειδοποιήσει με κάποιο χτύπημα για να αναρωτηθεί αν είναι κάποιος μέσα στο δωμάτιο για να το καθαρίσει.εικονα έλλειψης οργάνωσης και συντονισμού του καταλύματος.

It was ok room, clean and spacious. Its kind in ground floor and no any balcony to hang wet clothes. We just used it for one night to manage ferry schedules between 2 island. And it was kind a long walk from ferry. Guys that waited for us to arrive were really nice and welcoming and even gave us some cake. But the morning shift receptionist was kind even rude and had such a mean comments with cleaning lady after we checked out. They were not aware that i speak some greek and understood what they were saying. Very unprofessional and mean. I left some unused cosmetics that i bought there and could not bring on a flight and i said i left in one corner in bathroom maybe to give to someone and they were swearing and making like i did something bad. Plus when i asked for coffe. As guys at night told me that they serve in the morning, he was like yes - till 10 am… and i asked 10:20. Anyway… for me was ok, but the way he said it was bit with attitude.

The room was recently renovated so it was perfect. We had our room cleaned everyday something that is unusual in such touristic islands. Very convenient location close to the center of Naxos, hospital, bakeries and supermarkets. Also, Mrs Katerina was fantastic and very friendly.

Cam seriosa doamna cea bătrână..părea deranjata de prezența noastră cand ne vedea ..nu era politicoasa pe scurt si dădea ordine de parca am fi fost angajați ei nu clienți ..ciudată..

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja niedaleko portu. Przyjemna obsługa, zawsze pomocna, mogliśmy również zostawić bagaże i odebrać je tuż przed wyjazdem także to ogromny plus. Pokój bardzo ładny, miał wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Polecamy :)

perfect location, out of the crowd but close to the centre and port. The apartment is spacious and comfy, and the huge shower is a big plus.

just one thing; a double doormat would be nice, the area is dusty and no matter how clean you come back from the beach, you'll bring sand in. it was a pain in the 4ss to clean off the sand grains off the flooring all the time.

Está a pocos minutos del centro caminando, en una zona muy tranquila alejada del ruido de los restaurantes y de la zona de ocio. La habitación era muy práctica, con dos balcones, uno de ellos con tendedero, cocina y baño equipados. Cada día nos limpiaban la habitación y nos cambiaban las toallas.

El check out es muy pronto, a las 10:30h. El agua de la ducha no salía con mucha presión y el wifi a veces iba un poco lento.

Υπήρχαν αρκετές τρίχες στο μπάνιο. Η κυρία που φαινόταν να είναι η ιδιοκτήτρια φώναζε κάτι άλλες ξένες πελάτισσες επειδή λέρωσαν το σεντόνι και τις αποκαλούσε γαϊδούρες κι άλλα τέτοια κοσμητικά επίθετα. Επίσης το κατάλυμα το πρωί διέθετε καφέ και μπισκότα για τους ενοίκους και ενημερώθηκα για αυτή την παροχή από έναν άλλον ένοικο τυχαία, όταν έφτασα κάτω να πάρω έναν καφέ 10:15 μου είπαν ότι είναι αργά.

The room was very nice, especially for the Cyclades and the typical standards that I have observed on the other islands. The interior design of the room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the receptionist waited for us to check us in after we arrived with a ferry at 10-11pm. The shower had good temperature, and the amenities were sufficient for our stay. The hairdryer was not too bad! And as our room was on the top floor, we had access to the rooftop where we could dry our towels and swimsuits, and which also had a nice view. We only stayed 1 night so couldn't really make much use of it. Standard features in Greek holiday stays that were provided: A/C, modern windows (not much noise from the outside, only from the stairs area inside the building), shower gel, shampoo, and soap, small fridge.

Just a note - on the map it looks like the location of Katerina Roza studios is very central (which is not exactly untrue!), but in reality we had to walk more than 20 min with our luggage to get there from the ferry port. The Chora of Naxos is not so small as in the other islands and so I will say one disasvantage of this place is its location. The description of the listing and the messages from this hotel mentioned a 24/7 concierge, but keep in mind that the reception is not staffed all the time. If you need something, you need to communicate it with the staff and they will arrange it for you, e.g. your late arrival time. Other than that, we found one long dark strand of hair on the bedsheets, which was a bit discouraging (I'm blonde). Luckily everything else was clean. The room had a fridge, which was very useful, but unfortunately no water was provided for us.

Muy cómodo y limpio

Super chambre, hyper propre et spatieuse refaite récemment. Hote discret mais efficace, c’est un très bel endroit où poser ses valises, à 10min de la plage !

A smallish, spotlessly clean studio in a relatively quiet location in Naxos town.

Room was on the small side - wardrobe doors couldn't be fully opened as they touched the bed. Very small balcony - the plastic table and chairs needed to be moved to close shutters.

Cogimos 4 apartamentos y de ellos dos tenían duchas sucias y el material de cocina. La cadena no funcionaba. Los dueños querían que te fueras lo antes posible

Location was good, breakfast was OK, coffee and cake.

The shower was a handheld shower, not enclosed only a shower curtain, this wasn't obvious when making the booking. Wifi was intermittent, very frustrating.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη με εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στην περιοχή με τα μπαρ και τα εστιατόρια του νησιού. Έχει πολύ κοντά τη στάση του λεωφορείου για εξορμήσεις στις παραλίες της Νάξου. Το προσωπικό αρκετά εξυπηρετικό, μας κατατόπισε με τα μέρη του νησιού που πρέπει να επισκεφτούμε και τη νυχτερινή ζωή.

Good location - walkable distance to the port, beach. Renovated room with nice design. Coffee and cake provided for breakfast.

There is a shared terrace and if somebody is too noisy it is heard in the room even though the balcony door is closed.

La posizione buona, non vicinissima al centro,ma con una bella camminata di 10min ci arrivi tranquillamente. Le camere un po' piccole, la nostra ce la siamo fatti cambiare perché troppo piccola per 3 persone (2adulti e 1 bambina). l'Angola cottura è davvero piccolo,però riesci a cucinare qualcosa. Pulizie giornaliere buona,cambio asciugamani e camera pulita al rientro.

Non mi sono piaciuti i letti della prima camera,ma in quella che ci hanno cambiato erano molto più comodi.. se devo dare una nota moooolto a sfavore, il bagno con la tenda (poco igienica), fastidiosa e si allaga il bagno ogni volta che fai la doccia,bocciata! Per il resto lo staff super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Logement spacieux et lumineux, équipements récents et modernes. Conforme aux photos. Superbe salle de bain, eau bien chaude et avec pression. Ménage, changement de serviettes et lits faits tous les jours. Très bien situé, les arrêts de bus qui desservent les principaux points de Naxos sont à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Hôtes de bons conseils et arrangeants. Je reviendrais sans nul doute, très bon rapport qualité/prix!

Très mauvaise connexion, même avec le wifi. Insonorisation a améliorer.

Logement situé au calme, mais non loin de la plage et des restaurants.
