Tesoro Elegant escapes- suites

It was clean and roomy, room was as described

Blankets were weird

Posizione eccellente Stanza pulitissima

Niente

Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, stylish, spacious and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Naxos. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was also fantastic, they were extremely responsive, and we were able to organize everything we needed through them very easily. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Fantastic location, very modern and cleaning was very high quality.

Good location, lovely room - jacuzzi was a nice touch. Clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient location .

Restaurant right under the balcony (which is very good and we would recommend going to) but if you're having an early night just be aware of this.

I wish I could live in a Tesoro Elegant Escape Suite. The room is huge, with everything you might need to relax in comfort. The jacuzzi is easy to use and comfortable. The shower is amazing.

Nada

We loved the room and location. Clearly the owners have put a lot of effort into the detail. No manned reception but staff always available and responsive to our needs. Breakfast can be ordered the evening before and will be delivered at your time of choice. Would definitely recommend. Restaurant downstairs is excellent but recommend booking as it’s very popular

Great location and spacious and clean facilities

Nothing

Nothing!

Transport service from and to the airport

The complicated control system of the unit

Genial !!

Rien

The suites are located close to everything else in Chora, Interior looks nice

Upon arrival our room was about 25 degrees C hot, we were told that our A/C unit wouldn’t be working as temps were still “too low” (this was off season mid may, yes, but still 26 degrees during the day) due to the centralized cooling system. We communicated that for us the room would be too hot without working air conditioning (especially since the whirlpool heats up the unit immensely as well), so some calls were made and we were told A/C was “working”. Throughout our entire stay (3 nights) the coolest our room reached was approx 23 degrees, and during the night and everytime we left the unit, the A/C strangely shut off…. and it was a massive pain to get it working again everytime. Breakfast was not in-house, which we knew, it gets delivered by a neighboring restaurant, but arrives nearly cold with a mediocre quality of food imo. Also there’s a huge restaurant downstairs right next door that gets VERY loud at night, the sound isolation for the unit was Ok but we definitely still heard noise. Minor thing, but still: Decorative pillows on the bed are made out of a plastic-like material, which i thought made the comfort experience less than what it should have been Jacuzzi doesn’t warm up past 37 degrees, which is ok if that what you want. Overall this stay is more of an airbnb type of deal, no reception or anything like this, but again, if you’re into it then why not…

Room was spacious and beautifully designed, loved the in built hot tub. Though at times room can get humid with the hot tub and shower on. Great location with walkable distance to the port and main areas. Host was also communicative and responsive.

Good location. Breakfast is ok-ish (Very heavy). Room is clean and nice.

Unfortunately we arrived during festivities which led to a very short and not very welcoming show of the room (There is no reception). Roughy 30s to show the entire room, without explaining how to use the shower, jacuzzi or how to get breakfasts (You need to ask the owners and some people deliver to your room in the morning). First night was very very noisy (from festivities but also other people from next room). Not a great way to start the trip there.

Good location, helpful staff to move lugguage.

A strong sewage smell from toilet. No desk to sit on

The design of the hotel was stunning! It makes you feel so luxurious. It was always smelling super clean and there was room service everyday to tidy up and give fresh towels! Amazing. Also, came with robes and slippers! The staff was so so so kind as well. Would love to stay here again!

Nothing— it was perfect!

Great staff and so helpful and the place was immaculate! Stylish roomy. Perfect location too! Close to everything.

Beautiful stunning place to stay! Great location, easy access. I will definitely rebook it again!

Everything was as advertised. I’m a happy guy.

I have to say the shower area is something that I’ve encountered in more than one place inside of Greece. And that is this open concept where showers can spray onto the floor of the non-showering area. That to me is a major problem. Wet, hard floors and bear skin not a good combination.

Très confortable et bien situé

Trop d’interrupteurs de lumière

Absolutely gorgeous suite. Very modern and clean

Incredibly luxurious accommodation with friendly hosts who look to accommodate as much as they can. The apartment has lots of nice modern touches

Very roomy accommodation. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spa was a bonus and great for a relaxing soak after a long day of sight seeing. It was an easy walk to the harbour, port and restaurants.

It was difficult to locate the property when arriving in a hired vehicle. But the manager went out of her way to sit in the rain and wait for us at the road Intersection so we could find the rooms. It was a bonus to have private free parking nearby.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and full of natural light. The bed was large and very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean — which I really appreciated. It felt cozy and well taken care of, making our stay very pleasant.

Communication at check-out could have been smoother. We were told someone would meet us to store our luggage and help with a taxi, but the staff on site didn’t seem informed, so it ended up a bit confusing. There was a jacuzzi in the room, and we were told the water was changed for each guest. However, when we opened it, we noticed a slight oily film and some small black particles coming out when turned on, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it.

Hot tub was great, good location and super clean!!

Great design. Great location. Very comfortable. Nice restaurants in the area. Nice view. Not too loud.

N/A

We absolutely loved this space in Naxos. Super close to everything, beautifully kept and great communication

Couldn’t rate our stay higher. We had an excellent time staying at Tesoro. Rarely does the room actually reflect what’s captured in the photos on the listing but it was even better than we expected. Huge room, comfy bed, excellent jacuzzi and a great balcony to people watch; and left sparkling clean by housekeeping every day. The surrounding area is very walkable (5-10 mins to the Port precinct and the wonderful alleys of Chora and 5-10 to Agios Gordios) and filled with great restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Naxos and at Tesoro and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks again Maria and team!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, the room was spacious and spotless, and everything was kept impeccably clean. What truly made our experience outstanding was the staff -Maria and Angel went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommended!

Clean room and friendly staff but the hot tub had mold floating in it and the hot water ran out multiple times and the electricity went out twice. Great location though!

Gorgeous accommodations that were close to all the essentials you could need. Also, everyone was extremely friendly and gave great advice on where to go and what to do

Nothing

Amazing location, description and pictures accurate, staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

Nothing to dislike

The room was well looked after, with clean towels each day. The apartment was in an excellent location for both the beach and the town and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good and clear communication with the host. Rooms were beautiful and clean and host made sure everything was explained before leaving. We will definitely be back when coming to Naxos.

The host was excellent and so was the property and location. Great stay and I would gladly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Tesoro. We were pleasantly surprised at how luxurious and spacious the rooms were (along with the jacuzzi) The rooms were very clean and thoroughly kept clean each day. Communication was great via WhatsApp whenever we needed something or had a question. The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge, and the balcony was perfect. You are also literally next door to one of the best tavernas in Naxo chora called (to Elliniko) but if you wish to go there you need to book at least two days in advance as they are constantly booked out. Highly recommend staying at Tesoro if you are a couple looking for some luxury and relaxation and good food nearby.

Great rooms and location

Room was comfortable and spacious, it was also good walking distance to main Chora.

Our room was on the Main Street running into Chora which was handy but very noisy with all the car traffic . Also were above a little supermarket which closed at 2.30 am. If you are ok with sleeping through noise then you will have no issue. If you are in a suite further away from the Main Street then it may be better. Also be prepared if you drive there as both Apple Maps and Google Maps will send you down streets which don’t have access to the front (street is blocked off) , stay on Agios Arseniou) and turn right at that corner where the property is. It will makes sense when you are there.
